Unfortunately, the two calzones were still cold inside and the dough was therefore still raw. Completely inedible. The salad didn't come at all, so we called and had it delivered. However, he came again almost an hour later. Overall, one can say that only the cheapest of the cheapest is used when it comes to ingredients. The prices are absolutely not justified.

The most bottomless insolence I have ever experienced. After waiting over 2 hours for my order placed online and a corresponding telephone inquiry, no one could find my order in the system. Of course the money was withdrawn immediately! Never again!! There are enough other services, so you should try it there!

I've been trying to order from this pizzeria for quite some time. It actually always tastes good. But if you want to PICK UP something 3 weekends in a row and like today, for example. From 8:38 p.m. onwards it says, “yes is never possible” then something has to be done about the organization. Last week it was time to pick up shortly before 9 p.m. "yes, everything is clean now" I think you're doing too well at the moment.

Just bad. Mistakes are made by the staff, which are denied. Plus a “managing director” or whatever who doesn’t allow criticism. Better not order!!!!

Ridiculous... Delivery service is no longer offered on Friday evenings at 8:45 p.m. Do they really no longer need the money?! Absolute no-go, no recommendation for others, luckily there are other good delivery services in KC!

We ordered a large pizza, large pasta and a large pizza bread, on the phone we specifically said that the pizza bread should be baked crispy, not black and not half raw, what was delivered to us was an almost raw white pizza bread!!

Six months ago I was thrilled. But lately I've been rather dissatisfied. The pizza has become softer, there are a bit too many toppings and almost every time something gets mixed up with the order. 😬

You should be ashamed of yourself, you make you wait for hours, then you ask, then they lie to you that the food is on the way, then you wait again and nothing comes. Just leave it if you don't know what delivery service means. Kronach should really be ashamed of having such a delivery service. I am very sure that you will soon no longer have any customers and will be able to close the shop. I will also advise everyone I know not to buy anything else from them, because that's just not possible. You should probably send the health department to them just to be on the safe side. It's not even an exception, it happens to you all the time, so something like this has to come to an end. You don't even deserve one star!!!!

Yesterday we had a slightly larger order for about 10 people, which arrived at our home on time after an hour. The food itself was rather disappointing. I didn't try the pizzas, but they looked good so far. My friend ordered pasta with 4 types of cheese and received a cheese cream sauce. My pasta with spinach and salmon was OK, the same cream sauce, with some spinach and smoked salmon incorporated... The salad and dressing were good. The quality of the food used to be significantly better, but that really seems like a long time ago. Too bad

First of all: There is one star for the nice lady on the phone and the pizza delivery person. My orders have basically been emergency solutions for several years because the pizza has simply gotten worse and worse for years. There are basically only two options: hard as a roof tile or as sticky as the box itself. I don't know what kind of specialist was at work today, but I ordered the pizza with Serrano ham, rocket and parmesan. The rocket was forgotten - I could get over it. But the pizza itself saw the inside of the oven for maybe 3 minutes. The dough was light like Alpina Premium White and bordering on raw. I doubt whether the cheese was really parmesan. Providing such a meal to customers who pay quite a bit of money for it borders on impertinent. At least the delivery time was on time today.

So far I've always found the pizza very good, but after the wrong pizza was delivered to me twice today, I'm really a bit disappointed, I have to say.

We waited 2 hours and the food was almost as good as cold and didn't taste good either.

I've ordered there a few times via the app and have always been satisfied. Pizza delicious, price ok and delivery time as stated.

Ordered at 6:30 p.m., delivery time supposedly 90 minutes - all good. Called at 8:30 p.m. "the order is the next one to go out" - ok. Called at 9:15 p.m. "The messenger is on the way and has more to deliver" and then just hung up (older employee). They called again 5 times and apologized "the messenger should be there in the next few minutes" - complained about hanging up - "I don't know anything about it - I'm sorry, will be addressed" There were 10 seconds between these calls!!!! Well, it will have been the last order, customers probably don't need it. Very poor performance today. Ordered online at 5:50 p.m. According to the email 90 minutes. Everything ok so far . Called after 120 minutes and heard nothing but excuses and that my food would be with me in 15. What can I say....waited another three quarters of an hour. If you're overwhelmed, close the store. Very bad staff.

