I wanted to order a pizza and the guy behind the counter looked at me and simply said: No I ask why the answer: No dough No hello, no sorry, no explanation, no nothing. I have rarely experienced such a listless attitude. If you can't make pizza, okay, but a little politeness should work. You really lose your appetite. Last time for me. Staff like that scares away every customer. Maybe it's time to hire someone who at least knows how to talk to people. Food may be okay, but behavior like that makes it taste twice as bad. New staff urgently needed!

Pizza was really the worst we've ever had and they completely forgot the salad and then it came again, it was also totally disgusting...just like the potato wedges...bad bad bad that we ordered on March 2nd, 2025. There should be 0 stars...absolutely not recommended

We ordered food through Lieferando around 5 p.m., and around 6:30 p.m. we called again to see when the food would arrive and said it would take a while because it was busy. Called again at 7:30 p.m. because there was still no food, I was driving and the new driver said if the food was there in the next 30 minutes we would accept it again... At 8:30 p.m. the driver was there to eat. We didn't accept it because we had already stocked up on something else by then. The driver became upset and we were asked to take the food. Luckily we hadn't already ordered through Lieferando. Underground, 2 salads, a kebab and a pizza take 3.5 hours even when there is a lot going on and a new driver is employed. They would simply be disappointed

Doner kebab catastrophically little meat, tons of sauce, cold bread disgusting and not edible. And €7.50 for such crap.

The food arrived very quickly. Unfortunately, the falafel spread had no flavor, just tasted like salad and yogurt. I was very disappointed.

Once we bought a kebab, but we couldn't eat it at home because it smelled very bad. It was obvious the meat was spoiled so we threw it away. When I returned two weeks later to complain, the seller was extremely rude and almost attacked me as a woman. I cannot recommend this store to anyone.
