I was there 10 minutes ago, I was in a hurry and didn't check my takeaway order. A FATAL MISTAKE! I ordered 3 cheeseburgers, 1 McChicken, 20 nuggets with fries and sauces... What I got in the surprise bag was a Big Mac, those Crispy fries, and sauces I didn't order. The rest was correct... PLEASE ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDERS... Well, trust is good, but verification (McDonald's Eving) is better...

So-so... Food as usual at McDonald's, but the service is... McDrive rarely works... Something's always missing... Inside is okay, but annoying...

Guys, it's 9:00 AM and ALL the tables are dirty! If the cleanliness wasn't up to par from the day before...

The fries were taken straight from the freezer. I ate them, but for €11.99 they were very poorly prepared. Absolutely awful. And they turned me away from the drive-thru because I had an e-scooter. Best regards. I'm never coming back.

Hello, I ordered two burgers, but when I went to find a table, I couldn't find one. Every table was dirty or had used trays with used packaging from other guests. My burgers were mixed up. The cleanliness really leaves much to be desired.

To be honest, I'd give this messy and dirty fast-food restaurant zero stars right now, even though I've eaten here several times before. Every table except one was left dirty, there was trash on the floor, and when we asked about it, we were told that an employee was already cleaning up (which was only noticeable after we pointed it out). The service was quick, which I would have expected given there were only two other customers at the time, and the food was ready to eat – neither too hot nor too cold. Nevertheless, I wanted to share this feedback in the hope that something will be done about it.

This McDonald's is incredibly disgusting! Every time you order a burger there, it just looks revolting. Just watching the people making the burgers is disgusting!

Clean, nice McDonald's, everything fresh

The place was simply filthy, the tables, floors, and even the tray return area were dirty. I know McDonald's to be different.

It was another "very nice" experience at McDonald's! Terrific organization! I ordered a meal and my partner ordered a wrap plus salad. Everything was ready and packed when the employee noticed the salad wasn't even prepared! Result: the fries arrived home cold and soggy, the wrap was cold, and so was everything else. Not a word of apology when I picked it up! When I pointed out that my food was now soggy, the woman replied: "Well, these things happen!" I won't be going to McDonald's for months! Disappointing!!!!!!

The food itself is perfectly fine. But it's annoying when something is always missing from the order. If you point it out, you get strange looks. The place is always quite dirty, especially in the evening.

An employee was smoking inside the store with the door open, and the smoke wafted into the entire customer area. Several employees wore AirPods while working, addressed customers very casually, and shouted loudly throughout the store. The atmosphere was very chaotic as a result – I felt more like I was at a train station than in a restaurant. My food was cold, and almost all the tables were dirty. Overall, the branch gave an unkempt and disorganized impression. It's a shame, because I'm usually happy with McDonald's. I hope they'll soon pay attention to order and cleanliness here.

I had placed a pickup order through Liefernado. Unfortunately, the employee at the counter didn't speak German, which made communication significantly more difficult. This led to misunderstandings, and I had to wait for the delivery person. After I was able to clarify the situation with the delivery person, the employee retreated, embarrassed. This experience highlights a fundamental problem at McDonald's: Some employees are neither able to communicate with customers nor sufficiently familiar with their own ordering system. Simply looking for the name or order number would have been enough.

I was at McDonald's at 2:30 p.m., and then Ms. Kampmann (shift manager) came up to me and said something stupid like, "Bad people always seem to be doing well," which was really disrespectful. If she talks to a customer like that, I wonder how she treats her employees... impossible.

A serious incident occurred during our visit: An employee spilled two Coca-Cola cups on my wife while serving, significantly soiling her clothes. Instead of immediately apologizing or offering assistance, the server immediately left. Only after the shift manager was involved was our order replaced and a belated apology was offered. As "compensation," we were offered only a muffin, donut, or ice cream—a completely inadequate offer considering that clothing and personal belongings were damaged due to your employee's negligence. The way customers were treated here is not only unprofessional but also disrespectful. We are absolutely certain: We will not visit this restaurant again and cannot recommend it in any way.

