Hi guys! So, you have a really good kebab BUT! Unfortunately he wasn't as good as he used to be. About the background: When I ordered there were 3 customers in front of me and I thought ok, it would probably take 15 minutes. But that turned into 45 minutes! Pre-orders keep coming and everyone is told on the phone 20 minutes. That's not possible at all and orders are constantly being pushed in between and you wait and wait... which means that the kebab is simply slapped together quickly and in my case I had a large one for €10, totally thin, not much in it and my bread was burned black and fell apart when I was eating it, bitter and crumbled because it had been under the grill for too long. You just don't have time to pay attention to quality because only one thing is being shot out after the other! I don't know who makes the business policy, but it seems to me that it's more about QUANTITY INSTEAD OF CLASS! Then you just have to say that it won't be until 30 or 40 minutes and not everyone who calls will answer in 20 minutes. The quality simply suffers! I drive an extra 20km but that's really not possible, people. If I had seen that, I would have exchanged it. So please think about how you can manage this. But that's just super disorganized. By the way, I wasn't the only one who asked myself why you wait 45 or 50 minutes for a kebab, but then the quality has to be right I always buy from you and can judge it well, but the kebab WAS always really good Really a shame!

The food is really tasty and decent portions. You'll be full for a long time afterwards. The staff is super friendly. We were explained in detail what the process was like. Unfortunately it was very cold in the restaurant and the smell of food was very strong.
