Unfortunately a really, really dirty toilet without soap and warm water.

It has apparently become a habit for burgers or even entire menus to be forgotten. Very very bad service.

Despite the fact that this chain is my favorite, this particular restaurant upset me. Something is wrong with it, food for 4, the potatoes seem not fresh. Not only that the machine for drinks does not work, but they were also filled to the brim. Staff with lush hairstyles, without headgear. It is not for nothing that the neighboring MakD was full, we sat alone in the hall. It seems that the manager is on vacation or is not there at all, and everything goes by itself.

Ordering at the terminal was very good, but while waiting I watched the 2 employees prepare the burgers etc. Both WITHOUT gloves!!!!!! Canceled the order immediately

So I have to let out my frustration, I ordered and paid at Burger King via liferando around 10:58 p.m. I got an invoice and it said it would take 59 minutes for delivery and it's now 1:14 a.m. and nothing has arrived and you can't reach anyone anymore.

I would not recommend going to this branch.

Had a meal there after 2 weeks a letter came home from Smart parking 40 euros fine 8 euros processing fee I was born in Dortmund I often ate there or there is McDonald's next door since when is there please with a parking fee or with a parking disc that's cheeky It's outrageous, I didn't have a parking ticket or anything else on the window. People 48 euros, we'll never eat there again, thanks for nothing

Ordered 3 menus and individual burgers, all dishes including fries were cold. The cheese on the burger hadn't even melted through the meat, the lady was alone in the kitchen and so slow even though the shop was empty... For us, this branch will never be considered again……toilets were a disaster

Rarely experienced such a slow Burger King. Then the official app advertises that this branch is taking part in the One Piece Event, but the employees don't know anything about it

Preparation takes forever despite the lack of customers, sometimes burgers are forgotten or the burgers are just slapped together listlessly...

The staff was very friendly, but you can't call it fast food there😅 We waited a long time and there wasn't really much going on at the moment, but we're all just human. My children love the slide 😄

Never again, they have next to nothing. I wanted to get a menu today, they don't have any coke or, like Big King, no sauce, even if you pick it up yourself it takes at least 30 minutes. Never go here again

I can't recommend it at all The store was really empty and we waited almost 20 minutes for our order. The burgers were cold and the bags were dirty too. As I said, the shop was empty

Last review was not published for whatever reason. Is 2 years old & attached here. The cleanliness has definitely improved since then. Unfortunately the service is not. The menu includes large & medium fries. Get 2 small ones. Reason: You would only have small bags. Sorry, but if it's handled like that, it's a rip-off. I received 2 small ones upon request. So far so good. Ordered Hot Blondie, the core is no longer liquid/soft, but brownish in color. Definitely too long in the microwave. Answer: It wouldn't be bad. Yes, it's bad! Above all, it doesn't taste good! So much room for improvement! Sorry, once again a disaster & definitely the last visit! We've had everything from employees who obviously don't understand a word of what you want to order & ask questions a thousand times, from rotten tasting burgers & a disgustingly dirty outdoor area. We were told today by an annoyed employee that it was asking too much to point out when ordering from DriveInn that card payment was not possible. Funny, McDonald's next door manages this without any problems, and without being unfriendly. We were told that there was a sign. Well, if you know what you want, you might not look too closely or pay attention because card payments are actually normal. It's a real shame because the veggie offering is really great. Luckily there are other branches in the area.

Just the fact that I'm so bored writing this after waiting 10 minutes for ONE burger... Too long of a wait. Can I get a kebab quicker? And let’s see how long I’ll stand here 😂

You shouldn't call it fast food if you wait almost 25 minutes in the restaurant for your food. Prefer other orders that can come straight after you, even order more. That's not possible in my opinion. Food has been lying on the warming bench in front of my eyes for almost 15 minutes. It was just 2 burgers. Unfortunately only one star.

We bought 1 large soft ice cream there with KitKat. After an unusually long time, we got the ice cream filled to less than half capacity for a whopping €3.50. The powder with the Kitkat wasn't even mixed, just sprinkled on top. When we asked the employee about it, he said the contents of the small soft ice cream were identical to those of the small ice cream. Only the packaging is big or small. I'll never buy ice cream there again.

Extremely disappointed. We got the wrong food twice. And then you sit at home and after opening the bag three times you still have two fake burgers that no one eats. The employees on site were completely incompetent and asked several times after the order if it was the right one. I am extremely disappointed and wonder who will make it up to me now. We'll never come here again.

As usual, we forgot to put everything in at once and had to go to the checkout to sort it out.

