Urfa Sofrasi Mannheim in Mannheim

There were 6 of us there to eat. I have to say, by far the worst kebab house in Mannheim. We also went there because everywhere was too full. Never again !

I was Mannheim Ocakbasi last night with my wife and yayla Çorbası ordered 2 times and 1 time meze meze var very good yayla çorbası there wasn't a lot of something like that after kemik suyu So beef bone fat oil which was absolutely bad and after eating I wanted to pay he said 22€ he has but where I opened my hand with it He should take the €20 note / €coin he just takes €0.50 extra which I didn't agree with. I don't recommend it you get stolen and soup was a disaster 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Apart from the ayran which was good, the rest (the food) gave me a stomach ache and plus there were too many people, we were sitting on top of each other

We went to Urfa Sofrasi Mannheim with the family and unfortunately we weren't satisfied at all. It took forever for the service to arrive. When the food finally came, we didn't like it at all. When paying, rounded up instead of down (hospitality 0)

Hier hatte ich den besten Ayran meines Lebens!!! Unglaublich gut! Die Linsensuppe, sehr lecker und das Fladenbrot sogar warm. Man kann hier Liebe schmecken :)

I don't understand the bad reviews at all, the store is simply great, the ambience and service is very good, it's open until late at night and always has a warm kitchen, it's always tasty and clean, best regards.

I have visited this grill restaurant a couple of times, but my last two visits were absolutely terrible. Despite giving them a second chance, the experience was just as bad. The meat, which should be the highlight of a grill restaurant, had a foul smell, making it inedible. The hygiene standards were shockingly poor, with dirty bathrooms that were far from acceptable. To top it off, the grill was turned off well before their closing time, which is unacceptable for a restaurant of this kind. It’s a big no from me. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Everything was fine while eating until some time passed. I got severe stomach pain and started vomiting. Most likely expired meat… Just throw away expired things, someone has to die first for you to pay attention.

Sadly, unfortunately we cannot understand the bad reviews at all - they must be fake reviews. We had 4 different dishes and lahmacun with it. Ayran lahmacun was a nice thin dough that was well baked and it was also well topped. We had all kinds of meat in the dishes, from chicken to lamb, and everything was grilled very well and the seasoning was also right. Yes, the rooms are small but you don't go out to eat to dance. Definitely a must again on our next visit to Mannheim.

An ordinary place. We went to eat liver. The liver was neither good nor inedible, but I would not recommend it to anyone looking for flavor. The rice he put with it was very bad. He put lettuce on the side as a salad and it was bad. Unfortunately, it is not a place where you can have a delicious meal.

The soup is really great, I recommend the tripe, I can say it's the best soup I've had there so far.

I was in this restaurant for the first time today. It will definitely be the last time too. It was very empty for a Saturday. The reason didn't take long to arrive. We ordered two different dishes. The food didn't taste good at all. It was too spicy and salty.

Everything is perfect, the perfect place to go, recommended to everyone.

There should be a slightly more friendly service that cares more about the customers. I'm sure they will be better at craftsmanship. The liver had the taste of Urfa. They could pay a little more attention to cleanliness.

Traditional restaurant in Mannheim. You have to have eaten and definitely drink an Ayran there. This restaurant has an Ayran machine that is served in a bowl with a ladle.

We ate Urfa style liver shish and chicken shish a few times. Both were delicious. It is a nice advantage that it is not too crowded and the staff responds to your requests nicely.

Öz Urfa was one of the first grill houses in Mannheim where it was really tasty. Went back to Öz Urfa a few days ago but unfortunately it was a pure disappointment. Salad was not salad and meat was not meat. They definitely don't make that money. Never again.

The food was very, very bad, lahmacun tasted like bread without meat. Adana was very, very dry and didn't taste good at all. I have very, very strong stomach pain just 4 hours later. I don't want to harm anyone with such a review, but unfortunately that's just the truth. I'm sorry but we will never visit again.

Wir haben drei ishkambe bestellen und Bedienung hat gesagt, wir haben keine Essig Und normalerweise jede Stück 5,50 Euro aber sie hat gesagt jede Stück 8€ Euro und wir haben von drei Stück 24 € bezahlt und sie hat bei mir viele gelacht und gesagt gehen sie raus einfach Nicht Respekt, nicht nett und bei eine Stimme eine Haare drin Aber wir haben gar nichts gesagt, weil wir wollen nicht extra Stress Das ist eine sehr schlechte Restaurant in Mannheim. Es tut mir sehr leid für diese Leute.

Leider habe ich erlebt, dass das Servicepersonal in meiner Anwesenheit auf Türkisch über Kunden sprach und dabei beleidigende Bemerkungen machte. Dieses Verhalten ist inakzeptabel und beeinträchtigt das Kundenerlebnis erheblich. Kunden sollten respektvoll behandelt werden, unabhängig von der Sprache, die das Personal spricht. Ich hoffe, dass das Management geeignete Maßnahmen ergreift, um solche Vorfälle in Zukunft zu verhindern und für eine positive Atmosphäre zu sorgen.

