Gestern war ich das erste und letzte Mal in diesem Etablissement. Wir entschieden uns, hier den Döner zu probieren, da im Umkreis überwiegend nur Döner mit Geflügelfleisch angeboten werden. Als „Steakdöner“ sahen, wollten wir dem Ganzen eine Chance geben. Wir wurden höflich empfangen und zu einem Platz geführt. Wir bestellten zwei Döner im Brot und eine kleine Portion Reis für mein dreijähriges Kind. Bei der Bestellung der Portion Reis wurde ich gefragt, ob es nur weißer Reis sein soll oder mit Bulgurreis gemischt werden soll. I'm happy to say that we can't wait until the Chief Wollen. Der Reis wurde sofort serviert. Als mein Kind den Reis probierte, spuckte es ihn sofort wieder aus und verzog das Gesicht, weil es den Reis nicht mehr essen wollte. Die anderen Zutaten wie Salat und Zwiebeln waren frisch. Das Brot war im Vergleich zu anderen Dönerläden sehr gut, aber das war auch das Einzige. Als es zum Bezahlen kam, wies ich die Mitarbeiter darauf hin, dass der Reis stark roch. Die Antwort war: „Das Problem ist uns bekannt, wir arbeiten daran.” Ich fragte daraufhin: „Wie bitte? Sie kannten das Problem und haben uns den Reis trotzdem serviert, obwohl er für ein Kind bestimmt war?!“ Daraufhin wurde schnell geantwortet: „Ähm, wir haben es erst vorhin bemerkt.” ! Im Nachhinein habe ich die starke Vermutung, dass das Problem schon vorher bekannt war und man durch das Mischen mit Bulgurreis die Geruchsbildung minimieren wollte. Anstatt neuen Reis zuzubereiten, wollte man wohl auch den schlechten Reis zu Geld machen – auf Kosten der Gesundheit der Gäste. Wie hier mit der Gesundheit von Gästen, besonders von Kindern, umgegangen wird, ist absolut inakzeptabel! Diesen Laden werde ich in Zukunft meiden und empfehle jedem, dasselbe zu tun. The bread was very good compared to other doner restaurants, but that was the only positive thing. When it was time to pay, I told the staff that the rice smelled very bad. I was passing by here today and asked "Can I use your toilet?" to the white-skinned man in his thirties standing at the door and he said "it's out of order" but there was a lady coming from the toilet at that time. This is such a shame!! Since you work in a place like this, you have to be friendly and polite! If I were rude and rude like this man, rest assured, I would neither write here nor care. We were there yesterday for the first time and the last time. Service staff are totally overwhelmed and complain very close to the customer about the other employees and how poorly they work in the kitchen. We waited far too long for the food, which in the end, especially the Iskender meat, wasn't even cooked through and meatballs consisted of pure fat instead of meat. So how you can expect something like that from your customers is outrageous. Also definitely too expensive for the quality, a shame about the money and the waste of food.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting LezzEtci and my experience was mixed. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, which made my visit very pleasant. The fries were a real treat - crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, just as it should be. Unfortunately the burger was a disappointment. Despite its promising appearance, it turned out to be dry and tasteless. I therefore cannot recommend the burger. My visit to LezzEtci was positive due to the friendly staff and delicious fries, but the disappointing burger spoiled the overall picture.

More appearance than reality! I ordered an Iskender with Ayran. Ayran was the only thing that was okay. The meat was undercooked and was swimming in oil. When I said that the meat wasn't done, they brought me a new one, but unfortunately it wasn't done either and had hardly any taste. It definitely wasn't Iskender. And one more thing: as a managing director, you don't discuss employees' operational concerns in front of customers and in such a tone! That wasn't nice and not professional at all. So I'll never go there again! Oh yes, we waited 60 minutes for our food. Which would actually have been a matter of 30 minutes at most. Visually the store looks ok, but nothing more. Several customers left less than half their food, which means a lot. Price performance is definitely too high! Get a new chef!

My companion and I were looking forward to a burger evening, but unfortunately our expectations were not met. Despite asking for well-done meat, it was still raw. One star for the food and service is too much. You definitely can't eat there. People would rather spend their money on a decent restaurant that tastes good. Ordered 2 kebabs. An iskender and chicken skewer. Paid €62 and supposedly asking for 0.4l for €4.20 for an Ayran is cheeky even though it's a small cup. Never again.

After my first visit last year, I felt so bad that I had to quickly escape to a toilet after eating to throw up. Today I made a second attempt, unfortunately the meat tasted like anything other than the lamb I ordered and had a spoiled smell! The bread was fresh and tasty, the ayran tasted good, but unfortunately the rest was just disappointing. Even after this visit, I am now lying in bed with stomach cramps and extreme nausea. I was really impressed with how tasty and tender the meat was. Despite breaking the fast, the service was also very good. Recommendation! Note: It was probably only valid for Lent... Then I tried it again, it was very carelessly prepared and absolutely didn't taste good. Too bad.

