A €4.90 special offer kebab looks like a children's kebab. What you're doing is a rip-off and incredibly brazen. You can't just halve your kebab and charge €5 for it. Then please also halve the regular price of €7.50 and charge €3.50, or a maximum of €4, for a special offer kebab. It's a disgrace. Typical as always, these businesses have no backbone; they're just after a quick buck.

The signs advertised a doner kebab for €4.90. When I ordered the doner kebab, I noticed that they had very little meat in them. It's just not right to sell a standard doner kebab for €4.90 and then turn it into a children's kebab. When I asked why this was the case, the staff unfortunately became very rude instead of giving me a reasonable answer. They said it was their standard doner kebab. Apart from that, the salad was very old. Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with this restaurant and hospitality is something completely different. Unfortunately, this was my last time. This doner will only fill my cat at most. But not a grown man.

First, you wait 10 minutes for your order to even be taken. Then the doner kebab arrives ice cold. The bread is cold. There's almost no meat in it, and the little meat there is is greasy and burnt. I've had the worst doner kebab in Germany here. Unfriendly staff. Cold food. No meat. Stingy. Never again! If you want to lose your money and still have a dog after eating, then this is the place for you. Never recommended!

Ordered soup and after a few spoonfuls I noticed that there was a big fly in it. My appetite was gone. I was asked if I would like to have something else, no thanks. When I paid I said that I wasn't paying for the soup but instead of saying no problem, it's on the house, today I had to pay for my child's drinks and food. He had breakfast and of course had no appetite either. Simply unbelievably disappointed, never again.

Pizza doesn't stand a chance... 4 people are standing behind the counter, one is super friendly, the others are completely unpleasant.... If things stay the way they are, this shop will soon be history... Well, unfortunately, I won't be going there anymore... I'll also avoid the rest of the area behind the train station; you're not welcome anyway... However, if you pay, they'll gladly take it... Times have unfortunately changed for the worse... This affects many shops operating behind the train station.... It's actually a shame when you feel like a stranger... With that in mind... Don't let your head hang down...

The food and value for money were okay. When the weather's nice, you can sit outside on the terrace, which I think is fine. However, the service was very poor. When ordering food, one of the menu items was missing a salad. After the meal, there was no tea because it wasn't made according to the waitress. The dishes weren't cleared away immediately. When I asked questions, the waitresses gave rude answers. I wouldn't eat here again.

The fries were raw, the chicken smelled funny and tasted very dry. A little later, I started throwing up and got diarrhea. I've never experienced anything like that in all the years I've been eating there! It's a real shame it's not like it used to be!

It's unique, you absolutely must come and try it. It has a 20-year history. They've beautifully balanced quality and taste with price. Congratulations.

I got a kebab box from you. As soon as I opened it, I had a strange feeling; the smell was somehow unpleasant, but I ate it anyway. And then, finally, I got a shock. There was a dead bee at the very bottom of the food. That's just disgusting and should never happen. That was my first and last visit to you. That's just unacceptable.

The food at this restaurant is truly delicious! But what stands out in particular is the waiter, Serdar, who served me and my girlfriend – so attentive and friendly! I've never seen anyone do their job with such dedication, friendliness, and joy. Truly absolutely top-notch, simply 10 out of 10!

In any case, the kebab is delicious 😋 because they don't buy it ready-made, but make it themselves. The service is excellent and very friendly. I drive an extra half hour if I feel like a kebab. The only thing that bothers me is the location of the restaurant/snack bar... too loud 😮‍💨

I was at the Topkapi Saray Deluxe today and I absolutely loved it! The food was unusually delicious, every dish was perfectly seasoned and freshly prepared. The grilled meat in particular was juicy and full of flavor. The side dishes and sauces rounded the whole thing off perfectly. The staff was also incredibly friendly and attentive - you immediately felt at home. The atmosphere in the restaurant is pleasant and invites you to linger. Definitely a clear recommendation for anyone who wants to enjoy Turkish specialties at the highest level! I'll definitely come back. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I would like to not give a single star but unfortunately it doesn't work! We only drank one soup and it really didn't taste good at all, the lentil soup wasn't lentil soup but tasted bland, like flour. In addition, charging €2.60 for water is probably an impudence! Water, cola, etc. are billed at the same price. I understand making a profit, but not with water that costs 25 cents to buy and can be found in every Turkish supermarket for 50 cents!!

We had breakfast there on Sunday, the food wasn't tasty at all and there was simply nothing special and we paid €28. I'm so disappointed in them.

Unfortunately I have to revise my 5 stars from a few years ago. The quality of the food, for us it was the kebab plate, has declined significantly. Both the taste and the quantity are no longer what they used to be. Yesterday we were there again after months (60km one way) and there were bones in the kebab meat. Three out of four plates were affected. The quantity of fries was much less than previous years. The salad was fresh and OK, but everything overall was very disappointing. Last time our son had what was probably a beard hair in his food and this time all 4 of us had severe stomach pains until the afternoon of the following day. I think we won't eat there again.

