I've been here several times and I have to say: The food is always fresh and prepared quickly – really top-notch! The fries are hot, the burgers have crispy toppings, and you can tell that quality is important here, even though it's fast food. During the week, everything is pretty relaxed – friendly staff, clean tables, and prompt service. The employees are usually in a good mood and helpful. Kudos to them! On the weekend, however, things are a little different: The parking lot and especially the McDrive become a veritable flex zone for young people. People honk, park, and post – as if it were a singles car meeting place instead of a fast-food restaurant. 😄 The street is partially blocked because everyone wants to show off their car. A bit annoying when you just want to pick up your burger. Nevertheless: If you're hungry and in a good mood, you won't be disappointed here. Great for families during the week – and probably a secret hotspot for tuning fans on the weekends too. 😅

The flat-peeps offer table service but don't bring it to you grrrr

I really don't expect much anymore when I go to McDonald's. But today, my expectations were exceeded several times over. Where do I start? Probably the best place to start is the new Signature Burger. Despite the "Pimp Your Burger" option, it was so cold and sticky that I assume I was served a product that only narrowly escaped the trash. True to the motto: Old burger, a few jalapeños on top – voila: Signature Burger with your choice of toppings. But back to the story. Curly fries, twister potatoes, or ring fries – a delight. Well, at least when they're fresh, hot, and crispy. Unfortunately, my fries lacked these three attributes. I can overlook that if the error is corrected after being notified. So I go to the counter and complain about my cold curly fries, and I get a new bag of cold curly fries from the same production line as a replacement. Seriously? But all good things come in threes, I thought to myself. So, for dessert. Several years ago, McDonald's served delicious cherry-filled fried dumplings. Inspired by the advertising poster, I decided to indulge this childhood memory. But what I got was once again only lukewarm. There were no cherries in the entire dumpling. And it tasted like overcooked syrup in the flavor E 1519. To conclude with Jessie and James: That was another flop.

Very unhygienic toilet disaster!

I ordered online. The Happy Meal was missing the toy, and instead of the four nuggets, it came with two cheeseburgers. The chicken burgers are way too spicy and just not tasty... A solid 1/5

Too expensive and you wait longer

There is a donut and a cookie that is already rocked. When asked, they just say that it's always like that... At other branches everything is fresh. There is no table service, you have to pick it up yourself even though there is nothing going on. Under all hell.

So I went there twice again this week for the glasses and you won't be disappointed. As soon as you came in you could tell from your shoes that the whole floor was sticky and all the tables were full of crumbs and smeared. Quickly looked for a reasonably clean table and ordered it using the app with table service. Then waited and waited and nothing happened and in between the same number was always called to pick it up. The table service didn't respond and the number called out wasn't displayed in the app. Then we went to the counter and asked where the food was and said it was there and was called out several times. When I asked about ordering with table service, the only response I got was that they were understaffed. Then you should deactivate the function for the time if that is the case. And then when we checked the things we had ordered, the glass was of course missing. The branch has really fallen apart. I will go to Bochum in the future. This is the best branch I've visited so far. Modern and clean.

very nice and helpful. I saw someone taking drugs in the bathroom. I reported it to the staff. The lady said someone would clean it up. After 30 minutes I went back to report it. She said I forgot. It doesn't matter that children go to the toilet and see it. After 3 hours I went back and nothing changed. The drugs were still scattered around. Kudos to the staff.

Worst McDonald's in Dortmund! Very often things are forgotten at the drive-in that were included in the bill. Often just little things that you wouldn't go back for. I'm starting to get the feeling that they're doing this extra, especially since the staff is often hard to understand. I don't understand why there aren't any curly fries there either. Apart from these shortcomings, the location is not particularly good either. Nevertheless, it's still relatively tasty, hence 2 stars.

We were there early in the morning. The ordering process only allows coupons once, but even then only with the app. Naturally. That's why it's inexpensive. Oh, neither. The staff was really bad. No greeting, hands constantly in pockets (even with gloves) and a slow pace. Counter not wiped down (two hairs on it and some dried stains from a sweet drink - on the delivery counter, the whole food goes over it and it literally stands out). I don't expect a gourmet temple with the golden "M" but now the last bastion has fallen and the previously comparatively good coffee has noticeably deteriorated. Maybe I should be glad he was hot.

Very rude manager. I was there shortly before closing time and waited about 30 minutes for my food because the staff wanted to do the cleaning. After about 30 minutes I got my food. The burger was ice cold and the petty meat was half grilled. I spoke to the manager and he said it was okay. I gave him the burger back and didn't get an apology or another burger. He turned around and laughed. I've never seen such staff before.

I liked that there was parking, I went into the bathrooms and they were too dirty, but the service was good, they delivered my order quickly, complete and well packaged. The restaurant was full but there were also empty tables because they were dirty, I feel like they should pay more attention to that. Otherwise, everything is in order.

I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. It's cold inside, the tables are dirty and there are no toys on the children's menu. The sandwiches are prepared with lettuce on the side of the sandwich rather than served in it. I asked for a tray, they gave me a dirty one. 😡

If you pay that much, the curry sauce you order should also be included with the Chicken Mc Nuggets. You should better check what you pack and not collect money for half the goods!!!!!!!!

