Elements Deli Restaurant in Dresden was a pleasant discovery outside the city center, quietly tucked away between a few buildings and offering a peaceful setting with both indoor and outdoor seating. We chose to dine in the lovely courtyard on a warm summer evening, which turned out to be a great decision. From the start, we were welcomed warmly and quickly served a bottle of still water along with some homemade bread and baba ganoush. The evening began with an amuse-bouche before we moved on to the four-course chef’s menu. I opted for the fish main, while my girlfriend had the Iberico pork. Each course was well-balanced, creative and beautifully plated. The wine pairing, thoughtfully recommended by our waiter, complemented the flavors perfectly. Taste-wise, the entire menu delivered. However, what slightly held back the overall experience was the service. While the welcome was great, the attentiveness faded as the evening progressed. There were moments when we were left waiting for our glasses to be refilled or for the bill, despite the restaurant not being particularly busy. Still, the culinary quality was solid and the location lovely. A well-executed dinner with room for slight improvement on the service side.

We discovered the deli quite by chance and quite spontaneously. The menu is concise, but there's something for everyone. Without exception, all the dishes were delicious! The wait for the main course was a bit long on our evening, but the food and the excellent, friendly service more than made up for it.

A first-class culinary experience! The gourmet restaurant Elements Dresden offers gourmet cuisine of the highest caliber – in an ambiance that combines tranquility, elegance, and comfort. High ceilings, purple accents, and subtle music create an atmospheric setting, ideal for intimate gatherings or social gatherings. The evening began with a recommended house aperitif – a perfect start. A delicious artichoke paste was served with fresh bread, followed by a special from the kitchen: drake breast with beetroot and cherries – a highlight! I chose the 4-course menu with wine pairing and was delighted by the creative combinations. My companions were also treated to a delicious meal – from tomato and pata negra to apricot ravioli, meagre fillet, and US beef onglet. The dessert, a moelleux of Valrhona chocolate with sweet cherries and Timmut pepper, was the perfect ending. Elements has been wearing its star for eleven years now—and rightly so. For me, it's a must-visit in Dresden. A place where all the senses are pampered.

A culinary highlight in Dresden! As a family of four, we visited Bistro Deli Elements and sampled our way through the menu – every dish was a hit! Particularly noteworthy: the salmon tartare with creamed potatoes, the mushroom toast with chanterelles, and the duck breast – beautifully presented and delicious. Our vegetarian was also delighted, and the kids loved the homemade grapefruit drink. The desserts (panna cotta, caramelized peach, strawberry tart) perfectly rounded off the experience. The service was attentive and competent, and the ambiance was stylish and warmly decorated. We'll definitely be back!

I was a solo guest at the elements restaurant today (March 7, 2025) and chose the 4-course chef's menu with a non-alcoholic accompaniment. I immediately felt at home! The waitress, who took care of my orders for most of the evening, had a very pleasant manner. And he also found the perfect match for the non-alcoholic accompaniments for each course. But all the other waitresses were also very friendly and created a relaxed atmosphere. Even dealing with what I would call some fundamentally grumpy guests at the next table was no challenge for the wait staff and was handled professionally. Chapeau! The welcome from the kitchen wasn't really my cup of tea. I would have preferred a third texture (something crunchy). Just for the mouthfeel... (I believe parsnip, coffee, and quince were included.) Otherwise, I can only rave about it! The cooking of ALL the food was spot on. The flavors were often pushed to the limit, to the point where you sometimes thought it was too much. But the accompanying drinks balanced out the dish... I was initially hesitant about the color-changed broccoli in the first course, but that was also excellent, and I really liked the idea of bleaching the broccoli and then letting the tips shine blue! The starter course was my absolute highlight! And for me, a childhood memory. Back in the day, when we had leftover Brussels sprouts from the day before, we would always cut them in half and sauté them on the cut side. Those roasted aromas that generally develop with cabbage are absolutely amazing! The veluté (I think it is... sorry, I'm not a pro :D) with egg yolk and mustard rounds it all off! I could have eaten a whole pot of it! The main course didn't blow me away, but the cooking time and seasoning were spot on! Sometimes difficult, especially with poultry. But here it was fantastic! The dessert completely captivated me in terms of flavor and texture! The only thing I would personally change would be to use fewer cotton candy strands as a topping to better showcase the beautiful arrangement of the individual components. All in all, a very enjoyable evening, and I definitely recommend visiting elements at least once. Many thanks to the entire team! The world needs this kind of cuisine. Keep up the good work!

