Compared to Würzburg and the surrounding area, this subway is really very good. The staff is attentive and the store is really big and nicely decorated!

Little choice and didn't taste good at all

Lady changed her gloves without asking after I ordered Plantbased Teriyaki! I was very happy about this attention.

The service was unfriendly (the boss himself, the employee was nice), the sub was very undercooked, I've never seen anything like that before. Tables dirty everywhere. Not recommended

Food was good, unfortunately not filling but okay. Service is very rude, stroppy and ignorant.

The staff works in slow motion and the sub was really bad (not enough).

If I could give 0 stars, I would do so in a heartbeat! You only get to choose from two types of bread... then you say what you would like is suddenly presented with a completely different topping... with the words that's what you ordered... then you ask if you can redeem the coupon as a menu for one Employee says yes, of course. The employee at the checkout, yes, that's not possible... so the tone of the staff was also very, very unfriendly.. definitely not a recommendation!!!

Hello, the gourmet block is no longer accepted (from 2024). The boss somehow doesn't want that anymore. It doesn't work at all!!!! You have to think about that beforehand. I came here especially from Würzburg. :(

Gourmet block valid until December 1st, 2024. We were told on site that the boss said they would no longer be accepted. Schlemmerblock team has been informed. Since we are specially from Wü. have arrived, further legal action was taken.

Speed ​​and toppings (quantity/presentation) seem to depend on the operating staff. Super nice employees depending on the shift. Quality is ok as is typical for Subway. The new subs, e.g. Chimichurri Beef, are super delicious!

How can it be that you stand in front of the door at 0.37 and are no longer allowed in, even though it's a Saturday and it's open until 2! are? That wasn't the first time

Way too expensive for a sub like they call it

Hello, I was in your store on April 30, 2024 and wanted to redeem my points before the app closed and was shocked by a new one. When I asked the young gentleman behind the counter about it, he told me it wouldn't work. I was surprised and asked why it wouldn't work. He said it just doesn't work anymore. I am very upset that the points I had saved up were no longer redeemed. I will visit another restaurant with my family in the future.

9 times out of 10 you wait unnecessarily long and the order is wrong. They all take drugs.

First of all, I really never take the time to write reviews like this. But this time it has to be done. After a very nice lady gave me my sub, I was extremely happy... However, it went to her colleague to finish it... (I'm not a fan of naming names, but there's a reason all employees wear name tags! And before anyone is suspected of being innocent...) My sub was completed by Aileen... After the unmotivated question as to what else was allowed on it (which she asked while gesticulating with apparently acquaintances in the guest room), the wrong sauce was spread widely on it. When I then mentioned what sauce I actually ordered, there wasn't much comment. It doesn't surprise me either because she still seemed very annoyed by all the customer traffic before and after me. Instead, she preferred to communicate again in the guest room at the table in question. Now in advance, to this dear Aileen: (And I write this as a person, guest and employer...) I hope you are aware of who exactly finances your hourly wage in your position! Concentrating your full attention on the guest for a moment [while getting paid] shouldn't be too much to ask! Be that as it may, of course the penalty was normal after this mistake. When I came back in shortly afterwards and said that the sauce wasn't right, she made another complete sub and carelessly slammed it on the counter. During the preparation she was of course completely unnerved by my complaint and preferred to focus on the above-mentioned table in the guest room. Conclusion...: the way this person treats the guests is absolutely disgraceful. Even if it's just a fast food restaurant... 2 minutes of attention would be covered for €10.60. As I said, I don't actually write reviews, but after I noticed how "friendly" she was to the guests before and after me, I wanted to get rid of it. Kind regards Mirco

My experiences in this business are very mixed. It's a matter of luck whether the sub is well occupied. I actually expect each sub to have a certain amount of ingredients and for them to vary little. The service in terms of friendliness and speed of the employees also varies greatly. It would also be appropriate to clean tables occasionally throughout the day.

I thought it was a shame that the sub of the day no longer exists. Now we were there again today and I ordered a whole tuna for myself (actually my absolute favorite sub), but if now there are only 2 scoops of tuna instead of 4 for a whole sub, then it will be the last time I'll be there. You could only imagine the tuna. It tasted mostly like sweet onion sauce.

