McDonald's in Ahaus

Simply underground and cheeky!!! Wrong food, incomplete and cold. If you complain, you won't get your money back in full because you've already drunk or eaten something. You will also be insulted if you are no longer so cheerful after more than an hour of trouble with the store. The responsible "nice" colleague with the uncontrolled temper should better switch to goldfish breeding, which is not quite as complex as unskilled assistants in the catering industry. If you can't even get to McDonalds...well. It's sad that such people also have to be paid MiLo. It doesn't get much worse.

The goal of a fast food chain is to provide people with quick food. And we felt that was fast.

The food is typical McDonald's, but management should think about the staff. With almost every order at McDrive you have to check your food because something is almost ALWAYS missing. That's annoying.

There seems to have been a fan shortage for weeks now. You order Fanta from the menu and have a Coke delivered to you. Fanta is “currently off”.

Unfortunately, many people forget things like the toys with the Happy Meal. Was actually intended for my sister. But when eating it's OK, so it's normal and it's worth saying hello 🤗

Food was normal.... But if the heating fails in the winter when it feels like minus 5 degrees, you shouldn't open the restaurant... even the staff walked around with jackets...

Unfortunately, none of what I ordered matched my order. Everything was wrong and I paid over €40 for seven double cheeseburgers even though I had ordered something completely different including sides like fries etc. The service is top but the wishes are not taken into account. It used to be really tasty but now I'm just upset about it... The order wasn't placed, there was just shouting through the shop like it was at a bazaar

I don't know what's going wrong here, but 20 MINUTES for a 20 pack of Chicken McNuggets? Seriously?! This is fast food, not slow food! The staff? Completely rude and annoyed, as if it was my fault for just wanting to get my food in a reasonable time. And the shop? So dirty that you wonder if anyone ever cleans the place. Tables sticky, floor full of rubbish, toilets unusable. Simply disgusting! McDonald’s in Ahaus, you don’t deserve the name “service”. Save yourself the visit!

Die Hälfte der Pommes waren frisch, der Rest noch gerade lauwarm, den Burgern hat man auch angesehen, dass gerade viel los war... Nicht so berauschend alles in allem.

Habe nicht den McMuffin erhalten, den ich bestellt hatte. Cola ohne Eis erhalten. Die Bedienung sprach kein Deutsch und konnte mich nicht verstehen. Die in der Küche können wahrscheinlich auch nicht lesen, sonst würden sie das Essen zubereiten, wie es bestellt ist... Alles in Allem ist hier ein Katastrophen-Team am Werk. Es ist nicht das 1. Mal dass ich hier schlecht bedient wurde. In Zunkunft werde ich das Mc Donald´s in Ahaus meiden !!

Seit Monaten geht die EC-Zahlung an min 1 Bestellterminal nicht. Für die Kasse hat dann keiner Zeit. Heute wieder gefahren und 5 auf 2 Sterne reduziert.

I actually have to give it 5 stars because it's really quite an achievement to get the order wrong EVERY TIME. If you can't read, you should probably do something else. Because if the customer orders and pays without sauce, he should get it. It's just annoying. And then you make yourself look stupid.

Staff not particularly competent and unbelievable language barrier… The whole store smells like a Hamburg train station toilet...suburban food wasn't possible.

You can do it, but you don't have to, it smells a bit too much like piss and the clientele that comes in is very reminiscent of a Berlin disco night.

A simple order was placed 2x McCrispy Bacon TS, 1x 20 spicy nuggets, 1x mesh potatoes, well apart from the fact that the 20 nuggets were only 19, a whole citizen was missing thanks for nothing 👍🏼

Get 2 milkshake coupons so you can still pay for them later at the full price. They can't understand much either and you can't get any further. A German course would be helpful.

You can come here whenever you want...they always try to withhold something from your order. The last few times no one was able to put together a complete order. But excuses are quite imaginative. It's rarely clean there.

I can't rate this Mces more than OK. To be fair, I have to say that there is a lot going on here. Unfortunately, the quality and cleanliness suffer. The tables are dirty. The food, especially the burgers, is just slapped away. This is definitely better. However, the taste was great. Price ok.

The restaurant is small and located on the main street. Relatively comfortably furnished. The food tastes like any MC's. Unfortunately two things were missing from our order, but the food came to us very quickly. The staff radiated boredom and unmotivation. But in the end we got everything and were able to enjoy the food as much as possible.

We ordered lattice fries at the terminal and got normal fries. Unfortunately, none of the employees knew what lattice fries were and apparently no one could understand us either. Then we took normal fries.

I don't understand, how can you eat something like that. Absolutely tasteless and so expensive.

I ordered at 11 a.m. for the 1 p.m. food didn't come until 1:30 p.m. So I think you should be able to do it in 2 hours and get the food delivered on time. The food also arrived completely cold, making it inedible.

