I've never been served such a bad burger.. The Big Tasty Bacon is actually one of the juiciest burgers in the range.. The patty was dry as fuck.. Actually the ingredients were just spread across the box.. The It was nothing at all.. Sorry.. The same picture in the toilet.. No toilet paper, no soap and mushrooms will soon grow in the electric hand dryer.. 🤢 If you don't feel like service and gastronomy, you should just leave it alone..

Dirty shop. We received everything cold. When asked why everything is cold, the staff only shrugs their shoulders. 10/10 would not recommend the satchel store.

Really enjoyed German McDonald's breakfast, it wasn't the quickest but the quality was great. Mini pancakes are a must

Mc Donalds on the B1 is a great place to drive to to get something to eat. And you can buy something to eat there 24 hours a day

The food. Unfortunately it's not prepared so nicely (the burgers are simply put together and the cheese isn't really melted) and the fries are included. Or. Even without salt! The staff is friendly even when it's full! The place looks very modern and you can always see someone with a cloth cleaning the tables

We rarely eat McDonalds and don't expect much. But when we are there something is always forgotten... happy meal was incomplete. I went in, was served rudely and only then got the missing ice cream. When we got home, we noticed that 2 grams of fries and 1 cheeseburger were missing... the gabzen dips too. We then had a long way to go back there. Paid 11 euros too much...

It's a McDonald's. If you know one, you know them all. Are you hungry? A Big Mac is fine.

The floor is dirty, on the toilet there was kaka smeared on the floor, food doesn't taste good, rats in every corner, I'd rather eat from next to a foreign triangle!!

Bought food yesterday, lay in bed all day the next day and vomited constantly and had massive, almost unbearable stomach pain. Never again!!!

When we arrived it was pretty busy. The employees also seemed overwhelmed with the volume of orders. Three of us ordered the Kaulitz menu using the app coupon. This should also include free pins. Unfortunately, the branch no longer had any pins, as we only found out after we ordered. Unavailable products should actually be displayed on the terminal. Another point is the waiting time. We all ordered at the terminal at the same time, but we had to wait about 15 minutes longer to order even though we ordered the same menu. Unfortunately, another order was simply forgotten.

Good evening, these 24 hours are not correct, absolute snot. We wanted to eat there at 1:30 and were sent out because they were closing because they don't have any employees. The toppings on the burgers are careless, you can put it together yourself while eating because everything is just thrown into the box. Curly Fries taste like cardboard and are cold.

Burger was cold, fries were forgotten, there wasn't even sugar in the coffee even though it was ordered. The best thing is that we have eaten 2 adults and 2 children and we all have stomach problems now. I would really recommend avoiding it.

We only went there for two coffees, otherwise we avoid McDonald, the food is no longer good and way too expensive. The employees don't seem very motivated. Paid just under €10 for two lattes, which is very steep.

We ate there yesterday and at night it started including an ambulance. I have food poisoning. I had the Filet o Fish. I don't know if it was spoiled. But all I can say is that something like that absolutely doesn't work

Too crowded. Too few employees. 2 burgers were not in the bags. It's a shame we were already on the way... I specifically asked if everything was there... the money was gone...

The burgers were cold, as were the fries and some of them weren't ready at all. We had a mc rip and a chilli cheeseburger both cold and we asked if we could get new warm ones but they were just put in the microwave. The only tasty thing was the cola and the sweet and sour sauce.

The neatest branch I've seen in a while. Only the toilets could use a higher cleaning frequency.

Not enough change was given and instead of chocolate sundae I got vanilla sundae.

In general, I don't rate McD's 5* in general, but I am in favor of giving a fair rating to a single visit and the experience that comes with it. The visit was spontaneous and there is nothing to complain about. The staff was friendly and my small take-out order came quickly, the 5* actually deserves the 'McCrispy', which in my case was unbelievably, really unbelievable... CRISPY, very tasty, had a good amount of meat and consistency, good was built & visually appealing and had a good consumption temperature. 😋🍔😋

I can't rate the place because I was only at the drive-in counter. The staff was nice, friendly and quick. The food was horrible. My Hamburger Royal TS for €5.99 was a boring, tasteless thing. The cheese wasn't even remotely melted or even warm. The lettuce is cut into such small pieces that it crumbles in your lap. My girlfriend's Hamburger Royal Cheese was even drier and just as not juicy or even melted cheese. I haven't been to McDonald's in probably 5 years. Now I know why again. Just gag for a lot of money.

Incredible service, Alexander Ewert is the most competent McDonald's employee in Germany. Not only did he prepare our monster order flawlessly, he also brought it to our car at an incredible pace and, on top of that, he still had a smile on his face. In my opinion, employee of the year! A salary increase is more than appropriate here!

Overcrowded, dirty, unfriendly and the 🍔 look like they've already been eaten before. It's clear that a burger joint isn't a 5 star shop, but this one is a joke even compared to other branches of the brand.