Clean place, fast and fresh. Above all, courteous service and friendly, human employees. The trainer in charge checked in the camp especially for our children to see if there were any books from the Happy Meal left, as there were no more books in stock in the edition. After checking, he brought them to the table and made our children happy. This is the kind of service that is unfortunately becoming less and less available these days, hence 5 stars for this restaurant and the friendly staff! Thanks!

Something went wrong the last three times I was here. The first time, mayonnaise and sauce were missing, I thought ok, I could have checked since I was already at home so I didn't want to go back. The next time I checked the order in the car, everything was there, I tried the cola and I'm sure it was already carbonated 😒 undrinkable. So today on the way home I'm not in the mood for kebab or something like that, I think okay with a few nuggets they can't go wrong, but just look at the spicy nuggets in here. That's my conclusion: I'm done with the store, so I can't just keep complaining about something here, no matter if it's a small thing or not, I'm ultimately paying for it. So I'm out

Sorry, I'm giving it a wide berth here, I've tried it many times and have been disappointed every time. Staff can't even count to 3. 5x what was ordered and 5x something was missing in the end. Fries were cold again. Although there wasn't much going on, many tables were dirty, dish trolleys were full so you didn't know where to put your rubbish. Time approx. 12.15.

Basically there is always something missing, we now always check everything, which is super annoying when you order a larger takeaway order. But today we were extremely disappointed. The fries were already ice cold when they arrived in the car. Shouldn't really be the case with the long distance of 10m to the parking lot. The burgers were only lukewarm. Why do you let food go out like that???

There were seven of us here for lunch. The fries were all lukewarm to cold. Seriously, there are much better Golden Seagulls in North Rhine-Westphalia.

There was a worm in my chicken burger patty and it was really hard and cold. I got a burger as compensation, but I couldn't eat it because I was so sick. I think that's cheeky.

Food was only lukewarm and tasted slightly like the fridge. Fries should be hot, that's why I go. It was also rarely attended, the warming containers don't get empty so quickly and the heat is probably reduced given the energy prices. We'll see if there are more people there soon!

To put it politely, the store is not the cleanest. The food was mostly cold or dried out. If that doesn't bother you, you'll definitely be happy. There are definitely better-run branches of the chain.

The toilets in Dortmund Eving are not the cleanest. The area outside for the children could use some updating, food usually sits there for too long and isn't always fresh!

If the order becomes more complicated and is for more people, it's better to check the order again in the store to make sure everything is there, otherwise it's an average McDonald's.

In my experience one of the worst McDonalds in Dortmund. I have received completely cold fries/burgers several times. Especially if you come late in the evening, it tastes as if it had been fried or warmed up several times, inedible and asking for money for it is a disgrace.

Yes, just super delicious! I absolutely had to try the Hamburger M! Large, the two delicious minced slices are large and super crispy. So please don't bring any fries, one of mine was pleasantly full!

NEVER NEVER Chicken nuggets were either in the deep fryer twice or stood there for too long. They were rotten, dry and looked black. How can you sell something like that to customers?

Ordered a cheeseburger and got an old hamburger with a slice of cheese on it, it was 0.0 melted. The toys were also missing from the happy meal. Of course the little one was really happy at home. Thanks.

Rarely visited such a bad Burger King. The zero guests made us suspicious (the fast food shop next door was full!). We quickly realized why. Bored staff, not friendly, empty kitchen. Luckily we wanted to pay in cash because when we stood at the checkout and had a lot of problems (which we couldn't understand) we saw the really greasy and dirty shirt from the gentleman who was processing the order. It wasn't just greasy (I'll spare us everything else). In short: cancel the order and immediately move to the competition. Sorry, this franchisee doesn't work at all.

Unfortunately, the portions have become smaller and they seem to be saving money everywhere. Packaging is no longer what it used to be. You have to be careful with the drinks, the containers have become very, very flexible. The fries are often very cold.

Guest meeting for specialists of all kinds

I wanted to order at the checkout because the ordering machine wasn't working properly and the rest were busy. Apparently that overwhelmed the cashier. After several attempts to convince myself to order from the machine because it was easier, I went to Burger King, next door.

I went there two weeks ago in the evening, I have a small child who I let play on the slide outside the restaurant, the area is fenced but unfortunately the small gate is not safe, every time a customer leaves the gate remains open and the child is at risk to easily go out onto the street which is always busy, we need to find a solution to make that space safe for small customers and put a gate that closes well so that we don't have to rush to close it every time after a customer leaves.

Just wanted an ice cream and a milkshake. An employee pointed out in a very rude and rude manner that I had to use the terminal. Great McDonald's, with a rich and inexpensive offer ;) Delicious food for which you don't have to wait long, despite huge crowds and queues in the restaurant. Clean bathroom. Open until late. I recommend my favorite McSet, i.e. Big Mac, fries and Coca-Cola ;)

I waited 10 minutes for my order with the simplest burger

We had to ask several times for the table to be cleaned. The toilets were very dirty and smelled awfully of urine. The cleaning supplies for the tables were lying on the dirty trash cart.

Almost had a fight with the guy at the counter,refused to give a lid made me wait forever to pay even tho he wasn’t busy and I forgot to add something on my order but he said he can’t type a new order at the counter i had to wait anyways fire him immediately
