Subway in Neutraubling

We ordered delivery from this Subway tonight, and I can't recommend it. An item worth €5 was missing, and no one is answering the phone anymore. Extremely unprofessional.

The food is great, as you'd expect from Subway. Unfortunately, we didn't get a ticket last time because the restaurant is currently closed on Sundays.

We go there often because we like the food. Today we went again, and the nice Asian employee was great as always. BUT the two ladies who were still there, apparently working, didn't do anything except gossip. Nobody helped their colleague. The toilet was completely full of shit, paper on the floor, tables dirty, etc. And when we handed over our bottle, one of the ladies (bare midriffs, loose hair, no work clothes) seriously told the nice employee how he should give me the 25 cents. I found it really condescending towards the employee. I was really angry. And next time I will definitely not keep my mouth shut. Unfortunately I didn't have my cell phone with me, otherwise I would have taken photos of the toilets etc. It was around 2 p.m. today. And to the nice employee: keep it up and don't let them treat you like that. It's really unacceptable that one person is serving four customers on his own while the others just sit and stand around and don't lift a finger.

Unfortunately, our visit was disappointing. The food was of poor quality and tasteless. Furthermore, the staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. We had hoped for much more. Especially the Asian woman who doesn't speak German and just wants to collect money. The seating area was cordoned off. Never again.

Yesterday I went to Subway and actually had a VIP card that gives you a discount. However, the employee said that these cards hadn't been accepted for a while. Another employee gave me the discount anyway. The whole thing seemed a bit chaotic and confusing, as communication wasn't entirely clear. The food itself was fine, as usual, but more consistency and transparency in the checkout process would have been welcome.

Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience. I ordered sandwiches for a high price but received a completely different package with a significantly lower value. When I went to the store to report the problem, the employee was unhelpful and even acted hostilely toward me, saying that it wasn't her job. This attitude was extremely disappointing, so I unfortunately cannot rate the service positively. I hope that in the future, more attention will be paid to correctly processing orders and treating customers with respect.

I only gave one star because, unfortunately, zero isn't possible. I haven't experienced such condescending and rude service in a long time. There were also problems with my order – not only was it not resolved, but there wasn't even an apology. I'm very disappointed and definitely won't be coming back.

Hair in a tuna sandwich is absolutely unacceptable. Unfortunately, I didn't see it. First, it was in my mouth and then – pulled out of the middle of the tuna mass. Disgusting is putting it mildly. A true nightmare. An incident like this raises serious questions about hygiene and quality assurance. It's hard to understand how something like this could go unnoticed – unless cleanliness is a rather lax concept. Perhaps it would be appropriate for the responsible food inspection authorities to take a closer look at this issue. With such "ingredients," you quickly lose trust – and your appetite, too. I would love to upload pictures... Unfortunately, that's not possible!

I was there today and the employee was very unfriendly. I wanted to order something from the menu that was listed at the top, but he didn't know his own menu and said it wasn't available, even though it was clearly stated. He also said there was no BMW discount and asked if there was one last week. So please train your employees; they have absolutely no clue about the store. That was the last time I'll be at Subway in Neutraubling. Very poor service, very unfriendly staff. If you can't be bothered, you should consider changing jobs.

I was just at your branch in Neutraubling and ordered a chicken teriyaki. The employee who prepared the sandwich and took my payment left the bread next to the cash register and, quite provocatively, didn't even bother to slide it over to me. Instead, he/she just left it there. When I asked if I could have a bag, another employee jumped out from the kitchen and demanded an extra 20 cents for it, which I declined. Strange service.

I do not recommend! They cheat! They give half the order. And they pretend they don't know what it is. Massacre!

Very unhygienic, the employee had what felt like 100 chains hanging in the sub. Friendly is also a foreign word. Don't come anymore

Standard Subway food the same as you get anywhere in the world. The service was basic but not terrible and the pricing was also what you would expect.

It just wasn't clean... Why was a table in the middle of the aisle? An employee was taking a break and then just walked past it... Even if you're sick and coughing and snotting, maybe you should stay home? And you could definitely cover your mouth while coughing and wash your hands afterward... too bad, it just disgusted me while I was eating :( Even though you should be glad someone is doing this job.

You're not served and treated rudely. That's why there are so few guests...

Today we are lying flat. Yesterday after eating Subway, our child and we had a stomach ache and vomiting. That was definitely the meat (Philly Boss). It had a strange consistency, very tough, as if the meat was still raw. We didn't even finish eating it. As is often the case, the employees were listless. You can't get a word out of them. Many are whispering there. You have to ask dozens of times. I'm sorry, but that's not good service.

Well yeah.....honestly, I had imagined something better.....the ham tasted very strange and the rest of the toppings on the bread....as if it wasn't so fresh anymore....salad looked fresh to me but the different types of sausage....hmm...I ordered lattice potatoes with it.....in the microwave🤦‍♀️loll story and absolutely not good.. Service was nice, I can't say anything about it! But the food... no, thank you

Really good Subway! Nice, fast employees and the subs were good. Unfortunately this is not the case with many other subways.

The older lady who works there found it necessary to loudly and viciously scream and insult her daughter in the back kitchen area for 10 minutes. You could understand every word in the restaurant and you could only feel sorry for the girl. Family arguments shouldn't be settled in a restaurant because it really spoiled our appetites.