Super nice staff! We were greeted with a smile and our table was cleaned immediately. Last but not least, we were given a Trolli hamburger. :)

Fries 7 out of 10 times old.. the fries are definitely fried a second time.. oily and crispy.. there is also almost never ice cream/milkshake, especially not in the evening, after midnight on the weekend.. a real shame.. except for one A few employees were very unfriendly/annoyed... we always drive one place further, to Gronau...

Mc Flurry Oreo ordered with chocolate sauce, got frozen yogurt with Oreo and chocolate sauce…. Ordered strawberry milkshake with chocolate sauce and got vanilla milkshake. I don't understand what's so hard about being wrong about two things haha. Unfortunately, Ahaus McDonald’s has slowed down a lot. Out of 4 items ordered, 3 were wrong 👏🏼 McFlurry Twix White Caramel Sauce, of course, came without caramel sauce... Ordered chicken burger without iceberg lettuce, of course came with iceberg lettuce... Always great to order something there...

NEVER AGAIN !!!!! Very impolite!!!! The order wasn't complete, cold, fries weren't cooked through and the burgers were somehow slapped together, the main thing is that the customer gets their food. McDonald’s should be ashamed of themselves!!!!

The managing director was on his toes, it was no problem for him to cancel the ordered items and exchange them for 2 menus. Really great, we were very satisfied! That's why 5 stars for this McDonelds.

I'm really angry right now. It's the 4th time out of 6 orders that we discovered at home that it was packaged incorrectly. Once there were so many burgers that we couldn't eat them, then the drinks were missing from the Happy Meals for the grandchildren (we don't order them that often, we only noticed when we got home) then the last time a burger was missing and today the order was completely wrong. I ordered a cola for myself and a chocolate milkshake for my wife. My cola was ok but the milkshake didn't taste like chocolate at all, so that's why I deducted a star

Order only partially accepted due to communication difficulties. Unfriendly. Prefer to joke with each other instead of listening. Never experienced anything like this at McDonalds. Very unclean. Everything smudged. Diarrhea after consumption. Never again.

Well, we were there where there wasn't much going on, we ordered via the app and wanted to pick it up at the Mc Drive, nothing crazy 3x cheeseburgers, 2x hamburgers and 1x nuggets. We had two cars in front of us, both of which were already parked in the waiting area and then we were up We were sent to the waiting area. We didn't have to wait too long, but the castles were rather carelessly "slapped together". The price for that little bit or the quality was by no means justified! We were there for the last time.

What's to say about McDonald's? The only downside is that coupons are fun, but the cellphone app should connect to the terminals inside, because it's a hassle to have an app order being prepared while also ordering terminal exclusive beverage, and then having to pay twice (for example with PayPal for the items in the app as well as credit card at the terminal for the additional things) while the cashier is waiting for you to pick up the items ordered with the app.

Cleaning people is the order of the day...what you're doing isn't possible...

2024: Something is still missing from the order or there are incorrect products. The Happy Meal game you choose will not be put in the bag even though it is in stock. Child disappointed. Annoying! The receipt printer in the order terminal has been broken for many months!!! When you ask employees about it, they don't react, they react unfriendly or they just say that they know. How about repairing it? This McDonald's is no fun. Unfortunately no real McCafe (cake, chai latte,... there is no such thing) Unfortunately, something was often missing from the order (we've been here several times), so you should check directly at the checkout for take-away food. Parking situation/access poor (if there's a lot going on, on "McDrive", then you can't get away from the parking lot). Not enough parking spaces and narrow. Cleanliness inside is not always good (e.g. tables not really clean, floor sticky)

Order placed at the machine. There was no receipt, printer defective. When you picked it up at the distribution point, you were handed several bags. When asked, there was again no receipt. When unpacked it was incomplete. We paid €63 and around €10 of goods were missing. Everything is chaotic there. We were there on 01/28/24 at 7:00 p.m. Never again. The quality was also poor, for example on the Royal TS there was almost only onions on the meat. Frank Witte

We ordered at the service point with table service...it was quickly prepared and brought to the table. We had 2x milkshakes and the straws were missing, the service employee noticed this and was immediately delivered... the burgers 🍔 were fresh and hot... Toilets were clean Friendly staff Would go again, unfortunately too far away...

Typischer Mcces, gibt nur zwei Sterne für Service weil die Eismaschine ausnahmsweise mal nicht "kaputt" war ^^

Selbst für einen McDonalds dreckig und die Mitarbeiter zT wirklich inkompetent. Besser zur Konkurrenz, diese sind sauberer und auch die Kommunikation am Drive In funktioniert.