Small shop, lots of customers and in the immediate vicinity of the motorway where a lot of people drive past. Quick preparation of the order despite the large quantities. The employees seem very stressed and annoyed. Also, the sauce was swapped for me. Unfortunately only a weak 3/5.

The food is too salty and way too many vegetables between the 🍔. The staff is quick and can be a bit friendlier. It looks like all other McDonald's restaurants. Toilets weren't clean either.

Is it actually that difficult to put the right food in a paper bag on a regular basis??? All you have to do is read ONLY from a small piece of paper what goes into this bag. Unfortunately, we only discovered after delivery that the “food” was already with us. There is now a lot of room for speculation as to where the missing “article” might have gone. Luckily, we rarely eat the “healthy” Golden M... nothing for our health and nothing for our nerves. It would almost be funny again if it weren't so sad, all in all it's going well at Lieferando and Mces👍🏼🤦🏼‍♂️

One of the better McDonald's branches. We rarely come here for coffee and cake, but the impression is enough for comparison.

Everything was good, very friendly. Just friendly and the fries were already cold when we handed them over. As regular customers, we will probably have to use other branches

For me, McDonalds is actually just fast food, but it is now also very expensive food. The burgers are getting smaller and the cheese is getting less. Take Filet-o-Fish, for example, which used to be worth the money, a big enough piece of fish and a whole slice of cheese, today you can't even see the fish sticking out of the roll and half a slice of cheese is really ridiculous. All in all just an emergency solution. BigMäc, Fishmäc and Royal cheese now cost almost €16. It's better to cook something delicious at home. And what's more, the burgers aren't even really hot these days. That was also better in the past, despite the fact that they sometimes lay longer.

Breakfast at McDonald's is always good! Eat: Waiting time < 3 minutes = great. To match the McDonalds feeling, there was an MC muffin (egg, cheese, without bacon) + cappuccino caramel flavored, unbeatably delicious (as always & this time too) Staff: Friendly, helpful, there wasn't much going on at 9:30. Location: Parking situation was great. The place is clean & recommended! The only drawback is that there is a strong draft in the window area, brrr 🥶 Conclusion: Delicious “fast breakfast” in the usual good McDonald’s quality.

Empfinde ihn als besten Mc Donalds von Dortmund. Leider sehr nah an der B1. Im Sommer "nerven" Draußen die Autoabgase. Aber der Mc Donalds an sich, ist gut. Wenn man auf Mc steht. Heute wieder da gewesen. Sehr sauber. Ständig jemand mit Besen da. Auch die Tische werden ständig abgeputzt. Immer wieder gerne. Ist nicht immer bei Mc Donalds so.

Einfach eine Frechheit was da abgeliefert wurde!! Hatte mir montags nachts um 3 für die Fahrt noch zwei Cheeseburger geholt diese waren eiskalt!!

Essen und Bedienung war prima .der Innenraum war sauber auch die Tische waren sehr sauber.

Ich weiß nicht ob es in Dortmund überall bei Mc Donald so eine tolle Qualität und Service gibt aber ich kann nur alle Daumen nach oben geben. Bei uns im Kreis Mettmann, sind alle Burger matsche und aus der Form geraten, Soßen kleben in ergänzen Verpackung sowie herumfluegemde Einzelteile, die Chickennuggets nicht so knusprig und Bestellungen werden unvollständig ausgegeben usw. Heute, nach vielen Mc Donald besuchen über Jahrzehnte... habe ich das genaue Gegenteil kennen gelernt und kann nur sagen Hut ab und weiter so. Der Beste Besuch ever.

Absolute Katastrophe, mit dem Donut kann man Scheiben einschlagen,die Curly Fries waren kalt und schmecken nach Pappe. Es gab zu unseren Mehrweg Bechern keine Deckel. Nicht empfehlenswert!

Ich muss ja leider mal eine negative Rezension loswerden.... Ich war gestern dort bei McDonald's und habe zwei Cappuccino laktosefrei bestellt... Der Schichtführer oder Besitzer hat sich auch auf zweimaliges nachfragen geweigert den Kaffee im McCafe zu machen... Mit der Aussage wir machen den Kaffee nur noch vorne... Ich als Kunde bevorzuge Cappuccino von der anderen Maschine... Die Crema ist einfach besser... Der Milchschaum im übrigen auch.... Die Aussage wir benutzen die hintere Maschine nicht mehr im McCafé.... Das geht nicht.... Ich bin oft bei McDonald's und trinke dort Cappuccino... Und die machen den immer wenn lactosefrei... Im mcCafé und nicht vorne an der Kasse... Den Unterschied zwischen den beiden Maschinen kann man schmecken...

Typisch MC halt. Sauber und ordentlich. Auch nachts noch alles zu bekommen.

McDonalds ist nicht gleich McDonalds. Ich will nicht ins Detail gehen, aber jeder weiß wie ein Burger schmecken sollte und hier ist dies ein bisschen wie Roulette....
