The food and staff were clean and friendly. There was also a good selection at breakfast. Plenty of parking was available. I don't understand the negative reviews. We'd love to come back...

A perfect breakfast...You must try it...

We went to the all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet at Yeni Konak and were absolutely thrilled. We were warmly greeted by the owner as soon as we entered. What was particularly great was that our little son was allowed to feed the fish in the pond after dinner—a real highlight for him! Overall, the entire team was very child-friendly and attentive. The buffet itself was outstanding: a huge selection, everything fresh, deliciously seasoned, warm, and regularly refilled. It made you feel right at home. The value for money is also absolutely perfect. We've been here before for an engagement party, and the service, decor, and food were top-notch. Therefore, a clear recommendation—we'd love to come back!

Met for breakfast today. The rice pudding and pineapple slices were moldy. All the desserts tasted stale. When I pointed this out, I was treated with total rudeness. Today was definitely my last visit.

The establishment was spotlessly clean, a self-service establishment that makes you feel like you're in a luxury hotel buffet. The breakfast spread is incredibly delicious, featuring Black Sea cuisine. There's a variety of options to suit everyone, including toast, soup, fried foods, appetizers, and more. The quality was uncompromised. The staff was friendly, and I commend them for their hard work. It far exceeded my expectations.

I'm usually someone who evaluates places based on their ratings before delving into the reviews. I couldn't help but focus on the negative reviews, especially when I looked at them. I apologize, but there was absolutely no good service, or was everything bad? I came and saw a truly elegant, peaceful place, bright, spacious, and a very clean, attentive establishment. They could have prepared the buffet with such meticulous care, without cluttering it up. The staff and the owner make you feel like you're a guest at a party and have a wonderful time. I don't think the price we paid was excessive; the effort put in was even less than the preparations made the day before. Please show some respect for the effort; at least don't waste your mood when you leave trying to bury other people's hard work. I had high expectations when I arrived, but I left at the peak of my expectations. Kudos to the staff and their hard work, I'm sure we'll be returning more often.

Unorganized, unstructured. My engagement party was scheduled for the outdoor area two months in advance. The planning was disastrous, as we couldn't even sit down for 15 minutes and didn't write anything down. Despite this, everything was discussed. On the day of the engagement, three hours before the party, there was still no table outside because the owner was decorating a completely different area (friends who wanted to decorate and organize it were SENT AWAY). Furthermore, there were still people sitting there having breakfast AFTER it was decorated. The tablecloths were stained. Furthermore, it was promised that the exterior wall would be repaired by then, but unfortunately, it wasn't, so some of my guests were cold. The ceiling was so leaky that some of them got wet. My guests also had to fill their own drink bottles, which was also discussed differently. Soup was supposed to be served at the beginning, but it was over half an hour late, which of course pushed everything back. As the bride, I unfortunately had to stand there for hours before my reception and organize everything myself, and we had to take everything down again in the evening. Furthermore, it's really questionable why a shop owner would help themselves to the candy bar several times without asking, even if the couple hadn't already opened it. The constant viewing by strangers while I had to decorate everything myself, and even later than my guests were already there, and it's a PRIVATE celebration, is very disrespectful in my opinion. It's also disrespectful to record and post all my effort as if it were your own. Unfortunately, the only positive thing was the food; it was very tasty and there was a good selection, but not justified for the price.

Well, the "brunch" food didn't look very appetizing, and I didn't find it tasty either. The entire buffet area wasn't particularly clean either. There's no service to clear plates or offer anything other than the all-inclusive drinks. Stars are only given for the clean restrooms and the friendly owners.