Worst McDonald's ever. Burgers come like puzzles, which are best assembled yourself, otherwise there would be neither a patty in the bun nor any cheese inside the burger. I've been here several times and I have to say: The food is always fresh and prepared quickly – really top-notch! The fries are hot, the burgers have crispy toppings, and you can tell that quality is important here, even though it's fast food. During the week, everything is pretty relaxed – friendly staff, clean tables, and prompt service. The employees are usually in a good mood and helpful. Kudos to them! On the weekend, however, things are a little different: The parking lot and especially the McDrive become a veritable flex zone for young people. People honk, park, and post – as if it were a singles car meeting place instead of a fast-food restaurant. 😄 The street is partially blocked because everyone wants to show off their car. A bit annoying when you just want to pick up your burger. Nevertheless: If you're hungry and in a good mood, you won't be disappointed here. Great for families during the week – and probably a secret hotspot for tuning fans on the weekends too. 😅

I really don't expect much anymore when I go to McDonald's. But today, my expectations were exceeded several times over. Where do I start? Probably the best place to start is the new Signature Burger. Despite the "Pimp Your Burger" option, it was so cold and sticky that I assume I was served a product that only narrowly escaped the trash. True to the motto: Old burger, a few jalapeños on top – voila: Signature Burger with your choice of toppings. But back to the story. Curly fries, twister potatoes, or ring fries – a delight. Well, at least when they're fresh, hot, and crispy. Unfortunately, my fries lacked these three attributes. I can overlook that if the error is corrected after being notified. So I go to the counter and complain about my cold curly fries, and I get a new bag of cold curly fries from the same production line as a replacement. Seriously? But all good things come in threes, I thought to myself. So, for dessert. Several years ago, McDonald's served delicious cherry-filled fried dumplings. Inspired by the advertising poster, I decided to indulge this childhood memory. But what I got was once again only lukewarm. There were no cherries in the entire dumpling. And it tasted like overcooked syrup in the flavor E 1519. To conclude with Jessie and James: That was another flop.

Too expensive and you wait longer

There is a donut and a cookie that is already rocked. When asked, they just say that it's always like that... At other branches everything is fresh. There is no table service, you have to pick it up yourself even though there is nothing going on. Under all hell.

So I went there twice again this week for the glasses and you won't be disappointed. As soon as you came in you could tell from your shoes that the whole floor was sticky and all the tables were full of crumbs and smeared. Quickly looked for a reasonably clean table and ordered it using the app with table service. Then waited and waited and nothing happened and in between the same number was always called to pick it up. The table service didn't respond and the number called out wasn't displayed in the app. Then we went to the counter and asked where the food was and said it was there and was called out several times. When I asked about ordering with table service, the only response I got was that they were understaffed. Then you should deactivate the function for the time if that is the case. And then when we checked the things we had ordered, the glass was of course missing. The branch has really fallen apart. I will go to Bochum in the future. This is the best branch I've visited so far. Modern and clean.

very nice and helpful. I saw someone taking drugs in the bathroom. I reported it to the staff. The lady said someone would clean it up. After 30 minutes I went back to report it. She said I forgot. It doesn't matter that children go to the toilet and see it. After 3 hours I went back and nothing changed. The drugs were still scattered around. Kudos to the staff.

Worst McDonald's in Dortmund! Very often things are forgotten at the drive-in that were included in the bill. Often just little things that you wouldn't go back for. We were there early in the morning. The ordering process only allows coupons once, but even then only with the app. Naturally. That's why it's inexpensive. Oh, neither. The staff was really bad. No greeting, hands constantly in pockets (even with gloves) and a slow pace. Counter not wiped down (two hairs on it and some dried stains from a sweet drink - on the delivery counter, the whole food goes over it and it literally stands out). The trainer in charge checked in the camp especially for our children to see if there were any books from the Happy Meal left, as there were no more books in stock in the edition. After checking, he brought them to the table and made our children happy. Something went wrong the last three times I was here. The first time, mayonnaise and sauce were missing, I thought ok, I could have checked since I was already at home so I didn't want to go back. There were seven of us here for lunch. The fries were all lukewarm to cold. Seriously, there are much better Golden Seagulls in North Rhine-Westphalia.

There was a worm in my chicken burger patty and it was really hard and cold. I got a burger as compensation, but I couldn't eat it because I was so sick. I think that's cheeky.

Food was only lukewarm and tasted slightly like the fridge. Fries should be hot, that's why I go. It was also rarely attended, the warming containers don't get empty so quickly and the heat is probably reduced given the energy prices. We'll see if there are more people there soon!

To put it politely, the store is not the cleanest. The food was mostly cold or dried out. If that doesn't bother you, you'll definitely be happy. There are definitely better-run branches of the chain.

The toilets in Dortmund Eving are not the cleanest. The area outside for the children could use some updating, food usually sits there for too long and isn't always fresh!

If the order becomes more complicated and is for more people, it's better to check the order again in the store to make sure everything is there, otherwise it's an average McDonald's.
