Food was so well, unfortunately the burger was cold. Fries had no taste. Staff was ok. Ok for a snack... Könnte sauberer sein..

The food was okay but my friends thought it was horrible. Service was terrible, we asked them to clean our table and they straight up just disspaeared. They also didn’t give straws or sauce, and when we asked for our sauce she gave us an attitude telling us to go get it ourself. There was also a begger walking around. And a big dog infront of the door. And worst of all, there was hair on the plate. Anyway the fries were pretty dry and you don’t even get sauce and when you do its a really small amount.

Food was average, unfortunately I didn't get cranberry sauce even though it was shown on the order board, and I didn't know that smoking was allowed - there was a cigarette on a table and suddenly someone sits down at the table in front of it and smokes (although I think it was an e-shisha, but it doesn't make it any better that there was an almost smoked cigarette there)

Went there spontaneously for an ice cream - the service was an absolute disgrace. Burger King offers the opportunity on the receipt to rate the branch in order to receive either a free coffee or fries. While I was waiting for my ice cream, I quickly filled out the review on my phone. The cashier asks me if I want coffee or chips – I say coffee. Then another cashier comes and hands me fries without saying a word. I say that I chose coffee, whereupon she tells me dryly that there are only fries. I ask why the colleague asked me at all - suddenly the first cashier comes back and claims that she didn't even ask me that. In the end I was told in an unfriendly tone: “French fries or nothing at all?” The service fits perfectly with the overall look of the store: chaotic, disorganized and completely customer-unfriendly.

Unfortunately, I don't recommend it. The food takes a very long time to arrive. There are too few staff on site. The terminals don't work properly, and the tables are sticky.

I wanted to try the Chili Cheeseburger at Burger King, but it was a total disappointment. I was basically handed a bun full of sauce. Yes, there was plenty of sauce, but the meat was cold and way too small, almost lost in the bun. Also, the burger didn't look anything like the picture on the menu. It was supposed to be full of jalapeños—mine only had two or three, as if they'd been tweezers-loaded. What I got had nothing to do with the advertisement. I tried to say something, but the staff showed no interest in helping me. I will definitely not be returning to this place.

It looks very messy here, a cracky awaits you with a surprise at the door. Food really tastes like SHIT! Food tastes like it has been sitting around for 2 weeks. It's a shame because I actually love the brownie Disappointment.

I only ordered a burger at the drive in. First the employee gives me €1 short of change and then the burger is wrong. Everything you can screw up with the simplest order is screwed up.

Burger King is mostly okay, but this place disappointed me a bit in terms of cleanliness. After testing it again for years, I ordered 20 nuggets and a large fries. 10 cold nuggets and 10 fresh nuggets came. In a packaging. The fries weren't a very large portion. Then I called the store and they told me they make everything fresh, I meant that the bottom nuggets were dried out, the top ones were fresh and crispy. The fries really disappointed me 1.smallest packaging but paid for the large packaging.

Bad service, stupid employees, waited 30 minutes for food.

Worst Burger King I've ever been to! Food was completely cold, even though my order was the only one that needed to be processed. Both of my plant based burgers had meat patties on them. I don't need to say more...

Totally unfriendly and incompetent woman at the counter. First she was very cheeky when ordering and then the chicken nuggets were missing even though she asked how many.

Things have improved over time, both with the menu becoming more vegan-friendly and with staff getting your orders right and doing so more quickly. However, the new ordering terminals are an absolute disaster - they do not offer the possibility of interacting with the bonus point system (crowns) nor its rewards, nor the ability to collect payback points, but at least staff has been restored. However, things are getting less reliable - the sales system attempted to charge for a third of three dips included in my coupon last minute, and had no payback card option anymore, despite several staff attempting to solve both problems.

The seats are locked at the top, you can't refill your drink several times, which is the most important thing at Burgerking, the cheese isn't the best of the best either, service is fast but you can only be scanned with a bar code and not with a cross code from your cell phone

A drive-in is actually designed to be quicker and because you don't have to get out of the car, but unfortunately it's anything but quick here

I just received my order which cost over €26 and it was missing two burgers! My fries were cold. I called several times to explain the situation, but a young girl pretended not to have heard me. Orders are often mixed up. The service in this restaurant is a disaster.

I've been waiting over 2 hours for an order. You don't get any information or anything like that and in the end my food will definitely arrive cold.

