Anadolu Döner in Dortmund

The doner kebab and fries are quite good in themselves, but the service is very unfriendly and the doner kebab vendor is neither polite nor interested, but rather annoyed with customers. Unpleasant. The salad selection is so-so.

I ordered a chicken doner kebab because I absolutely cannot tolerate veal (swelling in the mouth, itching, etc.). However, they prepared a veal doner for me, and I only noticed this when I ate it at home. Furthermore, the staff is incredibly unfriendly. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

I was nice, and so were the kebab men. The chicken kebab was great. Before us, there were extremely tiring customers who held up the shop and then apparently reported negative things. MEGA for me.

It used to be one of the best kebab shops in all of Dortmund, but things have gone downhill, and the staff aren't as friendly as they used to be. I still like going there because the prices are really great. It's right next to the train station, which is sometimes annoying because it's always crowded. However, you can always go there for takeaway 👍🏼👍🏼❤️❤️

The staff was friendly, but the doner kebab was a typical, ridiculously cheap rip-off! Extremely little meat, extremely few side dishes! Paper-thin slices of meat, mostly made of wheat flour, water, fat, phosphate, etc. You can't even call that meat! You couldn't make a doner kebab any cheaper! I will never eat this garbage again!

Not even card payment possible at the train station

Unfortunately, one point deducted because NO contactless/card payments are possible, only cash. That's simply not up to date! As a customer these days, I expect to be able to pay everywhere with Google Pay/Apple Pay/PayPal starting with the first cent! I generally don't visit stores that don't support this again, even if I was otherwise satisfied. I don't want to have to get cash just for that reason; it's really annoying. Please rethink your strategy!

The fries were okay, but the three employees behind the counter could work on their friendliness. I don't know, just practicing smiling every day or something like that would help. Otherwise, it's very central, quick in, quick out.

Unfortunately, I have to change my actually good review into a negative one. This is the second time in half a year that we have had a bread clip baked into the flatbread because people simply don't pay attention to what happens to this clip. Luckily we saw it in time. Otherwise you would have ruined your entire palate with the metal wires in the brackets. When I mentioned this in the store, I was laughed at and said succinctly, yes, we'll be careful next time, well it didn't work because it happened again. The owner didn't care that we couldn't eat the kebab because of the baked-in staple and the plastic (in the bread) that had melted due to the heat. It wasn't even worth an apology to him. This is a no-go for me and the store will be avoided from now on, even if the taste is really good. Unfortunately, the owner probably doesn't care about the rating either.

Unfortunately, I was in a very tricky situation in which I absolutely needed a kebab. These heroes delivered faster than I could pay with full commitment and great motivation. If I have bad experiences, just be nicer

It used to be really good, but the prices are now too high. Payments are only made in cash and preferably with the cash register turned off, even though the shop relies primarily on tax-financed public transport. Okay as a warming room for waiting for the bus, otherwise there are better ones in Hörde now. Too bad.

As Anadolu döner, you have brought the taste of Anatolia to this place, your employees and your döner are wonderful, I recommend them :)

So we ordered food, to be precise, we also had chicken. The little boy who works there is, I think, deaf and made us kebabs but without MEAT and took an extra €1

No card payment, totally unfriendly and dismissive... How can you treat customers so unkindly after a Dortmund game and send them away straight away.... Sorry never again incompetent staff...

I was always happy but today and last time the veal kebab was totally greasy and tasted like shit. I would recommend changing the meat dealer. The kebab ended up in the trash and you can save yourself the cheeky grin

Small, fine kebab shop. The quality of the kebab is always great, the employees are all very nice and you get your food quickly. For us, the best kebab in Dortmund is here. 😊😋

I found a hair in my food and not for the first time and now more often

I was there with my family at the weekend. We all ordered kebabs. Although kebab was tasty, the staff were unfriendly. I asked if I could close the door. He responded by shaking his head. Then I wanted to change my order with Jumbo (Large Bread). I politely asked if it was possible. He took the bread out of the toasting machine with a sour face without saying anything. He was just annoyed. He was also unfriendly when asking about salad and sauces. No smile. And the employees were discussing among themselves. I definitely do not recommend. I didn't go there to be treated badly with my money.

The Dürüm was ok, but not outstanding. The staff is relatively unfriendly and the price for a Dürüm is very high at €8. Card payment is also not possible.

Very unfriendly staff. Anyone who doesn't offer card payment at a train station is suspect anyway. But to then respond to questions in a disrespectful and aloof manner is a bottomless impudence. If I could I would give 0 stars.

I was at Anadolu Döner last night and had tacos there and it was very tasty, it was the tastiest tacos I've ever eaten.

