Subway in Mülheim an der Ruhr

Overall, my visit to Subway was okay, but with a few drawbacks. The front of the store is fine, and the employees are friendly and accommodating, as you would expect from Subway. The sandwiches were freshly made and tasted solid, exactly what you would expect from a typical Subway. However, the back area of ​​the store, particularly the toilets, is in a very dilapidated condition. This significantly spoiled the overall impression. There should definitely be some renovations here and more attention paid to cleanliness to make the experience more pleasant.

How can it be that at 10:30 p.m. as soon as you enter the store you are greeted with an unfriendly "we're already closed, the oven is off". I understand opening hours until 11 p.m. differently. I tried there again today. Unfortunately, this time around 4 p.m. there was only a limited selection available. In addition, the tables were very dirty and the toilets were a complete disgrace! So I will never come here again.

It goes down from 5 stars to one star so quickly. The restaurant does not accept coupons and does not offer Foodlong Sidekicks even though it is designated as a participating restaurant for both. In the restaurant, people are initially upset about the fact that they ordered online in advance and that peppers are not currently available as a topping. Welcome to the modern age of online ordering via app.

I've been eating here for years. It's my regular Subway place. It's always delicious and the staff are all very nice. The last time I was served by Mr. Enes, I not only had a delicious sub but also had fun and 1-2 laughs while ordering. Great service! I think it's great that young people like Mr. Enes also get the opportunity to prove themselves behind the counter, it won't be my last time!! :)

Card reader doesn't work for half a year, can't redeem coupons because internet doesn't work all the time. Toilets are unclean.

I was very disappointed with my visit to Subway in Mülheim, Kölnerstraße 5. The branch was very dirty overall, especially the toilets were in an incredibly bad condition. The service was also poor; The staff were unfriendly, especially a young, blonde gentleman with glasses. I definitely won't go here again.

In my experience, the worst Subway store in Germany. Disappointing from the parking lot, to the atmosphere, to the food. What annoyed me most was the long wait until my order was taken, a full 10 minutes, even though only one customer in front of me had already been served. An employee was mentally overwhelmed while refilling the salad. He couldn't do that either without spreading some of it on the floor. The unskilled worker then laboriously put old cheese together with “fresher” cheese into a bowl in order to sell both to customers The employee who took my order apparently had a hearing impairment or other deficit, because she kept asking me and the two customers after me because she didn't understand what she was supposed to do. Last but not least, some of the ingredients that actually belonged to my order were no longer available according to the requirements of the parent company Subway, e.g. Peppers.... Plain pepper slices were no longer there on an early Sunday afternoon. What poor planning by the franchisee and operator of the branch. Not to mention the incompetent, completely overwhelmed employees. So I can only advise everyone to avoid the subway in Mülheim, I will definitely do it.

What's going on in this store? It starts with the boss always parking in front of the door, generally when there are few parking spaces. In addition, there are always theaters where payment by card feels impossible every two weeks. When will you finally get this under control? What's going on here? Ordered a plant-based chicken teriyaki online via the app. Disappointment at home - there were only vegetables and sauce on it. The main ingredient was completely missing. It doesn't work at all!

The employee behind the counter was very accommodating and helped me decide which sub to have today. Special requests were also implemented very well and the surface was coordinated perfectly with me. I will definitely go again.

A year later, everything is the same. Everything is sold out 1.5 hours before closing time. It used to be a good shop, but has gone into decline recently. Products are often not available and the staff was much friendlier. But what bothers me the most is the hygiene. It makes no sense to wear the same disposable gloves when collecting and filling the bread. I probably won't be back any time soon.

Parking situation always catastrophic. Often not all types of bread are available. Whether you feel welcome depends on who is behind the counter at the time. Most of the time, however, you don't feel welcome and the service is very unfriendly and taciturn. Tables mostly greasy. The pricing policy isn't entirely clear to me either. 1 cookie €0.99 3 cookies €2.99 🤔 Unfortunately it's the only subway far and wide, so there's no alternative.

I've been going to Subway off and on for years. Apparently I'm passing the passion on to my daughter 😅👍 The staff is super nice and does their best when it's full at peak times. Parking is always a little tighter, but you can manage it 👍

Tasty, quick, qualified employees

Actually, one star is still too many! Dirty, unfriendly and stingy with the surface, but the absolute hammer is that the "boss" with his oversized gray SUV (Hyundai Tucson) blocks one of 2 (!) parking spaces in front of the store every day from morning to night and no one else either get past it! It couldn't be more customer-unfriendly! Any normal person would park on the side street in the morning and save the few parking spaces available for customers! For the fact that the Mülheim police charge €55 for just under 3 minutes of parking there on the extra-wide sidewalk (without obstructing pedestrians and cyclists, mind you!), even though the police officers themselves park there and eat there in peace and quiet during working hours, the owner can't do anything , but it shows the precarious parking situation. But where has the Asian hospitality gone? Did the last boss take her? The store was running smoothly, people were happy to come in and were served in a friendly and courteous manner!

Selten eine so schlecht aufgestellte bzw. mangehalft organisierte Subway-Filliale erlebt. Zum wiederholten Male waren kaum Brote vorhanden. Passiert dies kurz vor Schließung könnte ich es noch nachvollziehen. Wenn aber um 20 Uhr kein einziges Brot mehr verfügbar ist oder, wie dieses mal, um 18 Uhr nur noch zwei Sorten, sieht es sehr nach schlechter Organisation aus. Hinzu kommt, dass die Filliale an sich definitiv Nachholbedarf bzgl. Hygiene & Sauberkeit hat. Immerhin sind die Mitarbeiter meist freundlich.