Just ate at Elements...crispy prawns tasted rancid...the classic hamburger was dry and hard and also tasted rancid, like old fat or cheese that wasn't in it. When I asked if it could have been the cheese, I got a short "how should I know..." Sorry, I cook myself and gourmet meals are not uncommon for me, living on Tenerife...but I was completely fed up here...there are better, friendlier options...not here anymore

During our visit we reserved a table for 6:30 p.m. The restaurant made a nice and interesting impression right from the start. Unfortunately we weren't shown to our table but were simply given a hint about the table, which is why we went to the wrong one. We were then handed the menu and after a while we ordered. From there everything took a very long time. Unfortunately, the service didn't pay us much attention. There was also a lot of time between courses, so the four-course menu took us over four hours in total. In principle this is not a problem, but it is a bit unpleasant that the breaks were so long that an unpleasant feeling of hunger sets in. However, the food as such was tasty and well put together. Of course, this review only reflects our impression of this one evening, although I would wish for better consistency in service quality from a restaurant that has had a star for some time.

A great culinary and service experience. Inconspicuous from the outside, a great interior design awaits you inside. A very pleasant service that is attentive but not intrusive. A menu that pleases all palates and great tasting food. Absolutely recommended!!

On March 22, 2025, we celebrated our wedding in an intimate setting at elements. Everything was perfectly prepared, and the floral decorations that awaited us as table centerpieces were stunningly beautiful. We were surprised with very personalized and lovingly designed place cards. Both lunch and dinner surprised us with a sophisticated selection of dishes. The service was extremely friendly, and we felt wonderfully taken care of and completely at home. elements provided the perfect setting for us to spend such a unique day.

We visited the restaurant expecting a special culinary experience - unfortunately these expectations were only partially fulfilled. Access to the restaurant was already a challenge. For guests without local knowledge, it is difficult to find the entrance because there is no signage or information. This deficiency is unnecessary and creates a confusing first impression. The food was generally good, but not to the standard we were hoping for. A highlight should be the “crispy octopus”, but unfortunately potential was wasted here. Instead of a creative preparation, the octopus was simply breaded like a schnitzel, which seems unimaginative and not very refined, even clumsy. What was particularly disappointing was that the octopus itself was severely overcooked - a faux pas that shouldn't happen in a restaurant of this caliber. Unfortunately, the service was not at the level that you would expect for a restaurant of this standard. Overall, the service staff didn't seem attentive and didn't seem particularly trained. So we waited a whopping 30 minutes for the main course without anyone apologizing for the delay or asking if we needed anything else. What was even more noticeable was that the staff never noticed when glasses were empty - we always had to actively ask. A real annoyance was the reaction to the request for a dessert menu: the waitress answered us with her mouth full and an unpolite "yes", which unfortunately reinforced the impression of unprofessional and unhospitable service. The atmosphere in the guest room was attractive and modern, although simply and functionally furnished. A big negative point, however, is the acoustics. With the noise level and the echoing background noise, we felt more like we were in a train station than a restaurant. The seating concept didn't convince us either. The tables of six, which bring guests from different groups together, may seem sociable, but they are less suitable for a relaxed, intimate evening. The desire for some privacy is made much more difficult by the table arrangement. Overall, we're left with a mixed impression: Solid cuisine, but with room for improvement - especially in terms of service, which doesn't do justice to the ambience and prices of the restaurant. More sophistication would also be desirable in the preparation and concept of the dishes. The ambience could improve significantly through improved acoustics and more individual seating design.

