Until recently, we were actually really impressed by the friendliness of the staff as well as the food, as the fries there were much fresher than at McDonald's on the B1 or the main train station. Unfortunately, for a few weeks now, it has happened that you either have listless employees at the mcdrive who are difficult to understand, or they also tell you that coupons can only be redeemed in the restaurant from 3 pieces onwards, which is what a family with 2 children already has the mc drive makes the experience a waste... Regardless of the fact that it is probably not in the company's interest to proceed this way... one of the employees scans it at the window and thereby finally shows sensible and flexible behavior in the interests of the company. The fact that licensed products like Smurfs from the Happymeal are already completely sold out after three days of advertising is certainly a problem for the McDonalds group of companies, but it's just sad and in my opinion a bit suspicious... However, the fact that 3 meter posters advertise ice cream and that it hasn't been sold for weeks represents a deception for me from a service perspective... It's not just a problem for parents with excited children... When I asked about it, I didn't receive any at all Answer from the employee...Perhaps she simply didn't understand the question, as is often the case. In any case, it's a shame that a billion-dollar company is run like this... Here maybe the office should keep an eye on your business and the employees more.

McDonald's used to be good years ago. There have been no milkshakes or ice cream for weeks and months now. If there was already something written outside, you could save yourself the long wait for nothing. Nowadays it must be possible to repair an ice cream machine within a very short time or perhaps you should buy a new ice cream machine so that it doesn't go on like this all the time. The best thing would be to remove the advertising for ice cream outside.

After the direct neighbor across the street sang and soundlessly failed at the service, I have to honestly admit that McDonald's has actually improved a bit. Even though I'm not a big fan of these waste terminals, at least ordering via the app works very reliably and the service speed has increased more than noticeably. I honestly have to praise that. I haven't figured out why the ice cream machine always breaks down in the summer, but I assume that the elves they poached from Santa Claus after Christmas only had a six-month contract and are now back in Santa's workshop.

I didn't pay attention to the name of the lady working, but she looked like an Asian woman whose behavior was below criticism. She nervously asked if I had finished ordering (through the app), because I had placed three orders separately, as three orders at once were not possible. We waited about 20 minutes for one of our orders. I won't go back there.

Food, service and ambience all good. However, you almost fall over in the toilet because it stinks so much.

Just stated the order at the counter and was asked 5 times which order. Afterwards I only got half the price at the counter, thank you for your incompetence. NEVER MC DRIVE IN KLEY AGAIN.

I have been a customer at McDonald's in Dortmund-Kley for eight years and to date I have not experienced any unfriendly employees. At the first window the employee still didn't accept my order and told me directly that he didn't want to take my order without giving a reason. Afterwards I spoke to a very friendly employee who invited me to a free meal. However, it's not about the free food for me. My wish is that the employees are friendly. When I come to McDonald's as a customer, I expect friendliness. I am writing this review so that the employee can see how one should behave in the workplace. He should learn how to talk to customers and how to be friendly to them. It is absolutely unacceptable for an employee to say: "I don't want to take your order" or "I don't want to sell you anything". McDonald's is not owned by one or two people, it's the employees who work there and they get paid for it. Therefore, they should be friendly to customers. Employees always manage to ensure that the fries are terrible, orders are often incorrect, sometimes you can redeem 2 vouchers, sometimes only one. The worst McDonald's I know. The worst thing is this valet service that simply gives you a fine of 30 euros while you're inside and don't have your parking disc in your car. Absolutely simple. Ich war nach längerer Zeit hier essen. Der Laden war sehr schmutzig. Das Essen haben wir am Terminal bestellt und wurde uns innerhalb weniger Minuten zum Tisch gebracht. Die Parksituation ist eine Katastrophe.

Ich weiss nicht wie ihr das seht,aber man muss immer seine Bestellung kontrollieren , die kriegen es nicht gebacken ne Bestellung in die tüte zu bekommen. Wir waren schon so oft da, und immer fehlte was oder es war was falsches in der Tüte. Manchmal habe ich den Eindruck hier wird das Personal eingearbeitet und dann an andere mcds weitergegeben. Ich würde sagen das ist ne Ausbildungsstätte.

Erlebnis Fastfood war mal vor Jahren. Durchschnitt 3 Sterne, zu viel. Essen nicht heiß. Terminals nerven total, für uns Kunden sei keine Zeit, zu wenig Personal. Also bitte! Filialleiter war inkompetent, eingebildet und frech. Vergessen Sie, dass deren Lohn gezahlt wird weil wir dort essen kommen?!? Unfreundliche Mitarbeiter... nicht normal. Ich bin mittlerweile eher selten dort. Mitarbeiter Bestellannahme im Drive meist freundlich.

Klassische Filiale. Leider fehlen sehr oft Artikel wenn man durch den Drive through fährt. Gerade eben wieder nach den fehlenden Soßen gefragt. Der Kommentar der Mitarbeiter: ja hier fehlt oft was, das müssen sie kontrollieren, dafür gibt es ja den Standstreifen nach dem McDrive. Zuhause angekommen, festgestellt, das auch der Fruchtquatsch im Happy Meal fehlt. Da dies eigentlich fast bei jeder Bestellung so ist (ich fahre diese Filiale relativ häufig an, war das 4te Mal in FOLGE das etwas fehlt), sind entweder die Mitarbeiter unaufmerksam oder schlecht geschult oder das ganze hat System. Den Eindruck bekomme ich mittlerweile.

Heute zum ersten Mal da-das Essen kam zügig und die Bedienung war nett. Aber es gab nicht mal einen geputzten Tisch! Überall lagen Reste auf den Tischen, klebte und war nicht wirklich schön. Nicht zu empfehlen.

Die Pommes war einfach nur zu Hälfte voll. So eine winzige Portion. Und nein es waren keine mehr in der Tüte.

Ein Stern Abzug, da es immer teurer wird. Das gilt nicht unbedingt für diese Lokalität aber generell für MC Donalds.. Vor Allem der Milkshake schmeckt aber nicht mehr so gut!

Mcdonalds halt... Mal hat man Glück und das Essen ist richtig warm, mal hat man Pech und das Essen ist schon kalt. Schade, dass die süße Chilli Sauce verändert wurde. Bestelle ich seitdem nicht mehr.

Fastfood mit langen Wartezeiten am Drive in Bereich

Leider sehr dreckig die Tische und der Boden. Obwohl es sehr leer war kam nicht eine Servicekraft darauf mal sauber zu machen.

Es wird über einen lautstark gelästert weil man 6 Happy Metal für einen Kindergeburtstag bestellt. Werde in Zukunft diesen MC Donalds meiden.
