Good food, everything hot and fresh. Unfortunately, there was a limited selection of vegetarian burgers. The service was friendly and the atmosphere was great.

Everything is dirty, all the tables are dirty, there is something lying around everywhere, there are leftover chips scattered all over the store, the kitchen area is catastrophic, there are rats running around in front of the door. The floor in the restaurant is extremely greasy and sticky

The wait is very long, our order took more than 20 minutes

Staff were lethargic and unwelcoming. The restroom was incredibly dirty: empty soap dispenser, mold on the grout, and the toilet drain hadn't been cleaned in weeks.

There are still Minecraft figures, we also chose them at the terminal, but they give out old dinosaurs. Apparently it only works if you order via the app. We had specifically asked in advance and went there with the children just because of that. I think they collect for themselves and their relatives and are kidding people

Fast food restaurant. If you need something quick, it's okay. It certainly tastes better than McDonald's.

Wow, where do I begin... The service was unfriendly and impatient with my order. The food was terrible. The buns and fries were completely dry and hard, and the meat was practically just breadcrumbs. The tables throughout the entire store were uncleaned, and there was food and packaging lying under and on top of them. Disgusting tables covered in grease and leftovers. Sure, some people leave the table like that. But then they also have to be cleaned for new customers. We lost our appetite and left. I've never seen anything like that in other KFCs. I don't even want to know what goes on in the kitchen when the tables look like that... not to mention the completely exorbitant prices.

You order online so that it's quicker and then you still have to wait, what do I pre-order online for and the staff at the mc drive wasn't really friendly and spoke very slurred and quiet. Another thing is that they don't close the lids on the drinks properly.

The food was better than avarage in McDonalds, the fries were very tasty and the staff was very nice.