We asked for lamb chops of zero quality, but they came with cow chops, dry and not even a salad, I would never recommend it.

I ordered Hamsi (anchovies). Unfortunately, the Hamsi had a lot of breading and the taste was very reminiscent of fried fish. I actually know Hamsi “breaded” with cornmeal, flour and salt. Unfortunately, the Hamsi were also “fried to death”. Unfortunately there wasn't much of the fish left. Unfortunately I can't say anything about kebabs and the like. But when it comes to fish, there are much better restaurants.

Very bad. Went there one evening as a couple. Ordered 2 x large doner plates. Those might have been children's kebab plates. And the meat was like it had been taken out of the fridge, it was so cold. And the taste was also very bad. I don't know if animals would eat something like that, but I wouldn't even offer them meat like that. 🤮

Current status: -Warning- Change of ownership with name transfer including all positive former reviews on Google Maps. Completely deteriorated, it's a shame that the quality has dropped so much. Very high recommendation for kebab stalls with grills. Doner meat is of great quality. Grill is great too. Lots of seating inside and outside. Equipped with Ayran machine. I have included the menu in the pictures, the prices have been increased again and the combination offers for kebab/pide with fries and a drink cannot be found in the new menu, although old cards are also sometimes issued. As far as I know, these combination menus can be ordered.

If I could give it a minus 10, I would have done so without hesitation. The shop is extremely run down and dirty. The waiters are also very unkempt and rude. We ordered two menus to eat on site. We had to wait about 40 minutes. Unfortunately, the tables and the other tables were not cleaned in the meantime, so we had to wipe them down ourselves. We paid with a 50 euro note and received 10 euros less in change. When we pointed this out to the cashier, he became very aggressive and insisted that we had billed correctly. Outside waiters and other waiters then joined in, so that the mood seemed to slowly change as everyone shouted at us in their languages. We then left the store to avoid being physically attacked. Way too expensive! 32€ for 1 doner kebab, 2 small pom doner and one large pom doner!!! Let's say kebab costs 8€ (which only costs 6€) 2x small pomdöner (6€ each if at all). Large pom döner maximum 8€. Where does the remaining €6 come from!!! Never again!!!

One of the best kebabs I have ever eaten, the meat is very juicy, the sauces and salad are very fresh and delicious and the bread is just a dream (not industrial bread) it is baked on site

We came as a group of 6 friends, but they didn't even serve tea. It's been an hour since the meal was over. They didn't even remove the plates from the table. We were completely convinced by the ambience and the friendliness of the service staff. The quality of the food was very good and the taste was also convincing. When we are in Gelsenkirchen we like to come by! We love freshly grilled Turkish food. See you soon.

Ich habe vorgestern dort angerufen um vor zu bestellen zur Abholung. Es war ca. 23:15 Uhr , Öffnungszeiten stand im Internet 0:00 Uhr. Die Bestellung wurde auch angenommen, wir haben extra gesagt, dass wir aus Wanne-Eickel kommen, mussten dann auch noch ein Bankautomat finden, da irgendwie alle defekt waren. Wir kamen genau um 23:47 an , der Ladeb war abgeschlossen, die Reinigungskräfte waren da, ich habe eine Tüte mit essen gesehen, dachte das wäre dann für uns. Klopfte und sagte , dass ich abgerufen habe. Aber die Damen schickten mich weg. Unmöglich war das. Dann schreibt nicht Öffnungszeiten 0:00 Uhr und vor allem nimmt keine Bestellung an, die von etwas weiter kommen. Waren wirklich sauer. Man hätte auch mal zurück rufen können. Naja . Das wars ich komme nie wieder . Schade aber ne , unverschämt.

Bester Döner und auch die anderen Gerichte!

Wir hatten heute 3 Döner Taschen und 2 Dürüm Döner bestellt! Geliefert wurden 5 Döner Taschen! Die Döner haben geschmeckt, aber über die Lieferung der bestellten Dürüm Döner hätten wir uns mehr gefreut. Gegessen haben wir sie dann nur, weil telefonisch niemand erreichbar war und wir sehr hungrig waren. Schade!

Vor Ort essen kann man gut. Aber wenn man bestellt oder mitnimmt, ist da immer massig Rotkohl drauf obwohl man das nicht möchte. Ist leider so mehrfach passiert

Wir waren früher sehr oft dort, haben auch sehr oft essen mit genommen. Haben heute für 71€ essen mit genommen. Habe das Gefühl das deutsche dort nicht gerne gesehen werden. Beim Grill Teller war das Fleisch leider sehr tot gebraten. Pommes nicht richtig frittiert. Halb Roh. Der Döner ist leider auch nicht mehr von der Qualität die ich sonst von dort kannte . Schade. Wir werden nicht mehr wieder kommen.
