You have to order on these devices yourself, but you can't pay with a card and then have to go to the checkout again. Only cash payment at the checkout. After you have paid and at some point it should finally be your turn “we don’t have that and we don’t have that either”. There is no money back either. Why can you even order this and why doesn't the cashier say this when paying? So just get what they thought they wanted to give. Store is EXTREMELY dirty.

Store is very messy and smelly, staff is bad. Screens are broken and so are card payments. The food is significantly worse than in other branches, and homeless people come in and can beg unhindered.

I've never really been a KFC fan, but every few years I get up for it. This visit ensured that I will never go back! 1. When you come in... it smells, not like KFC or anything, but just legendarily disgusting. 2. We ordered 6 Crispy, among other things, and we got a bunch of small crumbs... around 12-15, not really definable. 3. The fries weren't really salted and were legendarily cold 4. Even if the Twister tasted good, it still feels incredibly heavy in the stomach after 16 hours. My companion will also no longer go to KFC. There was not even a hint of the promise of quality to be found. Cononel would be ashamed of the branch. At least the staff was quite friendly

This KFC doesn't deserve a single star. The employees are just unfriendly. The food was cold even though I waited 30 minutes, the meat was raw and even though I ordered something else I got the wrong order. If you tell the employees that you got the wrong order, they just react passive aggressively and put you down for it and call you stupid. This behavior sucks. Have different things on their menu than what you get and then say, even though the order has already been placed and paid for, that they just don't have it there. The main thing is that they have their money. In the picture below you can see what my supposed chili cheese fries looked like, as you can see without cheese.

Chilli cheese fries are cold, card payment is not possible, there is no toilet - I was supposed to go to the main station for 1.50, the cashier wanted to give me a torn 20 coin stuck together with tape as change and when I wanted to have one cured I was told "That's it also money", when you come in you see a sign "Warning against pickpockets" - I'm afraid the pickpockets are doing a better job than the people here in the shop...

Unfortunately the burgers were only lukewarm and the chili cheese fries were cold. The latter also left a lot to be desired: you have to look for the cheese and everything just tastes like the bacon that was sprinkled on far too generously. In addition, the tables and seats probably haven't been cleaned since the morning! Simply disgusting! It's best to only order takeaway.

October 22nd, 2024 around 7 p.m. the employees had zero concentration. The counter was not occupied because one colleague had her baby with her and the other two colleagues (Spanish speaking) were playing with the baby outside the counter! It's really not possible that the counter wasn't occupied while some orders (including mine) were still open! In the end I had to hurry... when I opened my order at home, there were chicken pieces missing! Dear KFC employees, don't just chat with each other all the time!

I was just here to get food, it was so disgusting I don't want to know how the food was prepared and I also don't want to know how old the oil must be. I threw away the entire food, again just disgusting. It's sad that I have to give one star, they deserve less than 0

The store is packed and one person checks out, another takes the orders. Instead of employing more staff at peak times, people prefer to use the economy route, which is unfortunately always the case when you're there. If you order a milkshake you wait 20 minutes until you are told that the type is not available even though you could order it at the terminal. (Other customers had the same problem with other products) Apart from the cleanliness. If you don't have enough staff you should keep the shop closed and not make a profit like hell and let the rest fall down the cliff.

My experience at this KFC was very bad. After I placed my order and paid, the receipt was printed, but the employee didn't give me the receipt or tell me my order number, which really confused me. I also saw him scratching his body after pulling up his shirt, which I found very unhygienic.

Unfortunately a very disappointing experience. I ordered a burger with chili cheese, at the counter I was told it was just cheese because there was no chili cheese sauce left, in fact there was no cheese at all and nothing on it. When I asked for 6 Hotwings, there were only 5 on it and they were still cold. When asked, all I got was a “yes, sorry”. The only thing that was as it should be was the small fries.

I wouldn't recommend this KFC to anyone! I had to wait an hour and 20 minutes for the food to arrive and in the end the wrong order arrived. Afterwards I had to drive there in my car (fuel costs) to clarify this, then got the food I ordered (which wasn't even done and was completely over salted), after a discussion (staff couldn't speak proper German and didn't know my order exactly, even though I... showed it to you). The staff was also unfriendly! I will never order there again.