We had high expectations, after all it is said to be one of the best or even the best restaurant in Dresden. The guest room is stylishly designed and makes a very good first impression, the tables were perfectly set. And then the first course started quickly, no greetings from the kitchen, no greetings or anything like that in the following. When asked for more bread for the really great starter with oil, butter and a great mushroom cream, we first had to ask in the kitchen, which resulted in 2 slices for 6 people. The food on the menu was really good, but not as outstanding or surprising as perhaps expected. The corresponding wines were used very sparingly, but there was a lot of water. Overall, you can have a good evening here, but we would have liked a little more hospitality.

Review for the DELI: Excellent. We had the duck breast with ravioli and the beef with pointed cabbage and can highly recommend both. The bouillabaisse from the weekly menu was also on point. I went to a wedding - great, the food was not only a visual feast for the palate, but also tasteful. I had to make a few special requests myself but that wasn't a problem - everything was prepared just the way I needed it - and the service was always ready for drinks - no matter what. Das Speisenangebot in der Lounge war abwechslungsreich. Als Vorspeise allerdings nur eine Suppe. Achtung, wir hatten einen Tisch für zwei bestellt und saßen dann ungefragt zu viert an einem Sechsertisch. Also für vertraute Gespräche ungeeignet. Der Tisch wackelte unangenehm. Das Essen war sehr gut. Einziger Wermutstopfen: Bei 80 Euro Rechnung sagte der Kellner bei 85 Euro nicht Danke. Allerdings wünschte er eine schönr Zeit bist zum nächsten Besuch. Toilette übrigens sehr gepflegt.

Yesterday we had a wonderful evening in the gourmet restaurant elements. The occasion was my husband's birthday. I was able to give him great joy with this. You can immediately feel at home here. The hospitality of the Mießner family makes a decisive contribution to this, starting with the reservation through the warm welcome and the lovingly designed table. The food is simply terrific. The combination of ingredients, the variety of flavors and the presentation on the plates - simply a dream. The particularly friendly, attentive and competent service rounded everything off. This beautiful restaurant is located in an old industrial complex, contemporary, a little away from the tourist center of Dresden. Very good food in a modern atmosphere, inside and out. In summer there is a fountain, but only until 8 p.m. The service was polite, quick but not hectic and the food was excellent, perfectly priced for the quality. It's also the little things that make a visit worth it.

Food was very good. We 6 friends all ordered the menu or around Euro 100/food. The restaurant is beautifully and stylishly decorated. There is a deduction because we wanted to enjoy a glass of sweet red wine at the end. The waiter divided the remaining bottle into 6 measly portions. The copious amount of wine in our glasses spoiled the pleasure (a glass costs about 1/2 dl 10 euros!). We pointed this out to the waiter when we billed and he didn't respond in any way. A pity

Unfortunately, the food is disappointing for a restaurant with a star. Other star restaurants are better positioned.

What a joke. Pretension on top of decent food should not merit inclusion in the Michelin Guide. Food was average to good. The schnitzel was no better than any decent old town restaurant. The tuna fish sandwich was from cheap canned tuna. The pasta with salmon was lukewarm with only four thin slices of salmon. And the “lukewarm” potato salad was warm. The waiter forgot a diner’s order of a second wine to top things off.

Was a culinary experience. The service was very courteous and took time for us. The interior design and relaxed sounds in the background created a wonderful ambience. The highlight was of course the food. Four magnificent courses, which were on a level that was previously unknown to me. Thank you for this evening.

Today we celebrated my birthday on a small scale and it was a thoroughly successful evening. The table was set with so much love (wonderful: lily of the valley) and the place cards were also magically arranged. As always, it was a culinary celebration, and the great service rounded off the evening perfectly. A huge thank you to the Elements team for this really wonderful evening 🙏

We were at the deli here. The ambience is great and the furnishings are stylish. The tables are a bit deep so you sit too far apart for my taste. As a starter I had a zucchini soup which unfortunately was more of a brown porridge and not recommended in terms of taste. The main course was crispy devil's cheeks with asparagus and beetroot leaves on a sauce with I assume horseradish. This walk was fantastic. My wife had a risotto with figs which was also extremely tasty. The recommended South African white wine was also great. The dishes are not so suitable as they are more reminiscent of a Spanish Tappas restaurant. Service was great and attentive. And all in all we really enjoyed it and the prices were reasonable given the freshness of the ingredients.

