Order process: We ordered the original bundle + 2 drinks. Our first time at KFC Ordered in the app and clicked “prepare now”. After 15 minutes of waiting, we were asked whether we had already ordered and then started with the order number. When we asked, we were told you had to let us know so that it would be prepared. Restaurant: No music Cold Smoky (suction doesn't seem to be working properly) Stuffy in the store Eat: Everything lukewarm except the fries. They were normal in temperature, but without salt Employees: Employees funny when talking. (No eye contact for example) Toilet: Urine on the floor (you know that from some fast food chains, but there it was extreme. The entire floor was covered) No soap Kitchen paper standing on the roll, i.e. wet That was the first and last time in such a “restaurant”

The worst KFC I've ever been to, if I could I would give zero stars or minus stars, the toilet was a disgrace, no soap, no towels, everything was dirty, the ladies' sink overflowed, there was almost HAIR in the wings ALLEN WINGS, an EMBARRASSMENT FOR KFC, to call this an indictment would be a euphemism

The food was lukewarm, the tables were dirty, okay the kitchen was cleaned on Saturday night around 11:30 p.m. just before 12:00 a.m. / closing time. Understandable. The team had certainly had a long, hard day. In that respect it's understandable, but it's a shame. After all, the food cost over €20. So for me there was still a little room for improvement... But it was definitely due to the time. Nevertheless, I was happy to get in the car to get home.

Employees: in were good. The order was processed quickly. Food was typical KFC. Unfortunately the burgers still don't taste any better... I thought something had changed in the meantime. But why the hell isn't there a soap dispenser and paper towel holder in the men's room?

In my opinion, KFC has simply lost its taste. Two pieces of Crispy's were just tough, hard to chew. Fries didn't taste like anything, not crispy, just bland. Simply not recommended at the moment.

Ich war am 18.06.2024 aus privaten Gründen in Dortmund und hatte etwas Hunger. Ich war zuvor noch nie bei diesem Unternehmen. Es wird auch das letzte Mal sein. Die Türen öffneten erst 11.15 Uhr also 15 Minuten zu spät. Man kam als erster Kunde hinein und wurde von dem Geruch erschlagen. Eine Mischung aus alten Fett und Muff. Ich war da schon skeptisch. Hatte aber doch zwei Burger bestellt. Nach einem Biss am Bahnsteig sind diese auch direkt in den Müll gelandet. Hätte ich Zeit, hätte ich diese Retour gegeben. Der Geschmack war einfach nur ranzig und alt. Ich habe täglich mit Lebensmitteln zu tun und verarbeite diese. Ich hätte es besser wissen müssen nachdem ich beim Eintritt schon den Duft in der Nase hatte... Aber ich wollte es schon länger mal testen... Nie wieder!

The server then before making up our order stuffed rubbish into a garbage back, changed the bag & then served up food, no washing of hands etc before serving.the fries looked like they had been prepared a few times & the chicken was very soggy not crispy .stay well away

Ordered at the drive thru this afternoon. Food itself is okay, but when you order food for 44 euros and a whole bucket is missing, that's very annoying. Ok, I could have checked again, but I assume that if I am the only customer and 3... THREE employees are on site to pack one... ONE order, then you might think that that is possible. .. Unfortunately, as I said, I only noticed it when I got home... KFC isn't exactly cheap... all the more annoying that three people can't manage to serve a single customer properly... Worst KFC branch I know. I really like eating at KFC and that's why I have my favorite that has always tasted good everywhere: Crispys. In this branch they actually managed to make them taste really terrible. I have no idea how long they had been lying around or whether they had expired. There were an estimated 25-30 tables (only 2 of which were occupied by other guests) but unfortunately there wasn't a table that was clean. Very unsavory!!!!! The burgers were the worst we have ever eaten. We ordered our burgers with extra bacon, but unfortunately the bacon was raw and limp. Unfortunately, the taste of the burger was also... well, I would say disgusting. The four of us paid €60 there and unfortunately we only ate the fries and drank our drink. The next shock came in the toilet, no soap, no towels to dry and overall very unclean.

The shop is in need of renovation and is also dirty. The fries were cold and the toys for the kids menu were forgotten. Lids/napkins were only refilled upon request. Toilets really nasty.

The current state of affairs makes it feel like some aspects of restaurant operations are being taken too lightly. With a little more dedication and attention to the points of criticism described, the KFC in Dortmund could certainly make many guests happier and more satisfied.