An employee simply came into the store and started serving customers in his jacket and unwashed hands. It's nice that he wanted to help his colleague do it, but it's not hygienic!

I just ordered a vegetarian burger (it's also on the receipt) and received a meat burger. Only noticed when I took a bite. That is not how it works!!

Ein Schritt in den Laden und sie wissen warum der Laden am Hauptbahnhof liegt, vor dem Laden liegen mehr Penner als Schalke Punkte sammelt.Als ich meine Bestellung aufgab wurde mir in einer Mischung aus tralala und tülülü Sprachen mitgeteilt, dass es mein Essen nicht gab. Hälfte ausverkauft, Meine Bestellung natürlich kalt und ungenießbar. Als ich mich so umschaute sah wie sich mehrere Penner um stehen gelassenes Essen "kloppten", wenn sie sich wie in einer Obdachlosenunterkunft fühlen wollen sind sie hier richtig. Kein Wunder das dieser Laden am Hauptbahnhof liegt. Null Sterne leider nicht möglich. Müsst ihr wissen.

Essen Standart. Wie in jedem andern KFC Restaurant auch. Bedienung brauch für einen Kunden mehr als 5 Minuten. Und die Musik ist vieeell zu laut.

Ich will mein Geld zurück!! Essen so kalt wie das Lokal selbst, Plätze verschmutzt und Sitzflächen ebenso!! Filetbites fade und kaum gewürzt, Dame an der Theke ständig abgehauen um nichts groß mit den Kunden zu tun zu haben und diese aufgefordert nur online oder an den digitalen Automaten zu bestellen da sie keine Bestellungen aufnehmen kann. Preise Wucher für kleine Portionen.

Das Essen war so kalt wie das Lokal selber. Die Pommes waren nicht richtig durch und pappig. Die Files waren ebenfalls kalt, so wie der Burger. Wenn ich könnte würde das Essen und Ambiente nicht einmal 1 Stern von mir bekommen. Es gibt kein Personal um Bestellungen direkt auf zu nehmen, dies ist nur Online oder per Terminal im Lokal möglich. 2 Sterne immerhin für den Service, da ich einen neuen und frischen Burger bekommen habe.

Chaotischer Laden, Hygiene sehr klein geschrieben. Unsauber der Laden. Im Chicken Wing ein festverbackenes Haar gefunden, das Essen eher lauwarm die Pommes völlig ungesalzen, und an den Hähnchenteilen fehlte es ebenfalls an Gewürz. Definitiv das letzte Mal das wir dort gegessen haben.

Das Chicken war schön würzig und crunchy und hat sehr gut geschmeckt , abgesehen von den Pommes, welche nicht heiß waren als wir sie bekommen haben. Die Menüs sind auch Recht teuer für eine geringe Menge. Der Laden ist nicht besonders groß und daher sehr laut, auch die Plätze sind knapp und klein, manche Tische waren auch knapp bis gar nicht sauber gemacht, geschweige den Stühlen. Jedoch ein freundliches Personal, was Hilfe angeboten hatte und allgemein auch stark sympathisch war.

Das Restaurant bot eine enttäuschende Erfahrung. Die Speisen waren geschmacklos und der Service war langsam und unprofessionell.

Standen seit 5 vor 11 am Sonntag vor der Tür, bis 11.15 Uhr gewartet Tür wurde nicht aufgemacht (außer kurz für eine Bekannte oder Mitarbeiterin) sind woanders Essen gegangen bevor der Zug erreicht werden musste. Frechheit nicht Pünktlich auf zu machen und die Gäste in der Kälte vor Geschlossener Türe stehen zu lassen.

Absolut nicht aufgeräumt! Die wägen waren am überlaufen! Die wc's waren mit braunen Streifen überzogen das Personal hing nur am handy! Und das essen war gerademal hand warm! Deswegen auch am nächsten tag nur wc! Nie wieder, und leider konnte kein Mensch darun richtig deutsch sodas meine Freundin erstmal komplett das falsche bekommen hat!