We spent an evening “among colleagues” in the fireplace room, and it was just lovely. The service was very friendly and accommodating. The taste of the food was outstanding. Nice seasonal dishes. Just great. Price reasonable.

A bit hidden but very nice location. Busy at lunchtime but not too crowded and fast service. The food was very tasty and the portion was large enough to fill you up with three courses. In addition, the price is fair for the quality. Addendum April 24: even after three more visits, still very happy with everything. It's also great that the menu changes regularly, so you discover something new every time. It's really great that we have this restaurant in Dresden :)

They hit the sweet spot, the perfect compromise between gourmet and affordable. Great dishes (~ €15-30), nice selection of wines (Germany, South Africa, bottle €33) and a really great, industrial atmosphere in old rooms - bright and unobtrusively furnished. Lots of space, spacious tables with plenty of distance.

Wir hatten nach langer Zeit wieder einen wundervollen Abend und waren begeistert von den kulinarischen Köstlichkeiten, die wir gegessen hatten. Die Weinkarte bietet eine große Auswahl. Die Dekoration ist liebevoll gestaltet. Die Atmosphäre wirkt ruhig und einladend. Wir haben uns vorgenommen, wieder öfter ins Elements zu gehen.

Für ein Sternerestaurant eine absolute Enttäuschung, Service unverschämt und grenzüberschreitend, abgesehen von der in meinen Augen nicht angemessenen Dienstkleidung ( kariertes Hemd und Jeans )

Sehr leckere frisch zubereitete Speisen. Wartezeit auf das Essen extrem lange. Angebot der Bedienung es mit irgend einer Aufmerksamkeit zu überbrücken blieb aus. Selbst am Schluss nach dem bezahlen kam nichts.

Sehr zu empfehlen. Wir sind immer wieder gern hier. Küche und Service sind wirklich großartig.

Immer wieder ein Genuss! Tolles Ambiente, eine gut durchdachte Karte und freundlicher, zuvorkommender aber trotzdem zurückhaltender Service. Das Essen lässt, auch nach mehreren Besuchen - keine Wünsche offen. Die Weinempfehlungen lassen den Blick in die Karte überflüssig werden. Vielen Dank an das Team und bis zum nächsten Mal!

Wir haben was feines ruhiges für den Abend gesucht . Die Atmosphäre ist echt super angenehm. Abgedunkelte Lounge. Empfehle tisch früh genug vorbestellen. Essen kleine feine Auswahl an Speisen . Wir hatten Gelegenheit, dieses außergewöhnliche Restaurant mit einer Gruppe zu genießen. Es war nicht sehr viel los und wir genossen die beinahe ungeteilte Aufmerksamkeit des sehr freundlichen und aufmerksamen Personals. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gediegen und die Speisen, die wir von der überraschend kleinen aber sehr kreativen Karte bestellten waren alle ausgesprochen schmackhaft. Eine klare Empfehlung.

Ich war zweimal da. Das erste Mal war das Essen ausgezeichnet, aber der Service war nicht optimal. Beim zweiten Mal war ich vom Essen enttäuscht, aber der Service war ausgezeichnet.

Wir waren im angeschlossenen „Bistro“. Absolut herausragend. Man merkt sofort, dass das Team vom Fach ist. Wir hatten den Rotbarsch/das Cordon Bleu sowie beide zur Wahl stehenden Desserts und waren hellauf begeistert. Auch preislich für das Gebotene in Ordnung. Nächstes Mal müssen wir ins Hauptrestaurant gehen.

