McDonald's in Dortmund

No one answers the phone, and two portions of fries were forgotten. The salad is next to the burgers, as always.

I recently visited this McDonald's branch, and unfortunately, my visit was disappointing. I ordered a Coke, but it was given to me without a lid and without a straw. When I asked for a straw, the employee told me they were "only for milkshakes" – even though there were clearly around 50 straws available. I honestly found that quite incomprehensible. The food was also disappointing. The meat of my burger was very dry, and I got heartburn that evening – something I never get. For me, that was a clear sign that the quality was not up to scratch. The restrooms were also very dirty, which only reinforced the overall negative impression. In comparison, at Burger King – even in a small town – I could choose whether I wanted ice in my Coke or not. There, the restroom was clean, the food was significantly better, and I had no complaints afterward. All in all, for me, this was one of the worst McDonald's visits. I hope something will be improved here soon.

McDonald's was heavily visited. Food is OK, apple turnovers don't always have a sticker on them, they taste fresh sometimes stale. Food is now more expensive and portions are small. The location here is very busy and at lunchtime there is a waiting time and possibly no place to sit. The parking lot is large and well located.

I was served a Mccrispy that was raw. After asking the staff, I was told this was normal. Actually I've only had good experiences with the store so far.

Unfortunately after about 20 minutes the food still wasn't served. Other products such as ice cream, milkshake etc. not available because the ice cream machine was broken.

Wanted to visit the car museum next door. We drove a long way and it was still a little over an hour before it opened. I was hungry and urgently needed to empty my bladder. We couldn't find the entrance straight away. It is not clear which side the entrance is on. the toilets were not clean. The doors were terrible, looked very unhygienic. It went quickly until we had our food. The food was pretty good. The employees were nice. I think it's very cool that it has a playground, it's not often that a McDonald's has a playground these days. great for families.

Very satisfied for years. With an outdoor play area for the children.

The staff here (Drive Inn) is always nice and everything you ordered is always in the bag!

You should always check McDrive orders immediately before you set off. It doesn't matter if it's full. The McDrive gets a straight 6 as a grade. This is now the third time in a row that something is missing from an order. Of course you're already gone by car and have to turn around again. I don't want to assume anything, but it's kind of strange.

Not a nice experience. Stood in front of the mc Café counter for 10 minutes. Was seen and greeted by several employees, but no one felt compelled to serve me.

Food was good almost everywhere, but the floor was dirty, the trays were packed and the manager sent me away from the display because he was “billing” and deregistered all the displays

Great warm burgers. A bit of a long wait. Unfortunately, the staff is often stressed, so the order is sometimes wrong. It's better to check at the counter, then you'll save yourself the trouble later at home. Otherwise everything was tip top.

I wanted to treat my children to some ice cream at McDonalds after a tiring day, but unfortunately we were bitterly disappointed. There was only ice cream available and not even the right sauce. You often end up drunk at night at McDonald's or similar establishments. Actually not bearable when sober. Of course it's no different in this branch.

A McDonald's which also has an outdoor playground, as well as good parking both on site and in front of it. McCáfe & McDrive are also present. Service and ambience are significantly better compared to other McDonald's branches. There are (USB) sockets at the places. Today I was here exceptionally for breakfast. The breakfast offering has improved greatly over the years. 👍🏼 (But everything is better with app vouchers 😉)

The M Burger is really awesome. Hopefully it stays as good as it is now that it's new. Delicious.

worst mcdo experience we have ever had. we ordered via ubereats. the delivery person was quick to pick up. and only had to drive 5 to 10 minutes to our hotel. the food was in an insulated bag. so I can't blame the delivery person. Once I arrived in the room I noticed that the 2 drinks had been forgotten, all burgers were not lukewarm but simply cold. the fries were extremely limp. never experienced. It would have been better to order sushi again, it is cheaper here. almost forgot, I took the priority order option for 2 euros to be sure to receive warm burgers since we are staying at a hotel and don't have a microwave. We each ate 1 burger to prevent hunger. the rest goes straight into the trash. order 74089 via ubereats.

I've never been served such a bad burger.. The Big Tasty Bacon is actually one of the juiciest burgers in the range.. The patty was dry as fuck.. Actually the ingredients were just spread across the box.. The It was nothing at all.. Sorry.. The same picture in the toilet.. No toilet paper, no soap and mushrooms will soon grow in the electric hand dryer.. 🤢 If you don't feel like service and gastronomy, you should just leave it alone..

