Es stinkt im Laden und das Essen ist wirklich sehr schlecht. Der geringe Preis des z.B. Döners zeigt auch die Qualität. Es ist wirklich schlecht und ich habe eine Lebensmittelvergiftung deshalb bekommen.

Essen super, Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis fantastisch! Der Döner ist wirklich großartig und die Qualität ist trotz des Inhaberwechsels erfreulicherweise immer noch top. Ein kleiner Abzug in der B-Note: Die Einrichtung ist leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Zudem wirkt die Bedienung zwar oft sehr bemüht, ist aber auch häufiger sichtlich überfordert. Hier würde dem Laden etwas mehr Personal oder eine bessere Aufgabenverteilung guttun, um das Team zu entlasten. Für das Essen kommen wir aber definitiv gerne wieder!

Service 1A Döner sehr lecker. Erstes Steak Fleisch was mir sehr gut gefällt. Also das Fleisch war nicht trocken, war sehr saftig und geschmackvoll und Döner Brot war auch sehr gut, Preisleistung 10/10.

Man lässt seinen Ring da 10 min vielleicht liegen, rennt zurück weil er wichtig ist. Was passiert ? Irgendein Unmenschliches Ding nimmt ihn mit. Abgegeben wurde er nicht denn ich hab gefragt, ekelhaft sowas. Menschheit am arsch.

Ich war heute mit meine Families essen wir haben 3 Karişik Izgara bestsellt und ein Döner es Schmeckt nicht und haben Fehler gemacht

Nach meinem gestrigen Besuch gehe ich nie wieder dahin. Ich hatte mir mein Gericht schon ausgesucht und musste auf Toilette bevor ich bestelle. Da stellte sich eine Frau das Servicepersonal vor mich hin und meinte die Toilette sei kaputt und schaute mich komisch an. Ich sagte, darf der Kunde nicht mehr auf Toilette gehen? Das ganze Servicepersonal wiederholte diese Aussage. Ich weis nicht, ob das wahr ist und außerdem dürfen die bei defekter Toilette nicht öffnen. Keiner bemühte sich auch mit ein feuchtes Tuch zu reichen oder mir Wasser zu geben, damit ich mich danach hinsetzen konnte und meine Bestellung aufgeben konnte. Somit ging ich gegenüber zu einen der Restaurants. Super freundlich. Dieselbe Bedienung die demonstrativ vor mir stand lies mich vor langer Zeit draußen warten und kam nicht zu mir, als ich was bestellen wollte. Somit stand ich auf und ging zum anderen Restaurant. Der Dürum von den XXL super. Noch nie so einen großen Dürüm gegessen. Das Ambiente ist ok.

Aus meinem Döner kam Glas raus. Nie wieder!

Also seit 1 Std 20 Minuten warte ich auf mein Essen und die können am Telefon nicht mal richtig sagen wann es da ist angeblich unterwegs wenn’s kalt ist werde ich zurück schicken Lieferzeit angeblich 20- 45 Minuten lächerlich ich muss Morgen um 5 aufstehen

Unhygienisch haben mit meine Kollegen die dicksten magenprobleme… nie wieder.

Solider Döner im GE-Stil. Der Laden hat damals mehr oder weniger zur damaligen Fussball-WM 2006 aufgemacht und befindet sich seitdem an der Südseite des Hauptbahnhofes. Sowohl der Normale als auch insbesondere der Hähnchendöner sind wirklich gut. Aktuell befindet sich der Imbiss in einer Art "Dönerkrieg" mit mehreren angrenzenden Läden, weswegen der Döner hier aktuell dauerhaft für unter 5€ zu bekommen ist. Allerdings ist er von der Größe her auch entsprechend geschrumpft. Die Qualität ist dennoch geblieben.

Für einen Döner und einen Dürüm 2std zum liefern gebraucht abgesehen davon das auf dem Döner die falschen Sachen drauf waren ist es eine 10 Minuten lange Fahrt… Am telefon wurden wir einfach abgewimmelt und am Ende kam das Essen kalt an.