Food as usual, but the service... Certainly not affecting all employees.... But today it was really very warm outside and when we asked if we could have a small bowl with a little water for our dog, we were told very harshly informed that they are not allowed to issue something like that... I don't understand why this isn't possible, but even then it could be denied in a more friendly way.

The food tasted good - typical Subway. But it feels like the coating is getting less and less. We were also billed incorrectly. It can happen. But closing the customer toilet 30-40 minutes before the end with the justification: "It's already been mopped." it does not work! This doesn't work at any other restaurant either! Gastronomy is gastronomy. I was then able to leave after asking several times. You feel really uncomfortable even though you just have to go to the toilet.

Friendly staff, delicious sandwiches. We can recommend the „vegan Chicken Teriyaki“ and also the „vegan patty“ in various combinations.

Ich muss meine Bewertung leider auch anpassen. Früher immer angenehm, die jungen Damen und Herren im Personal haben aber weder Anstand noch Arbeitsmoral. Man wird nicht angesehen, es wird nicht zugehört, stattdessen macht man Witze miteinander und hält sich von der Arbeit ab, der Kunde stört dabei gefühlt nur. Leider kein einzelnes Vorkommnis sondern die Regel wenn man diese beiden antrifft, ich werde mir Besuche in nächster Zeit auch ersparen.

Superfreundlich u Gute Beratung u natürlich gutes Essen

Ich habe mir hier eigentlich immer gerne noch ein Sub vor der Arbeit geholt, aber mit dem neuen Personal werde ich mir das ab sofort sparen. Total unfreundlich und total lustlos bei der Arbeit. Der Abschuss war aber, als ich um 20.25 Uhr gekommen bin und angemault wurde vom Personal, das sie um 20.30 Uhr schließen. Ich erwarte das wenn bis 20.30 Uhr geöffnet ist ich auch bis 20.30 Uhr bedient werde und nicht schon alles geputzt ist und man noch vom Personal angemault wird weil man 5min vor Ladenschluss etwas möchte.

Ja es gibt ihn den Subway mit dem freundlichsten Personal. Kompetent, freundlich und schnell dazu schmeckt das Sandwich hervorragend. Ich würde 6 Sterne vergeben wenn ich könnte. Diese netten Mitarbeiter haben am 30.9.23 um 11:30 gearbeitet.

Das Essen soweit alles bestens, aber Es gibt 1-2 Leute in diesem laden, die einen bei der Bestellung nicht mal anschauen, Genervt ist dass man sich was zum essen kaufen will. Keine frage ob man vor Ort essen möchte oder es mitnehmen möchte. Kaltes essen bekommen usw. Es wird mit handy gespielt obwohl man wartet dass man bestellen kann. Unhöflich, kein Hallo und auf wiedersehen oder sonstige Verabschiedung/Begrüßung Wirklich schade

Warum Werbung für den BBQ-Boss machen, wenn man ihn nicht einmal bekommen kann?

Das Fleisch im Sub war nicht richtig warm und gegenüber allen anderen Subways war zu wenig Fleisch drauf.

Subwayimmer einen Besuch wert! Ich möchte mich an dieser stelle bei dem Mitarbeiter bedanken der erkannt hat das ich in der mittagspause da bin und gesehen hat das ich in der firma arbeite die 20% rabatt aufs sandwich bekommt. Das ist wirklich top service!!

Seit Monaten keine Kartenzahlung möglich. Kartenzahlung sollte in 2023 der Standard sein.

Heute hat uns der Ali Öztürk bedient. Er ist sehr nett und sehr freundlich. Wir wollte eigentlich nur 2 Sandwiches Kaufen abee er hat uns super beraten und uns auf das Familienmenü hingewiesen was für uns optimal war mit mein Mann. Ich bedanke mich nochmal für die nette Beratung. Die Cookies waren sehr lecker.

Schnelle und nette Leute im Verkauf. Alles sauber und ordentlich im Gastro Bereich. Bin zufrieden. Frische Zubereitung und gute Lebensmittel zum Verzehr. Paßt, okay.

Typischer Subway, öffnet und schließ jedoch wie er will. Trotz dem Schild direkt an der Tür stimmen die Uhrzeiten nicht und man steht öfter vor verschlossener Tür...

Freundliche Personal und nette Leute

Ich bi n öfters dort im Subway, da dies ein hervorragender Laden ist. Von Anfang an waren die Mitarbeiter und auch der Chef sehr sehr aufmerksam und sind auf die wünsche ihrer Kunden eingegangen. Da ich viel beim Essen bin hab ich noch keinen vergleichbaren Laden oder Restaurant gesehen der dem Subway nur annähernd das Wasser reichen könnte. Sehr gut das Essen und such das Ambiente. Supper macht so weiter

Ich war das erste Mal in diesem Subaway und sehr positiv überrascht. Selten eine so kompetente und freundliche Bedienung gehabt. Auf solche Mitarbeiterinnen kann man stolz sein!!! Weiter so. 👌Kommen wieder.

Sehr freundlich, immer frisch, alles sauber und ordentlich seit dem Eigentümer Wechsel. Kann mann nur empfehlen!

Mit einer der besten Filialen mit sehr schönen und modernen Design. Bei vielen anderne Filialen ist es mir schon passiert, dass das Brot alle war, hier aber noch nie!
