Unfortunately negative experience! You can't sit in peace because of pushy beggars... You have to call the waitress several times to even get a menu, but the worst thing was the sharp-edged pieces of bone in the chicken kebab meat, .... but we still paid the full price, even though we discreetly informed a waiter about this, he only offered a new portion... but we lost our appetite because of the pieces of bone, before we even got hurt and declined with thanks and paid.

I went there recently and it really took them 7 minutes for a coffee plus $3.50 for a "coffee" in the end I realized that there was only milk with milk foam in it, that's total fraud

Terrible! Were in Gelsenkirchen yesterday and got hungry. We wanted to take advantage of the evening buffet offered there for 4 people, but heard that it was no longer offered. (But it is still advertised throughout the building!) On the flimsy menu, many dishes were crossed out with Edding (steak menu, kebab dishes). We men first ordered a tea (€1 according to the menu!) while the ladies went shopping. After they returned, we decided to eat somewhere else due to the lack of a buffet and then had to hear that we had to pay €6 for two glasses of tea , even though they are 1€ on the card! So customer advertising works differently!

Neumarkt 6Everything is good, the food and service are flawless, the middle-aged waiters are already wonderful and know everything. What I have observed is that when you leave a tip (Trinkgeld) to the waiters, the cashiers put the TRINKGELD (TIP) in the cash register and do not give it to the waiters. After this incident, I give the tip to the waiter who deals with me. TIP SHOULD BE GIVEN TO THE WAITERS, NOT PUT IN THE CASH REGISTER.
