Wow, where do I begin... The service was unfriendly and impatient with my order. The food was terrible. The buns and fries were completely dry and hard, and the meat was practically just breadcrumbs. The tables throughout the entire store were uncleaned, and there was food and packaging lying under and on top of them. Disgusting tables covered in grease and leftovers. Sure, some people leave the table like that. But then they also have to be cleaned for new customers. We lost our appetite and left. I've never seen anything like that in other KFCs. I don't even want to know what goes on in the kitchen when the tables look like that... not to mention the completely exorbitant prices.

I haven't eaten such good hot wings in a long time!!! Mega crispy breading!

We wanted to order two menus at the drive-in, after the first menu the lady said we should drive up. No explanation or anything like that. Until she somehow made it clear to us with her poor knowledge of German that she was overwhelmed. Okay then just order at the window. That was also an adventure but after everything was recorded we were quoted a price that was far too low and simply walked away. We then tried to draw attention to ourselves and another lady came. After clarification, she loudly reprimanded the lady who had previously served us because she had apparently been on the phone throughout the entire ordering process.

Hello, my girlfriend was hungry and ordered a chicken chilli cheese which cost €2.29 and she got something like that?! That's a disgrace.

I can't recommend this place. Food is KFC as always. So it's ok to take away! But! And that's a big but! The receipt roll from the ordering machine was empty and I asked 3 times if it could be changed because the beeping goes through the whole store and I would like to eat in peace. These 3 times of asking were met with 20 minutes of waiting and seeing that nothing happened. Afterwards we simply drove away because nothing had changed. The place where we sat down looked like a mess, but it was the cleanest place in the restaurant. The tables are stuck together, stronger than a garbage can in a participatory museum.

I don't know what happened to the store here. Ten years ago it all tasted so delicious. No one would serve their dogs what I had for dinner today. It was all so disgusting. I left €40 and could barely eat anything because everything was really old. I think it was on the shelves for a very long time and wasn't replaced. Unfortunately, the coleslaw no longer tastes the same as it used to. The fries were soggy, I think they were there for an hour. I've rarely eaten really bad fries. Some of the hot wings still had the feathers on them 🤢 They didn't bother to remove them. To top it off, half of our order was forgotten and we had to turn back to pick it up even though there were only two customers in the store!! Never again.

Employees were friendly, the food was also good, but unfortunately we couldn't eat in peace because a woman (probably a branch manager) shouted at her employees so loudly that we thought she was about to strike. It's rare to see such a disrespectful person who belittles their employees in front of the entire store. Unbelievable!!

It's very expensive, the portions are small and everything is very spicy. Children find little that they can tolerate here. If you peel it off sweaty (bones, tendons, veins, cartilage...) you don't get much for your money, except for too much spice, marinade and fat. Taste is basically in the eye of the beholder, the customer service I personally encountered was not exactly friendly, but very abrupt, hectic and difficult to understand. The burgers were small, quite hard and cold. The sauce only on one side. I had to spend around 30 euros to get a meal for one person. So 2 stars.

So today I went to KFC for lunch after many years and unfortunately there is no KFC in my city. I was once again very impressed. It still tastes very good as it did back then, except the corn was a bit watery, but otherwise the service was very nice the side dishes explained the sauces you can't complain it was definitely a very clean restaurant but I took take away because there wasn't that much time so we were there again a week ago and the place was really dirty

The worst KFC I've ever been to. The zinger burger was cold and just old and the fries were soggy and almost cold too! But look for yourself what the burger looks like, the picture says it all.

I had previously ordered and picked up 10x crispies, a chilli cheese crunch and 2x fries from the drive in. The crispys tasted like they were from the day before and smelled funny. The fries were soft and floury and the burger or burger bread was rock hard. You could have hurt someone if you threw the burger at a person. It's a shame about the food, it immediately ended up in the trash. The atmosphere also looked run down and the waitress was as if she didn't feel like working. I personally don't recommend this store to anyone.

If you want to see your food from the day before again, I recommend the shop. The fries come directly from Antarctica. And they really give Karen's Diner a run for their money when it comes to service. But at least I know what the people in front of me at the table and at the table next door and in general were eating in the store

Food OK, but the place is completely run down. One of the outside doors was locked and no one was interested in the evidence. There are no receipts at the terminal, no lids for the drinks and there are things on the floor everywhere. Nobody here seems to care what impression is conveyed. Then one of the employees shouts at a customer in the drive. Why the hell is the store even still open?

Bacon on the burger was cold, cheese was missing, cheese sauce also didn't want to add ketchup to the menu, fries were cold. The employees didn't understand German and said there was cheese sauce but didn't offer to put the sauce on it. At least everything was clean. And they didn't greet us once they said hello. I'll never go to this KFC again.

At the time of our visit, there were trays of trash on almost every available table. Some of the self-service machines were also not working. In the end, a dip was missing from the meal.

The smart boxes didn't print out check. Our fries didn't look at all like in the menu (we got the chili fries, on the menu there vere beans, but we only got the sauce), cappuccino didn't even come with a foam (even though it's no cheap). I could order a chocolate shake, but they didn't have it. The first table we sat at was broken. The tap isn't automatic, so that's minus points for not caring about the environment, especially as such a big company. I definitely won't come to this restaurant again, and probably won't go to any other KFC ever again (this was my second visit).

Food was cold, it had probably been prepared for hours. What you get on the tray doesn't even remotely correspond to the pictures.

We were there on December 7th, 2024 around 4 p.m. and after 45 minutes we finally got out of the shabby/dirty place. We were there for the first and last time. If an order is incorrect, it will not be remade but simply refilled and then given out. There are full trays everywhere and the clearing carts are overflowing. The kid who served us came with the excuse that 4 employees called in sick that morning... When I read it all like that, it doesn't seem to be as sudden as he thinks. -5 stars.