If you like incomplete orders and cold burgers, this is the place for you. Everyone else just goes next door to the competition. The store is just an absolute disaster.

Unfriendly and unclean, never again!

The women's toilets had no toilet paper and were extremely dirty. The tables are full and not clean either.

I think it's okay that you forget a ketchup, but how can you not even be able to put in a citizen's order... look for new employees.

I am extremely disappointed with my last visit to BurgerKing. Despite my loyalty as a customer, I was fined €48 for parking even though I was only in the restaurant to eat. Parking surveillance through Smart Parking is a disgrace and the fees are completely disproportionate. Because of this unreasonable experience, I will not enter BurgerKing or park in their parking lots in the future. You have lost a loyal customer. Outrageous!

Were there last night, a family order. However, it has to be said that there was no one before or after us, the drive in only had one car. The food was disgusting. Burger drowned in sauce, the other one was just wrong. The nuggets were limp, as were the fries. Burger King has simply slacked off tremendously.

Well, the store is okay. Just a typical Burger King, only dirtier. There is rubbish everywhere, food is only available in plastic bags, even if you eat there. Good opening hours, otherwise it's better to go to another store.

Bad but very bad dealing with guests. I asked for a vanilla shake and an espresso shot at the drive counter, but the employee replied on July 18, 24 at 5:20 p.m. in a super unfriendly manner with "No, we don't have it" and let me go without saying anything to receive my order. Waited 3/4 on site to get an order. A tray of curly fries was missing, the person shouted something to me in German (which I don't understand, we're French) and pushed my tray at me....I was almost finished with my meal, had to go and ask his colleague for my curly fries. ..... with my translator....disappointed disappointed I understand the note

6.5km away and take almost 3 hours to deliver the food so impossible. Ordered yesterday at 9:30 and the food didn't arrive until just before 12. The store closes at 10 a.m. which means the delivery person must have had the cold food in the car for hours, very disgusting Never again

Catastrophe! Ordered via Lieferando, waited 1.30 hours, nothing came, then I had to drive there myself to find out that they currently have no internet and don't deliver, so I would never have been able to find out. Then I wanted to order again and pay with a card on site, but we don't have internet so it doesn't work either! Never again.

Biggest piece of junk. Food hasn't arrived twice now. You can't call and ask either. It's better to order from McDonald's right next door.

By far the worst BurgerKing in NRW. Was there on Saturday evening and served cold burgers despite not many customers. (This other one is cold when the cheese doesn't even melt on the patty anymore because the patty is so cold) whopper comes without salad and with dry bread. Well, I know it when Bk can't keep up because there are too many customers and the quality doesn't look good, but I've never seen it so bad.

Of course it doesn't taste like suburbia. It arrives about lukewarm. Fried sweat :D but still delicious 😋

The staff at the drive-in counter is extremely unfriendly. You're not even greeted. Even if you say “Hello” first, you only get a bored “Please” in response. It is obvious that the employees have absolutely no desire to work and their boredom is clearly noticeable.

After a visit to this branch, a request for payment for the parking space came 2 weeks later. €48 for exceeding the parking limit. We ordered 3 times during the entire visit. Simply a rip off! Warm cola, old made burgers, it doesn't get any worse!!

It was too late and after half an eternity I wanted to treat myself to the King of the Month. Ordered in drive. Was the only one in the drive. I waited over 10 minutes. No feedback, nothing. I thought they would prepare everything fresh because of the long wait. Puppy cake. Fries cold The BigKing was cold and was much more compressed Matchking!!! Looks like it's been sitting around for days! Mega disappointing! Never again!! Preferably 0 stars!!

The burgers were better. Meat was dry, the rolls were hard on the edges...

Nothing going on, eating takes an incredibly long time

The usual Burger King standard, but nothing more.

Once again experienced poor service there. Very slow and the shop overall very dirty. More than half of the tables are in the same condition as in the photo. Nobody makes any effort to clear any table or empty the trash can. Overall we didn't like it there. Much could be achieved through better operational planning and better deployment of staff.

These 4 chili cheeses were a real joke. Dry as hell. There was a little less sauce on the other half of the bun!

Disgusting... I ordered from them on the site (to be delivered) I didn't receive what I ordered, but I still had to pay for the products. I ordered a burger with cheese but didn't receive it. I wanted a burger without tomatoes/cucumbers, but I also received a black hair. 🤢🤮 Instead of the sweet and sour sauce, I got sour cream. Unfortunately I had to throw away the entire meal (20€ ended up in the trash) Never again 🤮🤮🤮

A typical BurgerKing. But quite solid here, others were worse.

