Eat Happy in Kronach

IT COULD HARDLY BE WORSE!! My friend had ordered a rib-eye steak. The first thing that was served came to our table with the remains of a steel sponge. After we complained about this, the next one was brought to us after a while. It didn't take long at all for us to figure out the next thing. The steak was seared, but the inside was completely raw. By the way, the side dish was also cold, fried black and inedible. Afterwards the chef was brought to our table because the waitresses apparently had no idea what we wanted from them. Instead of admitting HIS MISTAKES and the LACK OF HYGIENE in this store, we were just loudly and rudely attacked. We wanted to return the food and pay. We were then loudly threatened with the police and the chef harassed other guests in the hope that they would agree that he had not made any mistakes. In the end there was no need for patrols, but we will definitely NEVER come to this store again. Far too high prices for this third-rate “restaurant”, although third-rate, in this case, is still a compliment. I am SERIOUSLY DISAPPOINTED! In this shop you don't have to come from the restaurant industry to see everything that goes wrong there. Simply an impudence from UNQUALIFIED “restaurateurs”! If there was an option, I would give zero.

It used to be much better. I came into the store, it was relatively dark and looked pretty chaotic. I ordered a normal kebab, priced slightly below the competition in Kronach. The kebab grill with the skewer was only switched on when ordered, so the meat was incredibly dry and at most lukewarm. In the refrigerated counter there are drinks and schnapps instead of the usual salads and vegetables. A few slices of tomatoes and a few roughly torn pieces of iceberg came out of the fridge and added them to the bread. Not only was it a pretty small portion for the money, but the kicker came at the end: instead of sauce, there were a few dollops of natural yogurt from the cup and a bit of indefinable spice on top. No cabbage, no onions, nothing. Definitely not recommended.

The delivery lady is really sweet and extremely pretty, her smile is a dream, the food is excellent, I'm thrilled 👌😀

We were spontaneously in Kronach yesterday evening and were in the mood for Italian. We can highly recommend the Pizzeria Melissa, we were both very satisfied with both the food and the service. The homemade chilli oil was great! Finally, a nightcap on the house (which has become rare) what more could you want. :-)

Absolutely crazy! Ordered 2 hours ago, no order arrived! At the Called Kronacher pizza service, if I asked it would still have taken 1/2 hour! Unfriendly employees & pizza makers! I simply hung up because I thought you should change and update the existing delivery times via email! People also have children, and the reaction was unfriendly to children! We canceled our order because of this! We do not support child-unfriendly companies & liars!!! Please consider ordering from such a company! We or I personally strongly advise against it! In our opinion, this company doesn't deserve a single star. Had to include one otherwise I wouldn't have been able to post this review. Hopefully you are smarter than us!
