IT COULD HARDLY BE WORSE!! My friend had ordered a rib-eye steak. The first thing that was served came to our table with the remains of a steel sponge. After we complained about this, the next one was brought to us after a while. It didn't take long at all for us to figure out the next thing. The steak was seared, but the inside was completely raw. By the way, the side dish was also cold, fried black and inedible. Afterwards the chef was brought to our table because the waitresses apparently had no idea what we wanted from them. Instead of admitting HIS MISTAKES and the LACK OF HYGIENE in this store, we were just loudly and rudely attacked. We wanted to return the food and pay. We were then loudly threatened with the police and the chef harassed other guests in the hope that they would agree that he had not made any mistakes. In the end there was no need for patrols, but we will definitely NEVER come to this store again. Far too high prices for this third-rate “restaurant”, although third-rate, in this case, is still a compliment. I am SERIOUSLY DISAPPOINTED! In this shop you don't have to come from the restaurant industry to see everything that goes wrong there. Simply an impudence from UNQUALIFIED “restaurateurs”! If there was an option, I would give zero.

The most bottomless insolence I have ever experienced. After waiting over 2 hours for my order placed online and a corresponding telephone inquiry, no one could find my order in the system. Of course the money was withdrawn immediately! Never again!! There are enough other services, so you should try it there!

Even one star is too many! Ordered a large number of pizzas, half of them were wrong, one didn't come at all, but was billed for. After a friendly call from us, we were promised that it would take about an hour. Ok, that's acceptable because it would have been busy if it had come. At 9 p.m. we call again to ask about the pizza: Oh, it wasn't entered into the system. She's not coming anymore, they've closed the kitchen for today. Absolute disaster. It's understandable that you become unfriendly on the phone, people throw things at you, no matter now, bad luck. Never have a pizza from Remo's again in your life!
