I was there twice, twice they took more money from me, the food didn't taste good at all, the fries weren't cooked through, and they always said the same thing, then when I said they got more from me than usual, then they said we're sorry, we wrote 1 drink too many. ..usual scam food doesn't taste good, real rip off shop

“Bizim” is basically the mom from whom you can get something to eat at almost any time of the day. The audience is very mixed and local politics wouldn't work without Bizimmangal. We always enjoy eating there, often in larger groups. Despite the high customer frequency, the store is clean and the food is always delicious. Orders rarely get mixed up, but this is handled very accommodatingly. You can pay by card and if you have forgotten everything, as a known guest you can pay a few days later. Is my absolute favorite restaurant.

We went to Gelsenkirchen from the Netherlands 2 days ago. Came across this place to sit and eat. We had lunch and dinner here. We were 3 people at noon, and 4 of us went in the evening. Their welcome, attention, service, food and prices were very nice and affordable. A nice restaurant. They even offered refreshments. If I lose my way, I will go again. I was there for the second time and was satisfied again. The kebab meat is homemade and you can taste it too. It's real meat and not minced meat. The portion is large and you will be full. The bread was fresh. The price for a kebab plate with a drink was reasonable at 15eur. Service was quick and nice.

Ordered food there and it was delivered half an hour late. Travel costs were requested and were not described anywhere on the menu. More money was charged for the dishes even though the new menu we were given had different prices??? Rip off!!!

We waited almost 2 hours for our food, the food was cold, 2 kebabs, a Düren, 2 kebab boxes and there was a hair in every meal. We called and they were very unfriendly on the phone, so we never order again, we never throw away the food, but we could We don't eat... so you really have to send the public order office there. Food looked like it was slapped together as if we had been given the leftovers.. the sauce tasted so sour as if it were Too bad... I wouldn't recommend this store...

It's not possible to fool more people, you order kebab with 10 people, you get stored cold meat and the worst thing is that the bread is at least 3 days old by the feel of it, you could kill someone with the bread, that's how hard it was, just plain cheek, we have I've eaten there several times and it's always been great, today we were really taken for a ride. NEVER AGAIN.

Ordered food then you wait for about 2 hours and you pulled a long black hair out of your mouth that was very appetizing the garbage bin and the rats are happy about the food and the food was cold you call there and and then I get it I also said that the next time I come, I'll get a kebab for free. We ordered a dürüm with chicken and it only had 90% salad in it. The salad was crisp and fresh but unfortunately no meat in it. The staff was very nice and attentive.

I've been a customer of yours for years, but the last two visits haven't convinced me at all! The bread (doner kebab) was always excellent but has now become inedible - it is also heated in the microwave instead of in the contact grill. The meat portions in kebabs have generally become significantly smaller. For the price I just expect a good kebab like before! Bread and meat are the be-all and end-all but this saves a lot. It's a shame for the good reputation the store actually has... Sometimes it's also due to the generational change... I also have to make a comment about the employee with the tattoos on his neck: he should do something else professionally...

The employees are aggressive towards everyone and each other and cannot be nice. Nobody believes that they are forced to be nice. Blonde boss is always stressed and just complains to the employees. You don't do that, it's just chaos.

Definitely try the Iskender kebab and the mixed grill. We are very pleased with it. We won't go anywhere else but this restaurant.

Merve, Mine and Gökhan are the reason why I visit this restaurant. They pay attention to every detail and thereby sweeten my taste. I recently had the pleasure of eating at this restaurant again and absolutely loved it. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive from the start. The waitress was not only polite, but also very professional and repeatedly asked about our well-being without seeming intrusive. The food was also a pleasure – freshly prepared and tasted excellent. What is particularly noteworthy is how well the MINE MERVE GÖKHAN team responded to individual requests. It was always served with a smile and the atmosphere was very pleasant and inviting.

I ordered food and was misunderstood Wrong food arrived. My pide was with rotten cheese and I still had to pay for it I just had a bad experience with this shop, not recommended at all. The supplier had no change and didn't give me the rest :)

Unfortunately, doner kebab is no longer as good as it used to be. Meat is too wobbly like rubber, a shame.

Was here today for lunch break, the service was so incredibly friendly and accommodating (Aziza and Mine) For dinner we have a starter with dips and bread and for dessert we have Lokma on the house.

I was there this morning for breakfast, we were 4 people and we only ordered breakfast twice and that was completely enough for the 4 of us and it was also full of excess. The breakfast was really great and the employees with the headscarves were the ones who served us the most and entertained us so much that we felt much more comfortable. I would come here again and again and recommend it to everyone.

The service is really very bad. You have to do everything yourself. The only thing the employees do is place the order and bring the food. You have to go get the tea yourself. Unfortunately there was some food left over and we actually had to take care of packing it ourselves. At least a disposable container was provided so we packed the food ourselves. You pay for your food at the checkout using a slip that you receive when you place your order. I went to the checkout and wanted to pay. Dessert appeared on the screen. I said that we did not order or receive this dessert. I was told that the system would collect it automatically and it would be part of the menu. It was rude that the money should be paid without me ordering the dessert. What's even cheekier is that if it's part of the menu then why didn't we get it. When I asked, the cashier said that she would give me dessert. Dessert was basically forced on us. If I hadn't noticed this on the checkout screen, they would have taken the money without giving anything out NO RECOMMENDATION, MONEY RIP-OFF. THE MAIN THING IS WANTING TO COLLECT MONEY FOR DESSERT WITHOUT SPENDING DESSERT. THE MAIN THING IS TO FORCE DESSERT WITHOUT ORDERING IT. WE WILL DEFINITELY NEVER COME BACK. Yaziklar olsun.

Never again I ordered through Lieferando and I spent almost 1:30 hours and the meat was almost practically raw and the order was completely wrong the worst €20 I have ever spent

The best thing is that the store is open until 4 a.m. The meat is not minced, so it is very tasty!! Except for one lady, the waitresses were very friendly and nice.

The kebab meat was ok but nothing special, the fries were terrible. I find the prices outrageous: kebab plate 15 euros, children's box (4 nuggets + fries + small drink packet and "toys" 8.99 euros, the blast: bag of mayo or ketchup 70 cents. In my opinion, paying 28 euros for water and a coke is outrageous. The prices on the cards shown are no longer correct.

Doner kebab = really with fat, minced meat taste, gristle in it. Hands of kebab = zero spices and salt, no chicken taste. = pomes = cheap discounter pomes. It's 2024 and there are kebab shops with many different sauces. I recommend you too.