I ordered a crispy chicken menu at the drive in. Includes large fries and 0.5 drink, as well as a, believe it not, Crispy Chicken Burger. When I got home I had a 0.5 cola, and that was it… plus a small fries and a chicken nugget burger! You would actually think that the employees could at least put together a menu properly! And I paid almost ten euros for that!!! Never again, sorry!

The service is terrible! 6 men behind the counter, you really stand there 20 minutes before you can order on the drive! It was quick, only the burgers were carelessly slapped together and the Chilli Cheeseburger only had a jalapeno on it and hardly any sauce.

Today I was in the drive-thru, placed a large order, paid for it, received my goods. The employee mentioned to me in advance that she would check again to see if her order was complete. The receipt was included. I checked my order in the parking lot and I was very impressed I liked two burgers on site and then I went in with the receipt and wanted to draw the employee's attention to it. Instead I was ignored and the employee drank her soft drink in the front - very hygienic - first when the employee noticed me I told her what I was doing, she said She had given the order completely without errors and that it couldn't be. She called the manager through the lobby who stood behind me and was talking to a relative in Turkish and they talked about me at first and I didn't say anything about it at first, the employee explained The gentleman told the manager or shift leader the situation very loudly and openly in front of all the customers, "Just give him a new one if you can live with something like that." I then said what he meant by saying something like that I didn't need it at all, I told him and I also said I can show the receipt and my order and even check my car. I have never experienced such disrespectful behavior towards a customer and I will never expose myself as a liar again My friends hadn't already eaten the things, I would have canceled the order and you would have had to be liable for the damage. What kind of shift leader is that? I'm someone who would rather eat at Burger King than at MC, but I won't eat there anymore. The food isn't what I was used to. I also think it's pretty expensive for what I get. I've already said that to my wife that I would rather go to a real burger shop and pay 3-4€ more but then get fresh produce and the burger is also super tasty with side dishes so I won't go to a Burger King branch anymore because of the food It just tastes miserable and there is nothing left on the burger

The employees all work in everyday clothes, with hair hanging around their faces. Chicken nuggets taste very different there than in other branches. The burgers are always cold and the fries are fried in old fat/oil and are also cold every time. You wait a long time for your food, even if there isn't much to do. There are so many more points that could be mentioned...

There's always something wrong... you choose a topping, but you still get it... you choose Rösti Chicken, you get Rösti Beef... you order country potatoes and it gets really bold... when you open it, the country potatoes are on top and underneath just everything fries... what's wrong with you? If you don't feel like doing your job then stay home.. this store is so bad!!!

Unmögliches Personal!! 20min am Sprechschalter gewartet bis die Bestellung aufgenommen worden ist zu dem war die Dame (klein mit Brille) am Schalter sehr unfreundlich, frech und genervt. Nach dem wir sie auf die Wartezeit angesprochen haben wurden wir gedutzt und mit „ ich kann mich nicht teilen, bezahlen sie einfach und gut ist“ abgewiesen. Unmöglich!!!!

Immer wieder gerne leider kann man nicht mehr wie früher Getränke nachzapfen.

Toilettenpapier und Handtuchpapier leer. Die Böden imEssbereich sowie unter den Theken sehr schmutzig. Wenn der Käse noch fest als Scheibe in dem Burger liegt und man die Chili Chese sosse suchen muss ,finde Ich das bei dem Preis äußerst dreist. Die Lust auf Burger King ist damit vom Tisch

Ist halt eine fast food Filiale erwarte auch nichts aber viel besser als der McDonald’s neben an Das Essen hier war ok was gut war,heiß serviert bekommen Service etwas überfordert sonst echt nette Leute an der Kasse Toiletten waren Standard es hat bisschen gerochen war das Problem sonst ok

Anscheinend war die Servicekraft überfordert,es dauerte im Drive-In erst 10 min bis man dran kam und dann wartete man nochmal knapp 20 min bis man am Schalter bezahlen und sein essen bekam und es waren nur drei Fahrzeuge vor mir,das um 22:30... Die Erfahrung in der Filiale hier war nicht ganz so gut,kenne es sonst anders

Nettes Restaurant-Team, aber die Gäste-Clientele ist sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig. Mir wurde gestern Abend auf dem Parkplatz der Reifen meines Fahrzeugs aufgeschlitzt. Ich habe den Leuten, die mich beim Aussteigen kritisch beäugt haben, schon aus Vorsicht nicht ins Gesicht geblickt. Mit einem Nicht-AMG Auto oder teurer, sollte man dort abends besser nicht parken. Aus Sorge um mein Auto werde ich dort nicht mehr essen gehen.

