I have rarely eaten such a bad kebab in my life, the bread was stale and the kebab fell into a thousand pieces. We don't even want to start with meat that's bad because of the condition 😅 next morning I had a V8 engine in my stomach

The employees are aggressive towards everyone and each other and cannot be nice. Nobody believes that they are forced to be nice. Blonde boss is always stressed and just complains to the employees. You don't do that, it's just chaos.

Definitely try the Iskender kebab and the mixed grill. We are very pleased with it. We won't go anywhere else but this restaurant.

Merve, Mine and Gökhan are the reason why I visit this restaurant. They pay attention to every detail and thereby sweeten my taste. I recently had the pleasure of eating at this restaurant again and absolutely loved it. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive from the start. The waitress was not only polite, but also very professional and repeatedly asked about our well-being without seeming intrusive. The food was also a pleasure – freshly prepared and tasted excellent. What is particularly noteworthy is how well the MINE MERVE GÖKHAN team responded to individual requests. It was always served with a smile and the atmosphere was very pleasant and inviting.

I ordered food and was misunderstood Wrong food arrived. My pide was with rotten cheese and I still had to pay for it I just had a bad experience with this shop, not recommended at all. The supplier had no change and didn't give me the rest :)

Unfortunately, doner kebab is no longer as good as it used to be. Meat is too wobbly like rubber, a shame.

The pide is still super tasty, unfortunately the lahmacun and kebab don't taste as good as they used to. The waitresses are very nice and quick, we were served by Asisa and Mine.

Was here today for lunch break, the service was so incredibly friendly and accommodating (Aziza and Mine) For dinner we have a starter with dips and bread and for dessert we have Lokma on the house.

I was there this morning for breakfast, we were 4 people and we only ordered breakfast twice and that was completely enough for the 4 of us and it was also full of excess. The breakfast was really great and the employees with the headscarves were the ones who served us the most and entertained us so much that we felt much more comfortable. I would come here again and again and recommend it to everyone.

The service is really very bad. You have to do everything yourself. The only thing the employees do is place the order and bring the food. You have to go get the tea yourself. Unfortunately there was some food left over and we actually had to take care of packing it ourselves. At least a disposable container was provided so we packed the food ourselves. You pay for your food at the checkout using a slip that you receive when you place your order. I went to the checkout and wanted to pay. Dessert appeared on the screen. I said that we did not order or receive this dessert. I was told that the system would collect it automatically and it would be part of the menu. It was rude that the money should be paid without me ordering the dessert. What's even cheekier is that if it's part of the menu then why didn't we get it. When I asked, the cashier said that she would give me dessert. Dessert was basically forced on us. If I hadn't noticed this on the checkout screen, they would have taken the money without giving anything out NO RECOMMENDATION, MONEY RIP-OFF. THE MAIN THING IS WANTING TO COLLECT MONEY FOR DESSERT WITHOUT SPENDING DESSERT. THE MAIN THING IS TO FORCE DESSERT WITHOUT ORDERING IT. WE WILL DEFINITELY NEVER COME BACK. Yaziklar olsun.

Never again I ordered through Lieferando and I spent almost 1:30 hours and the meat was almost practically raw and the order was completely wrong the worst €20 I have ever spent

The kebab meat was ok but nothing special, the fries were terrible. I find the prices outrageous: kebab plate 15 euros, children's box (4 nuggets + fries + small drink packet and "toys" 8.99 euros, the blast: bag of mayo or ketchup 70 cents. In my opinion, paying 28 euros for water and a coke is outrageous. The prices on the cards shown are no longer correct.

The best thing is that the store is open until 4 a.m. The meat is not minced, so it is very tasty!! Except for one lady, the waitresses were very friendly and nice.

The worst restaurant I have seen in the world! You order something over the phone, they say (OK, we'll be there in 10 minutes), but more than 90% of the time they don't come at all or only after 2-3 hours, when you've even forgotten what you ordered 😂

Doner kebab = really with fat, minced meat taste, gristle in it. Hands of kebab = zero spices and salt, no chicken taste. = pomes = cheap discounter pomes. It's 2024 and there are kebab shops with many different sauces. I recommend you too.

At the center of Gelsenkirchen, this Turkish restaurant offers the best Sütlaç you can get in the area. They also have amazing Kebab dishes that range from Döner to go and full on meal-for-two meat plates (karişik izgara).

The waiter filled the plate with salad with his hand and without gloves or spoon.....who does that?.....I'll never go there again.....

The food was very disappointing. It looked as if they had smuggled in their old kebab leftovers, which had even been burned. And then, after waiting forever, they served us dry food without sauce.

Delivery took 2 hours, kebab meat was burnt, no sauce in it, simply not recommended.

Fries not freshly prepared and not enough meat

I've been going to this place for years, the staff are good, the food suits my taste. Unfortunately, I am withdrawing the 5 stars I gave to this place because the products I ordered recently were missing, especially the doner meat was almost non-existent. These problems usually occur with orders placed online; It's even better when I eat at a restaurant. The place keeps going backwards….

We like the food here, so we visit the restaurant several times a week or month. There is a variety of dishes that you can order. But when we come to the service, I have to say we are extremely satisfied. The employees and the owner of the restaurant are all super friendly. They really make you feel very welcome and I have to say that they are very accommodating to their regular customers. We feel very warm with them and that is why we are always with them. Of course, the dishes they offer are also offered by other restaurants in Gelsenkirchen, but what draws us here is, as I said, the people who work there and serve us. To be honest, we don't care much about ambience, but when it comes to seating, they have enough seats. In the summer, of course, they also put chairs and tables outside so that you can eat outside. In itself a ten out of ten

Once every few months I eat there with my family and friends. Usually we go for dinner. Always satisfied with the food offered there. Dönner Teller and Karışık Izgara are my favourites. In case you want to sit outside, there are tables outside the restaurant as well. They offer free tea after you have a lunch or dinner.

Lots of delicious Turkish cuisine. The fries were bland, tasteless and barely seasoned but the meat was over-seasoned so you had to drink more. Lahmacun was the tastiest.

The guy at the checkout stands there like a robot. The service was okay, it's not her fault if her colleagues prepare it incorrectly and have to prepare a new one because they can't read. I drove there from Dortmund specifically because of the meat skewer. But what's the best kebab skewer if you celebrate with meat and can't prepare it. The restaurant/snack bar was empty and we were still turned away because everything seemed to be reserved. Yes, it is Ramadan and it would certainly have been crowded after 7 p.m. However, we got there around 5:50 p.m. and probably wouldn't have stayed there for an hour. It was our first time there and unfortunately probably the last time. A pity!