Last night I went to this restaurant with five friends after recommending it with confidence. Unfortunately the experience was not at all what I expected. Although the food was good, the cleanliness of the place left something to be desired and the service was disappointing. We had difficulty finding a clean table and the staff seemed completely uninterested. Our order was taken incorrectly and there was no apology for it. Plus we had to wait far too long. In the end, all my friends were unhappy, which I was really sorry about. I recommend paying more attention to organization, cleanliness and dealing with customers to avoid such unpleasant experiences.

Service confused and overwhelmed. The service changes every few weeks (why?) The portions of fries are getting smaller and smaller. The mayo on the Zinger is not standard KGC mayo but some of the cheapest mayo. Tables are not clean. This is the second time I've had stomach cramps after eating. Probably the last time for me.

The worst KFC in the world I've been to. Broken ordering system and confusion. I ordered my first order for a tray and on paper it was from myself. Longer waiting time, which wouldn't matter, but only one cook in the back. I took one extra order and they packed me a sandwich without bread. I don't understand how this can happen..

The service seemed overwhelmed even though there was nothing going on. The food was ready quickly, but the fries were only lukewarm. The floor was slippery and seemed greasy. Some of the tables and benches were dirty even though, as I said, there was nothing going on. The children's corner was out of order. We definitely won't eat there again.

Ladies and Gentlemen I was in your restaurant on November 4th around 8 p.m. and ordered menu 6, including extras like a corn on the cob and a salad. To my dismay, I found that there was a lack of basic things. When I asked about salt I was told that salt was sold out. There was also no butter for the corn on the cob. To make matters worse, my bag was also missing the ketchup for the fries. I find it extremely unsatisfactory and unacceptable that a request as simple as providing salt, butter and ketchup could not be met. As a paying customer, I expect basic components of a menu to be available. I request a timely clarification and appropriate compensation for this inconvenience.

I'm really stunned... You're on vacation and you want to eat something. You come in, at first nobody is there. Then you order at the terminal because no one is in sight. After we ordered, employees slowly arrived at 11:20 a.m. The ladies didn't think it was necessary to serve the customers... On the contrary, they grabbed the finished goods and ate them themselves in the back... So if I had that kind of work ethic, I would already have my job 5 times go...

Food from KFC was good as usual. Drinks can be refilled yourself. Payment is not possible directly at the order terminal, but at the checkout. Ambience rather cool with a strange crowd, which is due to the surroundings. The smell of homeless people often came up in my nose. Towards Saturday afternoon there was less traffic, so the food was served quickly.

the kfc is quiet and not crowded and hectic. The employee was incredibly nice and considerate, always asking whether our order was correct as it was. It's really admirable that there are such nice people working in this industry, unfortunately you often experience it differently. Apart from a bit of rubbish around the corner of the shop (which is not the fault of the workers, but of the anti-social people who throw the leftover food on the floor! I've been standing at the drive in counter for the third time in 10 minutes. It simply cannot be the case that there is an automatic announcement like we will be there for you immediately if nothing happens for 10 minutes.

The employees are very friendly and help immediately. When I dropped the table, I immediately got new food for free.

I was at the drive in today and waited 30 minutes for someone to show up. Then I drove up and asked what was going on. The only answer was “I’m about to get off work and I don’t have my headset on”. I'll never go there again, that's it. In the end I didn't get my food either.

If I could I would give 0 stars I was at the Bornstr branch on June 12th at around 4 p.m. Dortmund.After I ordered, I waited at the checkout for my order. A guest came forward with the burger he ordered because something was wrong. Two employees came forward and took the burger from the cash register and rummaged through it with their bare hands. The sauce was put on it again right at the back and people rummaged around in it again at the front. The employee wanted to give the burger back to the customer. I wanted to throw up on the spot and had my order canceled immediately. Employees showed no understanding. Simply disgusting

The food is very different in performance. Some days it is the usual quality and other days the chicken is heated for far too long and is therefore dry, the fries are not salted and the crispies are not crispy. The toilets are very bad. The cleanliness is rated too high at 1 star. Something urgently needs to change in terms of hygiene standards here. You can't use the toilets in such a condition! The drink dispensers are sticky and look like they aren't cleaned every day. The ceiling lights are damaged and the floor didn't look cleaned. I'm actually a fan of KFC, but after my last visit on Saturday July 6th, that stopped due to the subterranean performance. After this experience, I won't be visiting another KFC branch for a while.

It's been a long time since I went to a KFC today. Ordered 3 Zingers and a Colonel Burger (or whatever it's called) at the drive in. When we got home, 4 Zinger burgers were in the door. I understand that mistakes can happen. But I mentioned twice which burgers it should be. There were only 2 different ones. The store was still empty, so they didn't have any stress. It's just disappointing that you paid money even though you ordered something else.

I can't believe what I experienced there today. I was about to call the police. There were four of us and we ordered 7 burgers and 3 fries. After 30 minutes we put our food on a tray with 12 burgers. I said I only wanted 7 and that we couldn't eat 12 burgers. The waitress said that he would be happy to take the remaining burgers back but he couldn't give the money back. Otherwise he would have a loss in his till. I should choose something else for it. I then asked if I should invite people over to eat it. I said very firmly that I would pay for 7 burgers and three fries and that I wanted the rest of my money. It was a huge discussion. I started getting loud. Ultimately I said that I wasn't buying anything and wanted all my money back. That only happened when I threatened to go to the police. The three people who run the shop are completely clumsy and overwhelmed. Unmotivated and have no idea about service. That was my very first KFC experience because I boycott McDonald and Burger King. Please close the shop. Don't do that to people. That was my last time. Never again. Nobody should really go there anymore. Not to mention the hygienic issues