The clerk likes to say hello, you can only pay in cash (do you still need to avoid taxes when you make so much money at the station)? If you don’t have cash, you will be asked to go to the opposite side to get money.

Hey Today in Dortmund Hörde at Anadolu Döner. Poor quality meat and not freshly cut. The kebab had very little meat. Bread cold. Salad onions poor. Staff unhygienic. Price performance inadequate I don't recommend the place!

Worst Dürüm I've ever eaten. Go to the Hörder market square, where they bake the dough themselves

One of the best kebabs we have eaten to date! The ambience corresponds to the standard kebab shop around the corner. But that's not what it is all about here. The bread itself is always slightly crispy and has a bite. Not like the limp bread of many of its competitors across Germany. The meat is also far better (also slightly crispy and not mush).

Right from the first glance you can see that they don't care about anyone, they're really arrogant, very aggressive and unfortunately the kebab was really dry and I didn't like it!!

I don't like judging food badly. However, you really have to admit that they are one of the most unsympathetic employees I have seen in a long time. My meat wasn't cooked through and my kebab bread wasn't even toasted! So please go a few meters further and eat somewhere else instead of making the same mistake as me and eating there.

Quite a busy place, it's big business.. The doner, one of the 5 best I've eaten.. The service is fast and professional.

The worker was not very motivated. The kebab (if you can call it kebab) was a disaster and didn't taste good. How do you put leftovers in your kebab? The worker cuts fresh meat from the skewer and puts the leftovers in the kebab that were already there when I entered the shop - that's so bold. Additionally, the worker was extremely unfriendly. He dropped the bread but stopped it with his leg and pressed it against the counter so that the bread did not touch the floor but did not touch the worker's pants. Instead of changing the bread, he finished the kebab and handed it to me. He probably thought I wouldn't notice, well he thought wrong. Thanks for nothing and please for one star (I wouldn't have given one if it had been possible)

Incredibly unfriendly, No greeting, no farewell. The salespeople feel compelled to work as if they were doing you a favor. The quality of the meat be it chicken or “veal” mixture mush disaster! Portion small. You are also so unfriendly to children. The store only runs because of its good location! Otherwise it would go bankrupt. I can't recommend it to anyone. For info! Before I write a review, I try the store at least 3 times and yes, all 3 times bad and the last time it wasn't even right!

Unfortunately my visit to Andolu Döner in Dortmund-Hörde was disappointing. From the first impression of the snack bar I noticed how cramped it was, even though it was always clean. The kebab itself did not meet my expectations. The over-toasted bread detracted from the taste, while the meat, although fine, didn't leave much of an impression. The freshness of the side salads was positive, but the heavily salted fries were disappointing. Another negative point was the behavior of the employees, which was unfortunately rude and arrogant. This further added to the overall disappointing dining experience. Furthermore, basic amenities such as customer toilets and the ability to pay by card were missing. The location of the restaurant at the bus stop at Dortmund-Hörde train station was also problematic, as there were often people with problematic behavior nearby, which spoiled the ambience. All in all, I unfortunately cannot recommend Andolu Döner and will visit other locations in the future.

The kebab didn't taste good, unfriendly service, they don't even say hello or goodbye and the prices don't do justice to the quality, cheap meat, cheap bread and for 6 euros I'll never buy a kebab there again, let alone other meals!!!!

Best kebab in the southern hemisphere of Dortmund. Only the price keeps rising. But it tastes good and you get dispatched quickly. Yes, the atmosphere doesn't invite you to linger. But hey, you just want to buy a kebab. Be careful, sometimes the smaller breads (for junior kebabs) run out and then you can only order the normal large one.

Das Essen hat nach netto essen geschmeckt. Habe übel Durchfall bekommen von den essen. Saßen alle auf der Bahn Toilette.

Man wird 30min vor Ladenschluss rausgeschmissen und bekommt nichts zu essen. Über das Essen kann ich leider nichts sagen da wir nichts bekommen haben. Würde den Analdou Döner nicht empfehlen.

Wer aus hörde zur Borussia fährt muss hier vorbei nen Döner fetzen. Und beim nach Hause kommen nochmal. Lohnt immer. Und nett sind alle da. Nur dass es kein Klo gibt ist ein bisschen sad. Aber der anatolische Fleischtopf ist immer eine Reise wert.

Heute einen Lahmacun mit allem und Hähnchenfleisch gegessen, absolut schlecht! Außer Brot und der schlechten Cocktail Soße hat man nichts geschmeckt. War da Fleisch drauf? Oder was anderes? Keine Ahnung, nichts bemerkt. Einfach unterirdisch. Dort werde ich definitiv nie wieder essen.

