Impossible service! You don't even need to mention the employees because the way they treat customers is terrible! You should think three times before going there! Unfortunately

Everything is okay, as you know it. Good average, not bad but not outstanding either.

Ordered there today. The food was of the usual quality but the service was terrible. I don't want to put everyone under the same umbrella, but the young woman who served me said nothing. Sorry, that's not how you treat paying customers.

I'm sorry, but you just have to comment on this. This is the very last store. Walking in the store. Rats through the kitchen in the garbage cans are also rats everywhere. The food there has never tasted good. It's simply the closest McDonald's to where you live, which is why you always considered it, and was now in the hospital for a week and a half with food poisoning, probably because of the McDonald's. Let me start with the food: the burgers were positioned crookedly in the cardboard box, which made it difficult to remove them cleanly. The lattice potatoes we ordered were cold and contained a very large portion of regular fries. I had chosen an ice cream in advance in the app, but unfortunately it wasn't available. When we wanted to choose a table, I discovered that there wasn't a clean table! I then asked an employee to clean a table for us, which he did. Then at least the salad leftovers from the previous person were no longer on the table, but underneath! I then went to the toilet and that topped it all off! It was so dirty! And certainly not just since that day. Cobwebs etc. in the corner of the door... I was very disappointed with the visit! I then bought my chosen ice cream at the branch in Holzwickede.

Again I couldn't order my ice cream the way I wanted. The team is nice. Ambience is as always.

Even the store management was very unfriendly to us and they drove back 3 times because there was always something missing in the bag. Then they made stupid comments about it and that doesn't work at all. I also passed it on to the newspaper so that people know that they don't have to go there You'll sleep like the last one, keep in mind that publicity should come to you so that customers go there. Hope we get compensation

4 guys Inside and 15 minutes wainting for food

Ate at MC Schleefstraße today around 1700. Despite the large number of customers, service was friendly and quick. Quick solution to small reorders, goods are fresh and hot. Staff team very good work and general cleanliness appropriate to the busy situation. Thumbs up...gladly again. It's great that we were finally able to choose a milkshake instead of Cola in the menu again and a special compliment for the very tasty Caesar style salad sauce... that's how it works and that's how it works. Maybe colleagues from the catering industry should try out how this dressing works!!!

It used to be better...the promotions are getting worse!

The staff is mostly friendly and extremely understaffed! There is always a complaint about the employees that the toilets and table area are dirty... Then everyone eat properly and not like pigs! That would be a good start! Also, I don't want to see the kitchen staff cleaning the toilets! How unhygienic would that be? There actually needs to be an extra person employed, but the operator is just too stingy for that! The siff is caused by the guests... maybe they should. everyone think about it.

Surprisingly, the food was extremely tasty and seemingly very fresh. The vegan nuggets had a real crust. I haven't had such a delicious meal at McDonald's in a long time. By the way, the new Bic Mac sauce for dipping tastes very good.

Most of the time the toilets are relatively clean for a McDonald's. But not always. There are committed employees here and those who seem to just waste their time. On our last visit the kids had a gummy bear hamburger. Of course they were happy about that. What annoyed me was that the door to the area under the slide (outside area) was open. But there is a locking mechanism. One child imprisoned another. When the staff were informed, they only said that the door was closed and the children didn't have to go to it. Ha ha ha. In my opinion, a castle belongs there. If we had sat inside and the children played outside, we would not have noticed that a child was locked up...Children try things out and need a safe environment.

Food usual McDonald's quality. Toilets very unclean, no towel paper, hand dryer broken. Order terminal did not work properly. No table service, long waiting time. Order not received correctly, complaint was resolved quickly and easily. Staff friendly.

Now that the tables are there, it's not really clean. Anyone who orders something should check it in the store and complain about it immediately. Depending on the time of day, it sometimes happens that goods are dead or no longer fresh.