Cheeseburger waren kalt.Lagen schon wohl länger.Mc Rip so gut wie keine Soße.Der Rest war Standart.Es fehle euch eine Soße und die Trinkhalme.Das war nicht das erste Mal. Tische wurden dort aber regelmäßig abgeputzt.Also sauber wars.Sonst auch nix. Trotzdem fahre ich jetzt nur noch nach Gronau.Um Welten besser

In der Nacht vom 23.12. auf dem 24.12. war ich mit meinem Auto im McDrive und wollte mir und meinen Geschwistern Essen bestellen. Ich hatte mehrere Coupons, die ich einlösen wollte und dabei wurde ich am ersten Fenster mehrfach von den Mitarbeitern sehr unfreundlich indirekt angemotzt, dass ich so viele Coupons einlösen möchte. Die Aktion fande ich sehr respektlos und kann sowas nicht verstehen. Ich würde diesen Mc Donalds in Ahaus auf gar keinen Fall weiter empfehlen, da der Service sehr unfreundlich ist. Das Essen war gut, wie bei jeden anderen Mc Donalds normalerweise auch.

Pommes ausnahmsweise mal heiß...meistens lauwarm oder kalt...

Die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig.

Latscho Mitarbeiter, die sich sehr bemühen jeden kunden zufrieden zu stellen (gelingt eig immer). Milkshake und 20er nuggets auf die 1 . Ihr schuldet mir eine neue Hose. Extra karamell und oreo auf nacken kommt böse. Habe von zuhause aus gelernt, dass der platz sauber zurückgelassen wird…andere können sich ein beispiel an meinen putz künsten nehmen.

Da sollte evtl. das Gesundheitsamt mal genauer schauen

In meinem Leben habe ich noch keinen schlechteren Mc Donalds erlebt. Der Manager hat definitiv keine Ahnung von Kundenservice. Als ich ihn bat mich bitte doch ausreden zu lassen, war seine Antwort „Nein ich lasse dich nicht ausreden, ist mir egal“. So etwas geht gar nicht.

Für uns der beste Mc Donald. Seit Jahren legen wir hier gern einen Stopp ein, wenn wir auf der Durchreise sind. Mir schmecken hier die Cheeseburger am besten :)

Katastrophal!!! So ziemlich alles falsch in der "Drive In" Bestellung. Das Personal wirkt komplett überfordert.

Zumindest von der Einrichtung Jedoch wird jedes mal was vergessen einzupacken Seien es Produkte über 5 Euro oder Produkte werden verwechselt....schon das vierte mal in Folge...das wars leider für uns mit der Filiale in ahaus ! Vielleicht sollte man dort mal nachforschen woran es liegt!

die liefern nicht und mit der app funktioniert auch nichts weil du 1000 andere apps brauchst um zu bestellen. telefon können sie auch nicht bedienen. ICH WILL POMMES. also kurze anleitung du musst 10 minuten dort anrufen bis die mitarbeiter abheben.

Mit der App bezüglich Gutscheine viel zu arg umständlich. Gutscheincodes unterliegen den Schweizer Sicherheitsbestimmungen fürs Bankwesen... Meine Güte!

Goede bediening. Ze waren wat vergeten. Gelijk even nagevraagd en het werd opgelost.

Ich habe bereits des öfteren dort bestellt und gegessen, sehr oft fehlte etwas, wofür dann trotzdem bezahlt wurde. Zusätzlich ist das Personal meistens auch sehr unhöflich und das Essen ist auch nicht mehr, was es mal war. Für die heutigen Preise eine absolute Frechheit. Für 3 Leute fast 40€ für billiges Essen, schlechte Qualität, schlechten Service und unvollständige Bestellungen. Nie wieder.

Nuggets waren eine Katastrophe. Auf Anfrage ob man die frisch machen kann, kam die Aussage dass dies kein Problem sei. Innerhalb einer Minute hatte ich meine gesamte Bestellung und wie zu erwarten waren die Nuggets nicht frisch. Nicht so knusprig wie sie sein sollten und lauwarm. Ich kann es verstehen wenn es schnell gehen muss, nur sollte auf Wünsche der Kunden eingegangen werden wenn diese dies explizit auch noch sagen. Der Milchshake hingegen war super. Alles in einem bin ich trotzdem unzufrieden.

Sehr freudliche und hilfsbereite Bedienung. Immer flotte Abwicklung am Drive In Schalter. Sehr netter Chef, da kommt man gerne immer wieder 👍

Essen war gut und heiß. Man sollte aber bei Bestellungen im Drive-in die Tüten kontrollieren da gern mal etwas vergessen wird

Nicht das ich dort oft bin aber es gibt auch keinen Grund öfters dort zu essen

Sehr schneller Service und die Eismaschine ist eigentlich nie kaputt. Sauberkeit ist teilweise nur 4 Sterne wert aber es wird sich häufig um das reinigen gekümmert.
