If you pay that much, the curry sauce you order should also be included with the Chicken Mc Nuggets. You should better check what you pack and not collect money for half the goods!!!!!!!!

Clean place, fast and fresh. Above all, courteous service and friendly, human employees. The trainer in charge checked in the camp especially for our children to see if there were any books from the Happy Meal left, as there were no more books in stock in the edition. After checking, he brought them to the table and made our children happy. This is the kind of service that is unfortunately becoming less and less available these days, hence 5 stars for this restaurant and the friendly staff! Thanks!

Something went wrong the last three times I was here. The first time, mayonnaise and sauce were missing, I thought ok, I could have checked since I was already at home so I didn't want to go back. The next time I checked the order in the car, everything was there, I tried the cola and I'm sure it was already carbonated 😒 undrinkable. So today on the way home I'm not in the mood for kebab or something like that, I think okay with a few nuggets they can't go wrong, but just look at the spicy nuggets in here. That's my conclusion: I'm done with the store, so I can't just keep complaining about something here, no matter if it's a small thing or not, I'm ultimately paying for it. So I'm out

Sorry, I'm giving it a wide berth here, I've tried it many times and have been disappointed every time. Staff can't even count to 3. 5x what was ordered and 5x something was missing in the end. Or often you never have what you want to order. Or food cold or already warmed up. You can tell that McDonald's is not controlled here

After eating the burgers, our whole family got terribly sick. Never again.

Fries were cold again. Although there wasn't much going on, many tables were dirty, dish trolleys were full so you didn't know where to put your rubbish. Time approx. 12.15.

Basically there is always something missing, we now always check everything, which is super annoying when you order a larger takeaway order. But today we were extremely disappointed. The fries were already ice cold when they arrived in the car. Shouldn't really be the case with the long distance of 10m to the parking lot. The burgers were only lukewarm. Why do you let food go out like that???

There were seven of us here for lunch. The fries were all lukewarm to cold. Seriously, there are much better Golden Seagulls in North Rhine-Westphalia.

There was a worm in my chicken burger patty and it was really hard and cold. I got a burger as compensation, but I couldn't eat it because I was so sick. I think that's cheeky.

Food was only lukewarm and tasted slightly like the fridge. Fries should be hot, that's why I go. It was also rarely attended, the warming containers don't get empty so quickly and the heat is probably reduced given the energy prices. We'll see if there are more people there soon!

To put it politely, the store is not the cleanest. The food was mostly cold or dried out. If that doesn't bother you, you'll definitely be happy. There are definitely better-run branches of the chain.

The toilets in Dortmund Eving are not the cleanest. The area outside for the children could use some updating, food usually sits there for too long and isn't always fresh!

If the order becomes more complicated and is for more people, it's better to check the order again in the store to make sure everything is there, otherwise it's an average McDonald's.

In my experience one of the worst McDonalds in Dortmund. I have received completely cold fries/burgers several times. Especially if you come late in the evening, it tastes as if it had been fried or warmed up several times, inedible and asking for money for it is a disgrace.

Yes, just super delicious! I absolutely had to try the Hamburger M! Large, the two delicious minced slices are large and super crispy. So please don't bring any fries, one of mine was pleasantly full!

NEVER NEVER Chicken nuggets were either in the deep fryer twice or stood there for too long. They were rotten, dry and looked black. How can you sell something like that to customers?

Ordered a cheeseburger and got an old hamburger with a slice of cheese on it, it was 0.0 melted. The toys were also missing from the happy meal. Of course the little one was really happy at home. Thanks.

Rarely visited such a bad Burger King. The zero guests made us suspicious (the fast food shop next door was full!). We quickly realized why. Bored staff, not friendly, empty kitchen. Luckily we wanted to pay in cash because when we stood at the checkout and had a lot of problems (which we couldn't understand) we saw the really greasy and dirty shirt from the gentleman who was processing the order. It wasn't just greasy (I'll spare us everything else). In short: cancel the order and immediately move to the competition. Sorry, this franchisee doesn't work at all.

Unfortunately, the portions have become smaller and they seem to be saving money everywhere. Packaging is no longer what it used to be. You have to be careful with the drinks, the containers have become very, very flexible. The fries are often very cold.

You go to McDonald's in Eving with low expectations, but you are pleasantly surprised: the food is always fresh and of good quality. You really notice the difference. Unfortunately, the staff often seems overwhelmed, which occasionally delays service. Overall, a solid choice for a quick snack.

I wanted to order at the checkout because the ordering machine wasn't working properly and the rest were busy. Apparently that overwhelmed the cashier. After several attempts to convince myself to order from the machine because it was easier, I went to Burger King, next door.

I went there two weeks ago in the evening, I have a small child who I let play on the slide outside the restaurant, the area is fenced but unfortunately the small gate is not safe, every time a customer leaves the gate remains open and the child is at risk to easily go out onto the street which is always busy, we need to find a solution to make that space safe for small customers and put a gate that closes well so that we don't have to rush to close it every time after a customer leaves.

