This Burger King no longer has zero-sugar drinks. When I asked an employee because the kiosks weren't displaying any zero-sugar options (only sugary ones), the employee said no, they didn't have any anymore. When I asked if they would be coming back (it could be broken or they'd run out), I was told no, they wouldn't be coming back. So it's really a shame that a fast-food/snack bar doesn't offer sugar-free drinks; we'd have to eat somewhere else.

Your victim can't do anything. After calling, they said it would be 10 minutes, but I've been waiting for 2 hours and they didn't even answer after the 10 minutes were up. Absolutely useless.

Terrible Burger King. Completely overwhelmed staff.

The food was like you'd expect from a BK, okay. The place was nice and empty, with plenty of space. The lady behind the counter had to really get to work, serving food, clearing and wiping tables, and still had a smile on her face. Only those who absolutely have to use the restroom can use the restroom. Those big ordering panels always drive me crazy. Not for me, I'm too old. In conclusion... an acceptable BK.

Rude service, cold burgers, cold fries, hot drinks, no refills, no music. When I asked for a new hot burger, the man behind the counter became rude and said that a burger would be ice cold after sitting on the table for 10 minutes. A disgrace, never again! The "professional" behind the counter was truly the highlight.

I ordered lattice potatoes and got regular fries and some old, uncarbonated Coca-Cola. After informing the staff, they said no, they didn't have lattice potatoes, but no one bothered to ask if they could change it without my knowledge. They replaced the Coca-Cola with the same uncarbonated one. I'm completely disappointed because I paid 18 euros. I liked this restaurant, but I will probably never go there again.

Burgers were cold even though they weren't busy

There's no worse Burger King than this one. Every time you visit, something is missing from your order, it's packaged incorrectly, or you suddenly realize after paying that you don't have the items you ordered.

Ordered at 11 a.m., delivery was supposed to arrive at 1:15 p.m. I called at 2 p.m. and was told they didn't have a driver. The food was supposed to arrive in 20 minutes, though. Now there's still nothing. Stay away from Lieferando orders.

Outrageous Even one star is too much. Just cancel and don't deliver. I waited over 2 hours. Shitty store!!!

The food was standard Burger King fare, of course. It was a bit annoying that they were out of curly fries (even though you could choose them) and that our sauces (6 pieces) and a portion of fries were missing. But that's understandable at 1:40 a.m., and the sauces were still handed out to us upon request, so 4/5 stars for the staff anyway :)

Doesn't even deserve one star. Better stay away from Lieferando. Ordered twice within two weeks, and after waiting almost two hours, they called back each time to say the driver had a flat tire. Simply ridiculous. The person on the phone was simply rude.

Ordered food 3 hours ago, nothing's here yet. Can't be reached by phone. I regret paying in advance. The delivery person should actually send the order back (assuming they ever show up). Edit: Even better!! According to Lieferando, it arrived, but not here. Unbelievable. I paid and got a supposed delivery that NEVER arrived.

Don't order anything here. I placed my order at 3:25 PM, and at 6 PM, after waiting for almost three hours, they simply canceled the order without giving any reason. Never again!

Never again! Simply crap. We ordered at 10:33 PM. It's now 10:50 AM and there's still nothing. We have neighbors, and they can't just ring the doorbell after three hours and give us our order. I don't know why it's taking so long; they only expect a burger and fries with a drink. It's a 15-20 minute drive. Three hours of waiting is honestly sick. We've tried to reach them by email and phone, but no one answers. Truly unprofessional.

Like any other BK, it's best to check your order as things are often forgotten!

Unfortunately the waiting time in the drive-thru is much too long for two small burgers, last time it was 30 minutes, today it was 25 minutes again, only to find out that they no longer make burgers, but it's nice to let them wait, so they definitely need to work on the speed.

Waited 2.5 hours to get a call saying the driver had a 'traffic accident'... as always at this time. Saying something like that without it being true is the worst thing ever.

The staff were super friendly, but the food didn't taste good at all. I think it was old grease, and unfortunately there was a bit too much of it everywhere... We usually like to go to BK, but not this one anymore....

Unfortunately, my last visit to Burger King was disappointing. As is now standard practice in all branches, you had to order via the screen. I had two vouchers on my phone, which I scanned one after the other and successfully redeemed for a meal each. Up to this point, everything had gone smoothly. I received my order, went to the car, and that's where I noticed the defects. The fries were unfortunately cold and rubbery, indicating they'd been sitting for a while. The burgers themselves were also cold. Furthermore, when redeeming the vouchers on the screen, it wasn't possible to select a drink; the system automatically assigned Coke without asking me to choose. When I tried to complain politely, an employee in a red T-shirt reacted very irritably. He became loud and, in a rude tone, showed me the drink selection on the screen, as if I had done something wrong or was telling a lie. I explained to him several times that I was well aware of the process and that the drink selection wasn't displayed this time. Customers should not be treated this way. Even though mistakes can happen, respectful treatment is the least one can expect. Customer service should always be our top priority, especially in the restaurant industry. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and contributes to improvements.

