The kebab meat is really not tasty. It's not real kebab meat. The service was friendly and okay. The rest of it was just “well”. Unfortunately not recommended.
I ordered a Dürüm and was absolutely disappointed. The meat was basically still raw... maybe I just had a bad day, I don't know. In any case, I cannot recommend this store.
There were 6 of us there to eat. I have to say, by far the worst kebab house in Mannheim. We also went there because everywhere was too full. Never again !
Asked for a falafel dürüm and got handed something with meat. The employee making the food is unnecessarily flirty. This place used to be okay, but not anymore.
I had ordered 2 kebab plates...I asked if it was possible to get the sauce extra. Yes, no problem, costs €1 per portion. The kebab plate now costs 14€ and then I have to pay another n euros for the cup (costs 0.10€ when purchasing) of sauce? No thanks. Rip-offs. And the food is nothing special. Just an old minced meat kebab.
I am a weekly customer at KAYA Sieglar and cannot understand or agree with the negative reviews.
Okay, I usually get different cheese creams etc.
On Fridays I like salmon with rice.
I am personally very satisfied with the food, the creams, the salads and breads.
Keyword 'friendliness of the staff etc.': I always have good experiences. I think when I observe the customers in the HIT market and at KAYA, it has a lot to do with how you present yourself as a customer.
Just like you call into the forest...
In addition, behind the counter there are only people who sometimes have a bad day, may not always understand you 100% and may also have a slightly different mentality.
So, I mean... STAY COOL + address what needs to be addressed on site.
The food tasted okay, but a few hours after eating I felt super sick and dizzy. After reading the reviews I realized why. Luckily I felt better the next day, but that kebab was really bad. I've never experienced anything like this before.