The worst McDonald's I've ever been to. The order took 40 minutes. The dark-skinned employee was very slow, and she also tried to be insolent. When we finally got our order, the food was barely warm. Update: April 24, 2024 Not my style to give such bad reviews. Especially since I visit this store again and again (I don't know why, it's just on the way home). Everyone has a bad day sometimes. When I got home I noticed that three hamburgers, a French fry and mayonnaise and sweet and sour sauce were missing. In addition, one chicken burger and the other fries were cold. The food tastes like any other fast food outlet. The ambience, however, is one of the worst I have ever seen in a McDonald's branch. Dark, dirty and uncomfortable. Okay for takeaway, I wouldn't eat here. A little hidden behind construction sites and parking lots.

We just ordered there and I ate a McChicken Classic. When I was halfway through the second one, I noticed that it was rotten. It smelled like an organic waste bin and it didn't taste particularly good either. Then I had to go straight to the bathroom and empty my stomach as much as I could. Conclusion: I have been vomiting for 1 1/2 hours and the diarrhea is starting slowly.

Slightly older, long-established McDonalds. As in all branches, the food is good. Toilets and tables could be cleaner. At least someone should always walk past the empty tables and wipe down the tables

We ordered at the weekend and it didn't turn out well for us, we had food poisoning. Luckily I got everything out of my throat. My girlfriend had bloody diarrhea and vomiting, how can it be that you work so uncleanly? If you don't feel like the job then don't do it, you're putting people's lives in danger, when you're there you'll see why there's food poisoning, be ashamed of yourself

I can only agree with the bad reviews, I've never experienced such a bad McDonald's.

I was there last week. There were very friendly employees on site, the slightly larger ones, I think the team leader was very helpful and took the time to take my order again because the ordering machine had stopped and there was some very nice small talk. I felt comfortable here. The food was fresh and the restaurant was clean. You can't get more than that for a McDonald's. I'd love to come back. <3

The last load. First of all, the order takes forever and the annoyed employee completely missed the job! Then you can't even put the order together properly so half of it is missing. You won't get your stuff if you ask, but you've already paid for it. This branch saw me for the last time!

If you could give zero stars then it would be zero. Waiting times are impossible, both in the drive-in and in the restaurant. Employees seem overwhelmed and you can stand at the checkout for 25 minutes without being noticed. When you then ask if you can place the order, you get a cheeky answer. If the order boards all worked, then I wouldn't have asked the gentleman to do his job properly. Terrible ! We then walked out twice because we weren't served.

Unfortunately the food was a bit cold and the blonde saleswoman was very arrogant. Otherwise a completely normal fast food shop.

The employee was nice and accommodating! The restaurant was totally dirty! All the tables were dirty and so was the floor. You can totally forget about the Big Mac thanks to the new burger buns, it doesn't taste good anymore, it's a shame...

Es hat sich nichts geändert! War nach einigen Jahren mal wieder dort Essen. Personal war okay und das Essen frisch. Aber das Restaurant war dreckig. Ebenso der Küchenbereich und die Toilette. Ich wette, wenn hier Team Wallraff vorbeikommt, wird die Bude dicht gemacht! Da wir länger gesessen sind, war der Schmutz und alte Dreck keine Momentaufnahme.

Naja 30min vor Feierabend reinkommen is nicht gerne gesehen da schon alles ausgemacht wird und gereinigt is jaa gut das prosetive daran is das alles frisch gemacht wird 🤣👍

Haben es erst gar nicht gefunden. Es war abends um 20.00 Uhr keine Außenbeleuchtung eingeschaltet. Als wir es erreicht hatten, konnten wir bestellen. Der Mitarbeiter war sehr nett. Er hat uns dann noch zwei Apfeltaschen geschenkt. Leider war die eine total verkohlt ( siehe Foto) . Ein schlechtes Geschenk.

Das Personal ist so unfreundlich! Es wird laut über Kunden gelästert und sich lustig gemacht. Ich selber war zwar nicht betroffen, habe es aber auch nicht überhören können. Ekelhafter laden ! Essen kalt, laden kalt, Tische ALLE schmutzig, Personal unfreundlich, es wird in eigener winterjacke gearbeitet, da frag ich mich ob sowas überhaupt erlaubt ist?! Wir sind eigentlich immer gern hin gegangen. Aber ab sofort werde ich diesen Laden meiden.

