Things have improved over time, both with the menu becoming more vegan-friendly and with staff getting your orders right and doing so more quickly. However, the new ordering terminals are an absolute disaster - they do not offer the possibility of interacting with the bonus point system (crowns) nor its rewards, nor the ability to collect payback points, but staff taking orders has been reduced anyway in the expectation that people will use the terminals. I still go here, but it's a hassle every time, so be prepared for that. At least the staff themselves are lovely.

I like eating at BK. Unfortunately the service is getting worse and worse. Delivery not complete, or even incorrect. We were in the store recently. My husband and I wanted to be the first to both use our apps at the same time. We asked several times whether this was even possible if you used two apps with two accounts at the same time. Yes, yes, it goes. Didn't work. His bonus points gone, we left hungry. The employee was overwhelmed and didn't understand us, and the on-site management was absolutely incompetent. So for me that was it. With this branch, and maybe even BK. I want to go to this store, order my food, and have that too. I don't want to have to repeat myself three times until I'm understood. A mistake can always happen, but always? Sorry, but this needs to be reworked a lot. Don't even get me started on the delivery service.

Ordered food via Lieferando on Sunday evening at 10:30 p.m. After three quarters of an hour of waiting, a third of the order finally arrived at our home. I told the driver that the order was not complete, he apologized and said he would bring the rest over in about 20-30 minutes. Great guy, can't complain. After another hour and a half we still haven't received the rest. I call the restaurant half an hour before closing time. Unfriendly employee answers the phone, tells me that she can't do anything because the driver isn't there yet (after a total of two hours, rather questionable, but if that's the case then understandable) and that she would deliver the food to me tomorrow around lunchtime, which is unacceptable to me. Demanded money back directly via PayPal.

We had dinner there today. The staff understood little to no German. I had to complain about my (cold) burger because it had onions on it that I had specially ordered. My girlfriend's fries were cold. Overall, the food didn't taste like what we were used to. My meat was also relatively dark. There was dirt everywhere and garbage that hadn't been cleared away. The toilets weren't very friendly either. We both got diarrhea from the food and will certainly avoid this branch!!!!

Under no circumstances order from this store!!! I ordered there via Lieferando and had to wait more than three (!) hours for my order!! It wasn't the first time either, but definitely the last time! Lieferando's customer service took care of my matter and after I called the store, I found out that my order was actually on its way to me, which the driver then very kindly confirmed to me over the phone and apologized. I have no idea how this can happen and how underexposed people you have to employ in the kitchen to achieve something like this?!

First of all, various products are missing: French fries sauce, extra paid chicken patty and the salad dressing was not what was ordered. But it continues. Two bags printed with “Plant Nuggets” contain nuggets that look completely different. So unfortunately a person received meat. Just which one? Too bad. As vegetarians, we had to leave both packages behind as a precaution. What remains? No salad with the wrong dressing and two completely dried-out burgers with yellow lettuce leaves on the fries with cola. And for almost €30, wow!

Somehow they always manage to get your order wrong and even have the audacity to correct you too. I was there with my friends and she had ordered the vegan burgers for us and they gave us both the meat ones along with the wrong drinks. we went up to the guy and said our order is wrong and he proceeded to say that’s what we ordered in a very unfriendly way. my friend got really mad at him and fought him because he was saying we ordered wrong. he did change our order at the end but overall very unfriendly staff. the place could be a bit cleaner but overall it’s alright, your average fast food place.

The atmosphere is not good at all, yesterday there was an obviously drug-addicted lady at the front door for over 20 minutes, picking up broken pieces on the floor?? And that wasn't outside, but when you walked in the front door. That doesn't work at all. But the absolute high is the waiting time, yesterday over 30 minutes. Since Corona, I've gotten into the habit of ordering via the drive-thru, this time I went to the branch and ordered there. Although at least. There were 2 ladies at the checkout, only one was open, one lady always sent the customers to the ordering machines and consistently referred them to her colleague with the checkout. The cashier also operated the drive-in counter. It was really uncomfortable for me there, also dirty and loud, I was happy to be out of there. The quality of the food was ok, I had no complaints in the toilet.

First of all, I would like to say that when we came in, everything looked very disorganized among the employees. The queue was not controlled and the employees all took turns at the checkout and jumped around between all 3 checkouts. So no coordination, because you could arrange it so that one employee stands at the checkout, the other fills the trays with food and the other hands out the food. Then you had to wait an extremely long time for the food for a fast food chain - for us it was about 20 minutes. I have no idea what they were doing back there, whether they had to go out every 2 minutes and smoke or what else. This can not be! Mistakes were also made. We expressly said that we wanted to take the food with us and still got it on the tray. I then told her that I wanted to take it with me and she had to look at the receipt to see how she had entered it. What is it all for? If it says on the list to eat here, shouldn't I change my mind at short notice? Knowing my gastronomic knowledge, hair must at least be tied up. And the shift manager walked around with her hair down, so if you feel like having hair in your food every now and then, run to the store! We have ordered from this branch twice. When ordering for the first time, all three sauces were forgotten and only 6 onion rings were delivered instead of 9. On the second order, all the burgers were burnt and didn't taste good.

I just got mail asking me to please pay a contractual penalty for exceeding my parking time. You want to go to Burger King with your girlfriend in a relaxed way and then you get a €50 fine for parking too long for a few minutes. Why do you even work with Smart Parking? Well, luckily for me I don't live there and thank God I don't have to go there anymore. Because apart from the fact that I now have to pay a fine for an empty parking space, I couldn't even relax and eat my burger with my girlfriend. Because during this time a woman on drugs kept walking around us and often asked for money. Or we would have to watch her watching a family with children from close up. It is questionable that the lady would not be sent out for begging in a "restaurant". Then you escape outside and meet two friends with whom you spontaneously want to have an ice cream and then something like that... I'm speechless that the money is literally taken out of your pocket at every opportunity.

The food is totally fine for a Burger King. But I've eaten better in other branches, so I deducted a star. What I also don't particularly like is that there are no ordering terminals. In addition, the upper floor has been closed for months, which doesn't add to the ambience. The toilets aren't particularly nice, but they're not disgustingly dirty either. There is enough seating available and the staff are friendly.

First impression: space and cleanliness The restaurant is spacious and leaves a clean impression at first glance. What is noticeable, however, is that this cleanliness could be further optimized if employees carried out inspections more frequently. It improves your feeling of well-being significantly if you don't have to go looking for a clean table. Service and employees The employees are a clear highlight. They are always friendly and hardworking. This positive work ethic contributes significantly to a pleasant environment. Eat My experience was entirely satisfactory. The Big King tasted extraordinarily fresh and, like the accompanying fries and chili cheese nuggets, impressed with their extremely delicious taste. Every time I leave the restaurant full and satisfied, without feeling like I paid too much. The price-performance is right. Customer toilets The customer toilets deserve special mention as they are kept very clean throughout. This is an important aspect that rounds off the overall picture positively. Additional amenities I find the free customer parking available and the drive-in counter very practical for drivers who prefer to enjoy their food outside of the restaurant. Conclusion Despite the potential for improvement in terms of table cleanliness, the excellent service, delicious food and well-thought-out amenities all contribute to a pleasant visit to the restaurant. I will certainly come back.

This branch is very dirty and not really well maintained. Broken upholstery, sticky floor. Overall it's very dingy and to then charge a euro for the customer toilet is very bold.