You wait at least 40 minutes at the drive-thru to get your order!! So it's best to always plan at least 40-45 minutes. The VALID coupons are not accepted and excuses are sought as to why why why! Only 2 employees work in the branch! It's best not to go there at all! Not worth it. Everything bad

You don't think it's called fast food for nothing, but when you get there you sometimes wait over 20 minutes. Really a shame Plus the tables are really disgusting, I think they'll be cleaned. It's probably because the employees all hang out outside instead of working.

It's absolutely unbelievable, over half an hour late. It was ordered via Lieferando. No possibility to contact us by phone. It's really ridiculous, they don't even deserve a star, simply because of the lack of service.

The last time I went to Burger King was 15 years ago. Big King XXL, always my favorite. It still tastes delicious today. Didn't regret the visit. We'll be back <3

I have to say Lieferando includes a phone number and you can call then suddenly you are pushed away out of nowhere even though you want to ask when the food is coming so it goes on like this, I hire a lawyer and be careful

Promotional products are rarely available in the store. In 9 out of 10 orders, something is either missing or the wrong thing is packed. The Cola machines have been standing in the corner for years and have been out of operation since Corona. The staff often seems as if they are annoyed because they have to work... When you get your food after a long wait and drive home, disappointment awaits you. You received a bag of things that you didn't order. So it's best to unpack and check everything on site. Even if the route is further, I would rather drive to Nordstadt or Lünen for BK soon. Maybe you'll get a slice of your neighbors' golden seagull.

Last time. Apart from the fact that the food is always cold, the fries are just outrageously expensive. 3.99 a large portion that had so few fries that it was ridiculous. When I asked if that was the big one, what did the small one look like? He grinned and then showed me a bag that looked like it came from a grocery store where children were playing. It sucks, such a rip off. Never again

It has apparently become a habit for burgers or even entire menus to be forgotten. Very very bad service.

Despite the fact that this chain is my favorite, this particular restaurant upset me. Something is wrong with it, food for 4, the potatoes seem not fresh. Not only that the machine for drinks does not work, but they were also filled to the brim. Staff with lush hairstyles, without headgear. It is not for nothing that the neighboring MakD was full, we sat alone in the hall. It seems that the manager is on vacation or is not there at all, and everything goes by itself.

Ordering at the terminal was very good, but while waiting I watched the 2 employees prepare the burgers etc. Both WITHOUT gloves!!!!!! Canceled the order immediately

So I have to let out my frustration, I ordered and paid at Burger King via liferando around 10:58 p.m. I got an invoice and it said it would take 59 minutes for delivery and it's now 1:14 a.m. and nothing has arrived and you can't reach anyone anymore.

I would not recommend going to this branch.

Had a meal there after 2 weeks a letter came home from Smart parking 40 euros fine 8 euros processing fee I was born in Dortmund I often ate there or there is McDonald's next door since when is there please with a parking fee or with a parking disc that's cheeky It's outrageous, I didn't have a parking ticket or anything else on the window. People 48 euros, we'll never eat there again, thanks for nothing

Ordered 3 menus and individual burgers, all dishes including fries were cold. The cheese on the burger hadn't even melted through the meat, the lady was alone in the kitchen and so slow even though the shop was empty... For us, this branch will never be considered again……toilets were a disaster

Rarely experienced such a slow Burger King. Then the official app advertises that this branch is taking part in the One Piece Event, but the employees don't know anything about it

Preparation takes forever despite the lack of customers, sometimes burgers are forgotten or the burgers are just slapped together listlessly...

The staff was very friendly, but you can't call it fast food there😅 We waited a long time and there wasn't really much going on at the moment, but we're all just human. My children love the slide 😄

Last review was not published for whatever reason. Is 2 years old & attached here. The cleanliness has definitely improved since then. Unfortunately the service is not. The menu includes large & medium fries. Get 2 small ones. Reason: You would only have small bags. Sorry, but if it's handled like that, it's a rip-off. I received 2 small ones upon request. So far so good. Ordered Hot Blondie, the core is no longer liquid/soft, but brownish in color. Definitely too long in the microwave. Answer: It wouldn't be bad. Yes, it's bad! Above all, it doesn't taste good! So much room for improvement! Sorry, once again a disaster & definitely the last visit! We've had everything from employees who obviously don't understand a word of what you want to order & ask questions a thousand times, from rotten tasting burgers & a disgustingly dirty outdoor area. We were told today by an annoyed employee that it was asking too much to point out when ordering from DriveInn that card payment was not possible. Funny, McDonald's next door manages this without any problems, and without being unfriendly. We were told that there was a sign. Well, if you know what you want, you might not look too closely or pay attention because card payments are actually normal. It's a real shame because the veggie offering is really great. Luckily there are other branches in the area.

You shouldn't call it fast food if you wait almost 25 minutes in the restaurant for your food. Prefer other orders that can come straight after you, even order more. That's not possible in my opinion. Food has been lying on the warming bench in front of my eyes for almost 15 minutes. It was just 2 burgers. Unfortunately only one star.