The first thing I thought about was having breakfast at quarter to eight in the morning, and if you consider that this branch was only open for three quarters of an hour, it already looked messy, which is usually not the fault of the staff, but that's the only thing I can say, otherwise everything was fine, staff friendly and accommodating, would be happy to come back at any time

Just wanted an ice cream and a milkshake. An employee pointed out in a very rude and rude manner that I had to use the terminal. It's just strange that a customer after me was allowed to order from him. Shortly after placing my order via the terminal, I clicked that I would like to pay in cash. Great McDonald's, with a rich and inexpensive offer ;) Delicious food for which you don't have to wait long, despite huge crowds and queues in the restaurant. Clean bathroom. Open until late. I recommend my favorite McSet, i.e. Big Mac, fries and Coca-Cola ;)

Dirty, unfriendly people, we didn't even get half the order. Workers do not deal with guests. I asked for an extra tray and they gave me a dirty one. 😠

Wir haben uns das Essen an den Tisch bringen lassen. Dauerte auch nicht lange und der Mitarbeiter war sehr freundlich. Allerdings war nicht alles frisch und heiß. Leider war es ziemlich voll und dementsprechend laut.

Service war okay aber es war natürlich wieder einmal die Eismaschine kaputt. Nicht empfehlenswert.

Leider hat die Hälfte der Bestellung gefehlt und alte Verpackungen ohne Code bei monopoly

Leider dauert es gefühlt immer ewig bis man dann sein Essen hat. Ich stand bestimmt 15 Minuten bis mein Essen fertig war. Der Laden war nicht voll. Beim Personal ist es unterschiedlich einige sind wirklich freundlich, bei anderen hat man das Gefühl , sie wollen nicht arbeiten und schon gar nicht Kunden bedienen

Sehr dreckig. Mitarbeiter rennen planlos durch die Gegend, Tische abputzen wird überbewertet. Und Steckdosen gehen auch alle nicht , um mal z.B Handy zu laden

Eiskalten Cheeseburger zuhause ausgepackt. Zudem völlig vertrocknet. War nur noch für die Tonne. Schade, scheint sich mal wieder zu verschlechtern. Lief ja scheinbar zu lange gut… Der Laden war auch nicht voll, dass man sagen könnte, dass das im Eifer des Gefechts untergehen konnte.

Sonntag ist Katastrophentag kommst dir vor wie im Ausland nur Pack. Und der Service an dem Tag auch zum Kotzen.

Ein Stern ist noch zuviel. Der Shop war schmutzig, die Rückgabewagen waren mehr als voll. Das Personal quatschte lieber dummes Zeug im Bereich der Theke. Die Toiletten unter aller Sau, zwei Pissbecken quellen über, kein Handtuchpapier und der Trockner defekt. Insgesamt unter aller Sau. Absolut nicht empfehlenswert.

Für ein Fastfood-Restaurant sehr sauber und gemütlich. Das Personal ist zügig und nett, aber sichtlich überarbeitet, obwohl es nicht sehr voll war. Die benötigen wohl umgehend Verstärkung.

Iced Coffee Shake Caramel bestellt aber Eiswürfel mit Caramel erhslten ... Davor hatte der Mitarbeiter statt Caramel, Schokolade gemacht und log auch noch. Auf freundlicher bitte, dass er ein neuen, wie bestellt, machen sollen hat er dann wahrscheinlich aus Wut den Shake extra versaut. Die knapp 5 Euro sollte man bei jedem versauten Shake Mal vom Gehalt abziehen und dann schauen ob der gute Herr das noch öfter macht.

Leider einer der schlechtesten Filialen die ich kenne. Sauberkeit immer wieder Grenzwertig. Trotzdem zwei Sterne für das überwiegend freundliche Personal. Nachtrag: 12.10.2019 Gutscheine bzw. COUPONS nicht einlösbar (Systemprobleme) Immer noch keine Besserung...eher negativer!! Toiletten stinken, Tische dreckig, Tablettwagen überfüllt, usw. Also wenn MC Donalds Qualität bieten und zeigen möchte, dann sollte das Personal mal besser geführt werden. Mitarbeiter geht am Müll und Dreck vorbei, und geht sich vor dem Haupteingang erst einmal eine rauchen!!! Wenn mein Töchterchen nicht gelegentlich mal etwas vom großen M haben wollen würde, wäre das definitiv nicht meine erste Wahl! Oft sehr voll...gerade zur Mittagszeit

Wir wollten an einem Automaten bestellen, wo das EC Gerät nicht funktionierte. Daraufhin mussten wir zur Kasse gehen um dort mit Karte zu bezahlen. Das ganze System stürzte ab, was auch mal passieren kann. Jedoch wurden wir 10 Minuten lang ignoriert, als würde niemand an der Kasse stehen (und die Schlange wurde immer länger). Als wir fragten, ob jemand helfen könne kam ein anderer Mitarbeiter, tippte 3 mal auf das Display und sagte „ja muss laden“ und ging. Auf Nachfrage von einer Frau hinter uns, wie lange es noch dauern würde, kam ein rothaariger Mann mit Weste zur Kasse und antwortete patzig „10,15,20 Minuten halbe Stunde, das weiß ich doch nicht“ und knüllte alle Bons die vor ihm lagen zusammen, inklusive unserer Bestellung. Lange nicht mehr so unfreundliche Menschen bei einem McDonald’s erlebt.
