Food: The milkshake (supposed to be vanilla flavored) tasted exactly like plain water; I didn't like it—I don't need it. Atmosphere: Average and appropriate for the circumstances. Service: Relatively fast, which I appreciated.

No more toys, no Sprite and no iced tea, otherwise it was okay.

Had to eat. It was late, this place was open. Very quiet inside, only like 3 people inside. Food was cooked fresh and tasted good. Carpark is big. Convenient, go if you need BK late night.

This is my fifth visit to this Burger King branch, and I've been disappointed every time. The app never works properly, codes and crowns can't be redeemed—and instead of receiving help or understanding, I'm treated rudely. Many employees barely speak German, and even the shift manager had difficulty communicating. At times, the behavior was downright disrespectful and unprofessional. Even though there were enough staff, I still had to wait in line again after placing my order. At the drive-thru, I was even sent back to the back of the queue to hand over a code—completely disorganized. The cash register system also seems to be malfunctioning, and of course, there was no apology or even a small gesture of goodwill. I'm truly disappointed—this was definitely my last visit here. If zero stars were possible, I wouldn't give a single one.

Worst Burger King in East Westphalia-Lippe, everything was filthy. The staff were incompetent and completely overwhelmed. The terminals didn't work. The burgers were soggy, the buns were stale. It's a miracle there wasn't a mouse running around. I'd rather starve than come here again.

Never again, after everything that's happened there in the last few years. I've had pitch-black meat on a burger there. Items are often forgotten. If you order and something is forgotten, they sometimes arrive two or three days later. They're also extremely slow at times. Order terminals often don't accept card payments. Unlike other families, the food is edible but not enjoyable.

I had a good experience every time I went there. I always took a take out and placed my order at the counter with staff. Codes have always worked and staff is always super friendly and sweet. I am happy with them:)))

I had a very disappointing experience at this Burger King. The code wouldn’t scan at all, which was very frustrating. The menu selection was surprisingly small compared to other locations. On top of that, the restroom was locked and only accessible with a key – which is really unreasonable for customers. Overall, not a pleasant visit.

Everything is just terrible. I think this place should be closed. The toilets don't work, the food doesn't taste good, the staff is rude and very poor. This is not a place to eat.

We spent almost 48 euros for three people. Everything was sloppily thrown together, one drink was wrong, and the wrong toy was in the Jr. Meal.

The burgers were almost cold. The buns were untoasted. The employees didn't know their own menus and refused to give out the cheese dip even though it was included. The place was very dirty. The trays hadn't been put away. Food was lying on the floor. The tray cart was beyond overflowing. Never again.

First, the employees don't understand German. Second, they can't handle the cash register. Third, it takes a very long time, even though your order is ready, and the employees keep talking about how to get everything done. An exhibition makes you hungry. The sat nav directed us to this Burger King. The food was freshly prepared and the service was super friendly. The ambiance was a bit disappointing, as the floor was sticky and there were fries lying around that looked like they'd been there for a while. But the tables and seating were clean, and you could sit and use the table. 👍

No. The food was lukewarm at best. The milkshake I ordered and paid for (€4.80 or so) wasn't made. They offered me a Coke instead, which I declined. The money was then refunded.

Dear Team, I went to your store today specifically to pick up two Junior Meals for my children – especially because of the toys. I even spoke to an employee there to make sure everything was complete. When I got home, I unfortunately discovered that the toys were missing from both boxes. I then called the store and was told I could pick them up. However, I live almost 10 km away – and for many families, it's unreasonable to drive that far just because of a missing toy. I find it very annoying that such things are overlooked, especially since as a customer, you rely on your order being complete – especially when it comes to children's products. I therefore ask you to speak to your team about taking more care in putting together orders so that something like this doesn't happen again in the future. Sincerely

Sorry but this delivery service is getting worse and worse. 1 Delivery takes forever 2 some of the food is already cold 3 things are often forgotten etc. These are just a few points that struck me as very negative. I'm probably not the only one who had to experience this. My conclusion is: it's better to order from the competition. Things work better there in the West.

It doesn't taste good. The fries are dry and the burgers only taste like bread. The meat has no flavor at all. Two of our burgers were forgotten and only given after a long discussion, and without an apology. The staff were very unfriendly.

Well, I am extremely disappointed. I was here with my son. We ordered three menus and only got one. We went to the cashier and showed them and said that after a three-minute discussion we got our food. Afterwards, all I could taste in the burger was bread, hardly any meat. The fries were the biggest disappointment, just dry. I could make that at home for €3.

They've removed the tables and chairs outside. You can't even sit down for ten minutes with your coffee. That was the best thing about restaurants like that. You don't get that here. Ridiculous!

The food was okay but my friends thought it was horrible. Service was terrible, we asked them to clean our table and they straight up just disspaeared. They also didn’t give straws or sauce, and when we asked for our sauce she gave us an attitude telling us to go get it ourself. There was also a begger walking around. And a big dog infront of the door. And worst of all, there was hair on the plate. Anyway the fries were pretty dry and you don’t even get sauce and when you do its a really small amount.

