Burger cold... Half a piece of chicken on it. Ketchup oozing from the burger. Fries lukewarm, completely soggy. We ordered two different meals for the kids, and they were simply put in the same bowl. I have only one experience at the Dortmund KFC so far and I should say overall it was good. Food was good and prices were affordable. I chose an meal offer around 5.99 euros. For 5.99 I got 01 small crispy cheese burger, 01 small fries, 02 crispy stripes and 01 small drink. Service and the atmosphere also good. Only downside is they didn't give ketchup for me.

Our first time at KFC. It was loud, dirty, and uncomfortable. The numbers were repeatedly shouted impatiently throughout the restaurant. The faux leather seat covers were torn—extremely uncomfortable in a skirt or shorts. The burgers were OK, the sauces were too sweet, and the cookies came in a bag of crumbs. And there wasn't even a restroom!! Never. Again.

The food was incorrectly issued. I ordered hot wings and didn't get them (only noticed on the train). They were lukewarm and had a stomach bug. I'll never order again after that. No help from the staff at the vending machine. The man said he'd rather call. The fries were soggy and cold. A complete disaster for the money.

To be honest, a milkshake for 4 euros and then as small as my hand, a family bucket for 56 euros that is just as small is just outrageous, I could have gone somewhere else and gotten more for the money.

I ordered 4 times the XL nothing and had it packed directly in a large bag. At home I saw that the whole fries were missing. When I asked, I was literally told it was my own fault. There are definitely no more fries now.

I've visited this KFC branch several times, hoping for a better experience, but unfortunately, it keeps falling short. The food has consistently been served cold, and the French fries are often overcooked, with burnt. What’s even more concerning is the lack of cleanliness in the dining area. Tables are frequently left dirty, chairs and floors are covered in crumbs and trash, and the overall environment feels unkempt and unpleasant for dining. It seems like basic hygiene and maintenance are not a priority at this location. For a restaurant situated inside the main train station of a major city, the quality of both food and service is extremely disappointing. I sincerely hope the management takes notice and takes immediate steps to improve hygiene, food quality, and customer care. Until then, I can not recommend this branch of KFC.

Unfortunately, my visit to KFC Dortmund was disappointing. The food wasn't fresh and tasted bland. The wait was very long, even though it was barely busy. The staff also seemed stressed and unfriendly. To be honest, I expect more from a well-known chain like KFC.

I can't say it's good or bad, but over the years, the taste of the chicken at almost all KFCs has deteriorated. The coleslaw, though, is still as good as ever!

Small burgers, big prices. The large fries were also a joke; they used to count as a small portion. I even had to beg for more food at one point. The employee was nice, though.

The worst service ever! They gave me my meal without the chicken leg and told me to wait 3–4 minutes. The lady said she would bring it to my table, but instead, after 10 minutes, she just waved at me to come to her. I didn’t even receive a small apology or any kind of compensation for waiting more than 10 minutes. And seriously — how can a KFC not have a chicken leg ready? It’s the core item of their menu! Absolutely terrible service.

Chilli cheese fries are cold, card payment is not possible, there is no toilet - I was supposed to go to the main station for 1.50, the cashier wanted to give me a torn 20 coin stuck together with tape as change and when I wanted to have one cured I was told "That's it also money", when you come in you see a sign "Warning against pickpockets" - I'm afraid the pickpockets are doing a better job than the people here in the shop...

This KFC doesn't deserve a single star. The employees are just unfriendly. The food was cold even though I waited 30 minutes, the meat was raw and even though I ordered something else I got the wrong order. Instead of employing more staff at peak times, people prefer to use the economy route, which is unfortunately always the case when you're there. If you order a milkshake you wait 20 minutes until you are told that the type is not available even though you could order it at the terminal. (Other customers had the same problem with other products) Apart from the cleanliness. If you don't have enough staff you should keep the shop closed and not make a profit like hell and let the rest fall down the cliff.
