8 out of 10 orders are incomplete – burgers, sauces, or even 4 toys are simply missing from the package! One starts to get the feeling that this is a scam; it borders on fraud!

The burger was cold and overcooked, so it really wasn't tasty.

Drove into the drive-thru at midnight, picked up the burgers at 12:35. A complete disaster!! I'm speechless, how can you waste over half an hour waiting for four standard burgers at a fast-food joint?

Honestly, what's going on with you guys? I went to the drive-thru a bit later this evening, it was empty, and I waited at least 15 minutes for two burgers, which an annoyed employee practically threw into my car without a word. I went again today, it was Friday evening and busy, and the digital order display just wasn't working. People are waiting forever for their food at a "fast food restaurant." It's just abysmal, honestly. The staff are at least trying, but that doesn't help with such terrible management. I have no idea what kind of idiot is running this franchise now...

We tried them again after ages; the Big Rösti piqued our curiosity. We're sticking with ages.

I was there today around 5 pm and everything was great! The food was delicious, served piping hot, and the fries were fresh and crispy. Very friendly service – I'll definitely be back!

What a terrible place!!! Waiting 15 minutes at the drive-thru only to find out at home that half the order was missing!! What do these employees even do for a living?! It can't be that hard to read the ordered food from the menu and put it in the paper bag!!

A very neglected McDonald's restaurant. Even on a Tuesday evening at 9:30 p.m., it doesn't have to look this bad. All the tables are filthy, the benches are greasy, and the chairs seem to be about to fall apart. The tray carts are overflowing with trash, so you have to think about where you can even put your tray. On one of the tables, since they're dirty anyway. The burgers and fries are cold, and the server slams your tray down on the table after repeatedly shouting (not calling!) the table service number across the restaurant. The toilet paper hadn't been refilled either. By the way, there's a Burger King across the street!

The staff are trying their best to fulfill customer requests. Unfortunately, it's very busy due to the surrounding shops. The wait time at the drive-thru was over 15 minutes! With my last order, I unfortunately got a spout from the beverage dispenser in my drink. They tried to resolve the issue with a replacement drink over the phone, which was fine. However, the employee should have noticed this.

I was given a mixed bag of food, partly the right food and partly the wrong food. The restaurant was empty, so how is it possible to pack the wrong food? The person who packed the wrong food was also busy talking to someone, which is probably why they did it wrong. Absolutely unprofessional and a complete waste of money!

Visited the branch this morning. Typical McDonald's, but the place looked like it hadn't been cleaned in two days. From the counter to the outside, the floor was sticky, and the tables and benches were smeared, so it wasn't exactly inviting. Otherwise, the staff were friendly and quick, but the cleanliness was abysmal.

A "boss" who unnecessarily condescendingly harasses his employees in front of customers and, when pointed out to him, makes rude and rude remarks should take a moment to consider whether he's actually doing HIS job properly. No. It's the lowest of the low.

Unfortunately, it's always different – ​​no matter which McDonald's I go to, the same product tastes different every time. Today was particularly disappointing: I ordered a 0.4 l Iced Coffee Shake Choc and got almost nothing but ice in the cup. The straw was hard to insert, and after two sips, it was all gone. When I opened it, it was just ice. It's a real shame when you pay for something and get something like that.

First of all, I really like McDonald's, but they need to work on their quality management. They're out of ingredients and lack sauces at the McDrive. It could be better.

The food was simply amazing today. It's not always this good here, but today it was very, very tasty. Everything was perfect.

So where do I start? I ordered a cheeseburger, coke and chicken mc nuggets. The wait was relatively quick, which is good, but the burger wasn't particularly good. The bun was dry and burnt, the cheese wasn't melted at all, just carelessly slapped on. And the patty was too salty and half burnt. The only good thing were the nuggets, although a few of them were rather mushy. The coke was tasty and cold. The atmosphere doesn't look good either; the tables aren't very clean and at least a few of the chairs/sofas are torn. The prices are relatively cheap, though. I wouldn't recommend McDonald's.

Extremely incompetent employees who forget to pack the entire order in the bag; only when you get home do you notice that some things are missing. I don't recommend it.

