Subway in Freiberg

Unfriendly and rude staff. I've never experienced anything like this!

Was there yesterday (03/01/25) around 7 p.m. I have to admit, I haven't experienced such an unfriendly and behaviorally disturbed employee in a long time. That was definitely the last time I visited this place.

Good evening, I would like to refer to the review from the lady in front of me: I don't think it's "child-unfriendly" if the employees tell you or your child not to kick the neon sign against the window, otherwise this could cause damage that they definitely don't want to pay for. Regarding the second point, I have to say that it is always difficult to assess from the outside whether someone is “green with each other”. Regarding the third and final point regarding the suspicion of shoplifting, I can only say that the two employees only communicated with each other that the lady put 2 bags of chips in her basket, as she did not mention this to the employee at the checkout at first. However, no one was accused of shoplifting or anything like that. Kind regards

The store is a disaster, the employees are extremely unfriendly (to children), annoyed and you can clearly tell that they don't feel like doing their job. Incompetent and almost falling asleep while working, I've never experienced anything like that. I took a bag of chips for my children and mentioned them when paying. An employee who was not responsible for the cash register mentioned to his colleague that we had taken chips. So he accused me of theft or embezzlement. The colleagues obviously don't agree with each other either. terrible! Never this shed again!

We've actually been regular customers for years and have gotten at least 4 subs (30cm) every week. It has always been clear that the boss Finns only care about winning, but now it is really exaggerated. During your stay you notice again and again that the bosses pay attention to every cent and communicate this to their employees in a sometimes very annoyed manner. Extreme care is taken to ensure that everything is implemented as economically as possible. There are also some coupons in the app, but as always, none of them were redeemable at this subway. This subway almost never seems to take part in promotions and when it does, you get cheated. A free cookie is not given out on the grounds that you have already bought 3 cookies and you can no longer take any of them out of the checkout. Maybe, but you could have easily issued an additional cookie. But that would apparently not be possible. In the end, my coupon was still gone, without a free cookie. Now about yesterday... I usually include all vegetables in my subs. Yesterday it suddenly said that you can only choose 5 of the 10 ingredients. Seriously? What is that supposed to mean? The subs tasted correspondingly weak yesterday. I don't know that from other locations. Even when ordering online in the app, you can choose up to 10 ingredients. The prices are rising and the covering is becoming less and less... You want to save by any means possible or make as much profit as possible. From now on without us!

Tastes very good, friendly staff, it's a shame that if you order a menu you only get soft drinks and you don't have the option to switch to coffee

Finally a nice, friendly and personable employee. The food was very tasty and the shop was clean but you can turn the heating up a bit more at this time of year :) (11/16/24/7:30 p.m.)

Small but nice, quick and friendly service.

I've been a regular customer for years and was there again this evening. Unfortunately, it can be observed that the employees, who fluctuate a lot, do not meet Subway standards. Of course there are also great employees, but unfortunately they weren't on duty this evening. I know that there are certain regulations regarding how long it takes to create the sub. But for a 30 cm sub from cutting the bread to topping - just to the cheese - 2 to 3 minutes??? Quite apart from the fact that the same employee was snippy because you ordered more than 3 subs... He then insults the colleague who is doing his job properly... That's not possible. I was told that if you order a larger size, you should call it in advance, which creates a large margin of error (I ordered 5 x 30 cm subs and 2 x 15 cm subs). If you could order via app the problem would be solved. Although I find the following uncomfortable, it also needs to be addressed: physical hygiene should be a hiring criterion. Dental plaque on employees, which everyone notices as soon as they open their mouths, is unappetizing, disgusting and spoils one's appetite. In combination with the lack of customer friendliness, this does not give a good overall impression of this Subway branch.

Food was ok, even if things were forgotten. Staff very unfriendly and rude. The young colleague in the store didn't seem to have been working there for long and was yelled at by the two older women every time he made the slightest mistake. (AND ALSO IN FRONT OF THE CUSTOMER). Under all...

The same unfriendly employee tried to show fake friendliness, the subs were cold and on-site food was refused because it was already 8:28 p.m. and the place would be closing in 10 minutes. OPENING TIMES UNTIL 9 PM!! My first negative review has already been deleted.

