I find it offensive personally... sorry!

The service is disgusting, we waited for our order for more than 40 minutes, when we asked to use the toilet we were refused in a not very friendly manner, horror

We ate at this Burger King for the first time today and were absolutely shocked. The food was partly warm and partly cold. We waited almost 50 minutes for our food and then got the wrong one. The man at the table next to us had ashes on his burger!! Bah. The employees were absolutely unfriendly and overwhelmed! The place looked like shit! Coke spread all over the floor, dirty tables (not a single one was clean) and in general it looked like none of the employees had cleaned there today! Absolute disaster! Oh yes and extras like extra cheese etc. are not even taken into account. Never again!

Since Burger King is equipped with an electric ordering service, I will avoid the store. Personal orders are no longer possible. Long queue, cold food.

I would have given -10 but unfortunately it doesn't work... Even though there wasn't much going on, we waited 25 minutes for the food... Just a disaster

Were there today on August 20th, 2024 at 7:28 p.m. never experienced such service as there was. 2 people at the checkout completely forgot about the orders. I waited 40 minutes for my food and half of it was missing then they say what's missing and will be ticked would never recommend anyone to eat there for 40 minutes??? Waited for food!!! Plus half of it was missing, the 2 women at the front were completely overwhelmed, why would you put two such incompetent employees there on a Saturday, it's a real shame the store and service used to be really top 1 star is even too much for the store

Waited 20 minutes until food was ready. Wrong burger at that. Curly Fries and ordered and got regular fries because Curly Fries were sold out. Information before ordering would have been good

Since Corona, I've gotten into the habit of ordering via the drive-thru, this time I went to the branch and ordered there. Although at least. There were 2 ladies at the checkout, only one was open, one lady always sent the customers to the ordering machines and consistently referred them to her colleague with the checkout. The cashier also operated the drive-in counter. It was really uncomfortable for me there, also dirty and loud, I was happy to be out of there. The quality of the food was ok, I had no complaints in the toilet.

The veggie burgers are delicious. The order terminals are good, but do not accept coupons. A BK in the city center would be great.

This Burger King is very dirty...

Such bad service and a long waiting time. I was late for an appointment because I had to wait 25 minutes for my food even though it wasn't full. Staff haphazard and my burger was very cold afterwards. Very disappointing. Staff are only human, but it doesn't take 10 minutes to put a cheeseburger menu and ice cream on the tray!

Everyone doesn't go to this burgerking, it's dirty and very loud, the employees are way too overwhelmed and I paid and then waited for more than half an hour until my food was still not ready and then I went to the checkout and I asked when my food would be ready, they said then that I supposedly hadn't paid, which I did 45 minutes ago and then she packed me normal fries and no sauce, even though I had ordered curly fries and sour and cream sauce. It's my first ever Review for a Restaurant. I ordered 2 Burgers for delivery and ended up waiting 2 hours. I called the Restaurant and was told that i needed wait at least 30 more minutes. They said the delivery guy is out for delivery and has not yet returned. I ended up going to the restaurant and picking up the food by myself. There was absolute no sign of Apology. After 3 hours i could eat my burgers. Please avoid ordering online from the restaurant.

- Service: absolutely underground. The employees were completely overwhelmed, you could only order at the terminal and easily waited 20 minutes until you could pay in cash. It took another 20-25 minutes for me to get my food and this was only after I asked because I supposedly hadn't paid. My companion had already finished eating at that point. -Atmosphere: it was dirty and loud. Feel-good factor non-existent, you actually wanted to get out straight away. - Food: you waited for ages, but it was fresh and therefore hot.

I have never seen such bad, arrogant staff anywhere. You wait 15 minutes for the staff who don't know what they're doing. Approx. 12 minutes. Au that preparation. Approx. 5 min. To pack one. Hello???? The crowded restaurants are even faster... Never again !!!!

Eating takes forever, around 10 p.m. you can expect a wait of around 30 minutes. All employees run around the store more or less aimlessly. There were piles of rubbish on the tables everywhere that no one cleared away. Far too few staff! One of the burgers was burnt and the cola tasted like water (empty syrup?). Never again, unfortunately.