Mal ehrlich, was habt ihr da bloß angestellt? Ich habe heute den schlechtesten Döner meines Lebens gegessen. Bitte nehmt meine Bewertung ernst und ändert euer Dönerfleisch.

Ich würde gerne -100 Sterne geben in meinem Döner war sehr viel Glass drin bin danach paar Tage im Krankenhaus gelandet und habe eine Magenvergiftung bekommen keine Entschuldigung musst meine Döner danach noch bezahlen das Getränk sowieso weil der Chef sagte in mein Getränk war ja zum Glück kein Glass bin schockiert das der Laden noch da ist es hat denen nix interessiert so ein Laden hat in Deutschland nix mehr zu suchen an Hand der Reaktion habe ich bemerkt das es öfters vor kommt hatte ein Schutz Engel auf meiner Seite hätte ich das verschluckt wäre ich vielleicht nicht mal mehr hier so enttäuscht einfach ekelhaft der Laden sollte zu machen

Die Angebote während des Ramadans waren verrückt.

Ich war sehr enttäuscht von meinem Besuch in diesem Restaurant.Der Service hat den ganzen Abend komplett ruiniert. Der Kellner war extrem übergriffig, sehr aufdringlich und hat keinerlei Respekt gezeigt. Statt einfach seine Arbeit zu machen, hat er ständig gestört, unangenehme Kommentare gemacht und meine Grenzen überhaupt nicht respektiert. Man geht in ein Restaurant, um entspannt zu essen – nicht um sich unwohl oder belästigt zu fühlen. Sein Verhalten war sehr unprofessionell und ehrlich gesagt respektlos gegenüber Gästen. So etwas habe ich in einem Restaurant noch nie erlebt. Aufgrund dieser Erfahrung würde ich leider nicht noch einmal hierher kommen und kann es auch nicht weiterempfehlen. Der Umgang mit Gästen sollte dringend überdacht werden.

Über 2,5 Stunden auf meine Lieferando-Bestellung gewartet. Nachdem ich selbst im Restaurant angerufen habe, kam das Essen plötzlich in 10 Minuten – und es war eiskalt! Döner und Pommes ungenießbar. Absolut enttäuschend. Nie wieder!

Das mit Abstand schlechteste Restaurant in dem ich je war. Der Service absolute Katastrophe. Man wird nicht begrüßt und eine Karte wird einem hingelegt bei 4 Personen, ohne Hallo oder Augenkontakt. Dann wurde bestellt und das Essen war auch absolut grauenhaft! Nichts schmeckt, alles schmeckt alt und ungewürzt. Selbst der Tzatziki schmeckt nur nach Joghurt, absolut ranzig. Würde am liebsten gar keine Sterne geben 🤮

Eigentlich hätte das Restaurant von der Qualität vom Essen mindestens 4 Sterne verdient. Was aber leider den Gesamteindruck sehr zerstört ist der Restaurantbesitzer/Geschäftsführer mit seiner Unfreundlichkeit und Arroganz. Ich gehe alle paar Monate mal im Topkapi Saray essen. Ich bestelle immer den gemischten Grillteller. Und die Qualität vom Essen stimmt immer. Die Portion wird zwar immer kleiner, dafür aber teurer - aber das ist nun mal der Inflation geschuldet. Jedes mal wenn ich dann mein Essen bezahle würde ich dem Geschäftsführer das Geld am liebsten einfach nur anschmeissen. Er Sitzt immer wie ein Pascha mit seinem Zahnstocher im Mund an der Kasse und bedankt sich NIE für den Besuch. Nimmt das Geld entgegen und gibt kommentarlos das Rückgeld raus. Kein „Danke“, kein „Wie hats geschmeckt?“, einfach nichts. Nach jedem Besuch denke ich mir eigentlich, dass ich diesem Herrn in Zukunft keinen Cent mehr bringen möchte. Trotzdem komme ich immer wieder, weil ich einfach das Essen feiere und die Bedienungen eigentlich auch alle freundlich sind! Sauberkeit im Restaurant (besonders in den Toiletten) ist auf jeden Fall auch ausbaufähig. (Wäre vielleicht eine Arbeit, der sich der Chef noch annehmen könnte)