Food was average, unfortunately I didn't get cranberry sauce even though it was shown on the order board, and I didn't know that smoking was allowed - there was a cigarette on a table and suddenly someone sits down at the table in front of it and smokes (although I think it was an e-shisha, but it doesn't make it any better that there was an almost smoked cigarette there)

Went there spontaneously for an ice cream - the service was an absolute disgrace. Burger King offers the opportunity on the receipt to rate the branch in order to receive either a free coffee or fries. While I was waiting for my ice cream, I quickly filled out the review on my phone. The cashier asks me if I want coffee or chips – I say coffee. Then another cashier comes and hands me fries without saying a word. I say that I chose coffee, whereupon she tells me dryly that there are only fries. I ask why the colleague asked me at all - suddenly the first cashier comes back and claims that she didn't even ask me that. In the end I was told in an unfriendly tone: “French fries or nothing at all?” The service fits perfectly with the overall look of the store: chaotic, disorganized and completely customer-unfriendly.

I wanted to try the Chili Cheeseburger at Burger King, but it was a total disappointment. I was basically handed a bun full of sauce. Yes, there was plenty of sauce, but the meat was cold and way too small, almost lost in the bun. Also, the burger didn't look anything like the picture on the menu. It was supposed to be full of jalapeños—mine only had two or three, as if they'd been tweezers-loaded. What I got had nothing to do with the advertisement. I tried to say something, but the staff showed no interest in helping me. I will definitely not be returning to this place.

Burger King is mostly okay, but this place disappointed me a bit in terms of cleanliness. After testing it again for years, I ordered 20 nuggets and a large fries. 10 cold nuggets and 10 fresh nuggets came. In a packaging. The fries weren't a very large portion. Then I called the store and they told me they make everything fresh, I meant that the bottom nuggets were dried out, the top ones were fresh and crispy. The fries really disappointed me 1.smallest packaging but paid for the large packaging.

Things have improved over time, both with the menu becoming more vegan-friendly and with staff getting your orders right and doing so more quickly. However, the new ordering terminals are an absolute disaster - they do not offer the possibility of interacting with the bonus point system (crowns) nor its rewards, nor the ability to collect payback points, but at least staff has been restored. However, things are getting less reliable - the sales system attempted to charge for a third of three dips included in my coupon last minute, and had no payback card option anymore, despite several staff attempting to solve both problems.

The seats are locked at the top, you can't refill your drink several times, which is the most important thing at Burgerking, the cheese isn't the best of the best either, service is fast but you can only be scanned with a bar code and not with a cross code from your cell phone

A drive-in is actually designed to be quicker and because you don't have to get out of the car, but unfortunately it's anything but quick here

A few days ago we were passing through and stopped at this Burger King. I then tried to enter our order into the machine and ran into the first problems. 9er nuggets could not be selected as a menu option, even though it was noted as a menu option on the large board above the order handout. No matter, since I didn't want fries and a drink anyway, I packed the side dishes for my son. My wife has celiac disease and cannot eat gluten. She chose a Cesar salad. Unfortunately you couldn't select it. There was only a side salad or the “homemade” version. So I chose the DIY version and put together the salad. Added the remaining things for my daughter and clicked on order and then: "An error has occurred, order will be cancelled". I then repeated this exactly three times, each time with the same result. Then I went to the counter and asked if I could order that way too. The employee told me to please order from the machine. I explained the problem and he told his young colleague to take the order. She was very nice and friendly, but had obviously never done this before. She started with the “9er chicken menu”. Apparently this wasn't an option for her either. She searched for a while and then began to enter the best parts of the menu (with a corresponding additional charge) one by one. I kindly pointed out to her that I would like the 9 piece nuggets on the menu (as noted on the board above her head). Unfortunately, that apparently wasn't possible. She searched for minutes and couldn't find a solution. At some point I came to my senses and told her that I would try the machine again, for which she was very grateful. So to the machine, typed everything in again and then the same error, order canceled. Then the idea came to me that it might be the DIY salad. On the 5th attempt I left it out and lo and behold, it worked. My wife then just ate two portions of fries (single, expensive) because she can't eat anything else. Oh yes, 1 order machine was broken, Curly Fries were out, some vegan products were out. My daughter then ordered vegan nuggets, which were actually there. Unfortunately, when I ordered, instead of one 9 vegan, one 9 normal, two normal nuggets came (they can be easily distinguished at BK), so my daughter ate fries from my wife. Conclusion: I cannot recommend this Burger King. However, one has to admit that the staff were very friendly and really tried hard, even if they seemed overwhelmed. That's why I give it two stars, without the friendly staff it would have been one star.

Food OK, just like you would expect from Burger King. As far as cleanliness is concerned, it definitely needs to be improved. We were there from 6:30 p.m. to 7:10 p.m. During this time, no tables were cleaned and the dirt that was on the floor was removed. The toilets weren't clean either. This was the dirtiest Burger King we've ever been to.

This is the dirtiest, worst Burger King restaurant I have ever seen in the world!!! I stopped there on the drive through, 2 to 3 employees for the whole store, cold fries, burger sauce smelled spoiled, garbage everywhere on the floor, outside too!!! When we asked the employees, who could hardly speak any German, they were overwhelmed and not enough staff!! Then I went to the toilet, if you can even call it a toilet! You first have to let the checkout know so that someone can open Siw! Totally dirty, a disgusting smell and the urinal overflowed!! I don't even know how the store was allowed to open, it looked like the floor and tables hadn't been cleaned for weeks!! I would even give minus stars if possible!! Please close the store until everything is under control or someone gets poisoned
