McDonald's in Ahaus

I ordered from McDonald's again today, and like the last four times, everything was cold and the order was incomplete! You call them, and they say the missing items will be delivered, but as expected, nothing was delivered! This place deserves zero stars! I'm furious that I can't even get my money back! I have the feeling they can't count to three!

Exactly like that, and no other way, the shop also serves breakfast.

I'm becoming a Burger King customer.

Arrived shortly before closing time, made to wait until it was too late, then fobbed off. Update: Some of the staff were very friendly, so I'm upgrading to 3 stars.

I ordered a burger when it arrived it tasted and smelled rotten, when I asked about it I was told it was just smoke flavoring and that was normal and not recommended

Every time I'm there, whether alone or with friends, some of the employees either chat me up or try to rip me off. I find it absolutely outrageous. I just want to pick up my order, and I have to deal with pick-up lines every time, especially because they're always the same! Alex is the only one who does it professionally and is simply a top-notch employee!

This was by far the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. The cheeseburger was completely flattened, onions were forgotten, it just tasted soggy, the fries were just soggy and yes, I know McDonald's fries aren't super crunchy but it was as if they had been reheated in the microwave and the LARGE pack of fries only had about the size of a small one. The nuggets were OK, but luckily you can't go wrong with those. The only thing was picking them up was quick and problem-free, but I would have waited 2-3 minutes longer for better quality. Never again.

The food was good and fresh. The ambiance and service were above average, and the restrooms were spotlessly clean.

The fries are soft as cardboard. They feel and taste like they were warmed up in the microwave.

It's simply embarrassing what kind of employees they employ, except for Alex, who is GREAT! Ordered a double meal today. The guy at the last counter was simply too stupid to put the lid on the Coke. The entire center console was flooded with Coke. And that was at the counter. Then they forgot the sour cream, and the burgers were cold. Terribly bad! A disaster.

Generally clean, but the interior isn't air-conditioned. Eating hot burgers there isn't fun in high temperatures. The exterior looks unkempt.

For service, I'd give it a minus 10. I've never encountered such an unfriendly and aggressive employee as I did there. The fact that he didn't throw my order across the counter was all that mattered. If he's overwhelmed with five customers, he needs to change jobs. You won't see me there again.

The burgers are usually damaged when you open the packaging: the buns are dented, sauces leak, cheese and lettuce hang crooked. You immediately notice that no one cares about presentation or care here – it looks as if the burgers were just haphazardly thrown together. But the worst thing is the general quality: The standard recipes aren't followed, the meat and fries taste watery and stale. Cleanliness and friendly staff are nowhere to be found – the place is obviously poorly managed, and the processes are completely neglected. Overall: Absolute disappointment. Please extend your trip or walk – you're just wasting your money and your nerves.

Every time I order plant-based nuggets, I get regular chicken nuggets. Is that intentional? Do you find that funny? Of course, when you try to call, no one is available.

A garbage store I've never experienced before. Things are constantly missing from drive-thru orders. I ordered a double cheeseburger and got a regular one wrapped in double wrap. It hasn't happened just once; it seems to happen regularly, so you can almost assume there's a system behind it.

Unfortunately, the value for money is no longer good these days. The prices are no longer justifiable. When you get there, the tables are often dirty and the restrooms aren't in good condition. They need to be improved. Otherwise, everything tastes good.

Locally, the delivery service is very good. Unfortunately, delivery is often a disaster. Food is cold, something is missing, the drivers can't find the address even though deliveries have been made several times, or they take a very long time to deliver, even with a small amount of food. Once, an ice cream was forgotten, which we were supposed to note on the next order. I did. Still, nothing arrived.

The McDonald's in Ahaus used to be incredibly fast, and the orders were spot on. Unfortunately, it's almost become a norm for us when we order with the kids in-store or at the McDonald's Drive-Thru that the order is incomplete! The food is brought to us as a family, we tell the employee that something is missing, but they just freak out and don't help! So, as a customer, I run to the cashier and report the missing item(s)! On Saturday, we also ordered takeout, and we were missing a Big McDonald's chicken! Individual burgers are charged €5 or more. Because you took it with you and couldn't control the large bag for the family, you end up looking like an idiot again! Sure, Saturday night was busy, and every second order was missing something. The food is too expensive for me, so maybe the good old chip shop is better!

I just drove through and unfortunately only realized when I got home that half of it was missing again. It's absolutely disgusting and cheeky that, given the high prices, they don't even pack the order properly.