Super lieber Service, der Mitarbeiter kam noch an den Tisch und fragte, wie das essen schmecken würde. Als ich die Mail mit dem Geburtstagscoockie gezeigt habe, hat mir die Mitarbeiterin einen schönen Geburtstag nachträglich bestellt. Alles in allem bin ich begeistert und komm gerne wieder!

Die Dame die Morgens das ist, ich glaube die ist noch etwas neu, aber die hat es wie früher belegt. Normal viel, und nicht zu wenig! Die andere Dame, die zu wenig drauf gemacht hatte, macht jetzt normal viel drauf. Hat sich alles wieder gebessert. Erstmal Trinkgeld gegeben. Nicht das die sich ändert!

Parkplätze vor der Tür sind bemessen, haben aber ohne Probleme einen Platz in einer Nebenstraße finden können. Das Essen war sehr lecker. Die Inneneinrichtung wirkte runtergekommen.

Oft keine salatschüsseln. Sehr ärgerlich demnach vom Service trotz leckerem essen enttäuscht.

Subway ist immer lecker ,aber der Service in der Filiale ist so unterirdisch. Man wird kaum begrüßt, es wird nur stichwortartig gefragt ,keine Reaktion bei Fragen. Ein Herr scheint gar keine Lust auf seinen Job zu haben, von ihm hab ich in den mindestens 10 mal die ich da war nur gehört " welches Brot" und " alles drauf" . Mal muss man für eine Tüte bezahlen,mal nicht je nach Laune. Und wenn man die 20 Cent bezahlt ,dann soll man die in die Trinkgeldkasse tun. Bons gibt es nur auf Nachfrage und viele Angebote sind oft "nicht da" oder werden nur mit bösem Blick gemacht. Schade, werde auf eine andere Filiale ausweichen.

Essen hui , Planung und Service pf... Das Essen unterscheidet sich nicht von anderen Subway-Läden (oh Wunder). Ich komme gerne wieder, um halbwegs gesundes Fastfood genießen zu dürfen. Gegen Abend ist es leider schon häufiger vorgekommen, dass Produkte ausverkauft sind (in Ausnahmen ist dies zu akzeptieren, eine Häufung ist nicht zu akzeptieren). Parkmöglichkeiten sind sehr schlecht. Der Spruch "Früher war alles besser " trifft auch auf diesen Laden zu.

Die Zubereitung der Speisen war sehr lieblos. Deshalb sah das Essen auch beim Verzehr zu Hause zerrupft aus. Nicht schön und nicht appetitlich. Unnötig, das war früher viel besser.

Die Sub's sind immer gut belegt und das Personal ist sehr nett.

Der Laden war mal gut, hatte nen netten Besitzer. Allerdings findet man in den Ecken und Wänden mittlerweile mehr Spuren von Lebensmitteln als auf der Theke selber. Teilweise völlig lustlos belegt. Der hintere Gastraum gleicht oft mehr nem Lager als einem gemütlichen Ort zum Essen. Und als Dauerrenner - Katzenzahlung nicht möglich. Fahren ab sofort nach Ratingen.

Leider sind bei den Temperaturen Fliegen auf den Zutaten unterwegs was sehr unappetitlich ist.

Die Parksituation ist leider sehr schlecht.

Das Hygiene-Konzept sollte dringend überarbeitet werden. Alles dreckig. Zudem hat der Mitarbeiter die Baguettes erst belegt und dann mit den gleichen Handschuhen abkassiert. On top war es echt dünn mit Salat und Gemüse belegt. Wir können den Laden nicht empfehlen.

Sehr nette Bedienung, und die Subs sind einfach lecker. Das einzige was ich bemängeln kann, sind die wenigen Parkplätze Vorort.

Sehr sympathischer Mitarbeiter, Essen war super, wir konnten jede Frage stellen und wurden sehr gut über alles aufgeklärt. Immer wieder gerne.

Essen ist generell Standard-Subway-Niveau und damit absolut ok. Ich erwarte hier keine Wunder, sondern ein ehrliches Baguette - das ist exakt, was man hier bekommt. Warum nun also die schlechte Bewertung? Tja, weil man hier leider des öfteren schon am frühen Abend leer ausgeht und mitgeteilt bekommt, dass es zum Beispiel bestimmte Brote - oder bisweilen auch gar keine Brote - mehr gibt. Klar, wenn das am Sonntag um kurz vor Feierabend passiert, so what. Aber am frühen Abend, zwei Stunden vor Geschäftsschluss? Meiner Meinung nach ein No Go und leider auch kein Einzelfall.

Nettes Personal. Lecker wie immer

Waren die einzigen Kunden und haben im Restaurant gegessen. Es war also genug Zeit vorhanden, den "Sub" heiß zuzubereiten. Leider war der Sub so gut wie kalt. Man kann sich die Zutaten aussuchen, allerdings war der Belag (hauptsächlich das Fleisch)dürftig.... Tische und Boden hätten mal ein Lappen gebraucht. Die Bedienung war freundlich

Mittlerweile wird kartenzahlung akzeptiert. Personal ist freundlich und recht schnell. Wartezeit ist nie allzu lang und man hat immer Sitzmöglichkeiten. Einziger Kritikpunkt, Filiale nimmt nicht an Rabattaktionen teil.

Sehr Freundliches Personal. -1 Stern weil die Kartenzahlung oft nicht funktioniert. Wenn sie funktioniert, Kartenzahlung ab 5€ möglich. Geschmacklich wie von Subway gewohnt gut.

Personal nich so freundlich, keine Kartenzahlung und der Laden ist nich wirklich sauber.

Essen ist immer Top, aber leider ist seit langer Zeit die Kartenzahlung nicht mehr möglich.