Nuggets like stones and no one answers the phone

McDrive is a real disaster. A 20-minute wait is way too long, and there were no other cars there.

I just had the unwilling experience of an impossible visit from the district manager while I was waiting for an order. Congratulations, acting like a sergeant major, yelling at people, and poisoning the atmosphere with a rigid posture and a long face. Sorry, but you can speak more kindly to your employees, not make people stand at attention in front of customers (not even behind the scenes), and a little more appreciation would also be appropriate!!!! I recommend a course in etiquette and training in non-violent communication. I would have liked to say something in the store because this kind of behavior really makes me angry, but I didn't want to get the employees into trouble in that situation.

We ordered three vanilla milkshakes. The employee laughed as he watched them being made. We then took the lid off and a crumbly, brown liquid came out. We then complained and the employee there argued the matter disrespectfully and condescendingly. After the discussion, they wanted us to be made three new shakes. From the McDrive window we saw that the first ones had already been thrown away during the new preparation. After the employee saw that we had seen this, we were told to drive ahead and waited for 15 minutes. As a precaution, we left the McDrive without any new shakes. Of course, our money was gone. This is not customer-friendly in any way and is a disaster in the food sector!!!!

Last time we visited, we simply got a bacon burger instead of a crispy burger. Today we wanted to get two McFlurrys at the drive-thru. There was no announcement over the loudspeaker, so we drove on. At the counter, we were rudely turned away because we "didn't stop." The employee could have easily taken our quick order, but she didn't and told us to get back in line. Unfortunately, another disappointment – incompetent and very unfriendly to customers.

Cleanliness is lacking here. Some of the tables and chairs are dirty with obvious old stains, the tray carts and everything in the immediate vicinity are extremely dirty, and even the niches aren't cleaned. The carts are simply pushed back into the puddle. Accordingly, there are flies in and around the store. 50% of the orders arrived incorrectly. It also took several minutes before anyone noticed you at the counter. The food itself was quite old and dry. Overall, a very poor "experience" despite the very good location. A shame.

The McDonald's itself is quite okay and fairly clean. However, the parking situation can be a real disaster at times. There are far too few parking spaces, and especially when it's full, you don't have a chance. I've often left and gotten food elsewhere. The staff is sometimes friendly, sometimes not so friendly. Yes, it's a fast food restaurant, but a "goodbye" or "bon appetit" should still be acceptable. Unfortunately, it's also happened a few times that people forgot to pack something, which is really annoying given the high prices these days.

The service speed is now good, but unfortunately the people at the drive-thru counter can sometimes be a nuisance. I would expect someone at the microphone who can actually talk to people and interact with them. Ideally, the employees at the checkout should be customer-oriented; they don't touch the cup's spout. If the entire outside of the cup is covered in liquid, it would be a good idea to ask a waiter to help them. There's a lot of room for improvement!

Burgers are smaller than they were and the price became higher. Go to Burger king if you do not want to feel robbed and hungry

The food is as always, but I was in the branch with my best friend once and what can I say? The next day my best friend and I were sick. The entrance door was full of bacteria and the display terminals were just like that. I think they never disinfect it. I was sick for at least 2/3 days, just like my best friend. That's really not okay. It's still a restaurant and it's so unhygienic that shouldn't be allowed.

The restrooms are a disaster; the checklist for regular cleaning is missing, but the fixtures are there. The staff, a stone's throw away, are more motivated. The burgers either have too much lettuce or too little, and they're also old, cold, and inedible. The burgers look dreary and unappetizing. McDonald's calls itself a restaurant, so why doesn't the standards of a restaurant apply here? Two stars for the food, because at least you get burgers. Regular inspections by the health department, accompanied by the media, would be a first step in the right direction.

Restrooms absolutely have to be clean, and in a restaurant, there should always be soap in the soap dispenser. I hope there's soap in the kitchen...