The fries were so disgustingly soggy and dripping with grease. 🤮

I have never seen such a clean McDonald's, tables were disinfected immediately, the floor was cleaned directly, not a single tray was left in the trash 👍

Completely overwhelming on a Sunday evening. We waited over 35 minutes for our food at the McDonald's fast restaurant. Then half of it was wrong... Sorry, but that shouldn't be the case at McDonald's.

Very friendly, personable and very nice staff in Ahaus!! Often ordered via Lieferando. Delivered within the indicated time! Delivery drivers are always friendly too!

There was a lot of traffic, but staff were overwhelmed and unfriendly when children asked for a cover for the cup. It's better!

Hello everyone. We passed this McDonald's on our vacation trip and spontaneously ate there. I have rarely seen such a dirty and sprawling place... The employees seem unmotivated and dingy, it made our stomachs turn... The little one urgently needed it, so we went to the sanitary facilities. A big mistake! Free diseases galore, but toilet paper seems to cost a lot, we looked for it in vain... We told the staff that it was dirty there, smelled of urine and that there was no toilet paper, and they then looked at us with big beady eyes as if we were green and from the planet Mars. Well, we'll probably stop somewhere else in the future, otherwise we'll get little animals as toys in the happy meal...

Clean 5 stars. After visiting many McDonald's that were really bad, this visit was great. Everything was right. Quality great, no errors in the order. Food tasted great and staff was nice.

Simply underground and cheeky!!! Wrong food, incomplete and cold. If you complain, you won't get your money back in full because you've already drunk or eaten something. You will also be insulted if you are no longer so cheerful after more than an hour of trouble with the store. The responsible "nice" colleague with the uncontrolled temper should better switch to goldfish breeding, which is not quite as complex as unskilled assistants in the catering industry. If you can't even get to McDonalds...well. It's sad that such people also have to be paid MiLo. It doesn't get much worse.

The food is typical McDonald's, but management should think about the staff. With almost every order at McDrive you have to check your food because something is almost ALWAYS missing. That's annoying.

Completely rude and annoyed, as if it was my fault for just wanting to get my food in a reasonable time. And the shop? So dirty that you wonder if anyone ever cleans the place. Habe nicht den McMuffin erhalten, den ich bestellt hatte. Cola ohne Eis erhalten. Die Bedienung sprach kein Deutsch und konnte mich nicht verstehen. Die in der Küche können wahrscheinlich auch nicht lesen, sonst würden sie das Essen zubereiten, wie es bestellt ist... Alles in Allem ist hier ein Katastrophen-Team am Werk. Es ist nicht das 1. Mal dass ich hier schlecht bedient wurde. In Zunkunft werde ich das Mc Donald´s in Ahaus meiden !!

Seit Monaten geht die EC-Zahlung an min 1 Bestellterminal nicht. Für die Kasse hat dann keiner Zeit. Heute wieder gefahren und 5 auf 2 Sterne reduziert.

I actually have to give it 5 stars because it's really quite an achievement to get the order wrong EVERY TIME. If you can't read, you should probably do something else. Because if the customer orders and pays without sauce, he should get it. It's just annoying. And then you make yourself look stupid.

You can do it, but you don't have to, it smells a bit too much like piss and the clientele that comes in is very reminiscent of a Berlin disco night.

A simple order was placed 2x McCrispy Bacon TS, 1x 20 spicy nuggets, 1x mesh potatoes, well apart from the fact that the 20 nuggets were only 19, a whole citizen was missing thanks for nothing 👍🏼

Get 2 milkshake coupons so you can still pay for them later at the full price. They can't understand much either and you can't get any further. A German course would be helpful.

You can come here whenever you want...they always try to withhold something from your order. The last few times no one was able to put together a complete order. But excuses are quite imaginative. It's rarely clean there.

The restaurant is small and located on the main street. Relatively comfortably furnished. The food tastes like any MC's. Unfortunately two things were missing from our order, but the food came to us very quickly. The staff radiated boredom and unmotivation. But in the end we got everything and were able to enjoy the food as much as possible.

We ordered lattice fries at the terminal and got normal fries. Unfortunately, none of the employees knew what lattice fries were and apparently no one could understand us either. Then we took normal fries.

Mc Flurry Oreo ordered with chocolate sauce, got frozen yogurt with Oreo and chocolate sauce…. Ordered strawberry milkshake with chocolate sauce and got vanilla milkshake. Out of 4 items ordered, 3 were wrong 👏🏼 McFlurry Twix White Caramel Sauce, of course, came without caramel sauce... Ordered chicken burger without iceberg lettuce, of course came with iceberg lettuce... Always great to order something there...

The managing director was on his toes, it was no problem for him to cancel the ordered items and exchange them for 2 menus. Really great, we were very satisfied! That's why 5 stars for this McDonelds.
