I really enjoy coming here for breakfast. The selection is great, the food tastes delicious😋 and the service is very warm and helpful. There is a hospitable culture here, as one is used to among the Turks. Today Ms. Emel welcomed and served us, thank you very much! 🙏We'll be back soon.

We used to enjoy eating here a long time ago. It used to be very busy too. Unfortunately, it's not so nice anymore. Food was okay, the service was slightly overwhelmed (there were 12 guests in there with us) and that actually explains why. It's a real shame what has become of the restaurant.

If you don't speak the Turkish language, you're probably lost. Service shows no interest in us. talked to each other themselves rather than taking care of the guests and their wishes. But that probably depends on the restaurant management.

We were in this restaurant on a Friday afternoon and took advantage of the anniversary offer, where selected dishes were offered for €9.90. When we entered the restaurant we noticed that the table and bench were unfortunately a bit dirty. However, the waitress responded promptly and wiped the table as soon as we sat down. This was a positive first impression in terms of service. To our surprise, there weren't many tables occupied, which was a bit surprising on a Friday afternoon. We ordered chicken skewers and kofta. We were served bread with two dips beforehand, both of which were very good and represented a successful start to the meal. Unfortunately the drinks were very full of ice cubes, so the glass was probably only half full of the actual drink. That was disappointing and could be improved. The main course was well prepared, but I personally missed a dip or sauce to round off the dish. Overall, the price-performance ratio was okay during the anniversary offer. However, in my opinion, the regular prices of the dishes, which are €18, would be too high for what is on offer. Overall our visit was fine, with some ups and downs. The service was friendly and attentive, the food was tasty but not outstanding. A dip with the main course and less ice in the drinks would be desirable. For the anniversary price of €9.90, the offer is acceptable, but the regular prices seem excessive.

Turkish breakfast buffet with a large selection. Fresh and spicy salads, delicious egg dishes and fresh fruits. Unlimited tea and orange juice and the service was helpful with requests and questions. The restaurant itself is large and so you can always find a quieter spot. The price is totally okay for the extensive offering. I will gladly come again

An ideal place for breakfast, open buffet costs 14.5 € per person on weekdays and 16 € on weekends. There is an underground car park right in front of it, it costs 2.5 euros per hour. You can park there and visit everywhere.

The breakfast buffet is great and has the freshest breakfasts around. The prices are very good compared to the full plates, drinks are included in the prices, Ms. EMEL's smiling face and the offer of Turkish coffee were one of the best things about my bad day.

We wanted kebab meat. Raw turkey or something we don't know what it was arrived. That definitely wasn't the meat we ate. The poultry meat arrived and was undercooked. I was sad because our guests were from Turkey and we were embarrassed.

Cubed pita was so bad it was a joke. Thanks to the classic Turkish service friendliness+tea+beautiful revani, I left the restaurant without causing a scene. Unless you are about to starve, continue without waiting. The prices are as if the master is singing inside.

Very central location, if you like Turkish cuisine, this is the right place 👍 The dish is perfectly prepared, fresh and very well seasoned. The warm pide with butter tastes and smells delicious 🤤 I can highly recommend Lale in Mannheim, therefore 5/5 stars.

There were plenty of staff on site but unfortunately very disorganized. The main course Hamsi was delicious - Ali Nazik kebab was too dry and was exchanged grumblingly when asked. The order from Türk was repeated several times. Forgot the mocha and then prepared it incorrectly (with sugar even though it was ordered without) - we waited a total of almost 20 minutes for coffee. I find it a disgrace to charge for packaging for food that was left over.

The breakfast was sufficient and everything tasted good. The service person was very nice and friendly.

Our experiences in this restaurant were really bad, reasons for this include: E.g.: -The music is way too loud -The service and staff are really bad -The food (Künefe) was not good at all. -On weekends there is only large tea, which is more expensive than a soft drink. This is an absolute disgrace and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

We came from Nuremberg for sightseeing purposes and found it by chance while looking for a restaurant. The warm welcome at the door and the flavors of the food were great. We would like to thank Erkan, especially Mr. Erkan, who took care of us.

