McDonald's in Dortmund

The ambience is McDonald's. Once again there was something wrong with the order, unfortunately I only noticed it when I got home, so I can only recommend checking your order on site.

Went there in the car today and ordered the cheeseburger smart menu with a single cheeseburger… So far, so good. After receiving the “food” and parking in one of the free parking spaces, it turned out that one of the cheeseburgers was TOTALLY SALTY (for whatever reason!!??). Since my wife likes to eat well-salted foods, I left her the cheeseburger I had started (I put the contents of my mouth next to the car in the parking lot). Result: my wife had severe stomach pain. By the way, half of the cheeseburger went into their trash can...

Absolutely unfriendly staff You then have to pay for things that were forgotten when you ordered and then you still get the wrong thing

IIIIIH, ate here today, but unfortunately didn't enjoy it to the end. At first the wrong wrap was given out (but was exchanged without any problem), but with the two drinks you couldn't figure out which was the Cola Zero or the normal Cola because there was no taste at all either the fries tasted like they were twice fried in a bowl or were raw like in the picture. Unfortunately, the toilets were not usable due to the lack of cleanliness.

I just wanted to order my order, which was generated via my cell phone, via the MC Drive counter... Apparently not available! But the best is yet to come.... Then I'm asked the question "online or coupon?" What's the question now? Every time we want to get something there, something is always wrong... Either something is missing from the order or we don't even get around to ordering it!

Not recommended!! Fries cold!! 20 nuggets (the hot ones) half fresh half cold and old. Just don't buy that many!! Absolutely not recommended!!

Lukewarm food and unfriendly staff

Forgot something when ordering Unfortunately I only noticed it later. Called and was immediately told that I could come by and pick up the missing burgers. I find it very accommodating

Consistent quality, great app and special promotions. Every now and then, always good in between.

Way too little sauce on the burger. The table was dirty and there were still leftover salads. There was fried poultry in the fries...

A total of 3 orders were processed at the same time and they managed to get 2/3 orders wrong. Got everything I DID NOT order. Of course I only noticed this at home... Those who received my package must have been happy.

Well first of all I have to say that the food is really rancid. Far too little. The burgers were much bigger back then! The service is really unbelievable! If I were homeless I wouldn't go here! The staff are totally unfriendly! Really rancid equipment! The furniture is really shit! There is hardly anything for children to keep themselves occupied with. Not recommended!!!! Only the ice cream is good. And the cola tastes like Ratzinger cardboard!!!

Bored staff are there and the place looks like a mess. Dirty tables, rubbish on the floor. If it were my shop, I would have fired everyone.

Several times now I have received food that I did not order and the food that I wanted never arrived.

I have never experienced anything as unfriendly as there!!! The woman with the black hair is the highlight!! She couldn't open her mouth. No hello, no goodbye. Came across as very annoyed when she HAD to talk to me... I wasn't even allowed to think about what I wanted!!!!! Annoyed every time...,, yes, what else?" Even the man, he stood there and didn't even serve me, looks at me and walks away even though he was standing at the checkout...Where can you get something like that???? The food was delicious as always… but the service was a disaster! I'd rather go to another McDonald's nearby.

Oh, everyone complains about bland food but Mc'D is always full. I love the stuff as long as it's fresh...so whatever. Everyone has different tastes and that's a good thing

The card payment terminal is not working...

So if you order food NEVER AGAIN, I ordered today at 2:36 p.m. via Lieferadeo and it still hasn't been delivered, it's supposed to come around 4:00 p.m THAT'S LEAST 90 MINUTES you don't have any drivers or what!!!! IMPOSSIBLE

All in all, 3+ from me. Toilets were clean so far, but the smell was strong. I can't say what happened there. It smelled like manure. But only there. Otherwise the food was delicious, the service was a bit overworked but friendly.

No table service, even though it's a relatively small branch, the ambience isn't really great, as it's a bit cramped due to the small size. Staff/service at the counter, however, is very quick. What caught my eye positively was a Lieferando driver who held the door open for my son and me, even though our bags were full.