Wanted to order there on Sunday evening. Called at 8 p.m. Opening hours according to the internet until 9:30 p.m. We were told on the phone it was closed. We then called again with a different name, then they said they were closed with the argument that no one was currently ordering and they weren't standing around waiting for calls. On Monday evening at 8:45 p.m. we tried our luck again and called and wanted to order; same statement as the day before “they are already closed”. They were actually always very happy there but apparently they no longer needed the orders. A pity. And have you lost as a customer 👎🏽

We wanted to try our luck and order for the second time because the last time we were told on the phone that you were closing time, despite the opening hours. Now the same thing was reported again at 8:30 p.m. Rather unusual for a delivery service. Maybe we'll try it once more and if it doesn't work again, we'll leave the pizza alone.

I think that if you specify opening times, they should be adhered to. If you order something online during the stated opening hours, then receive an email saying it is already closed, then you call and the boss is shouting in the background, that is very unpleasant as a customer. You can argue this, no question. But I've never experienced anything like this. We've wanted to order here again for a long time, but sorry, after this phone call even I'm hungry. A little praise for the employee, he did his best and only acts according to the boss's instructions.

Apparently this company is doing too well and they don't depend on customers. Lt. Homepage is open on Thursdays until 1 p.m. I ordered online at 12:35 p.m. Shortly before 1 p.m. I received an email saying that it was unfortunately already closed and wouldn't be open again until the evening. If my first order had been there, it might not have been the last. Not like that though ;)

I ordered a salad and even though I live in Kronach it took 3.5 hours to arrive🤣 Unfortunately it's happened several times before. It was the last time I ordered there

Ordered at 7:17 p.m. and the email said 30 minutes delivery time. Now it's 9:25 p.m. and still nothing - I don't think anything will come today...

I think it's good. Always order a few hours in advance with a given time. Food comes on time, the small pizzas are very good and the salad too. Price cheap. There's nothing to complain about at all

Service said the food would be there within an hour. Food is still not here, I've been waiting for almost 2 hours now.

Waited 2 hours and 10 minutes (90 minutes were announced), then the food finally came. Two pizzas were lukewarm, the salad was the wrong one! That's NOT how service works. The only positive thing to rate is the young, friendly driver.

Pre-ordered food online for 3 people. After the specified delivery date was not met, we called and were told that our order was not available. We then ordered again on the phone and were told there would be an hour wait. Unfortunately, after that hour the food still wasn't there and ended up arriving 30 minutes later. The delivery person was also quite unfriendly.

Our company's Christmas party - First my pizza was forgotten, then the subsequent delivery came, which was the wrong pizza. As an apology, there was a €1.99 wine for the 15 pizzas, which was of no use to me as the wrong pizza was delivered for the pizza I had forgotten. Also, I really didn't like the taste this time, the last few times I couldn't say anything about the taste, but this time it was all bad.

Delivery always takes a long time and the price is quite expensive for the portion you get. But especially the noodles taste great.

Delicious pizza, unfortunately long and inaccurate waiting times. And, today I didn't get what I ordered again, which happens very often. After 1.5 hours you have something on the table.

Salat bestellt, Salat pünktlich bekommen. Gut gekühlt, das Gemüse war frisch und das Dressing lecker. Die Preise für die Größe mehr als im Ordnung. Passt.

Geht schnell und wenn man die Pizza auch noch abholt gibts Abhol-Rabatt einfach Fair. Super lecker sollte man nicht vergessen😉

Lieferung pünktlich, preislich ok, Pizza hat sehr salzig und recht bitter geschmeckt. Am Tag danach gings dann geschmacklich einigermaßen... Also wer ne bessere Pizza will, bestellt lieber beim küpser, ellas oder Kaya.

Pizza war eine Katastrophe. Die Pizza war kalt, der Rand steinhart und geschmacklich war das Niveau Tiefkühlpizza. Die Nudeln sind hier immer ganz fein, aber die Pizza zum vergessen.

Wir haben drei verschiedene Pizzas bestellt alle drei waren furchtbar Zu wenig Käse, zu viel salz, der Teig war hart und schmeckte nach Pappe

Das Bier ist in Ordnung, als Italiener bekommt man nicht was man möchte. Wenn einen das nicht stört und man kein Italiener ist, wird man glücklich. PS Wochentag und Uhrzeit abhängig.