Dirty shop. We received everything cold. When asked why everything is cold, the staff only shrugs their shoulders. 10/10 would not recommend the satchel store.

Really enjoyed German McDonald's breakfast, it wasn't the quickest but the quality was great. Mini pancakes are a must

Mc Donalds on the B1 is a great place to drive to to get something to eat. And you can buy something to eat there 24 hours a day

The staff is friendly even when it's full! The place looks very modern and you can always see someone with a cloth cleaning the tables

We rarely eat McDonalds and don't expect much. But when we are there something is always forgotten... happy meal was incomplete. I went in, was served rudely and only then got the missing ice cream. When we got home, we noticed that 2 grams of fries and 1 cheeseburger were missing... the gabzen dips too. We then had a long way to go back there. Paid 11 euros too much...

It's a McDonald's. If you know one, you know them all. Are you hungry? A Big Mac is fine.

When we arrived it was pretty busy. The employees also seemed overwhelmed with the volume of orders. Three of us ordered the Kaulitz menu using the app coupon. This should also include free pins. Unfortunately, the branch no longer had any pins, as we only found out after we ordered. Unavailable products should actually be displayed on the terminal. Another point is the waiting time. We all ordered at the terminal at the same time, but we had to wait about 15 minutes longer to order even though we ordered the same menu. Unfortunately, another order was simply forgotten.

Good evening, these 24 hours are not correct, absolute snot. We wanted to eat there at 1:30 and were sent out because they were closing because they don't have any employees. The toppings on the burgers are careless, you can put it together yourself while eating because everything is just thrown into the box. Curly Fries taste like cardboard and are cold.

Burger was cold, fries were forgotten, there wasn't even sugar in the coffee even though it was ordered. The best thing is that we have eaten 2 adults and 2 children and we all have stomach problems now. I would really recommend avoiding it.

We only went there for two coffees, otherwise we avoid McDonald, the food is no longer good and way too expensive. The employees don't seem very motivated. Paid just under €10 for two lattes, which is very steep.

We ate there yesterday and at night it started including an ambulance. I have food poisoning. I had the Filet o Fish. I don't know if it was spoiled. But all I can say is that something like that absolutely doesn't work

Too crowded. Too few employees. 2 burgers were not in the bags. It's a shame we were already on the way... I specifically asked if everything was there... the money was gone...

The burgers were cold, as were the fries and some of them weren't ready at all. We had a mc rip and a chilli cheeseburger both cold and we asked if we could get new warm ones but they were just put in the microwave. The only tasty thing was the cola and the sweet and sour sauce.

The neatest branch I've seen in a while. Only the toilets could use a higher cleaning frequency.

In general, I don't rate McD's 5* in general, but I am in favor of giving a fair rating to a single visit and the experience that comes with it. The visit was spontaneous and there is nothing to complain about. The staff was friendly and my small take-out order came quickly, the 5* actually deserves the 'McCrispy', which in my case was unbelievably, really unbelievable... CRISPY, very tasty, had a good amount of meat and consistency, good was built & visually appealing and had a good consumption temperature. 😋🍔😋

I can't rate the place because I was only at the drive-in counter. The staff was nice, friendly and quick. The food was horrible. My Hamburger Royal TS for €5.99 was a boring, tasteless thing. The cheese wasn't even remotely melted or even warm. The lettuce is cut into such small pieces that it crumbles in your lap. My girlfriend's Hamburger Royal Cheese was even drier and just as not juicy or even melted cheese. I haven't been to McDonald's in probably 5 years. Now I know why again. Just gag for a lot of money.

Incredible service, Alexander Ewert is the most competent McDonald's employee in Germany. Not only did he prepare our monster order flawlessly, he also brought it to our car at an incredible pace and, on top of that, he still had a smile on his face. In my opinion, employee of the year! A salary increase is more than appropriate here!

Small shop, lots of customers and in the immediate vicinity of the motorway where a lot of people drive past. Quick preparation of the order despite the large quantities. The employees seem very stressed and annoyed. Also, the sauce was swapped for me. Unfortunately only a weak 3/5.