Das ist das schlechteste Döner denn ich je gegessen habe, die Bedienung war unhöflich und frech (unter der gürtel linie)

(kritik basiert auf willkürliche Öffnungszeiten) Durch Google wurde eine Öffnungszeit bis 1 Uhr angegeben, als wir um 23:50 dort waren, wurden wir mit dem Besen zur seite geschoben & uns wurde mitgeteilt, dass das ja seit Jahren nicht mehr den Öffnungszeiten entspricht. Anscheinend wurde genug für den Tag verkauft & zahlungswillige Kunden werden unfreundlich informiert, dass eigene Öffnungszeiten nicht so ganz wertig sind. Auf das Ambiente kann und möchte ich nicht eingehen, denn es ist eine Dönerbude an einem Bahnhof, geschmacklich scheint es allerdings zu laufen wenn man so früh Feierabend hat.

Preise angehoben, dann noch weniger Fleisch im Döner als vorher, kam mir vor wie eine Salat Tasche. Geschmacklich Leider auch sehr nach gelassen. Letzte mal da gewesen.

Ich bin noch immer geschockt weil ich trotz Warnung dort gekauft habe....Und zwar 2 Döner und 1 Pom Döner...Für genau 25 Euro...hatte aber nur 22 Euro und durfte die Ware mitnehmen....

Der Mitarbeiter aus Bochum ist der beste, das Essen wird von ihm super sauber und ordentlich zubereitet es schmeckt bei ihm am besten. Er ist immer freundlich.

Das Essen ist sehr gut gewesen. Ich habe mir einen ganz normalen döner bestellt und er war sehr lecker. Da das Ambiente leider sehr klein ist es für Rollstühle nicht optimal.

Ab 22 Uhr gibts nur noch für Privatkunden Fleisch. Voll kundenorientiert ... nicht...

Seltsam! Hatte vor ein paar Tagen dort einen Dürüm geholt und dachte:"Wow! Das ist der beste Dürüm den ich seit langem gegessen habe!" Habe mich noch darüber gewundert, wie viel Fleisch da drauf war (50% Fleisch 50% Salat) und wie lecker das war. Der Salat knackig und frisch und die einzelnen Soßen konnte man auch gut herausschmecken. Auch der Teig war super! Daher wollte ich zwei oder drei Tage später noch einmal so ein leckeres Ding. Wurde aber völlig enttäuscht, obwohl es sogar auch der gleiche Typ war,der ihn zubereitet hat! Wenn es hoch kommt 2/3 Salat 1/3 Fleisch, welches geschmacklich kaum wahrnehmbar war. Heftig viel Krautsalat und welche Soßen drauf waren, weiß ich nicht! Hab auch noch nie so kurze Pommes gesehen, die leider auch alles andere als gut waren!

Man schmeckt wirklich nur Gemüse raus Döner Fleisch schmeckt nach nix Daher Salat Döner währe günstiger

Döner ist eine 5,5/10 Döner mit Kalbfleisch Preis 5€ Saucen: Alle Extras: Jalapeños Der Chef war sehr unfreundlich obwohl ich mit einem Lächeln in sein Lokal kam und mit ihm freundlich geredet habe. Essen war ok. Fleisch war zu weich und nicht ganz durch. Saucen waren ok. Brot war ok. Alles in allem nicht sehr zu empfehlen. Gut für den schnellen Hunger aber ich habe leider danach Magenschmerzen bekommen. Kann auch von was anderen sein aber ist leider so. Für 5€ kann man trotzdem machen

Sehr teuer, sehr sehr wenig Fleisch auf dem Döner🥙, unfreundliche Bedienung. Weniger Fleisch hatte ich in meinem ganzen Leben noch nicht drauf. Auf die Frage hin wo denn der Döner unter dem Salat sei bekam ich nur die Antwort :"das ist normal bei uns". Preis /Leistung ist also eine glatte 6.

Es war mal wirklich lecker dort, aber mittlerweile alles matschig und das Fleisch kann man im Döner suchen, dafür ekelig viel Soße und Salat. Nicht mehr zu empfehlen. Schade

Der Meister aus Bochum und der Meister aus Dortmund machen den besten Döner in Dortmund. Ich bin dort Stammkunde und finde den Döner sehr lecker. Kann ich nur empfehlen.

Da der Dönerladen näher ist und erstmals gute Rezensionen hatte, habe ich mich entschlossen ihn mal zu probieren. Ich fand den Döner ok, es war einfach zu trocken. Nach 2 Bissen hat man gefühlt keine Soße mehr. Ich gehe lieber zu meinem stamm Dönermann.

Döner kann man gut essen. Preise fair für die Portionen.

Vorher geschaut ob der much Laden noch auf hat, hatte er laut Google. Also 5€für Scooter ausgegeben um hinzufahren. Eine Stunde vor laden Schluss da gewesen und der Bengel sagt wir machen zu!!!!