Die letzten beiden Bestellungen wurden falsch geliefert und auf wiederholter Rückfrage nicht berichtigt. Sonst habe ich immer gute Erfahrungen mit euch gemacht

Also die Pizza trifft leider absolut nicht meinen Geschmack. Für mein Empfinden zu lange drin gewesen, zu wenig Käse bei einer Käsepizza und alles sehr trocken und geschmacklich einfach nicht der Hit... der Salat war immerhin sehr gut.

Es handelt sich um einen Auslieferdienst, aber alles, was ich bisher dort bestellt hatte, war sehr lecker. Im Sommer steht vor der Tür eine Biertischgarnitur, sodass man dort direkt essen kann. Das Ambiente lässt natürlich Wünsche offen - es ist halt doch ein Lieferdienst.

Des Essen passt schon, jedoch ist jetzt der Preis definitiv an einem Punkt angekommen den ich nicht mehr unterstütze. Gerade wenn man öfters auf Arbeit bestellt ist es einfach zu teuer....

Über den Geschmack kann man nicht meckern jedoch sind die Nudeln im Verhältnis zum Preis absolut überteuert. Wenn man mit Schinken und Brokkoli bestellt kann man die an einer Hand abzählen. Lieferzeit wird vorher angegeben und für Firmen kann ich nur sagen wer Pizza bestellt vorher angeben, dass sie geschnitten werden sollen.

Pizza war schon mal besser, pizzafahrer machte den Eindruck als sei er genervt Große Pizza die 12€ kostet finde ich unverschämt, wenn man alles selber einkauft im Laden dann kommt man auf 1/3 des Preises

Habe nur Hähnchenbrustsalat bestellt, war sehr,sehr lecker auch die Senfsoße war richtig gut. Die Lieferung war auch schnell und freundlich.

2 Sterne und kein einziger mehr. Haben angerufen und 2 kleine Pizzen bestellt Lieferung sagte er es dauert 1 Stunde es sollte nach kronach geliefert werden also direkt kronach, nachdem ich gesagt habe das uns eine Stunde zu lange dauert hat er einfach aufgelegt.

Nach 3 Stunden immer noch keine Pizza da. Angerufen und der Spruch war "ist unterwegs " das war vor ner stunde.....muss jetzt sagen ich hab 50% erstattet bekommen nach 3 Wochen.

Ich bin zufrieden, heute kurzentschlossen online bestellt, zwei Pizzen und ein großer Salat. Die angegebene Lieferzeit wurde pünktlich eingehalten, der Fahrer war freundlich und die Pizzen noch gut heiß. Geschmacklich war das Essen sehr lecker und der Salat frisch und knackig. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder bestellen.

Ehrlich gesagt, weiß ich nicht, was diese negativen Bewertungen sollen. War schon immer sehr zufrieden. Wie auch heute. Frische Zutaten, extra Zwiebeln, ohne Aufpreis, super lecker Salat, tolles Dressing. Schnelle Lieferung, freundlicher Service.ten points

Großer Italienischer Salat bestellt, 9,50 Euro. Urteil: Billiger Käse, Billiger Schinken, keine Artischocken, aber gutes Hausdressing. Leider für das Geld insgesamt zu wenig, da bekomme ich anderswo mehr.

Wer Hunger hat, sollte sich vorher noch einen Döner holen. Da is es wahrscheinlicher das Sane bei den Bayern ein gutes Spiel abliefert, als das hier pünktlich was zum essen kommt. Außerdem wird der Pizzateig nach 15 min so hart das man jmd damit ne linke abarka geben kann 🤣 Geschmacklich ok

Esse seid Jahren die selbe Pizza!!! Weil es für mich die beste Pizza Welt weit ist!!!! Warte immer weil es nicht länger wie 15 min Dauert!!! Und es lohnt sich!!!!!

Preise sind ok, schmeckt auch, kommen aber konsequent später

bestelle hier hin und wieder über die letzten 2 jahre, die abwicklung mache ich über liferando, was bestellt wird kommt auch an pizzen heiß, eis und getränke kalt, die fahrer sind immer cool drauf, hat bisher immer gut geschmeckt