Were on March 29th. there around 10:30 p.m. Chairs were already 50% up, which didn't really create an inviting impression. Most of it was cold except for the freshly prepared burger (unfortunately the only product that was prepared after ordering). Drinks tasted more like water than like Fanta. Bottom line you can say: once and never again in this branch.

Went here for lunch during a break, unfortunately the order didn't work at the same time. There were four of us. The first one's food was half cold when numbers two and three arrived. Food number four didn't come until the first three had finished eating. In terms of taste, it's no longer recommended these days, even for the price. The restaurant is also very lived-in and the atmosphere seems somehow listless.

Apparently, as a service worker these days you distinguish yourself through branded clothes and not through good service.

Wir kommen hierher, um mit Coupons den Zingerburger im Menü zu essen. Das "Ambiente" blendet man besser aus... Der Service ist immer freundlich und das Essen kommt immer schnell und heiß. Bisher konnten wir nie etwas schlechtes am Essen feststellen. Die Cola ist mehr Wasser als Cola, stillt aber den Durst.

Das war der schlechteste Laden, in dem ich seit langen war , Personal total überfordert, der Boden und Tische dreckig die Toiletten waren auch unter aller sau , sorry das ich es so schreiben muss , hier muss ganz dringend was gemacht werden

Das letzte Drecksloch. Lampen flackern, Toiletten eine Katastrophe. Überhaupt kein gutes Gefühl wenn man dort drin ist. Die Auslage ist immer leer alles ist versifft. Mir ist es vollkommen schleierhaft warum dieser Laden überhaupt noch iwas verkaufen darf .

Essen kalt, Geschmack viel schlechter als bei anderen KFC Filialen. Einrichtung in die Jahre gekommen (Lichter flackern, TVs fehlen, Kabel hängen frei herum). Bedienung auch nicht wirklich freundlich.

Saße in der Nacht nach dem essen 30 Minuten auf dem Pot und es war nicht schön

Essen ist gut, aber es ist natürlich kein Restaurant mit 5* Dennoch empfehlenswert besser als Mcces oder BK außer man nimmt bei BK Chilli Cheese Burger die sind mega. Für 30€ werden 2 Personen richtig satt

Dunkel, Baustelle, absolut ranzig, Heizung defekt? Sehr kalt dort. Fast alle Displays am Counter sind defekt. Essen eher so Medium. Burger war kalt. Den Laden muss man dringend sanieren!

Also nach zweimaligem nachfragen ob die wirklich alles reingepackt haben 2 Burger, eine Pommes und Wings zu vergessen. Gute Leistung. 50€ bezahlt und 3/5 bekommen. Drecksladen. Nie wieder

Der schlechteste KFC den ich kenne. Viel kaputt, sehr dunkel und sehr dreckig. Die schäbige Atmosphäre schlägt sich auch auf den Service nieder. Wie kann man solch ein Restaurant betreiben? Wirklich ganz schrecklich!

Sonntag Abend 18 Uhr. Wenige Gäste im Restaurant. An der Theke kein Gast.vier Mitarbeiter unterhielten sich über private Themen. Ich musste warten bis sich einer von Ihnen erbarmte Zeit für einen Gast zu haben. Ich bestellte. Es wurde abkassiert. 5 Minuten Wartezeit auf das Essen. Essen kam und im Auto (dies parkte direkt vor der Eingangstür) musste ich feststellen, daß das Essen nicht einmal lauwarm war. Ich persönlich kann es nicht empfehlen und bei den Preisen empfinde ich dann kaltes Essen eine UNVERSCHÄMTHEIT! NIE WIEDER KFC.

In diesem riesigen Laden waren zwar nur 5 Kunden, aber das essen war trotzdem kalt. War halt typisches KFC Essen. Der Service war extrem unfreundlich und genervt. Kein Hallo kein tschüss. Bei nachfragen welche Burger der scharfe ist (weil nichts drauf stand) wurde mit den Augen gerollt. Der Laden war komplett dreckig und heruntergekommen. Der Boden hat geklebt, Lampen hingen lose von der Decke. Und überall waren fettige Flecken und Essensreste. Nie wieder.

Tja, hatten mal wieder Lust auf chicken. Aber leider war das ganze nicht mehr warm, nicht mehr knusprig und die pommes, die nie so geil sind, unterirdisch. Das Personal war irgendwie verwirrt. Keine hatte seins komplett auf dem tablet. Alle hatten was vom anderem mit drauf. So kann man keine Werbung machen für leckeres chicken...schade

Leider kein gutes Management. Gelangweilte Bedienung. Schlechte Pommes, lustlos gestaltetes KFC und dafür halt auch einfach zu teuer. Dem colonel treibt es die Tränen in die Augen...