Before writing this review, I would like to emphasize one thing: I am not someone who easily gives bad reviews. When I am not satisfied with a service, I prefer to express my thoughts openly by talking to each other in a constructive way first – I have always done this until today. However, the approach and attitude of this business during the process unfortunately made writing this review inevitable. We had booked this place for the end of September – so that we could have a nice and peaceful breakfast with our loved ones after the wedding. Although we are not from out of town, we live quite far from the place. When we happened to be in Gelsenkirchen, we decided to stop by both to experience their breakfast and to see the place one last time. The bride and groom had been there a few times before, but we wanted to see it with our own eyes. Unfortunately, our breakfast experience was extremely negative: The bagels and breads were stale, the tea was tasteless and stale, the breakfast options were very poor compared to the price paid, and there was almost nothing really edible. The interior design of the place did not leave a positive impression on us either. For these reasons, we decided that we did not want to be here on such a special day and politely informed the owner of the situation. My father spoke to the owner of the business on the phone. He told my brother that he had to make a decision by 06.06.2025. However, such a date was neither in the contract nor stated in advance – this was clearly an untrue statement. Today, my brother went to the venue to get back the €200 we paid as a down payment. Despite the cancellation made within the legal period and with a valid reason, the treatment he encountered was very upsetting. He was faced with disrespectful attitude, condescending words and even curses. Although we had the right to get the entire €200 back, only €100 was returned after 15 minutes of tension and psychological pressure. What kind of business approach is this? Disrespecting people’s labor, intentions and budgets in this way does not comply with commercial ethics or human values. And on top of that, curses? Don't you know that money earned by dishonorable and unlawful earnings will not bring good to anyone? I definitely do not recommend its breakfast, its service or any agreement. You will have money in your pocket and your morale will not be damaged. Your conscience will also be at ease. In short: Invest in your own peace, not in this place. And remember: Unjust earnings never bring abundance.

The €10 all-inclusive breakfast with watermelon, Turkish delight, tea, coffee, and everything else is unbeatable value. Yes, the selection isn't the largest, but you can't expect that for the price. The staff are super friendly and will do anything to please you. This is the best value I've seen at a Turkish all-you-can-eat breakfast restaurant.

A disastrously disorganized restaurant that seems to focus on maximum profit rather than quality. We went there with the family for breakfast during Eid al-Fitr. Outside, it was practically a construction site. The outer wall was made of plastic bags secured with some kind of ladder, perfectly fine and safe for small children. On top of that, the food was inedible, as they had to react quickly, thus focusing on quantity rather than quality, as they ultimately had to serve the masses. The man behind the counter said they had reserved for over 300 people and that they hadn't expected such a rush—a complete contradiction in terms. People complained about having to wait half an hour in line at the buffet. Well-intentioned advice, your quality and offerings have declined over the years. Think about improving that.

A buffet was ordered for our company party and was set up in our company. The food was actually delicious, but out of twelve heat treatments with food, only twice had a container of fuel paste underneath, meaning the food was cold to lukewarm. If it had been warm or even hot, it would definitely have been delicious, but even the chicken legs were not enjoyable.

Great breakfast, they fill you up with hot food before it runs out, I recommend the buffet.

On November 9th, 2023 we had the great pleasure of having brunch with over 70 guests in this Turkish restaurant and it was simply perfect! The entire team (which mainly consists of family members) was incredibly accommodating and fulfilled every wish with a smile. The cleanliness of the restaurant was impressive - every detail was immaculate. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the staff exuded as much sympathy and professionalism as one could hope for. The buffet was a feast for the senses – fresh, varied and of the highest quality. This restaurant made our day unforgettable and we highly recommend it! A huge thank you to the entire team!

We celebrated our small wedding in this restaurant and were very satisfied. The open buffet was very tasty, the hall was clean and decorated according to our wishes, the staff was super helpful and took care of everything. The prices were very fair. Incredibly great service and very tasty food. We were there for İftar today and were thrilled. For starters there was salad, cacık and soup. You could help yourself to the main course and dessert from the buffet. The food was authentically Turkish, as we know it from home and we enjoyed everything very much. The owners and staff were very welcoming, we felt at home. We would come back any time.