Es ist zwar kein Luxuslokal, aber man fühlt sich hier wohl. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und legt großen Wert auf Kundenzufriedenheit. Man kann so viel Tee trinken, wie man möchte – kostenlos. Es gibt schon seit Längerem Sonderangebote mit günstigen Optionen, ansonsten sind die Preise normal. Allerdings ist die Belüftung recht mangelhaft; wenn man sich zu lange im Lokal aufhält, haftet der Geruch an einem, was etwas unangenehm sein kann. Trotzdem komme ich immer wieder gerne hierher.

Das Fleisch war sehr lecker, aber hygienisch bin ich ehrlich schockiert. Ich habe einen Kalbsdöner gekauft und unterwegs gegessen. Plötzlich habe ich auf etwas Hartes gebissen und dachte zunächst, es sei ein kleiner Knochen. Leider war es ein Plastikteil im Döner, vermutlich aus dem Salat. So etwas darf einfach nicht passieren. Geschmacklich gut, aber in Sachen Hygiene absolut enttäuschend.

Das Essen ist katastrophal, das Personal größtenteils leider extrem unfreundlich. Ich finde es abartig, dass ich dort mit meiner Freundin esse und sie von jedem Hans und Franz angestarrt wird.. inklusive der Mitarbeiter. Ich habe mich kein bisschen wohlgefühlt, und das Essen hat in keiner Weise meinen Erwartungen entsprochen. Ich bitte dringend darum, dass dort die Hygiene verbessert wird. Ein Besuch vom Gesundheitsamt würde sicher nicht schaden. Ich bin wirklich kein Neider, aber das hier ging viel zu weit. Wie man dort überhaupt essen kann, ist mir ein Rätsel. Bei der Hälfte der positiven Bewertungen sieht man sofort, dass sie vermutlich von Familie und Freunden stammen. Und noch etwas: Kassenbon beim nächsten Mal nicht vergessen, mein Lieber.🫡♥️

Unfortunately, I wouldn't order again. The food was cold. The doner meat and fries just didn't taste good. I wish I could leave something positive, but I simply can't. So, I wouldn't order anything again.

The doner kebab is supposedly tasty, €7.50, with a chicken doner for €4.90. The meat is okay, the salad too, the bread pocket itself is a bit harder, I suppose that's how it's supposed to be. But otherwise okay.

I ordered the kebab dürüm meal deal, and after a short while, the food was suddenly ready. It tasted absolutely delicious; you can tell there's professionalism behind the restaurant!

Today I bought a mixed grill for 1 person and I regret it. I will never eat from here again. They made a half portion of Adana finger food. They supposedly made angabot. It would be better if they didn't. We used to buy it before and it filled us up. Now it didn't fill us up. The bread on the döner kebab has shrunk.

Bought two doner kebabs for €4.90 each, both completely empty, very little meat, just bread. Never again! Just raise your prices and then serve normal doner kebabs instead of ripping people off because they're €4.90. Never again! I'd rather buy two doner kebabs from you guys; they're like one of those. Frankly, the döner meat is good, but unfortunately, you had a 5 Euro campaign, but you made the bread smaller. You're selling children's döner for 5 Euros. I ordered an Adana platter today; the meat was so tender and fresh, I haven't enjoyed it like that in a long time. The only thing that could perhaps be improved is the portion size (small for me personally). Even though it had two skewers and fries, I was only slightly full, but that's a minor issue. The staff and service were excellent, and the clientele was lovely; you feel right at home.