War hier mit meinen Freund. Wir bestellten verschiedene Burger mit der Gutschein App. Paypack wurde vergessen obwohl Mitarbeiter die Karte in der Hand hatte. Nach über 20 min war das bestellte noch immer nicht fertig. Obwohl nicht viel zu tun war. Als wir dann was sageten wurde der Mitarbeiter gleich sehr unfreundlich. So sahen dann auch die Burger als. Tische waren schmutzig und klebrig. Zum Glück gibt es neben an noch einen anderen Burger Laden. Wo es etwas schneller geht.

Leider keine Cheesy Onion Fries 😔

Wird einfach nicht besser. Letzter Moment war der Versuch im Drive zu bestellen. Kein Fahrzeug vor mir, über 3 Minuten gewartet und es kam einfach gar nix durch die Sprechstelle. Dann vorgefahren, hätte ja ein technischer Defekt sein können, und was war? Zwei Mitarbeiter die hinter der Theke chillen. Selbes Spektakel wenn man vor Ort ist. Es ist wenig los und man wartet ewig auf Bedienung und das Essen. Echt nicht empfehlenswert im Moment. Sehr schade.

Personal überfordert und wenn man eine Reklamation hat unfreundlich. Man muss schon mal länger als 25 min auf sein Essen warten. Sorry das geht nicht für so ein Restaurant. Besonderes schlecht sind hier die Nuggets so was von in Fett ertränkt oder nochmals erwärmt habe ich leider noch nie gesehen. Zu bestimmten Zeiten sehr unaufgeräumt hier. zB. Müllwagen.

Wartezeit von mehr als 10 min im drive in, und keine Reaktion ob man etwas bestellen möchte dass geht garnicht! Dann ist der drive in auch noch schlecht gebaut dass man an wartenden nicht vorbei fahren kann. Das grenzt an nötigung. Dann doch zur goldenen Möwe nebenan. Dort wurden in meiner Wartezeit mindestens 10 Kunden bedient.

Da bestellt man sich King Nuggets und kriegt 10 Stück die schon mal gebraten wurden zu seinen 10 Frischen dazu und die meinen man Merkt das nicht, also ganz schlechte Nummer von dem Laden kann man echt nicht weiter empfehlen zu Kotzen.

Waren mittags da, nur zwei Kunden vor uns trotzdem haben wir 20 Minuten auf unser Essen warten müssen. Insgesamt nur zwei Mitarbeiter vor Ort das ist viel zu wenig die können einem nur leid tun. Die Coca Cola Freestyle Automaten sind nach wie vor nicht benutzbar mit einem veralteten Hinweis auf Hygiene aus der Corona Zeit absolutes No go das die immer noch nicht wieder in Betrieb genommen wurden. Zur Sauberkeit kann ich sagen, es war okay den Sanitärbereich habe ich nicht betreten kann deshalb dazu nichts sagen. Fazit: Mehr Mitarbeiter, Coca Cola Freestyle reparieren lassen und evtl hier und da etwas mehr auf Hygiene achten ist halt sehr subjektiv das empfinden bei dem Thema, Wenn sich die genannten Punkte verbessern, wäre die Filiale definitiv deutlich attraktiver für die Mittagspause 3 von 5 Sternen.

I order with Liferando from Burger King and i have problem with delivery guy. I don't speak Deutch and that is the problem. Delivery guy atack me why i come here if i don't speak Deutch with a raised voice and when tourists would come, they would behave the same way that is very racist and its not correct to do like this. I try communicate with Burger King but again it is not possible. Try to avoid

Whopper Käse Menü kam ohne Käse, eine Portion Pommes fehlte, mehrere Saucen fehlten und eine weitere Beilage wurde ganz vergessen. Vom Geschmack her war es aber ganz okay.

İst nach 2 Stunden angekommen.Das essen hat nicht geschmeckt.Burger King soll so schnell wie möglich schließen.

Besser mal prüfen, ob auch alle Bestandteile der Menüs in der Tüte zum Mitnehmen enthalten sind, insb. Beilagen.

Unfreundliches Personal, was nicht in der lage ist richtig zu zuhören und Pammt dann die Kunden an. Hygiene wird auch nicht groß geschrieben und was das Essen betrifft : die Cheeseburger total trocken und die Buns teilweise hart und die Pommes halb Roh. Einmal und nie wieder