We bought 1 large soft ice cream there with KitKat. After an unusually long time, we got the ice cream filled to less than half capacity for a whopping €3.50. The powder with the Kitkat wasn't even mixed, just sprinkled on top. When we asked the employee about it, he said the contents of the small soft ice cream were identical to those of the small ice cream. Only the packaging is big or small. I'll never buy ice cream there again.

Extremely disappointed. We got the wrong food twice. And then you sit at home and after opening the bag three times you still have two fake burgers that no one eats. The employees on site were completely incompetent and asked several times after the order if it was the right one. I am extremely disappointed and wonder who will make it up to me now. We'll never come here again.

As usual, we forgot to put everything in at once and had to go to the checkout to sort it out.

If you like incomplete orders and cold burgers, this is the place for you. Everyone else just goes next door to the competition. The store is just an absolute disaster.

Unfriendly and unclean, never again!

The women's toilets had no toilet paper and were extremely dirty. The tables are full and not clean either.

I think it's okay that you forget a ketchup, but how can you not even be able to put in a citizen's order... look for new employees.

I am extremely disappointed with my last visit to BurgerKing. Despite my loyalty as a customer, I was fined €48 for parking even though I was only in the restaurant to eat. Parking surveillance through Smart Parking is a disgrace and the fees are completely disproportionate. Because of this unreasonable experience, I will not enter BurgerKing or park in their parking lots in the future. You have lost a loyal customer. Outrageous!

Were there last night, a family order. However, it has to be said that there was no one before or after us, the drive in only had one car. The food was disgusting. Burger drowned in sauce, the other one was just wrong. The nuggets were limp, as were the fries. Burger King has simply slacked off tremendously.

Well, the store is okay. Just a typical Burger King, only dirtier. There is rubbish everywhere, food is only available in plastic bags, even if you eat there. Good opening hours, otherwise it's better to go to another store.

I asked for a vanilla shake and an espresso shot at the drive counter, but the employee replied on July 18, 24 at 5:20 p.m. in a super unfriendly manner with "No, we don't have it" and let me go without saying anything to receive my order. Waited 3/4 on site to get an order. A tray of curly fries was missing, the person shouted something to me in German (which I don't understand, we're French) and pushed my tray at me....I was almost finished with my meal, had to go and ask his colleague for my curly fries. ..... with my translator....disappointed disappointed I understand the note

6.5km away and take almost 3 hours to deliver the food so impossible. Ordered yesterday at 9:30 and the food didn't arrive until just before 12. The store closes at 10 a.m. which means the delivery person must have had the cold food in the car for hours, very disgusting Never again

Catastrophe! Ordered via Lieferando, waited 1.30 hours, nothing came, then I had to drive there myself to find out that they currently have no internet and don't deliver, so I would never have been able to find out. Then I wanted to order again and pay with a card on site, but we don't have internet so it doesn't work either! Never again.

Biggest piece of junk. Food hasn't arrived twice now. You can't call and ask either. It's better to order from McDonald's right next door.

By far the worst BurgerKing in NRW. Was there on Saturday evening and served cold burgers despite not many customers. (This other one is cold when the cheese doesn't even melt on the patty anymore because the patty is so cold) whopper comes without salad and with dry bread. Well, I know it when Bk can't keep up because there are too many customers and the quality doesn't look good, but I've never seen it so bad.

The staff at the drive-in counter is extremely unfriendly. You're not even greeted. Even if you say “Hello” first, you only get a bored “Please” in response. It is obvious that the employees have absolutely no desire to work and their boredom is clearly noticeable.

After a visit to this branch, a request for payment for the parking space came 2 weeks later. €48 for exceeding the parking limit. We ordered 3 times during the entire visit. Simply a rip off! It was too late and after half an eternity I wanted to treat myself to the King of the Month. Ordered in drive. Was the only one in the drive. I waited over 10 minutes. No feedback, nothing. I thought they would prepare everything fresh because of the long wait. Puppy cake. Fries cold The BigKing was cold and was much more compressed Matchking!!! Looks like it's been sitting around for days! Mega disappointing! Never again!! Preferably 0 stars!!

Nothing going on, eating takes an incredibly long time

The usual Burger King standard, but nothing more.

Once again experienced poor service there. Very slow and the shop overall very dirty. More than half of the tables are in the same condition as in the photo. Nobody makes any effort to clear any table or empty the trash can. Overall we didn't like it there. Much could be achieved through better operational planning and better deployment of staff.

These 4 chili cheeses were a real joke. Dry as hell. There was a little less sauce on the other half of the bun!

I was there in the morning and the burgers were fresh. It was delicious, I ate chili cheese with jalapenos.

NEVER AGAIN!!! Every time you wait 2 hours for the delivery and then they don't come anyway and when you call they say it will take another hour so a total of 3 hours for 4 burgers... burger king eving should really change the employees!
