I order something to pick up using my credit card, I go there and there's no one there, not at Citydöner as it says on the order page and not at Alanya, I don't even get any money back even though it says on the door that they're open

The staff was unfriendly and the meat was more sweet than kebab. Please fry it next time

The quality of the food was average, the behavior of the staff was not appropriate at all, my daughter dropped her fork on the floor. I asked for another fork and the staff behaved ridiculously. It's a good idea to bring extra money for forks

It used to be one of the best kebabs... not anymore... The bread, even if freshly baked, is not made properly...the dough with the sauce turns into dumplings that are difficult to eat. In addition, the veal is very, very dry. We can be forgiven for receiving one of eight dishes 20 minutes late in the full shop. We weren't charged for that either.

Since the change of ownership the quality has improved by over 100%. The selection is great, the taste and freshness are great.

We ordered food through Lieferando around 5 p.m., and around 6:30 p.m. we called again to see when the food would arrive and said it would take a while because it was busy. Called again at 7:30 p.m. because there was still no food, the driver was on the way and the new driver said if the food was there in the next 30 minutes we would accept it again... At 8:30 p.m. the driver was there to eat. We didn't accept it because we had already stocked up on something else by then. The driver became upset and we were asked to take the food. Luckily we hadn't already ordered through Lieferando. Underground, 2 salads, a kebab and a pizza take 3.5 hours even when there is a lot going on and a new driver is employed. They would simply be disappointed

Sadly, I had a very negative experience at the store! For a small order (doner kebab) I had to wait about 1 hour. While waiting, I noticed that hygiene was completely ignored! During his work, the employee behind the counter wiped the sweat from his forehead, collected cash and also handled the food (e.g. bread) with his unwashed hands. After the order was finally ready, the kebab was inedible because some of the meat was very hard and the entire kebab was completely inedible. !!!Is not recommended!!!