It was my first time eating here. My companion and I each ordered a kebab plate. What we got was really disgusting. The meat was partly raw and full of cartilage. I wanted my own chicken but somehow I got a mix of pork, beef, lamb and what else. The meat was really not edible - let alone edible. The salad tasted very strange. Even the fries were dry... the kebab sauce didn't help either. After we only managed to eat half of the fries, we asked the staff about it. Then the boss came and blamed us because we didn't point it out at the beginning, but only too late. We discussed everything nicely and asked whether a discount would be possible since she saw that both plates were still full of food. However, she simply said that that wasn't possible and that we had to pay the full price for these two kebab plates. So we paid €40 for some fries that we ate because we were extremely hungry. Believe me - even at Mc's you are better off for this money. There were reasons why all the Turkish restaurants on the market square were full and this shop was the only one that was empty. I hereby leave a nice greeting to the unfriendly boss and thus my first review that I have ever written in my life for this lousy experience here.

It's an amateur place. They confused the salt shaker with the pepper shaker. Pepper comes from the salt shaker, salt from the pepper shaker. The waiter talks while bringing the food. Their saliva gets into the food. There isn't even a cooked tomato on the rice-topped doner plate. You can only go there to eat döner, but the rest is amateur.

We were there to break our fast and waited exactly 1:30 hours for our food! Water was served without glasses, food without cutlery, we had to wait longer for everything, the price performance of the food was a catastrophe never again, definitely not worth a visit. When we said we wanted to get up, the food suddenly arrived and there wasn't even an apology from them!

The ambience is great and the service is also impressive. However, some of the food is served raw - on Sunday I visited the restaurant with my family and personally got food poisoning. The whole thing borders on physical harm... I vomited throughout a few hours after the visit and ended up in the hospital. Very bad thing!

It's a shame it doesn't taste good. The lamb tastes like turkey and looks like veal...the blob of rice was just for decoration. The kebab meat that is so hyped on the internet is pure disappointment. The time it took for the order to arrive at the table was also rather slow, even though the store wasn't really full. Many people here write that the prices are very high. I do NOT agree as these are reasonable compared to the 100 competitors next door. You shouldn't use taste = price as a reason. Because who should be satisfied if it tastes like nothing but is cheap 😅 The workers themselves should sit down and have a meal so that they can understand the customers' senseless chewing. My visit to this grill house was a complete disappointment. The meat served was of poor quality and tough, far from what you would expect from a grill house. Furthermore, the service was disastrous. The food took ages to come and when it finally arrived it was already cold. 20€ for a Ramazan platter as a starter is very cheeky!! Furthermore, the starter came with the main course.. One of the worst experiences I have ever had in a restaurant. I definitely cannot recommend this grill house.

We went for dinner on Saturday. After the meal, they asked us and other tables for cash, saying the post machine was broken, and when we said we didn't have cash, they told us to come back (it's interesting that the machine worked after my wife insisted on inserting the card into the post machine and entering the password to test it). The steaks and meat were unfortunately disappointing. I ordered lamb cutlets, which according to menu says it‘s served on hot lava stone with vegetables but it came on a wooden plate, with only 1 small piece of tomato and 1 piece of grilled Peperoni. The food was almost cold. The lamb cutlets did not taste good. The service however was good and the waiters were friendly. The price is expensive for this kind of quality.

Unfortunately the chairs are a bit uncomfortable. But the food and service were convincing. Meat was of good quality and tasted good.

It's very difficult for me to rate this restaurant with any stars. We (two people) were guests here today, even though hospitality looks completely different than how it is experienced here. The service was initially quite grumpy and unfriendly. When ordering, I took the liberty of asking what meat and what kind of salad and vegetables were served on the kebab plate. I was told with a sharp tongue that this was the best beef and fresh ingredients. After I explained to the waitress several times that I wasn't allowed to eat everything for health reasons, the tone became friendlier, but during the conversation we realized that the German language isn't necessarily welcome here. We were served the wrong thing several times and, despite prior warnings, I was served exactly the food that I wasn't allowed to eat. The meat was absolutely not beef. It was full of fat and sinew and it smelled and tasted like old mutton so I couldn't eat it. When I complained about the food to the waitress, the manager came to the table. His behavior was rude and quite unfriendly and his explanations were completely out of thin air. The chef and staff were also loudly upset about my complaint. Lezzetçi is absolutely the wrong place for constructive criticism. Struggling with stomach problems and increasing nausea, I wanted to use the toilet. What can I say... this one was also full of surprises in the truest sense of the word. I then decided against using the toilet. If you compare the ambience and the food, you might think you were in two different restaurants. My conclusion... You shouldn't be blinded by external appearances. I will neither visit Lezzetçi again nor will I recommend it to others as it does not deserve a recommendation in any way. The opposite is the case!!!!

Lezzetci ist ein tolles Restaurant, mit super Location, super Standort, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter und tollem Essen. Das Dönerfleisch ist ja ohnehin das Highlight in diesem Laden (und das zurecht) aber auch die weiteren Fleisch Gerichte sind top. Das einzige was mir nicht gefallen hat, war der Reis. Aber dafür ziehe ich keinen Punkt ab, vllt habe ich einen schlechten Tag erwischt. Zum Türkisch essen wird das ab jetzt aufjedenfall mein Nr.1 Spot in Mannheim werden.

Gutes und leckeres Essen , nette Mitarbeiter , kann ich jedem empfehlen.