Halten es nicht für Nötig den Laden zu öffnen und verstecken sich in der Küche. Lächerlich. 2 Minuten vor Öffnung noch kurz aufgemacht und jemanden reingelassen. Dann die Tür wieder vor den Kunden geschlossen. Nach 10 Minuten warten dann woanders hin. Die Mitarbeiter hatten wohl keine Lust.

bin so sauer. Ich habe 6 chicken bites gekauft und die haben mir wirklich die KLEINSTEN Reste gegeben, die es überhaupt gab. Ich erwarte ja nicht viel von fast food ketten, aber für 6,99 hätte ich mir auch einen Döner kaufen können. Ist so eine Dreistigkeit, wenn man so viel Geld dafür zahlt und man nicht mal gescheites Essen bekommt.

Einer der schlechteren KFC's. Ich erwarte eigentlich nicht viel von Fast Food Restaurants. Doch wärend andere Ketten teilweise immer besser werden und andere KFC Filialen auch nicht so schlecht sind, schießt dieser wirklich den Vogel ab. Essenbestellung werden erst nach zweifacher Aufforderung bearbeitet. Überall ist es dreckig. Kein Tisch ist geputzt und der Müll liegt einfach rum. Zudem kommt es gerne mal vor, dass die Tauben von draußen reinfliegen und dann hier rumlaufen.

Ich habe 18 Hot-Wings-bucket gekauft. Die Chicken Wings sind klein und es gibt nur 16 Stück.

War bereits 3 mal da und habe dem Laden immer wieder eine Chance gegebenen aber das war ein großer Fehler. Vorab, würde dieser Schuppen nicht am HBF liegen, würde da definitiv keiner Freiwillig hin gehen. Die Mitarbeiter, meist junge Leute, sind komplett überfordert. Würde auch gerne erwähnen, dass hier die Amtssprache deutsch ist, was die Mitarbeiter aber nicht davon abhält, laut in einer anderen Sprache zu reden. Ich habe bei der ersten Bestellung von 2 Bürgern schon knapp 12 Minuten gewartet, obwohl nichts los war. Bei meiner letzten Bestellung, habe ich 25 Minuten gewartet, auch für NUR 2 Burger und da wurden offenbar Lose gezogen, denn nach der Reihe ging da gar nichts. Der geleingweilte Typ hinter dem Tresen, ging nach Gesichter und suchte sich seine Nummern selbst aus. In der Zeit ist dann ne Schlägerei im Laden los gegangen, wahrscheinlich weil die Leute wegen des Wartens Aggressiv wurden und die Zeit hatten sich anzugehen. Von der Hygiene möchte ich nicht anfangen. Die Tische sind zugemüllt und nicht sauber. Ich habe noch nie sowas schlimmes gesehen. Tut euch selbst einen Gefallen und geht lieber ein paar Meter. Selbst wenn ihr in der Innenstadt was zu essen holt, dann seit ihr eher wieder am Bahngleis, wie wenn ihr da was holt.

Ich bin an einem Dienstag Abend gegen 20:20uhr in der Filale gewesen. Es war recht wenig zutun, dennoch wartete ich knapp 10min auf mein Essen, während die Mitarbeiter vorsich hin quatschen. Nun endlich war mein Essen da, aber zutiefst erschreckt. Das Fleisch war Kalt und von der Konsestens her wie ein Gummiball, die Pommes müssen locker über eine halbe Stunde dort gestanden haben, so kalt und ungeniessbar die waren… Schlussresultat, ekelhaftes KFC was sich nicht an die Haltungs regeln des Fleisches halten.. 17€ in die Tonne.. gehe jetzt bei Megges essen! Achja, keiner der Mitarbeiter die gerne Lästern hat es hinbekommen den bereich wo die Kunden „Essen sollen“ sauber zu machen!

Lebensmittelvergiftung zum Bestellen. Wer in die Küche guckt weiß was ihn erwartet. Einfach zum Übergeben, die mangelnde Hygiene in diesem Laden.

Das essen ist leider wirklich nicht gut und dafür sehr teuer. Es ist im Lokal alles schmutzig. Man findet keinen sauberen Tisch. Ab und zu kamen auch obdachlos rein und hatten gebettelt.