If the toilets didn't smell like a train station toilet and the empty trays were cleared away regularly then 5 stars would have been justified... because there wasn't much to do that day but there were 4 employees who were having fun instead of looking around... sorry

The waiting times are usually solid and reasonable. Very rarely do you wait more than 5 minutes in total. This has definitely developed positively. So far we've only had one burger missing. The rate is therefore well over 90%.

Well, a Mc'D as we know it, sometimes long waiting times, which is well known. Food corresponds to what you know from this chain.

Ordered there for the 3rd time and only got half price again

So very bad service, every order has to be checked to make sure everything is correct. E.g.: Ordered chicken burger without salad and received salad but no sauce. If they can't read they have to learn and there was nothing going on otherwise you could have said yes it was because of the stress. And that wasn't the first time, unfortunately

The food there has never tasted good. Let me start with the food: the burgers were positioned crookedly in the cardboard box, which made it difficult to remove them cleanly. The lattice potatoes we ordered were cold and contained a very large portion of regular fries. I had chosen an ice cream in advance in the app, but unfortunately it wasn't available. When we wanted to choose a table, I discovered that there wasn't a clean table! I then asked an employee to clean a table for us, which he did. Then at least the salad leftovers from the previous person were no longer on the table, but underneath! I then went to the toilet and that topped it all off! It was so dirty! And certainly not just since that day. Cobwebs etc. in the corner of the door... I was very disappointed with the visit! I then bought my chosen ice cream at the branch in Holzwickede.

Again I couldn't order my ice cream the way I wanted. The team is nice. Ambience is as always.

Even the store management was very unfriendly to us and they drove back 3 times because there was always something missing in the bag. Then they made stupid comments about it and that doesn't work at all. I also passed it on to the newspaper so that people know that they don't have to go there You'll sleep like the last one, keep in mind that publicity should come to you so that customers go there. 4 guys Inside and 15 minutes wainting for food

Ate at MC Schleefstraße today around 1700. Despite the large number of customers, service was friendly and quick. Quick solution to small reorders, goods are fresh and hot. Staff team very good work and general cleanliness appropriate to the busy situation. Thumbs up...gladly again. It's great that we were finally able to choose a milkshake instead of Cola in the menu again and a special compliment for the very tasty Caesar style salad sauce... that's how it works and that's how it works. Maybe colleagues from the catering industry should try out how this dressing works!!!

It used to be better...the promotions are getting worse!

The staff is mostly friendly and extremely understaffed! There is always a complaint about the employees that the toilets and table area are dirty... Then everyone eat properly and not like pigs! That would be a good start! Also, I don't want to see the kitchen staff cleaning the toilets! How unhygienic would that be? There actually needs to be an extra person employed, but the operator is just too stingy for that! The siff is caused by the guests... maybe they should. everyone think about it.

Once again I forgot half of it. I've been there three times in a year and every time something is wrong. That's consistently poor quality, applause for that.

Surprisingly, the food was extremely tasty and seemingly very fresh. The vegan nuggets had a real crust. I haven't had such a delicious meal at McDonald's in a long time. By the way, the new Bic Mac sauce for dipping tastes very good.

Most of the time the toilets are relatively clean for a McDonald's. But not always. There are committed employees here and those who seem to just waste their time. On our last visit the kids had a gummy bear hamburger. Of course they were happy about that. What annoyed me was that the door to the area under the slide (outside area) was open. But there is a locking mechanism. One child imprisoned another. When the staff were informed, they only said that the door was closed and the children didn't have to go to it. Ha ha ha. In my opinion, a castle belongs there. If we had sat inside and the children played outside, we would not have noticed that a child was locked up...Children try things out and need a safe environment.

Food usual McDonald's quality. Toilets very unclean, no towel paper, hand dryer broken. Order terminal did not work properly. No table service, long waiting time. Order not received correctly, complaint was resolved quickly and easily. Staff friendly.

Now that the tables are there, it's not really clean. Anyone who orders something should check it in the store and complain about it immediately. Depending on the time of day, it sometimes happens that goods are dead or no longer fresh.