We really like going to the subway!!! However, the one in Kitzingen is more than poorly organized. At peak times, such as evenings, only 2 service staff for 15+ customers. For the second time, certain types of bread were no longer in the range (pre-baked). The staff seems very unmotivated 😒 which also reduces the desire to eat. Ambiance for fast food is quite okay. We left the store without food for the second time today 😡

Very clean restaurant, the employees are all friendly and nice. Any wishes you have will be catered for! Class!!! You can see the cohesion of the team and that it is important that everyone feels comfortable! Keep it up!!!!

Personal top, mein Chicken war ein bisschen trocken.

Die Subway-Sandwiches waren geschmacklich lecker, das Ambiente sehr nüchtern und in Türnähe war es kalt und zugig. Für uns als Ältere eher nicht unbedingt geeignet.

Freundlichster, kompetenteste Mitarbeiter (Samuel)! hat vorm Belegen meines veganen Subs gefragt, ob er Handschuhe wechseln soll (10/10). Dafür würde ich jeder Zeit wieder von Würzburg nach Kitzingen fahren. :)

Leider eins der nur okay Subway Ketten Deutschlands. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr zuvorkommend und nett. Auf Anfrage gab es einen der in Deutschland üblichen Subs nicht. Leider ist das Ambiente der größte Minuspunkt. Etwas kühl und lieblos

Essen war bereits nach 2min heimfahrt kalt. Die Potatospackung war mit ca 5 Stückchen gefüllt, was eine Frechheit für diesen Preis ist. Sandwich waren einigermaßen okay

Besuch am 22.10 um 14uhr. Essen schmeckt sehr gut wurde gut von der Dame an der Zubereitung belegt. Kids-Pack wird leider nicht angeboten und Mitarbeiter an der Kasse sehr unfreundlich, deshalb nur zwei Sterne.

Beim heutigen Besuch gegen 13.30 Uhr waren drei tolle Bedienungen dort. Besonders der Herr versprühte eine extrem freundliche, gute Laune.

Ich gehe hier gerne essen da das Personal mega freundlich ist. Das Essen schmeckt mega lecker. Die Mitarbeiter sind organisiert und strukturiert. Tische sind sauber und bequeme Stühle gibt es auch.

Hier wird sehr hygienisch gearbeitet. Das gefällt mir 👍

Sehr schöner und neuer Laden. Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Essen, wie immer, gut.

War eigentlich begeistert vom Subway in Kitzingen, muss aber heute leider meine Bewertung abändern. Seit einiger Zeit ist mir aufgefallen, dass die Mitarbeiter nicht mehr so motiviert sind wie am Anfang und die Sub‘s nicht mehr so gut sind wie am Anfang. Heute haben wir zwei Sub‘s bestellt und es wurde begonnen sie zu belegen und in den Ofen geschoben, dann kamen neue Kunden und unsere wurden aus dem Ofen genommen und erstmal stehen gelassen und die vom Kunden nach uns belegt. Dann kamen irgendwann wieder unsere Subs dran und wurden fertiggestellt und in ein Körbchen zum dort essen gelegt und an die Kasse gestellt. Dann kümmerte man sich um die Subs der anderen Kundin und diese wurden fertiggestellt. Unsere Subs standen dann mehrere Minuten an der Kasse, bis abkassiert wurde. Die Mitarbeiterin wirkte auch recht lustlos. Die Subs waren dann kalt, durchgeweicht und haben latschig geschmeckt, ich konnte nicht alles essen. Leider passiert so etwas wohl öfters, schade ich bin enttäuscht.

Zwar öfters etwas Wartezeiten, dafür ist es sauber und die Subs gut belegt. Personal war bisher immer freundlich und die Preise passen auch. Kein vergleich zu der katastrophalen Filiale in Würzburg. Danke das es Euch gibt :-)

Ich war positiv überrascht. Sehr sauber, sehr freundlich und gemütlicher Store. Normalerweise sind Subways leider oft sehr gammelig, aber hier war es anders. Saubere Toiletten, wirklich super. Sehr nettes Personal!

Wie ein subway sein muss. Keine lange Wartezeit und das Personal ist immer freundlich und fix.

Es war etwas viel los, was zu einer langen Wartezeit führte. Trotzdem freut es mich, dass der Laden so gut angenommen wird.

Um die Mittagszeit sollte man Geduld mitnehmen , wie überall. Aber sonst ein super Laden, viele Parkplätze und die Subs sind mega lecker ! Einzig auszusetzen gäbe es, dass die Tische öfter sauber gemacht werden könnten. Oft sind Krümel/ Reste noch auf diesen verteilt