So I have no idea what's going on with you now, but I'm shocked at the price-performance ratio. 18€ for a plate with less than half a portion of rice, four pieces of chicken and an Adana skewer. Nothing else. No salad, no bread, except the initial "two dips" bread while waiting. That was also three dips. Very disappointing.

I came for breakfast. Although it seems like there are many options, the serving plates in the open buffet are usually very few or empty and even if you find one thing, you cannot find the other (You have to wait). It is at a medium level in terms of taste and quality. The pastries were doughy and the menemen was very watery. I only liked the moist cake and melon.

It's been a long time since we had breakfast there with friends. Unfortunately a total failure. The quality has deteriorated extremely compared to previous years. In contrast to before, there is much less choice and poorer quality. I can't say anything against the prices, as food prices have also risen in recent years. But I would have been happy if I had gotten something for my money. Unfortunately, the fried things weren't cooked through and I had the feeling that they were fried in old fat. The boiled eggs weren't really fresh either. My friend peeled 3 eggs and all 3 were already completely gray/green. We all had stomach pains after eating. All in all, we had the impression that the ingredients were not fresh and lacked quality. It's a shame, although the restaurant is actually nice, but unfortunately the ambience is of no use if you leave the restaurant with a bad stomach.

I wouldn't give any stars for the service. It's on the shop window lunch buffet Mon-Fri 1:00 p.m.-4:00 p.m. It's Bayram, we wanted to eat together as a family after work. When we came in there was a buffet, we weren't told until when the buffet would last. Like in other restaurants, we ordered our drinks and helped ourselves from the buffet. Strangely enough, many salad bowls were empty, but we thought they would be refilled. But it wasn't, so we contacted a service employee to refill the empty bowls. Then they said that the buffet was ready even though it was still 2 p.m. Only then did the employee say that it was a breakfast buffet and that there was no lunch buffet today. You were allowed to serve from the buffet one last time, even though it was almost empty. We were all very disappointed, you could have at least said that it was still the breakfast buffet and there was no lunch buffet today. The best comes at the end. The whole, half buffet for 3 adults and 2 children cost €100.60. We will never recommend Lale to anyone again and will never go there ourselves.

I was in this restaurant for the first time today and it will be the last time. I wanted to have breakfast there - for which I had to pay first and then help myself to the buffet, everything was fine, until I noticed that this was only aimed at guests of non-Turkish origin. Guests of Turkish origin also had to pay a lower price for the same breakfast. Let's move on to the food: The selection was varied, but many dishes were poorly seasoned. All dishes that were supposed to be warm were unfortunately cold. All in all, the breakfast buffet is very expensive and tastes bad for a price of €14.50. For the money you could rather go to the bakery or buy a decent lunch menu, which is more appetizing and also filling.

Ladies and Gentlemen I am writing to express my disappointment at my recent visit to your restaurant. I was there with a colleague on Saturday, April 6th, 2024 at 8:00 p.m. to celebrate breaking the fast. Unfortunately the service was very poor. The waitress was rude and aggressive and I had to ask him to calm down and get some fresh air. His colleagues came and took him away. I had ordered food, but since I no longer had any appetite, I paid and left without eating. My table neighbor received the wrong food from the kitchen seven times before things escalated. If you want to break your fast in good time and with warm food, you should think twice about visiting this restaurant. The soups were served 20 minutes before breaking the fast, the main courses came very late. It is clear to me that on a Saturday and especially in Ramadan in the evening the crowds are very large - I don't understand why the crew is understaffed. Perhaps, given the expensive pricing, they didn't want to save money at the wrong end and hired a few more people to relieve some of the workload on the employees and to be able to cope with the mass rush and customer satisfaction. The food was good but unfortunately lukewarm. Nice ambience, sanitary facilities OK. Sink in men's toilet was clogged.