A few days ago we were passing through and stopped at this Burger King. I then tried to enter our order into the machine and ran into the first problems. 9er nuggets could not be selected as a menu option, even though it was noted as a menu option on the large board above the order handout. No matter, since I didn't want fries and a drink anyway, I packed the side dishes for my son. My wife has celiac disease and cannot eat gluten. She chose a Cesar salad. Unfortunately you couldn't select it. There was only a side salad or the “homemade” version. So I chose the DIY version and put together the salad. Added the remaining things for my daughter and clicked on order and then: "An error has occurred, order will be cancelled". I then repeated this exactly three times, each time with the same result. Then I went to the counter and asked if I could order that way too. The employee told me to please order from the machine. I explained the problem and he told his young colleague to take the order. She was very nice and friendly, but had obviously never done this before. She started with the “9er chicken menu”. Apparently this wasn't an option for her either. She searched for a while and then began to enter the best parts of the menu (with a corresponding additional charge) one by one. I kindly pointed out to her that I would like the 9 piece nuggets on the menu (as noted on the board above her head). Unfortunately, that apparently wasn't possible. She searched for minutes and couldn't find a solution. At some point I came to my senses and told her that I would try the machine again, for which she was very grateful. So to the machine, typed everything in again and then the same error, order canceled. Then the idea came to me that it might be the DIY salad. On the 5th attempt I left it out and lo and behold, it worked. My wife then just ate two portions of fries (single, expensive) because she can't eat anything else. Oh yes, 1 order machine was broken, Curly Fries were out, some vegan products were out. My daughter then ordered vegan nuggets, which were actually there. Unfortunately, when I ordered, instead of one 9 vegan, one 9 normal, two normal nuggets came (they can be easily distinguished at BK), so my daughter ate fries from my wife. Conclusion: I cannot recommend this Burger King. However, one has to admit that the staff were very friendly and really tried hard, even if they seemed overwhelmed. That's why I give it two stars, without the friendly staff it would have been one star.

Food OK, just like you would expect from Burger King. As far as cleanliness is concerned, it definitely needs to be improved. We were there from 6:30 p.m. to 7:10 p.m. During this time, no tables were cleaned and the dirt that was on the floor was removed. The toilets weren't clean either. This was the dirtiest Burger King we've ever been to.

This is the dirtiest, worst Burger King restaurant I have ever seen in the world!!! I stopped there on the drive through, 2 to 3 employees for the whole store, cold fries, burger sauce smelled spoiled, garbage everywhere on the floor, outside too!!! When we asked the employees, who could hardly speak any German, they were overwhelmed and not enough staff!! Then I went to the toilet, if you can even call it a toilet! You first have to let the checkout know so that someone can open Siw! Totally dirty, a disgusting smell and the urinal overflowed!! I don't even know how the store was allowed to open, it looked like the floor and tables hadn't been cleaned for weeks!! I would even give minus stars if possible!! Please close the store until everything is under control or someone gets poisoned

Out of 4 burgers only one was correct. Drinks were also wrong. Don't know the promotional products and just pack something. It's not possible, not to mention the language barrier. Once and never again in this branch.

The wrong food was brought and you can't use the app. The burger buns were dry. The toilets were very dirty. Next time I'd rather go to Gifhorn in our home town and see Burger King, which is much better.

Food partly dry but otherwise relatively good as usual at BK, but 3 out of 4 orders were given incorrectly or forgotten and the toilets were completely dirty. Additionally, you cannot redeem coupons from the app. Next time we will eat at BK's home in Gifhorn.

This branch is the biggest garbage... None of the employees really understand German. I ordered BASED nuggets today. When I got home I realized that I had the normal nuggets packed... This is not the first time either BurgerKing should hire more competent employees or close this branch!!!!

I like eating at BK. Unfortunately the service is getting worse and worse. Delivery not complete, or even incorrect. We were in the store recently. My husband and I wanted to be the first to both use our apps at the same time. We asked several times whether this was even possible if you used two apps with two accounts at the same time. Yes, yes, it goes. Didn't work. His bonus points gone, we left hungry. The employee was overwhelmed and didn't understand us, and the on-site management was absolutely incompetent. So for me that was it. With this branch, and maybe even BK. I want to go to this store, order my food, and have that too. I don't want to have to repeat myself three times until I'm understood. A mistake can always happen, but always? Sorry, but this needs to be reworked a lot. Don't even get me started on the delivery service.

Ordered food via Lieferando on Sunday evening at 10:30 p.m. After three quarters of an hour of waiting, a third of the order finally arrived at our home. I told the driver that the order was not complete, he apologized and said he would bring the rest over in about 20-30 minutes. Great guy, can't complain. After another hour and a half we still haven't received the rest. I call the restaurant half an hour before closing time. Unfriendly employee answers the phone, tells me that she can't do anything because the driver isn't there yet (after a total of two hours, rather questionable, but if that's the case then understandable) and that she would deliver the food to me tomorrow around lunchtime, which is unacceptable to me. Demanded money back directly via PayPal.