We were there for the first time. And are used to southern food. Here we felt like we were in a vacation (we were the only German couple😂) the entire staff was super friendly and the host translated for us the special features that he explained to his Turkish guests about Ramadan. The food was delicious, super rich and was always refilled. We love to sit and talk while eating - this wasn't a problem, the atmosphere invites you to do so. Praise for top performance. Before I write anything about the buffet I would like to say how friendly and nice the staff is. You are welcomed so warmly. Really great! The buffet is fresh and plentiful. There are cereals, bread rolls. Cold cuts, cheese, olives, peppers. Lots of salads, warm dishes. Aubergines, vegetables gratinated, potatoes. I could go on and on. For dessert, various cakes, pineapple. Coffee, tea. Water, iced tea, oranges and multivitamin juice. And all for 12.90. I can really recommend it. Parking spaces are available.

Als wir unsere Teller belegt haben, kam eine Mitarbeiterin & meinte „oh vergessen, das Buffet kostet 12,90€“. Das Angebot stand über all auf sozial media. Als wir die Besitzer darauf angesprochen habe n hieß es „es gäbe keine Plätze, deshalb ist das Angebot raus“ oder „wir machen dadurch ein großen Verlust“ oder „bis zum 13.01.2024 heißt nicht, das 13. miteinbegriffen ist.” Oder „der die Werbung erstellt hat, hat ein Fehler gemacht.“ Das sind Täuschungen gegen über den Kunden. Was wäre wenn wir nur pro Person 5,00€ dabei hätten statt 12,90€ a 3 Personen? Unwahrheiten und lügen, dann dazu äußern es sei helal. Haq von Menschen auf sich nehmen ist nicht helal. Nie wieder!

Güzel ve temiz bir restaurant. Izgarada en çok kuzu pirzolasını beğendim. Köftesini maalesef beğenmedim, Adana Kebabı sucuk tadında. Bir de hoşuma gitmeyen şey, salata ve mezenin ortaya konması, ben herkesle bir aynı yerden yemekten hoşlanmıyorum ailecek yesek bile. Diğer hoşuma gitmeyen şey, bebek alt değiştirme odasındaki ışığın otomatik olarak yanıp sönmesi. Tam değiştirirken sönüyor ve kapıyı açmadan tekrar yanmıyor. Bunlar giderilirse puanım 5 yıldız olacak.

Der Service lässt zu wünschen übrig, dass Essen schmeckt befriedigend und das Besteck ist manchmal befleckt, jedoch akzeptabel. Im großen und ganzen kann man hier nichts besonderes erwarten. Der Preis ist insgesamt OK könnte jedoch etwas günstiger sein, für das was man bekommt.

War heute zum ersten mal da zum Frühstück. Sanitär bereich sauber. Freundliches Personal. Aber das Buffet war dürftig.

Die Kellner waren sehr nett, allerdings mussten wir knapp 1 Stunde für unser Essen warten das war nicht so toll.

Ich war mit meiner Familie dort, und es hat nicht geschmeckt das Essen war kalt. Es war ein Befehl zum fastenbrechen aufgebaut, allerdings waren so viel Leute da (min.200), dass lange gedauert hat zu essen bzw etwas abzubekommen dass man schon gar keine Lust mehr hatte. Außerdem fand ich es sehr unhygienisch dass alle Leute dieselben Sachen in der Hand hatten gerade in Zeiten von Corona keiner musste eine Maske tragen, das war zwar auch keine Pflicht mehr aber bei 200 Leuten hätte man sich um bessere hygienemaßnahmen kümmern müssen. Als ich eine Rezension direkt Google geschrieben habe zum Restaurant kam eine sehr patzige Antwort des Betreibers was ich sehr sehr unprofessionell finde! Dann hat eine andere Person unabhängig von mir auch etwas negatives kommentiert, worauf der Betreiber mich dafür verantwortlich gemacht habe dass diese Person angeblich meine Freundin sein was nicht stimmt! Die positiven Sterne kommen daher weil der Betreiber den Leuten die dort essen gehen sagt dass Sie bitte alle 5 Sterne abgeben sollen.
