Four of us spontaneously came for dinner. We made a reservation via WhatsApp, and received immediate feedback. A small restaurant, just like its name! Very friendly, welcoming service, and the food arrived very quickly, served hot, for everyone at the same time. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality: fresh, vibrant, and pleasing to the eye, even though the chef had prepared it in such a short space of time in such a small kitchen. Four stars, very good value for money, highly recommended! We'd be happy to come back. There are only a few seats inside, but there are more on the terrace. An ideal summer meeting place for bikers, families, and seniors.

We had lunch there today on a Monday. It was delicious, everything was perfectly prepared and fresh. They made sure to accommodate our small child, providing a high chair, extra plates, etc. Afterward, we had a pleasant chat with the waiter. We were very full and left satisfied. The food is cooked with passion, and you can taste it. We'd be happy to come back.

We went there for the first time based on a recommendation. The restaurant isn't very big, but it does have a large terrace. The food is very tasty. I had a rump steak with herb butter, fries, and salad. The salad was also accommodating to the fact that I don't eat leaf salad. I got a radish, coleslaw, carrot, and bean salad instead. All very tasty. My husband had a pork steak (there were two steaks on the plate) with a fried egg and fries. We paid €47.20 for two large Spezis. Absolutely fair prices. Parking is available in front of the restaurant.

We were truly surprised; the food was fantastic. The salad dressing was legendary; I've never tasted such a good dressing. The portions were also very large and generous. Overall, we were extremely satisfied and would recommend it to anyone! It has already been recommended to us by many local residents. We'd love to come back!

A few days ago, I went to the restaurant for the first time with my cycling group. I only had a beef sausage, which was fine. My colleagues had more substantial meals and were satisfied. The portions were very large. So, two days later, I cycled back to the restaurant with my wife. I had called and made a reservation beforehand. It was busy. My wife ordered a schnitzel with paprika sauce, and I ordered a rump steak with onions, croquettes, and salad. The salad was okay, but the croquettes tasted of bad oil. The meat wasn't really good. My wife's schnitzel was very dry and surrounded by a strange mush. She scraped it all off. Her fries also tasted of bad oil. Overall, it was a huge disappointment. Too bad. Maybe make the portions smaller, charge a bit more, and improve the quality?

The rump steak and schnitzel are delicious, the service is excellent, and the staff is always very friendly. I always enjoy coming here.

The beautiful terrace completes the overall picture. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Parking is plentiful. The cuisine is homely, and dishes can be slightly customized to suit your taste. Peace and quiet are not foreign to this place.

The food could have come from a Michelin-starred chef. Top-notch meat dishes at very fair prices. The beer is also very drinkable. Unfortunately, the waitress was already on her best day and was a bit unmotivated.

Twelve of us went there for a birthday dinner. Everyone was very satisfied. With the food, the service, the parking right in front of the restaurant, the child-friendly location, the beautiful, quiet location—the whole package. The value for money is excellent.

We've now eaten at Killian and Annette's garden shed three days in a row. It was absolutely amazing. Sensational value for money. The special rump steak was a dream. Despite the huge crowd, everyone was served in a friendly and courteous manner. I would recommend making a reservation, as I think everyone will want to take advantage of this great offer. The chef's variations are an absolute feast for the palate...

We had the rump steak with ofeffer sauce and fries twice and the Jägerschnitzel with fries once. All three dishes were served with salad. The rump steaks were cut a little thinner, but larger in area. The pepper sauce was perfect and the fries were crispy but not hard. All in all a very good meal with a good price/performance ratio. We were just unlucky that the beer had a slight "wooden barrel" taste. The meal was rounded off by friendly and fast service. We will definitely come back.

Sehr leckeres Essen zu einem Vernünftigen Preis. Bedienung sehr freundlich. Man sollte aber vorher reservieren da das Lokal nicht sooo viele Plätze hat und meistens gut besucht ist. Innen etwas rusikal aber gemütlich. Bei schönem Wetter die Terasse genial.

Eine kleine Wirtschaft mit 6-7 Tische. Schönes Ambiente für Fußballgucker. Am Wochenende kann es sein, dass alle Plätze belegt sind, deswegen ist es ratsam vorher anzurufen und zu reservieren. Ich hatte einen gebackenen Schafskäse und der war sehr lecker😋. Ich kann es wirklich weiter empfehlen.

Le personnel s'est montré très aimable et attentionné malgré l'obstacle de la langue. Arrivé un soir un peu spécial où un groupe remplissait la terrasse ils m'ont trouvé une place à l'intérieur. Ce soir là buffet entrées et grillades à volonté pour un prix modique.

Obwohl wir erst um 20:15 hier waren habe wir noch Pommes mit Wurstsalat bekommen obwohl die Küche schon zu war.

Heute spontan 2 Pfälzer Teller zum Mitnehmen geholt. Mega lecker! Wenn ich was kritisieren kann, dann höchstens, dass ich gern mehr von der super leckeren Soße gehabt hätte. Aber ich bin auch Soßenliebhaberin. Wir kommen gerne auch vor Ort vorbei. Personal freundlich und flott. Alles tiptop.

Wir waren auf Empfehlung zum ersten Mal da. Sehr freundlicher Service. Bestellt hatten wir Rumpsteak mit Zwiebeln, Knoblauch, Pommes, Salat und Jägerschnitzel, Pommes, Salat. Es war einfach nur PERFEKT!!! 😀

Klein fein lecker freundlich. Ist halt eine Kleingarten Siedlung mit Wirtschaft. Aber essen ist super lecker, Personal absolut freundlich, Gaststätte kleinen aber gemütlich.

Wir waren schon 2 mal essen. Das Essen ist spitze, die Preise sind richtig fair, der Service ist sehr gut und vor allem sehr freundlich. Wir können die Gartenlaube mit gutem Gewissen jedem empfehlen, kommen auch sehr gerne wieder.

Wir haben schon 2 mal in der Gartenlaube gegessen und es hat wunderbar geschmeckt. Die Preise sind für die Portionsgröße und die hervorragende Qualität mehr als angemessen. Der Service ist sehr freundlich und Gastorientiert. Es gab auch bei der telefonischen Reservierung kein Problem. Wir empfehlen die Gartenlaube gerne weiter und kommen auch sehr gerne wieder.