We had dinner there today. The staff understood little to no German. I had to complain about my (cold) burger because it had onions on it that I had specially ordered. My girlfriend's fries were cold. Overall, the food didn't taste like what we were used to. My meat was also relatively dark. There was dirt everywhere and garbage that hadn't been cleared away. The toilets weren't very friendly either. We both got diarrhea from the food and will certainly avoid this branch!!!!

Under no circumstances order from this store!!! I ordered there via Lieferando and had to wait more than three (!) hours for my order!! It wasn't the first time either, but definitely the last time! Lieferando's customer service took care of my matter and after I called the store, I found out that my order was actually on its way to me, which the driver then very kindly confirmed to me over the phone and apologized. I have no idea how this can happen and how underexposed people you have to employ in the kitchen to achieve something like this?!

After an hour of ordering online, the food is still not there. Payment was made via PayPal. Very unfriendly telephone conversation. An employee answered the phone with "Yo what can I do for you" When I asked how long it would take, he said that it was just the way it was and you could cancel. I hope they don't spit in our food now!!! It's 2.5 km away from us, he said it would take another 30 minutes to drive. Never again!

Ordering and preparation take forever. Has nothing to do with fast food anymore. Small order can take up to 15 minutes wait (even though Burger King is almost empty). Only 2-3 employees on site.

Unclean, in the guest area, in the kitchen area, in the toilets... There are puddles on the floor with brown or yellow liquid everywhere. Slow, unmotivated, incompetent employees who can be seen working in slow motion. Here you can't talk about fast food, but rather slow food.

Unfortunately, even insufficient for fast food. We ordered food for €28.51. First of all, various products are missing: French fries sauce, extra paid chicken patty and the salad dressing was not what was ordered. But it continues. Two bags printed with “Plant Nuggets” contain nuggets that look completely different. So unfortunately a person received meat. Just which one? Too bad. As vegetarians, we had to leave both packages behind as a precaution. What remains? No salad with the wrong dressing and two completely dried-out burgers with yellow lettuce leaves on the fries with cola. And for almost €30, wow!

Somehow they always manage to get your order wrong and even have the audacity to correct you too. I was there with my friends and she had ordered the vegan burgers for us and they gave us both the meat ones along with the wrong drinks. we went up to the guy and said our order is wrong and he proceeded to say that’s what we ordered in a very unfriendly way. my friend got really mad at him and fought him because he was saying we ordered wrong. he did change our order at the end but overall very unfriendly staff. the place could be a bit cleaner but overall it’s alright, your average fast food place.

The restaurant is very dirty and smells disgusting. The atmosphere is not good at all, yesterday there was an obviously drug-addicted lady at the front door for over 20 minutes, picking up broken pieces on the floor?? And that wasn't outside, but when you walked in the front door. That doesn't work at all. But the absolute high is the waiting time, yesterday over 30 minutes. In addition, my voucher was not accepted by Uniheld, even though THIS restaurant and address were explicitly listed as participating on the voucher. Boss refused to scan. The food is usually not even good and tastes stale. Absolute shame, yesterday was the last time!!!!

I don't know what's been wrong with this branch for years, but they just can't handle it there. If there are more than three cars at the drive-in, I turn around because the waiting times there are just too much. Even if you are there alone in your car and place an order, it always takes ages for it to be ready. Maybe get some inspiration from the competition on the B1, so you can see how something like this can and should work.

Waiting two hours for two burgers or sometimes not coming at all, only the last thing works and is light years away from good service. You should close a shop like this completely or let trained people work there who have an understanding of gastronomy and not people who you have to teach German in addition to ordering. Not to mention hygiene.

We ate at this Burger King for the first time today and were absolutely shocked. The food was partly warm and partly cold. We waited almost 50 minutes for our food and then got the wrong one. The man at the table next to us had ashes on his burger!! Bah. The employees were absolutely unfriendly and overwhelmed! The place looked like shit! Coke spread all over the floor, dirty tables (not a single one was clean) and in general it looked like none of the employees had cleaned there today! Absolute disaster! Oh yes and extras like extra cheese etc. are not even taken into account. Never again!

Since Burger King is equipped with an electric ordering service, I will avoid the store. Personal orders are no longer possible. Long queue, cold food.

I waited 40 minutes for my food and half of it was missing then they say what's missing and will be ticked would never recommend anyone to eat there for 40 minutes??? Waited for food!!! Plus half of it was missing, the 2 women at the front were completely overwhelmed, why would you put two such incompetent employees there on a Saturday, it's a real shame the store and service used to be really top 1 star is even too much for the store