We had a Whopper menu. The fries had probably been there for a while. Either the fat was very old or the fries had already been fried. The Whoppers were kind of strange to eat. But for both of us, they were like stones in our stomachs. We had stomach and intestinal problems for two days. The only positive thing was the nice service. We'll never eat there again and unfortunately the list is getting longer and longer with Burger Kings that we don't eat at anymore.🤨😡

Everything has become smaller than before and everything has become more expensive

First of all, I would like to say that when we came in, everything looked very disorganized among the employees. The queue was not controlled and the employees all took turns at the checkout and jumped around between all 3 checkouts. So no coordination, because you could arrange it so that one employee stands at the checkout, the other fills the trays with food and the other hands out the food. Then you had to wait an extremely long time for the food for a fast food chain - for us it was about 20 minutes. I have no idea what they were doing back there, whether they had to go out every 2 minutes and smoke or what else. This can not be! Mistakes were also made. We expressly said that we wanted to take the food with us and still got it on the tray. I then told her that I wanted to take it with me and she had to look at the receipt to see how she had entered it. What is it all for? If it says on the list to eat here, shouldn't I change my mind at short notice? Knowing my gastronomic knowledge, hair must at least be tied up. And the shift manager walked around with her hair down, so if you feel like having hair in your food every now and then, run to the store! And then it came across as if the employees had no idea what was going on and they weren't particularly nice to us either. In any case, we will think again about whether we will go there.

I felt sick after last time. Cola was warm, everything was dirty and disgusting. The far too few employees try their best under stress.

We have ordered from this branch twice. When ordering for the first time, all three sauces were forgotten and only 6 onion rings were delivered instead of 9. On the second order, all the burgers were burnt and didn't taste good.

I just got mail asking me to please pay a contractual penalty for exceeding my parking time. You want to go to Burger King with your girlfriend in a relaxed way and then you get a €50 fine for parking too long for a few minutes. Why do you even work with Smart Parking? Well, luckily for me I don't live there and thank God I don't have to go there anymore. Because apart from the fact that I now have to pay a fine for an empty parking space, I couldn't even relax and eat my burger with my girlfriend. Because during this time a woman on drugs kept walking around us and often asked for money. Or we would have to watch her watching a family with children from close up. It is questionable that the lady would not be sent out for begging in a "restaurant". The food is totally fine for a Burger King. But I've eaten better in other branches, so I deducted a star. What I also don't particularly like is that there are no ordering terminals. In addition, the upper floor has been closed for months, which doesn't add to the ambience. The toilets aren't particularly nice, but they're not disgustingly dirty either. There is enough seating available and the staff are friendly.

The actual thing is fine. Unfortunately, the employees don't scan the qr codes to put the crowns together. Even with an explanation, they can't figure it out.

Not a feel-good burger king. When we visited, people were sleeping on the benches, which was strange. The upper floor locked. No terminals, which is annoying when ordering with coupons and an app. No scanners for payback, cumbersome entry of numbers. Rather unpleasant from the audience.

Unfortunately, on March 27th, 2024, the entire floor in the Burger King was dirty and sticky, the tables were dirty and the fries were no longer hot. The toilet was a disaster 🤮😷. It's a shame, we actually wanted to eat at the big boost burger at jp Performance, but unfortunately the queue was too long so we went to Burger King. Never again.

The first floor and the outside area were closed. This restaurant could use a restoration. Apart from a few obvious defects, it was clean and tidy. Waiting time was surprisingly long before ordering. But I guess I was just unlucky. After I ate, the line was significantly shorter.

I got food poisoning and was dizzy for a week and thought I was going to die. NEVER AGAIN. But the employees were nice.

Things have improved as of late, both with the menu becoming more vegan-friendly and with staff getting your orders right and doing so more quickly. Be prepared for surprises, though; I once received a plant-based whopper with cheese even though I didn't order any. Luckily that wasn't too difficult to remove. Staff are often unmasked.

Too long a queue and few employees

I ordered delivery, the driver's name was Saad, he couldn't change money, so he said he was taking the order with him and I should order again, which was nonsense

All cheese is vegan🤓🫨 but that's just a gut feeling I liked how the service lady knew what I wanted without asking, so I paid more but got less. I liked the magic trick. Peter Mann would be very impressed by this money-sucking power. Terrible atmosphere but with the people fighting at the entrance it was a very immersive Dortmund experience

Delivery service a smooth 6! The food we ordered didn't arrive until about 155 minutes after the order was placed. Only 32 minutes were shown. But since I had recently canceled the meal with the help of Lieferando.de, I didn't let the driver in. It makes you wonder why you leave a cell phone number if you don't get a call to tell you that the food is coming significantly later.