Rezension zum DELI Restaurant: von Begrüßung bis zum Emde perfekt - hier stimmte für mich alles. Die Vorspeise war toll (Thunfisch-Tatar mit Trüffelöl), Hauptspeise aus Zander und Kürbisgemüse und Nachspeise Apple Crumble ebenfalls wunderbar. Der Service war sehr zuvorkommend, überhaupt nicht aufgesetzt (wie leider viel zu oft in der Gastronomie) und das Ambiente sehr gemütlich sowie einladend. Gefreut habe ich mich zudem über Rothaus als doch eher seltenes Bier. Es war einfach Rundum super. Sehr empfehlenswert und Preis-Leistung sehr gut! Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team! Kleiner Tip: das DELI Restaurant im hinteren Bereich war nur schwer zu finden, da vorne alles dunkel war, das war ein wenig irritierend, evtl. lässt es sich vorne ein wenig besser beschildern.

Sehr guter aufmerksamer Service, tolles stilvolles Ambienten und sehr gutes Essen. Diesmal gab es z.B. Stachelmakrele sehr gute Qualität und man konnte ein Teil der Zubereitung beobachten, tolle Idee

Ich war extrem positiv überrascht, in ungewöhnlicher Umgebung einer ehemaligen Turbinenfabrik ein sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Restaurant zu entdecken, in dem man auch noch richtig gut essen konnte. Sehr unaufgeregter, freundlicher und aufmerksamer Service. Gerichte mit wow-Effekt: Ich hatte Labneh mit gegrilltem Pfirsich, Rucola, Tomaten und Croûtons vorweg, danach als Hauptgang Kalbsgeschnetzeltes mit Pfifferlingen und knuspriger Kartoffel. Beides echt lecker! Dazu ein Glas sächsische, sommerliche Weißweincuvée: Wunderbar, gerne wieder!

War zu einer Hochzeit vor Ort. Das Essen war absolute Spitze. Der Service wirkte oft schlecht organisiert. Allein bei mir wurden 3 Bestellungen von Getränken vergessen. Es war besser selbst an die Bar _ Thresen zu gehen und die Getränke selbst abzuholen. Ansonsten stimmt das Ambiente und auch die sanitären Einrichtungen sind auf hohen Niveau. Besonders gut das Konzept der Handtücher auf den Toiletten. Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden. Schlecht war die Zugänglichkeit für unseren Gast mit Rollator, selbst eine kleine Schwelle wird da zum Problem. Empfehlen kann ich dieses Haus trotzdem.

Das Ambiente ist absolut überzeugend, eine Mischung aus Industrie und Moderne. Es unterstützt die großartige Küche und den professionellen, freundlichen Service. Sehr feine Küche, eindeutig sehr gute Zutaten, alles frisch zubereitet und für mich das Wichtigste: nichts überwürzt. Einfach großartig. Ich hatte einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Ihrem Restaurant und werde sehr gerne wiederkommen. Vielen Dank.

Ein wirklich unvergessliches Erlebnis: Anlässlich unseres Jahrestages verbrachten wir 4h im Elements. Der Service war sehr höflich und aufmerksam, dass Essen grandios. Selbst mich als jemand, der Dill nicht mag konnte die Ceviche vom Kabeljau eines besseren belehren. Alle Gerichte wurden ansehnlich serviert und schmeckten exzellent. Der Michelin-Stern ist hier zu Recht. Preislich ist das Restaurant kein Vergnügen, aber das machen sehr gutes Ambiente, top Personal und vorallem die sehr schmackhaften Speisen weg. Eine Empfehlung für ganz besondere Anlässe.

Heute mittag das zweite Mal dort gewesen, 30 Grad im Schatten, der Biergarten sehr ungepflegt und nicht einladend, kein Stuhlkissen, keine Tischdecke, Menagen etc., für diese Preisklasse ein absolutes NoGo. Empfehlung der Grieche auf der anderen Straßenseite.

Und wieder ein sehr schöner Besuch mit superleckerem Abendessen!

Wir waren vor ca. 6 Monaten im fine dining essen. Der Service war mehr als zuvorkommend bei Empfang, im Rahmen des Essens und auch bei der Verabschiedung. Sollte man bezüglich des Aperitif unentschlossen sein, wird vom Küchenchef je nach Geschmack eine eigene Kreation gefertigt. Das Essen war unglaublich lecker. Alle Speisen waren von besonderer Qualität und herrlich angerichtet. Extrawünsche werden höflich entgegen genommen und erfüllt. Hervorzuheben ist die Unaufdringlichkeit besteht im gesamten Restaurants sowohl im Service wie auch bei der Bestuhlung. Die Kritik bezüglich eines halbgefüllten Restaurants kann ich nicht nachvollziehen. Ich empfinde es als angenehm meinen Nachbarn nicht auf dem Schoß zu sitzen.

