I am personally very satisfied with the food, the creams, the salads and breads. Keyword 'friendliness of the staff etc.': I always have good experiences. I think when I observe the customers in the HIT market and at KAYA, it has a lot to do with how you present yourself as a customer. Just like you call into the forest... In addition, behind the counter there are only people who sometimes have a bad day, may not always understand you 100% and may also have a slightly different mentality. So, I mean... I always get my Börek here, it's the absolute best in Neuss/the one with meat and the cigara Börek with cheese tastes amazing and the price is unbeatable. And the people are always super nice.

Niedrige Hygienestandards. Alles wird mit der bloßen Hand angefasst: Geld, Leberkässemmel, Döner etc. Was dann hier dann erst hinten den Kulissen abgeht 🤔 Geschmack ist leider auch nur mittelmäßig.
