It used to be much better. I came into the store, it was relatively dark and looked pretty chaotic. I ordered a normal kebab, priced slightly below the competition in Kronach. The kebab grill with the skewer was only switched on when ordered, so the meat was incredibly dry and at most lukewarm. In the refrigerated counter there are drinks and schnapps instead of the usual salads and vegetables. A few slices of tomatoes and a few roughly torn pieces of iceberg came out of the fridge and added them to the bread. Not only was it a pretty small portion for the money, but the kicker came at the end: instead of sauce, there were a few dollops of natural yogurt from the cup and a bit of indefinable spice on top. No cabbage, no onions, nothing. Definitely not recommended.
1. They are not hygienic. For example, you prepare the kebab and touch the customers' money. It would be better if they had gloves or two people, one for the food and one for the money.
2. The young man, perhaps an Afghan, is very dull. When a customer told him “without yoghurt/Ausen Joughurt”, he made it with yoghurt and hardly threw the kebab bread away. We are very embarrassed. How much does a kebab bread cost? If he doesn't understand a sentence, it's not the customer's fault.
I never write bad reviews, but I have rarely eaten such inedible food. Rock hard, old burger bun, dry and cold kebab meat. Really more than audacious for the price, the delivery person was absolutely rude.
The food is good but the kebab didn't exceed my expectations or taste. However, there are various dishes to choose from. Doner plate Dürüm as well as liver cheese and potato salad, everything is fresh and there are various sauces to choose from