The worst McDonald's I've ever been to. The order took 40 minutes. The dark-skinned employee was very slow, and she also tried to be insolent. When we finally got our order, the food was barely warm. When I got home I noticed that three hamburgers, a French fry and mayonnaise and sweet and sour sauce were missing. In addition, one chicken burger and the other fries were cold. Two burgers were inevitably warm as they were personalized and therefore had to be made fresh. With an order of €35, almost a third are not in the bag. The unpleasant culmination was the diarrhea after eating it. But hygiene has already been mentioned several times by other guests here. Seems there's some truth to it. underground! Maybe the franchisee in charge is slowly starting to think about it and is paying attention to the reviews of many people who are still leaving a lot of money in their restaurant these days. But the highlight was this week. We simply leave out some of the bread from the Bigmac.

The food tastes like any other fast food outlet. The ambience, however, is one of the worst I have ever seen in a McDonald's branch. Dark, dirty and uncomfortable. Okay for takeaway, I wouldn't eat here. A little hidden behind construction sites and parking lots.

We just ordered there and I ate a McChicken Classic. When I was halfway through the second one, I noticed that it was rotten. It smelled like an organic waste bin and it didn't taste particularly good either. Then I had to go straight to the bathroom and empty my stomach as much as I could. Conclusion: I have been vomiting for 1 1/2 hours and the diarrhea is starting slowly.

Slightly older, long-established McDonalds. As in all branches, the food is good. Toilets and tables could be cleaner. At least someone should always walk past the empty tables and wipe down the tables

We ordered at the weekend and it didn't turn out well for us, we had food poisoning. Luckily I got everything out of my throat. My girlfriend had bloody diarrhea and vomiting, how can it be that you work so uncleanly? If you don't feel like the job then don't do it, you're putting people's lives in danger, when you're there you'll see why there's food poisoning, be ashamed of yourself

I can only agree with the bad reviews, I've never experienced such a bad McDonald's.

Bad personnel conditions! It doesn't work that way! Almost always hopelessly understaffed. The staff does everything in their power. The tenant must act urgently here! Waiting time is an absolute disaster!!!

The McDonald's branches are getting dirtier and dirtier. No employee feels responsible for cleaning the tables or the floor. In this branch I had to ask for a lamp to clean the table myself.

I was there last week. There were very friendly employees on site, the slightly larger ones, I think the team leader was very helpful and took the time to take my order again because the ordering machine had stopped and there was some very nice small talk. I felt comfortable here. The food was fresh and the restaurant was clean. You can't get more than that for a McDonald's. I'd love to come back. <3

The last load. First of all, the order takes forever and the annoyed employee completely missed the job! Then you can't even put the order together properly so half of it is missing. You won't get your stuff if you ask, but you've already paid for it. This branch saw me for the last time!

If you could give zero stars then it would be zero. Waiting times are impossible, both in the drive-in and in the restaurant. Employees seem overwhelmed and you can stand at the checkout for 25 minutes without being noticed. When you then ask if you can place the order, you get a cheeky answer. If the order boards all worked, then I wouldn't have asked the gentleman to do his job properly. Terrible ! We then walked out twice because we weren't served.

Unfortunately the food was a bit cold and the blonde saleswoman was very arrogant. Otherwise a completely normal fast food shop.

The employee was nice and accommodating! The restaurant was totally dirty! All the tables were dirty and so was the floor. You can totally forget about the Big Mac thanks to the new burger buns, it doesn't taste good anymore, it's a shame...

Es hat sich nichts geändert! War nach einigen Jahren mal wieder dort Essen. Personal war okay und das Essen frisch. Aber das Restaurant war dreckig. Ebenso der Küchenbereich und die Toilette. Ich wette, wenn hier Team Wallraff vorbeikommt, wird die Bude dicht gemacht! Da wir länger gesessen sind, war der Schmutz und alte Dreck keine Momentaufnahme.

Naja 30min vor Feierabend reinkommen is nicht gerne gesehen da schon alles ausgemacht wird und gereinigt is jaa gut das prosetive daran is das alles frisch gemacht wird 🤣👍

Haben es erst gar nicht gefunden. Es war abends um 20.00 Uhr keine Außenbeleuchtung eingeschaltet. Als wir es erreicht hatten, konnten wir bestellen. Der Mitarbeiter war sehr nett. Er hat uns dann noch zwei Apfeltaschen geschenkt. Leider war die eine total verkohlt ( siehe Foto) . Ein schlechtes Geschenk.