I rarely write reviews, but now I just have to let it all out. I've been here several times and picked up something to eat for my wife and myself. Unfortunately, the five or six times we've picked up something to eat, it's been very disappointing overall. Apple turnovers are served cold, the simplest orders can't be carried out correctly, and some items are even forgotten altogether. The drinks aren't even that carbonated anymore, and the service is unfortunately awful. You have to constantly argue, people usually don't understand you, the cash register systems are constantly overloaded and constantly throw up errors. Unfortunately, I have to say that this was my last visit to this McDonald's.

I ordered a plant-based MC flurry and got a regular one. (I'm lactose intolerant and was looking forward to a plant-based one.) I mentioned this up front, and the manager gave me a blue, supposedly plant-based MC flurry. Bottom line, it wasn't plant-based. Service isn't as friendly as you'd think.

A standard McDonald's with a terrible entrance, which is immediately blocked when the drive-thru is overcrowded. Additionally, the parking lot is generally very poorly and impractically designed. The restrooms are always dirty, unclean, and smell unpleasant. Towels are left on and next to the toilets. Wet hand towels are lying everywhere, and the sink is also sometimes full of used paper towels – very bad and simply disgusting. This needs to be addressed! I wouldn't eat here. The condition of the restrooms alone ruins any appetite. Not recommended!

Rude and disrespectful treatment by employees I was very disappointed with my visit to McDonald's in Ospel. When I tried to place an order inside, the employee, Mr. Schichler, asked me in an extremely rude manner to leave the store. When I asked why I wasn't allowed to order, I received the blunt reply: "You can also order at the overcrowded counter." This behavior is neither customer-friendly nor professional. As a customer, you feel unwelcome, but rather ostracized. I have never experienced anything like this at McDonald's before and hope that this behavior will be addressed internally.

It was very dirty. The restrooms were dirty, and there was a lot of paper on the floor. You had to clear a table of trash and leftover food before you could sit down. The server wandered around the room with our orders and out the door because the colleague with the first tablet had taken our lineup number. The game our little one wanted in their Happy Meal wasn't the right one. When we asked about it, we were fobbed off in a very annoyed manner, saying it wasn't available, even though there were still some in the display. All in all, very negative.

I waited 15 minutes for my order to be ready and when I picked it up I wanted some fries with it. I didn't order on the computer. The saleswoman was very unfriendly and didn't give it away. Although 16 packages of fries were already warming up. I should order it again on the computer and wait. What's the problem? Turn around, take a package of fries, put it in my bag and take the 2 euros. Would only cost 20 seconds. Instead of arguing with me for 1 minute - cheeky.

Because of my gluten allergy, we asked if we could separate our food into two bags. This was skillfully ignored and we waited for 10 minutes. Just disappointing!

The food was really tasty and the service was also very friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, the lack of cleanliness significantly spoils the overall impression. Never been to such a dirty McDonalds, all the seats and tables were dirty and smeared. We also had to wait a long time for our food. In the outdoor area, where children also play, young people smoking weed. That was clearly the last visit there.

I went to this McDonald's today with my wife and child - and it was just disappointing. The entire interior was extremely dirty. We had to walk two complete laps around the restaurant to even find a clean bench. Almost all the places were sticky, full of crumbs or just completely unkempt. An employee who was actually tasked with cleaning the tables instead stood outside and calmly smoked while chaos reigned inside. Nobody cared about the obvious mess. This is absolutely unacceptable for a globally known chain like McDonald’s. We definitely won't be coming back.

We sat down in the Mc Café area and ordered coffee and cake. Unfortunately, our coffee specialty came to the table in a paper cup. The table was also dirty, but was cleaned immediately upon request. The women's toilet was a complete disaster but due to vandalism, the operator can't do anything about it. In summary, a beautifully designed McDonald's with friendly, somewhat overwhelmed staff. But unfortunately not so great due to some guests who have no manners. Well, the paper cups in the Mc Café shouldn't have been there either.

Three things were missing from the meal, very unfriendly staff

The parking lot alone is a big question mark. You have to slalom between the cars to get in. A zebra crossing from one slamming route to the next :-))))) And such tight turns into the parking lot, unbelievably bad. 10 minutes of watching. Every car, really every car, had to go back and forth when turning towards the exit, otherwise they would have hit the curb. Honestly, whoever approved that, respect.