The food is very good, but the service is very poor and needs improvement. I waited almost an hour for my food, while guests who had ordered after me received their food before me. When I tried to speak to the server, I was almost always ignored. I had to actively approach the server to point out that my food still wasn't at my table. I found this a real shame, because the food was very good, but considering the service and the fact that they didn't accommodate me with the price after the wait, I find it quite cheeky.

Best kebab in Gelsenkirchen in years

A €4.90 special offer kebab looks like a children's kebab. What you're doing is a rip-off and extremely brazen. You can't just halve your kebab and charge €5 for it. Then please also halve the regular price of €7.50 and charge €3.50, or a maximum of €4, for a special offer kebab. It's a disgrace. Typical as always, these businesses have no backbone and are just looking for a quick buck.

The signs advertised a doner kebab for €4.90. When I ordered the doner kebab, I noticed that they had very little meat in them. It's just not right to sell a standard doner kebab for €4.90 and then turn it into a children's kebab. When I asked why this was the case, the staff unfortunately became very rude instead of giving me a reasonable answer. They said it was their standard doner kebab. Apart from that, the salad was very old. Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with this restaurant and hospitality is something completely different. Unfortunately, this was my last time. This doner will only fill my cat at most. But not a grown man.

Ordered soup and after a few spoonfuls I noticed that there was a big fly in it. My appetite was gone. I was asked if I would like to have something else, no thanks. When I paid I said that I wasn't paying for the soup but instead of saying no problem, it's on the house, today I had to pay for my child's drinks and food. He had breakfast and of course had no appetite either. Simply unbelievably disappointed, never again.

Pizza doesn't stand a chance... 4 people are standing behind the counter, one is super friendly, the others are completely unpleasant.... If things stay the way they are, this shop will soon be history... Well, unfortunately, I won't be going there anymore... I'll also avoid the rest of the area behind the train station; you're not welcome anyway... However, if you pay, they'll gladly take it... Times have unfortunately changed for the worse... This affects many shops operating behind the train station.... It's actually a shame when you feel like a stranger... With that in mind... Don't let your head hang down...

The food and value for money were okay. When the weather's nice, you can sit outside on the terrace, which I think is fine. However, the service was very poor. When ordering food, one of the menu items was missing a salad. After the meal, there was no tea because it wasn't made according to the waitress. The dishes weren't cleared away immediately. When I asked questions, the waitresses gave rude answers. I wouldn't eat here again.

The fries were raw, the chicken smelled funny and tasted very dry. A little later, I started throwing up and got diarrhea. I've never experienced anything like that in all the years I've been eating there! It's a real shame it's not like it used to be!

It's unique, you absolutely must come and try it. It has a 20-year history. They've beautifully balanced quality and taste with price. Congratulations.

You order something for €9 and you get nothing

I got a kebab box from you. As soon as I opened it, I had a strange feeling; the smell was somehow unpleasant, but I ate it anyway. And then, finally, I got a shock. There was a dead bee at the very bottom of the food. That's just disgusting and should never happen. That was my first and last visit to you. That's just unacceptable.

The best Turkish restaurant in Germany, I definitely recommend you try it, the best meal I've ever had in my life.

The food at this restaurant is truly delicious! But what stands out in particular is the waiter, Serdar, who served me and my girlfriend – so attentive and friendly! I've never seen anyone do their job with such dedication, friendliness, and joy. Truly absolutely top-notch, simply 10 out of 10!

In any case, the kebab is delicious 😋 because they don't buy it ready-made, but make it themselves. The service is excellent and very friendly. I drive an extra half hour if I feel like a kebab. The only thing that bothers me is the location of the restaurant/snack bar... too loud 😮‍💨

I was just passing through. I was told a train was coming in 15 minutes. Could you please provide the chicken skewer (Tavuk Sis) plate to go? Of course they had it, and I was back at the platform in time. It tasted excellent. Very friendly owners!