Wenn es ebend geht sollte man eine andere Filiale ansteuern. Die Tische waren schmutzig ebenso die Böden. Der Abräumwagen so voll das nichts mehr drauf passte und obwohl der Laden fast leer war und 5 Angestellte hinter der Theke kaum etwas zu tun hatten kam keiner auf die Idee mal etwas zu säubern. Schlimmster BK in dem ich je war und ich war schon in vielen. Mitarbeiter komplett überfordert bzw unfähig, trotz weniger Kunden wartet man ewig. Essen selbst für BK Verhältnisse unterdurchschnittlich. Würd ich nicht nochmal hin.

Hier gibt es leider kein Fast-Food. Es werden anscheinend keine Burger "vorproduziert", was einerseits ja okay ist, aber andererseits natürlich die Wartezeiten enorm verlängert. Personal war freundlich.

+ freundliche Mitarbeiter + viele Sitzplätze + einige Sitzplätze draußen auch vorhanden + ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden + gute Lage - Mitarbeiter teilweise überfordert, weil ständig neue eingearbeitet werden müssen

Der Laden war sehr sauber und das Essen war sehr schnell fertig.

Na ja, was erwartet man von einem Burger King im Ruhrpott? Das Essen war lieblos zusammen geklatscht und der Bacon war fast roh! Die Toiletten waren leider nicht sauber. Die von den Gästen vermüllten Tische wurden erst nach 20 Minuten abgeräumt.

Die Anzahl meiner BK Besuche ist zugegebenermaßen überschaubar. Doch nahezu jedes Mal sind mir die eher muffeligen Mitarbeiter und nicht gerade herausstechende Sauberkeit in Erinnerung geblieben. Hier habe ich heute Mittag (27.10./12:30) jedoch 2 ausgesprochen freundliche Mitarbeiterinnen angetroffen und ich hätte zwar nicht vom Boden gegessen, aber in Summe wirkte es durchaus auffallend sauber.

Nie wieder! Ich weiß nicht, ob der PlantBased aus Versehen durch einen Fleisch-Patty ersetzt wurde - (Was immerhin für einen realistischen Geschmack sprechen würde), jedenfalls hat es nicht gut geschmeckt. Nicht satt gemacht. War teuer. Und vor allem war ich 1 Tag danach krank und hat mir eine private Feier komplett ruiniert aufgrund von Krankheits- & Vergiftungs-Erscheinungen. Nie wieder und allgemein absolut nicht zu empfehlen.

Sowas verkaufen die in der Kinder menü verbrannte oder alte die wieder warm gemacht wurden Nuggets mein Kind musste sich beim ersten biss sich übergeben unverschämt!! Nie wieder Bürger King in Dortmund Brunnenstraße ekelhaft!! Verdient nicht mal einen Stern.

Ein normaler Burger King eben. Man muss sich bewusst sein, was man hier für Essen bekommt. Mitarbeiter sind eigentlich nett, manchmal aber auch Lustlos. Im großen und ganzen schmeckt es und ich persönlich finde BK etwas besser als "die andere" Burgerkette.

Schmeckt gut, ABER erstmal musste ich knapp 30 Minuten bei 5 Gästen warten. Ich hab extra 1€ für chilli cheese fries bezahlt, musste also statt 10€, 11,50€ zahlen, heißt dass ich das große Menü bekommen würde habe aber nur ein mittleres Getränk bekommen. Bei Nachfrage auf mein Getränk mit richtiger Größe, wurde ich nur blöd angeguckt und mir wurde gesagt, dass es doch nur ein mittleres ist. Automaten zum Auffüllen kaputt, Getränkeauswahl bei der Theke ist auch frech. In Großem und Ganzen würde ich diesen Burger King niemandem empfehlen. Nie wieder.

War heute in der Burger King Filiale und wollte einen Chili Cheese Burger und Chili Cheese Pommes bestellen. Daraufhin meinte die Mitarbeiterin, dass die Sauce für die Chili cheese Pommes leider leer ist und die für die Burger ne andere sei. Ich wollte nicht weiter diskutieren und habe dann einfach normale Pommes genommen, welche zu wenig gesalzt und fast kalt waren. Als ich aufgegessen hatte, haben sich 2 Männer an einen Tisch neben uns gesetzt und was hatten sie ? Richtig ! Chili Cheese Pommes! Kam mir absolut verarscht vor !