Disappointing experience at Urfa Sofrasi Mannheim I would like to share my experience at Urfa Sofrasi Mannheim, which was unfortunately marked by disrespect from the service staff. During my meal, a waiter touched my plate without warning and asked if I was ready even though I hadn't finished. Despite my answer that I'm done. But I wasn't finished yet and still have fries on my plate, only a minute later I was informed by another waiter that the table was needed for other guests. I was surprised and disappointed as I have never experienced such disrespectful treatment in a restaurant before. It seemed like the staff's main goal was to get customers eating and paying as quickly as possible to make room for the next guests. It seems like the restaurant's focus is solely on sales and making money quickly, which greatly detracts from the dining experience. This is unfortunate and unfortunately did not meet my expectations of the service at Urfa Sofrasi Mannheim. It would be desirable if management took such incidents seriously in order to improve the quality of customer service and create a more pleasant atmosphere for all guests. With regretful regards

10 people became rude shortly after eating (by the host!) asked to make room for others... When asked about the rudeness, we were insulted. The food was ok, the atmosphere was nice, the service was bottom drawer...

The livers were terrible and the portions were small, only the buttermilk was good, the employees were not friendly at all, we came 85 km away, we sat down but they didn't care at all, the chicken was not cooked either.

Ordered the lamb soup... perfect. The soup was ready in 5 minutes and served with bread and hot and mild Peperoni. Highly recommended

Das Essen ist sehr lecker. Es wird heiß serviert, ist frisch und schmeckt wirklich gut. Keine Massenabfertigung wie in den anderen Läden in Mannheim. Ayran ist auch frisch. Leider hat mir bei meinen letzten Besuch der Reis nicht so geschmeckt, aber sonst Top.

Wir haben uns im Restaurant geiirt und sind somit da gelandet.Die Bedienung war freundlich,Atmosphäre eher etwas beklemmend.Das Essen leider versalzen .Preis ist Ortüblich. Ich denke nicht das wir nochmal da hingehen.

Ist sehr empfehlenswert war vorhin dort, kann mercimek suppe und lahmacun sehr empfehlen

La cuisine est très bonne, le décor nous fait complètement voyager en Turquie. Mais j’enlève 2 étoiles car le service est catastrophique, nous sommes obligé de répéter 2-3 fois nos demandes ensuite il manque toujours quelques choses mais malgré cela le personnel est très agréable. Pour ce qui est du prix à 3 nous en avions eu pour 55€ agréablement surpris

Habe essen bestellt über Lieferando. Essen kam 45 Minuten später, als angegeben. Fahrer fand meine Adresse nicht, ist umher geirrt, ich habe ihn dann auf der Straße eingesammelt. Das essen war dann natürlich auch nicht mehr warm. Wenigstens war er stets bemüht.

Von außen sieht das Restaurant nicht sonderlich einladend aus wie ich finde. Als ich dann rein bin fand ich die orientalische Atmosphäre sehr angebracht und schön. Das Essen war schnell fertig und sehr lecker. Über die Qualität kann man nicht meckern. Außerdem war die Bedingungen sehr schnell und aufmerksam. Nur an alle die noch nie dort waren als Info: Bezahlen tut man an der Kasse, das heißt man braucht nicht darauf warten, dass einer von der Bedienung ans Tisch kommt!

Also Geschmacklich Sehr gut vorbereitete gerichte Location klein aber hat mich nicht wirklich gestört !!weil ich nach dem ich gegessen habe auch gleich bezahlt habe und raus bin😅

Schmekt sehr gut, aber... die Aufnahme der Bestellungen ist sehr langsam, es dauert auch sehr lange bis das Essen serviert wird. Also man soll Geduld mitgebringen..🙂

Das Essen an sich ist toll, aaaber, Portionen sind klein, im Salat war ein Stein, die Toiletten müssen sauberer werden, Da muss ein Profi eingebunden werden, der jetzige Chef muss noch viel lernen. Ich hoffe Ihr schafft es.

Fleischgerichte sowie Beilagen sind immer sehr besonders , Eine Spezialität ist der Ayran den man mit einer Kelle trinkt. Wir gehen mind 1 Mal im Monat hier essen . Personal super nett, Preise sind etwas höher gestiger aber das ist ja überall so .

Vom Service bis zum essen ist alles super auch von der Ambiente man fühlt sich gut aufgehoben.

Wir müssen den beiden Bewertungen absolut widersprechen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Es gab Brot und Dip vorher ohne es zu bestellen. Das Hauptgericht war sehr schmackhaft und reichlich. Danach gab es noch einen Tee aufs Haus. Die Preise sind ortsüblich. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder.

Wir haben sehr lange gewartet, um dann zu sehen wie unsere Lammspieße mit shisha Kohle gegrillt werden. Außerdem war die Hälfte der Beilagen nicht dabei (Reis, Soße etc.), ohne Preiserlass. Kein Verständnis und sehr unhöflich.