Service war unterste Schublade. Man konnte an den Terminals nicht mit Karte Zahlen. Nur eine Kasse offen. Mitarbeiterinnen telefonierten lieber privat über Ihren Wagen als zu bedienen. Von der Abgabe der Bestellung am Terminal bis zum Erhalt der Bestellung vergingen ca 30 Minuten. Mitarbeiterinnen haben nicht abgeholte Bestellungen der Wings wieder aus der Verpackung genommen und wieder in den Ofen zu den neuen Wings getan. Keine Zange benutzt sondern die Hände ohne Handschuhe. Auf dem Fernseher im Lokal lief schon wieder nur laute Türkische Musik. Mitarbeiter am Tresen waren alle sehr unhöflich. Als ich nach gut 20 Minuten gefragt hatte wie lange es denn noch dauert, wurde ich nur angemault: Wenn es mir nicht passen würde zu warten, soll ich doch wo anders hin gehen. Das werde ich auch mit Sicherheit machen. Nie wieder dort etwas holen. Selten einen so schlecht geführten KFC gesehen.Ach ja, zu Hause musste ich dann auch noch feststellen das auf dem Chilli Chees nur 1 Nugget lag. 3/4 des Burgers also nicht drauf gewesen.

Erst Einmal das Essen war recht okay nachdem ich den Kassierer dreimal gefragt hab wann es fertig ist und er dann gesagt hat ,dass er es mir vorbeibringt und es dann nicht gemacht hat. Das Ambiente war grottig , lauter als ein Düsenjet die ganze Zeit arabische Musik ist nicht so geil. Man konnt sich kaum unterhalten. Die Jungs da hinter der Kasse sollten das nicht wie eine Shishabar führen und ihren neuen Mitarbeiter mit unsauberen Händen direkt nen Handshake geben und dann weiter das Essen verteilen , das finde ich ein bisschen räudig und unsauber. Der KFC hat echt bei mir versch****en.

Das Personal arbeitet gut, aber die Bestellung verzögert sich aufgrund des Andrangs. Das Restaurant war überfüllt und dadurch kam es zu einer Verzögerung bei der Bestellung. Das Mädchenpersonal ist sehr energisch und nett. Was mir gestern passiert ist, ich stand mit meinen Kindern und mir. Meine Bestellung hatte Verspätung. Ich habe nicht gesprochen, weil ich den Druck auf sie beobachtete, aber meine Bestellung kam sehr spät. Ich habe nur Hilfe von einer schönen und freundlichen Mitarbeiterin erhalten Mädchen. Sie war diejenige, die meine Bestellung vorbereitet hat. Ich danke ihr sehr.

I was charged 2 times by an employee at this outlet. I have proof of it as well. I would file a complain and this employee should be punished for charging me twice. He scammed me and was also shouting at me. This is a serious issue.I need compensation or I will complain to Police. One black guy he scammed me and charged me 2 times

Obdachlose, die im Laden nach essen und Geld fragen und stehengelassenes essen und niemanden störts. Service ein bisschen verwirrt. Essen ok. Aufgeräumt wird anscheinend nicht.

Bitte nutzt doch einfach euer digitales System, das ist ja nicht auszuhalten, wie ineffizient ihr seid...

Personal sind sehr freundlich ,laden war bei jede besuch sauber und ruhig, Bestellungen werden sofort gearbeitet und alles schmeckt sehr lecker, auch frisch natürlich. Momo beste mann

Stinkt und unangenehmende Umgebung. Sehr schmutzig und mitarbeiterin sind so unfreundlich und langsam. Essen war auch kalt.

Katastrophe.. wirklich komplett unangenehm.. obdachlose die rein laufen und bei den Tablet Rückgaben nach Resten wuellen. Mehrere Mitarbeiter waren nicht in der Lage einen Gutschein einzulösen da musste erst ein anderer kommen auf den man dann 15 Minuten extra gewartet hat. Der Burger obwohl Double bestellt war, war nicht Double! Dabei hatte ich mich auf KFC gefreut aber wirklich kompletter Reinfall. Komme nie wieder KFC.