Kaum was los, aber die Tische sind schmierig und dreckig. Der Vorplatz ist vermüllt. Die Mitarbeiter wirken lustlos. Komme nicht wieder.

Essen war alles ok. Es war eiskalt im Laden, ich denke das die Heizung aus gestellt war um Energiekosten zu sparen oder sie war defekt. Außentemperatur war ca 1 Grad, gefühlt innen auch und die Lüftung pustet wie verrückt.

Extrem schmutzig im Restaurant. Wirklich extrem dreckige Toiletten, keine Papiertücher etc. Es ist wirklich eine Zumutung dort zu essen.

Essen eiskalt. Nicht wie abgekühlt, sondern eher wie aus dem Kühlschrank. Keine Tischschilder, weil es angeblich keine gibt. Scheinbar zu faul um die 2 Meter zum Kunden zu laufen. Bei der Monopoly Aktion zu wenig Aufkleber rausgegeben. Keine Luftballons, ständig ist irgendwas am piepen oder klingeln (Ambiente). Tische alle dreckig, so dass man selbst mit Servieten abputzen muss. Nie wieder.

Habe a den besagten Tag um ca. 21:10 bestellt laut Lieferando sollte es 45 bis 55 min dauern . Um Punkt 22 Uhr wurde dann meine Bestellung ohne nennenswerte Gründe, was für ein Verein. Um die Uhrzeit haben die auch wohl Ladenschluss, da konnte ich niemand mehr erreichen und mich beschweren 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬😤😤😤😤 Sauhaufen

Das Restaurant liegt etwas versteckt im Industriegebiet. Parkplätze sind genug vorhanden. Innen war die Sauberkeit ok. An das Automaten bestell System kann ich mich immer noch nicht gewöhnen. Schneller wie früher ist es aus meiner Sicht nicht. Die bestellten Speisen waren in Ordnung und heiß, da sie frisch zubereitet wurden. Im Restaurant war es ziemlich kalt und es zog fürchterlich, man war gut beraten die Jacke anzulassen

Sehr unfreundliche Bedienung, essen schlecht und sehr kalt

Draußen waren es etwa -1 Grad, im Restaurant selbst kaum wärmer. Heizung ausgefallen oder das Geld ausgegangen? Das Essen war entsprechend eher lauwarm. Insgesamt etwas ungepflegter Eindruck.

Essen war maximal lauwarm, teils fehlte etwas. Personal wirkte unfreundlich, obwohl nicht viel zu tun war. Der Boden war dreckig, erst nach Hinweis wurde die Pfütze weggewischt.

Ich habe noch nirgendwo so ein unfreundliches Personal bei MC Donalds gesehen...

Leider musste man über 20 min warten bis das Essen fertig war. Bedienung hat sich bemüht die Bestellungen schnellstmöglich abzuarbeiten, aber alleine ca. 15 Bestellungen die auf den Monitor zu sehen waren war es zuviel

Der Burger sieht gewohnt ungenießbar aus. Aber wenigstens gibt’s jetzt tischservice und die Manieren der kinder ist allen egal

Das soll ein schnell Restaurant sein ? Bei mc drive aufgegeben und mehr als 15 Minuten gewartet bis Essen ausgegeben würde

Guter Service und leckeres Essen. Wartezeiten sind vollkommen ok 👌🏻 Wc Hygiene ist allerdings grenzwertig.

Seit Monaten ist ständig die Eismaschine kaputt. Wenn ihr ein McFlurry / McSunday wollt, diesen McD definitiv meiden! Kann nicht wirklich verstehen wie ein Multi Millionen Unternehmen wie McD dieses Problem in dieser Filiale nicht in den Griff bekommt.

