Miraç Grill in Gelsenkirchen

Worst service ever. First, I was shown to a table with my sick sister, but then I was moved because her wheelchair was in the way. I can't comment on the food because my full plate was simply taken away without a word while I was feeding my sister. The reason given was, "It's very busy, others have been waiting for 15 minutes." The waiter was incredibly rude and disrespectful. I will never set foot in that place again. The waiters need to be taught how to treat customers. And in the end, I still had to pay for everything, even though I hadn't eaten any of it. I'm simply shocked.

Unfortunately, a negative experience! You can't sit in peace because of the pushy beggars... You have to call the waitress several times to even get a menu. The worst part, however, was the sharp-edged bones in the chicken doner meat.... We still paid full price, even though we discreetly informed a waiter, and he just offered us a new portion... But we lost our appetite because of the bones, so we politely declined and paid before we hurt ourselves.

Terrible! We were in Gelsenkirchen yesterday and got hungry. We wanted to try the evening buffet for four people, but found out it was no longer available. (It's still advertised all over the building, though!) On the flimsy menu, many dishes had been crossed out with permanent marker (steak menu, kebab dishes). We men ordered a tea (€1 according to the menu!) while the women went shopping for a bit. After they returned, we decided to eat elsewhere due to the lack of a buffet and then found out we had to pay €6 for two glasses of tea, even though they were listed as €1 on the menu! So, there's another way to attract customers!

The meat was delicious, but I'm honestly shocked by the hygiene. I bought a veal doner kebab and ate it on the go. Suddenly, I bit into something hard and initially thought it was a small bone. Unfortunately, it was a piece of plastic in the doner, probably from the salad. Something like this simply shouldn't happen. The taste was good, but the hygiene was absolutely disappointing.

Unfortunately, the lahmacun didn't taste good; it had nothing to do with lahmacun 🙈