Das Personal ist so unfreundlich! Es wird laut über Kunden gelästert und sich lustig gemacht. Ich selber war zwar nicht betroffen, habe es aber auch nicht überhören können. Ekelhafter laden ! Essen kalt, laden kalt, Tische ALLE schmutzig, Personal unfreundlich, es wird in eigener winterjacke gearbeitet, da frag ich mich ob sowas überhaupt erlaubt ist?! Wir sind eigentlich immer gern hin gegangen. Aber ab sofort werde ich diesen Laden meiden.

Kaum was los, aber die Tische sind schmierig und dreckig. Der Vorplatz ist vermüllt. Die Mitarbeiter wirken lustlos. Komme nicht wieder.

Essen war alles ok. Es war eiskalt im Laden, ich denke das die Heizung aus gestellt war um Energiekosten zu sparen oder sie war defekt. Außentemperatur war ca 1 Grad, gefühlt innen auch und die Lüftung pustet wie verrückt.

Extrem schmutzig im Restaurant. Wirklich extrem dreckige Toiletten, keine Papiertücher etc. Es ist wirklich eine Zumutung dort zu essen.

Essen eiskalt. Nicht wie abgekühlt, sondern eher wie aus dem Kühlschrank. Keine Tischschilder, weil es angeblich keine gibt. Scheinbar zu faul um die 2 Meter zum Kunden zu laufen. Bei der Monopoly Aktion zu wenig Aufkleber rausgegeben. Keine Luftballons, ständig ist irgendwas am piepen oder klingeln (Ambiente). Tische alle dreckig, so dass man selbst mit Servieten abputzen muss. Nie wieder.

Habe a den besagten Tag um ca. 21:10 bestellt laut Lieferando sollte es 45 bis 55 min dauern . Um Punkt 22 Uhr wurde dann meine Bestellung ohne nennenswerte Gründe, was für ein Verein. Um die Uhrzeit haben die auch wohl Ladenschluss, da konnte ich niemand mehr erreichen und mich beschweren 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬😤😤😤😤 Sauhaufen

Das Restaurant liegt etwas versteckt im Industriegebiet. Parkplätze sind genug vorhanden. Innen war die Sauberkeit ok. An das Automaten bestell System kann ich mich immer noch nicht gewöhnen. Schneller wie früher ist es aus meiner Sicht nicht. Die bestellten Speisen waren in Ordnung und heiß, da sie frisch zubereitet wurden. Im Restaurant war es ziemlich kalt und es zog fürchterlich, man war gut beraten die Jacke anzulassen

Sehr unfreundliche Bedienung, essen schlecht und sehr kalt

Draußen waren es etwa -1 Grad, im Restaurant selbst kaum wärmer. Heizung ausgefallen oder das Geld ausgegangen? Das Essen war entsprechend eher lauwarm. Insgesamt etwas ungepflegter Eindruck.

Essen war maximal lauwarm, teils fehlte etwas. Personal wirkte unfreundlich, obwohl nicht viel zu tun war. Der Boden war dreckig, erst nach Hinweis wurde die Pfütze weggewischt.

Monopoli... Verkehrte Becher.... Auf Nachfrage sofort "Lose" bekommen Kein Groß Gewinn 😭

Ich habe noch nirgendwo so ein unfreundliches Personal bei MC Donalds gesehen...

Leider musste man über 20 min warten bis das Essen fertig war. Bedienung hat sich bemüht die Bestellungen schnellstmöglich abzuarbeiten, aber alleine ca. 15 Bestellungen die auf den Monitor zu sehen waren war es zuviel

Der Burger sieht gewohnt ungenießbar aus. Aber wenigstens gibt’s jetzt tischservice und die Manieren der kinder ist allen egal

Das soll ein schnell Restaurant sein ? Bei mc drive aufgegeben und mehr als 15 Minuten gewartet bis Essen ausgegeben würde