I had lunch there with my family. The two women were very nice and took a lot of time for us, because if you don't always eat in a restaurant like this, you don't really know what to order. Everything was fresh and prepared in front of us. Not only we as parents liked that, but also the kids. Everything tasted great and we were completely satisfied. I can recommend this shop. VG Marco

Ich war das erste mal dort wollte mir eigentlich nicht was holen da ich nie von denn essen begeistert war da, aber der Mitarbeiter und meine Freundin haben mich dazu bekommen und es war das beste seit langen das Essen schmeckt so krass gut und der Mitarbeiter ist richtig cool drauf und sehr sehr freundlich genauso wie die Mitarbeiterin die später dazu kahm echt empfehlenswert ich werde aufjedenfall öfters vorbei kommen😍

Personal im Großen und Ganzen freundlich außer der Mitarbeiter im mittleren Alter und Brille bräuchte mal eine lange Empathie Schulung, sehr unfreundlich! Außerdem sind die Signature Subs totale Abzocke!!!.

Die spätschicht heute war super freundlich, super schnell. Sonst so um die Uhrzeit nicht gewohnt 💪

Ich liebe Subway einfach, überall auf der Welt.

Die Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und die Subs schmecken gut. Ich hole mir hier gerne hin und wieder ein Sandwich oder Cookies.

It doesn't offer such a wide variety compared to cities, still it will be a nice choice to fill your tummies.

Sauber, schnelle Bedienung, natürlich etwas vom Besucheraufkommen abhängig. Leider macht sich auch hier der Personalmangel bemerkbar durch reduzierte Öffnungszeiten und noch etwas unsicheres Personal. Empfehlung gibt's aber:)

Immer wieder lecker! Da ist für jeden was dabei.

Das Hähnchenfleisch ist nicht mehr schön, ist jetzt zerkleinert und fällt immer wieder herunter.

TROTZ anstrengender Gäste denen erst beim Bezahlen einfällt, dass sie doch noch einen weiteren Sub wollen, arbeiten die Mitarbeiter sauber, effizient und schnell! (Es schallt immer so aus dem Wald, wie man rein ruft!) Sehr zu empfehlen! Gemüse ist auch immer frisch! ;)

Nie offen aus unersichtlichen Gründen

Jede Woche mindestens einmal da zum Mittag holen, immer zufrieden, Essen schmeckt, Verkäufer sind lieb, sogar Sonderwünsche die nichtmal auf der Karte stehen bekommen wir erfüllt. Passt alles! Die vielen negativen Bewertungen kann ich kaum nachvollziehen, aber wie es in den Wald reinruft schallt es manchmal auch raus, das verstehen die Kunden immer seltener... Weiter so liebes Subway Team!

Essen schmeckt aber die Verkäufer sind jedes Mal super unfreundlich.

Eigentlich immer ganz gut. Nur scheinen sich die Angestellten mit der Uhr nicht richtig auszukennen. Samstag 19:15 alles zu. Das ist uns jetzt schon 3 x passiert.

Ansich war alles gut. Aber die Limo hat heute nur nach Wasser geschmeckt und dazu noch ekliches.

Der angestellte wirkte unfreundlich, die Preise sind ok, der Laden wirkte dunkel und nicht einladend. Geschmeckt hat es dennoch.

Erste mal bei Subway und hat einen guten Eindruck hinterlassen.

Ich war am 11.Juni abends im Subway. Der Subcreator war nett und kurz angebunden. Leider waren 3 Subs mehr als nur spärlich belegt. 😖 Teilweise war nur das Patty auf dem Sub mit nem Klecks Soße. Leider ist es erst unterwegs aufgefallen so das ich nichts mehr tuen konnte außer enttäuscht zu sein. Zu anderen Zeiten hab’s schon die gewohnte Qualität von Subway, aber wen das in dem Laden so große Unterschiede sind muss ich das hier bewerten.

Essen wie immer sehr gut. Sehr unfreundliches Personal.

Das Hygiene- Konzept funktioniert sehr gut 👍. Chefin und Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich. Schade das sie jetzt zumachen bis voraussichtlich 04.01.2021, da zu wenig Kundschaft kommt und dadurch die Kosten die Einnahmen übersteigen. Ich wünsche der Subwaymannschaft ein schönes Weihnachtsfest und einen guten Rutsch ins neue Jahr. DANKE FÜR 2020

Das Konzept von Subway finde ich gut und die - auch vegan möglichen - sandwiches sind lecker. Schade nur, dass die Hühner so schlecht gehalten werden. Die Fleischesser hätten sicher kein Problem damit, etwas mehr zu bezahlen, wenn die Tiere etwas tierfreundlicher gehalten werden würden. Leider hat Subway Deutschland sich bisher den Bemühungen der Tierschützer gegenüber resistent gezeigt.