Wir waren Gäste von einer Hochzeit und die einzigen veganer. Wir haben sehr gut gegessen und sogar unser Sohn hat Nudeln mit Tomatensauce bekommen. Einfach top!

I like the style of the fine dining location. The huge hall with the chandeliers and nice decorative. Service is pleasant and responsive. We enjoyed the 4 courses menu, which is a great choice along with a good bottle of wine. I like the local selection of wines even if I'm not such big fan of wines from that area...anyway. Thx for the nice evening!

Mit Abstand eines der besten Restaurants, in denen ich je gewesen bin! Das Personal ist stets zuvorkommend, das Essen ist fantastisch und auf Wünsche und Bitten wird stets eingegangen. Auch bei einer Schwangerschaft wird einem jeder Wunsch und jede Bitte erfüllt. Bleibt weiterhin so, wie ihr seid. 👍🏻

Overall pretty disappointing. Started great with a beautiful and delicious appetizer, tried 3 mains, beef in the burger was overcooked which made it way too dry, but the taste was there. Lamb was okay but chewy. The lentil curry was also okay but nothing to write home about. Cheesecake was really bad, dry and crumbly filling. We told this, merely as feedback the waiter said everyone else likes their food, he did offer to give us a different dessert but at that point the mood was killed. He also said that the chef is on holiday which should not be an excuse. They were friendly but seemed to feel a bit above us and didn’t care to much about us. I would say a pinch of humility would have suited them better. Its sad to say that we could have cooked a better meal at home. But I am also sure that they do a better job other times, or when the chef is there to check whats served.

Diese Bewertung bezieht sich nur auf das Deli. Das Find Dining haben wir nicht besucht. Sehr schönes Restaurant mit tollem Ambiente. Sicher wunderschön für Veranstaltungen. Gut zu erreichen. Der Service war top ( freundlich, unaufdringlich, zuvorkommend). Eines vorab... Das Essen war gut. Gerne hätte ich gesagt es ist phantastisch aber dafür waren mir die Gerichte zu "einfach". Zwar schmeckte man bei jeder Zutat die 1a Qualität aber im Ganzen betrachtet hat es mir die Würze und etwas Raffinesse gefehlt. Außerdem esse ich gerne "heiß", mir persönlich waren die Gerichte einen Ticken zu kalt. Das würde ich jedoch nicht in meine Bewertung einfließen lassen. Die Teller waren allesamt sehr schön angerichtet. Preis - Leistung ist zwar gehoben aber für die Qualität absolut gerechtfertigt.

Bester Mittagstisch der Stadt. Coq o vin, Rarbarberschorle, Rotwein, doppelter Espresso, danke!!!

Exzellente Speisen, wunderschönes Ambiente und sehr nette, höfliche und aufmerksame Bedienung runden den Abend zu einem schönen Erlebnis ab... Wir waren heute wieder vor Ort, und konnten die herzliche Gastfreundschaft mit dem besonderem, exzellenten Speisen und bei dem so tollen Ambiente genießen...ein großes Lob an alle Beteiligten...wir fühlen uns sehr wohl bei Euch...bis bald

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Abend im "fine dining" verbracht. Die Küche konnte uns mit Ihrem Standard Menü überzeugen. Die empfohlen Weine passten perfekt. Leider musste ich noch fahren ;). Der Service war stets freundlich und umsichtig ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Es war insgesamt ein besonderer Abend an den wir uns sicher noch öffter erinnern werden. Sicher etwas was wir uns nicht jeden Tag gönnen, aber auch sich etwas was man nicht bereut. Es war jeden EUR wert und wir, als Recht gute Esser" sind auch durchaus satt geworden.
