Burger King in Ahaus

I ordered the kebab fries and the kebab burger. The sauce on the fries was completely spoiled, smelled and tasted awful. The burger itself contained bits of plastic wrap and no sauce at all. I'm lucky I didn't feel like going back there, otherwise I would have absolutely trashed the place! That's just incredibly negligent!

Boy, I walk in and there's this horrible old man standing there with her Burger King t-shirt completely squashed. I ask if I can order and get the answer: ORDER AT THE STO!!! Apparently, it must be normal to be greeted like that. She completely freaked out because I didn't know what an STO was. Therefore, I advise any future visitors to this store to bring some noise-cancelling headphones beforehand, because otherwise, that fury can be quite dangerous. Regards

When more than three orders have been placed, the staff seem completely overwhelmed and wander around aimlessly. The food is lukewarm and doesn't taste fresh. We had five orders ahead of us and had to wait almost 50 minutes... even one star is too many for that.

It's 8:30 p.m. on August 25th, and you order a King Junior with nuggets, sweet and sour sauce, fries, mayo, and Fanta. At home, you hear the wailing and gnashing of teeth: no sweet and sour sauce, no mayo, and once again you're being ripped off from start to finish, simply not getting any of the food. There seems to be a method to this, because it's not the first time it's happened. This mostly happens at the drive-thru, and you hardly have a chance to check immediately because there are other cars behind you, and it has to be done quickly. It's a real shame and reprehensible how they treat their well-paying customers these days.

I highly recommend this Burger King. The food is always fresh and delicious. The staff is great. Unlike in the Ruhr area where I come from, Germans still work here, and they definitely do a much better job than what I'm used to at Burger King back home. Keep it up.

We bought €60 worth of food. At first, I noticed all the burgers were cold. She consulted with us and said this was the normal temperature. It was ridiculous that we had to eat the cold burgers and cold snacks!

The burger was large, but the bread was quite dry, the breaded chicken was relatively tasteless, and the onion rings might have contained traces of onion, but I'm still unsure about that. (They didn't taste of onion at all, and there was almost no onion in them either.) Overall, rather poor; I'd recommend the direct competition in Ahaus.

Reasonable portions and plenty of burgers. Finally a BK who doesn't try to milk his customer. Friendly staff who understand how to prepare the burgers as advertised. Plenty of fries and no underfilled drinks half full of ice. Clean restaurant and quiet ambience! You can also travel a few kilometers to get here!

The dining room is always well cleaned and not full of rubbish and the tray trolleys are also emptied regularly. A model branch!

I ordered a few hamburgers, nothing special, unfortunately my order accidentally went to another group of customers who then brought them back. The food is really great. The employees that day (07/08/24) did NOT leave AT ALL. The two blondes were really rude to the employee. The two of them also loudly gossiped about two employees (Bernd and Laura). Das unfreundlichste Personal der Welt! Die Frau mit den Blonden Haaren und den Pferdeschwanz hat ja mal so kein Bock auf ihren Job. Ich hab den ganzen Tag nichts gegessen, dann fahre ich Abends in den Drive in und bekomme einen Burger der in der Mikrowelle warm gemacht wurde und das Brötchen am Papier kleben bleibt. Einen Absolut kalten Chilli Cheese Burger. Und weiche kalte Cicken Nuggets. Und dafür habe ich 10€ ausgegeben. Ein Toast mit Kinderwurst hätte mir mehr gegeben. Absolut enttäuschend.

Die Oberklasse der italienischen Restaurants! Es wurde zum Teil am Tisch zubereitet und auf dem Teller angerichtet. Alle Service-Kräfte haben echt Service gelernt und können Ihr Handwerk. Zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich das gesamte Personal. Wer zur Toilette geht, kann durch eine Glastür in die Küche schauen und dem Küchenteam bei der Arbeit zu schauen. Ich bin einfach nur begeistert von diesem Restaurant!

Das Essen war sehr lange heiß, so habe ich es selten bekommen. Einfach super und auch das Essen war schnell da. 👍👍

Nie wieder!! Unfreundliche Bedienung einer jungen Frau. Chicken Nuggets ungenießbar wabelig pappig, und ich denke das uns einfach plant Nuggets als normale Nuggets verkauft wurden. Auf Nachfrage, Mega unfreundlich und gesagt worden , Ne das sieht man doch dass das normale Nuggets wären. Haben nach ein paar bissen alles liegen gelassen, da wir Angst hatten es wenig später unfreiwillig wieder auszuscheiden. NIE WIEDER!!!!