Essen konnte teilweise durch das Panel nicht ausgewählt werden, bei Nachfrage beim Personal und Erklärung dass es nicht funktioniert, wurde nur gesagt " das ist manchmal so" und die Dame ging weiter . Tischservice fehlt obwohl 5 Mitarbeiter vorne im Thekenbereich sich rumdrücken. Boden dreckig Bei Abholung am Tresen bekommt man nur gelangweilte Gesichter Wir hätten eigentlich ca 35 Euro hier gelassen so waren es nur 14 €

Nicht wirklich schön dort gewesen . Viele Tische lagen voll mit leeren Verpackungen, einiges an Resten lag auf dem Boden .

Digga letztens wollte ich 20er Nuggets, aufeinmal in den 20er Nuggets Box waren Pommes drinne. Als ich mich beschweren wollte, kamen zwei Mitarbeiter und haben mich angespuckt. Holt euch niemals 20er Nuggets!!

Ich war am 09.09.2023 zwischen 23:00 Uhr und 23:45 Uhr bei Ihnen am Standort, ich hatte selber ein schlechten Tag und habe den Kollegen sehr genervt am Schalter (Drive in) geantwortet und da es sehr laut war , habe ich den Mitarbeiter ( Jung/Schlank/groß/kurze schwarze Haare) auch sehr schlecht verstanden , als ich vorne am Schalter war (Drive in ) bemerkte ich , dass der Mitarbeiter trotz meiner schlechten Laune , mich sehr höflich und nett bedient. Außerdem war ich durch seine Reaktion und sein Verhalten wieder gut gelaunt, weil man merkt, dass es immer noch vernünftige Mitarbeiter gibt, die trotz Unterbesetzung die Menschlichkeit und die Höflichkeit nicht verlernt haben. Super Service ! Super Mitarbeiter ! Lecker Essen 👍

Das McDonald's Restaurant ist sehr sauber und einladend. Die Tische und die Toiletten sind sehr sauber und hygienisch, was leider bei vielen anderen McDonald's Filialen nicht der Fall ist. Das Essen schmeckt frisch und klasse. Bei den Getränken wird man nicht übers Ohr gehauen und bekommt einen vollen Becher. Leider ist es traurigerweise sehr oft (eigentlich immer, wenn ich komme) der Fall, dass die Eis- und Milchshakemaschine defekt ist. Das sind die beiden Sterne, die jetzt fehlen. Die Mitarbeiter arbeiten sehr schnell und sind immer freundlich zu den Kunden. Es gibt draußen eine große Rutsche für die Kleinen. Das Restaurant ist sehr gut zu erreichen, jedoch gibt es keinen 24-Stunden-Betrieb. In der Umgebung befinden sich jedoch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Real, Decathlon, usw.

Da anscheinend nun auch bei dieser Filiale gespart wird wo es geht und nur noch unfähiges Personal, welches nicht in der Lage ist einen normalen Fluss an Kunden zu bedienen und sich so immer öfter ein unglaublich langer Stau bildet, eingestellt wird kann ich es nicht empfehlen hier essen zu holen, dies trifft mittlerweile auf so ziemlich alle Mccs Filialen zu. Geht besser in ein Restaurant. Und warum stellt man einen Mitarbeiter der kaum deutsch kann an den Autoschalter??

Zu wenig Personal, dadurch überfüllte Tablettwagen, Toilette und Tische dreckig, kein Toilettenpapier und Handtücher vorhanden. Desinfektionsmittel Spender auf den Toiletten kaputt.

Dieser Mc Donalds hat sehr stark nach gelassen. Mitarbeiter die arbeiten wie ne Schnecke, einer weiss nicht was der andere macht. Es kommt mit dem putzen hinter her geschweige denn das volle Tabletts weg geräumt werden.Die Tische kleben. Schon 3x dort gewesen wo es keinen Milchshake gab. Fahre mittlerweile lieber zu einem anderen.