I was at the Topkapi Saray Deluxe today and I absolutely loved it! The food was unusually delicious, every dish was perfectly seasoned and freshly prepared. The grilled meat in particular was juicy and full of flavor. The side dishes and sauces rounded the whole thing off perfectly. The staff was also incredibly friendly and attentive - you immediately felt at home. The atmosphere in the restaurant is pleasant and invites you to linger. Definitely a clear recommendation for anyone who wants to enjoy Turkish specialties at the highest level! I'll definitely come back. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I would like to not give a single star but unfortunately it doesn't work! We only drank one soup and it really didn't taste good at all, the lentil soup wasn't lentil soup but tasted bland, like flour. In addition, charging €2.60 for water is probably an impudence! Water, cola, etc. are billed at the same price. I understand making a profit, but not with water that costs 25 cents to buy and can be found in every Turkish supermarket for 50 cents!!

We had breakfast there on Sunday, the food wasn't tasty at all and there was simply nothing special and we paid €28. I'm so disappointed in them.

Really bad food! I’m really disappointed with the quality of their food. They have served me and my friend with out of date bread. I have this as a photo.

Unfortunately I have to revise my 5 stars from a few years ago. The quality of the food, for us it was the kebab plate, has declined significantly. Both the taste and the quantity are no longer what they used to be. Yesterday we were there again after months (60km one way) and there were bones in the kebab meat. Three out of four plates were affected. The quantity of fries was much less than previous years. The salad was fresh and OK, but everything overall was very disappointing. Last time our son had what was probably a beard hair in his food and this time all 4 of us had severe stomach pains until the afternoon of the following day. I think we won't eat there again.

We asked for lamb chops of zero quality, but they came with cow chops, dry and not even a salad, I would never recommend it.

I ordered Hamsi (anchovies). Unfortunately, the Hamsi had a lot of breading and the taste was very reminiscent of fried fish. I actually know Hamsi “breaded” with cornmeal, flour and salt. Unfortunately, the Hamsi were also “fried to death”. Unfortunately there wasn't much of the fish left. Unfortunately I can't say anything about kebabs and the like. But when it comes to fish, there are much better restaurants.

Very bad. Went there one evening as a couple. Ordered 2 x large doner plates. Those might have been children's kebab plates. And the meat was like it had been taken out of the fridge, it was so cold. And the taste was also very bad. I don't know if animals would eat something like that, but I wouldn't even offer them meat like that. 🤮

Current status: -Warning- Change of ownership with name transfer including all positive former reviews on Google Maps. Completely deteriorated, it's a shame that the quality has dropped so much. Very high recommendation for kebab stalls with grills. Doner meat is of great quality. Grill is great too. Lots of seating inside and outside. Equipped with Ayran machine. I have included the menu in the pictures, the prices have been increased again and the combination offers for kebab/pide with fries and a drink cannot be found in the new menu, although old cards are also sometimes issued. As far as I know, these combination menus can be ordered.

You pay there to get a bacterial infection. This shop should be closed. My brother, my father and I ate there and everyone got an infection. Careful people!!

Badly treated, bad service, unfriendly staff

I've eaten there for the third time now. The kebab simply tastes like nothing. There's hardly any taste behind it.

It's a nice place where you can warm yourself up with a hot soup in the morning and feel like you're in your hometown while eating.

If I could give it a minus 10, I would have done so without hesitation. The shop is extremely run down and dirty. The waiters are also very unkempt and rude. We ordered two menus to eat on site. We had to wait about 40 minutes. Unfortunately, the tables and the other tables were not cleaned in the meantime, so we had to wipe them down ourselves. We paid with a 50 euro note and received 10 euros less in change. When we pointed this out to the cashier, he became very aggressive and insisted that we had billed correctly. Outside waiters and other waiters then joined in, so that the mood seemed to slowly change as everyone shouted at us in their languages. We then left the store to avoid being physically attacked. Unfortunately, there are many negative stereotypes about these people that have now been confirmed. I advise everyone not to enter this store and hope that such people are closed or go bankrupt. Just unbelievable!