Essen warm , Getränke mit sehr schwacher Kohlensäure, Klima lief auf Endanschlag (Nordpol Temperaturen) . Kids haben gefroren

Das Essen ist immer schön kalt bei jeder Bestellung der Service ist super nach dem sie deine nummer 6 mal geflüstert haben und du immernoch nicht an dein Essen kamst ist die Freude auf das Kalte Essen umso größer Das Ambiente ist unbeschreiblich gut der schön klebende Fußboden am kassenbereich und der penetrant Geruch von den 120 Gästen die um dich herum atmen weil nirgendwo Platz ist löst in einem absolute Glücksgefühle aus nicht zu vergessen die quengelnden Kinder die nur am kreischen sind

MC Donalds Lieferservice: Ernsthaft?? 4,99€ Lieferkosten und für was 0,99 ct Servicegebühren?? Also 5,98 nur fürs Liefern?? Findet ihr das nicht „leicht“ unverschämt???

Jedzenie jak to w McDonald's, w porządku. Dużo zależy od obsługi - jednego dnia nie było serwetek (byli sami mężczyźni), następnego wszystko było dostępne (była kobieta na obsłudze). Ogólnie, standardowa restauracja McD.

Die MC Donalds Filiale in Dortmund Aplerbeck hat die letzten Jahre sich steht's verschlechtert, jetzt bin ich an dem Punkt angekommen das ich diese Filiale vermeide und mehrere km weiter zum nächsten MC Donalds fahre, Doppelpack menü mit Coupon geht dort seit Wochen nicht und auch einige andere Coupons ,angeblich liegt das Problem am Kassensystem, kann ja mal passieren, aber nicht 3wochen oder länger am Stück . Auch der Service hat sehr stark nachgelassen, bin eigentlich Recht unkompliziert habe auch jetzt nicht allzu grosse Erwartungen, aber man bekommt das Gefühl das man nicht willkommen ist, die falsch herausgegeben Soße wird mit einem abwertende Blick auf das Tablet geworfen, die Tische sind sehr verdreckt aber die Mitarbeiter kümmert es kaum die lachen sich alle hinter der Kasse ein ab, was mich eig. nicht stören würde wenn sie erst ihre Arbeit ordentlich machen würden, kurz gesagt das ist eher ein Kindergarten als ein MC Donalds.

Die Sauberkeit lässt in diesem Mc Donalds sehr zu wünschen übrig.

Vorab ich bin bei McDonalds ein wirklich unkomplizierter Kunde, Appbestellung abschicken, rein abholen danke wieder raus. Aber diese Filiale hat es geschafft, dass ich mich in den wenigen Minuten so unwilkommen gefühlt habe, wie noch nirgendwo. Reibereien unter dem Personal wurde direkt vor mir offen ausgetragen. Ich konnte meinen Wrap nicht entdecken und fragte nach ob der wirklich bei ist, sofort zerpflückte der junge Mann total genervt und lieblos meine Tüte, so dass Pommes und Co auf dem Tresen landeten (er hatte 3 Menüs in eine kleine Papiertüte gestopft). Zwar wurde mir dann von einem anderen Mitarbeiter eine größere Tüte angeboten, aber bis dahin hatte ich schon genug von dieser Filiale. Echt schade, weil sie praktisch zu erreichen ist.

Essen wie immer gut. Aber der Zustand der Filiale grauenvoll. Sehr dreckig, überall stehen volle Tabletts rum, Tische nicht abgeputzt und die Toiletten gehen gar nicht und das trotz 6 Mitarbeitern. Schade

Ich esse hier gerne eine Kleinigkeit. Ausreichend Parkplätze sind vorhanden.

Es wurde vom chickenburger einfach eine Brötchenseite vergessen ( das obere Brötchen) und bei dem chili cheese mit jalapenos wurden die jalapenos vergessen.. ich frag mich wie sowas geht

Schlechtester Service, weil kein Service. Hier wird der Tischservice einfach weggelassen, auch wenn man ihn bestellt. Die Kosteneinsparung wird natürlich nicht an den Kunden weitergegeben, was diesen McDonald’s auch noch teurer als die anderen Filialen macht. Miese Masche.

Typischer McDonalds. Bedienen im Drive ging super fix. Nur die Lage ist so lala
