Overall very very good. Concerning the service, the staff was probably very busy with the numerous orders but the head of the sem manages his staff and crisis situations wonderfully. He is very professional and with a business mind. The menu is very, even too rich. The prices of certain dishes are very high compared to the competition and the difference is not necessarily justified

You feel very well looked after here. We come here to eat several times a month and are more than satisfied. The owner is very friendly, the team is very competent and the food is very tasty and filling. You can come here with family, friends and work colleagues and you will be in great hands.

An absolute highlight in Mannheim! We recently went to this fantastic restaurant in Mannheim with friends and are still loving it! We were warmly welcomed as soon as we entered, and the cozy atmosphere made the evening perfect. The food was simply sensational. Every bite was a pleasure and you can taste how much love and care goes into cooking here. Particularly noteworthy are the fresh ingredients - a real taste experience! Our friends are still raving about how good it was. The service was also excellent: attentive, friendly and always with a smile. There was also a great selection of wines that went perfectly with the food. A real gem in the middle of Mannheim – we will definitely be back! Absolute recommendation for everyone who appreciates good food and a great atmosphere.

leider Portionen zu klein, man bekommt keine Soße auf den Döner sondern soll von einer Mini Flasche selbst die soße spritzen, sehr wenig Pommes bekommen, Meze wie bei anderen Restaurants hat gefehlt, preise sehr hoch !

The food is good and the cereal is delicious. But the strange thing is that there is no tea in a Turkish restaurant every day of the week!!!

The chicken skewer was very nice, but the other meat was too hard to bite and the marinade was not good. Also, a mixed kebab for 1 person is 40 euros?!!! That's a bit of mercy!!!!

Very strong service and the kebab is authentic like from Turkey. The portions are really tiny compared to NRW and neither mezze is brought to the table nor was a Çay offered after the meal (that's what I know when ordering plated meals). That was disappointing, even with such high prices.

Very good quality food. Ordered various grilled dishes. These were prepared quite quickly, and before that there was a salad as a starter. The Ayran comes well whipped with lots of foam, as it should be. We were all happy with the dishes. Keep it up!

The perfectly prepared meat dishes are a real highlight. The service is also top – friendly, attentive and always making sure that you feel completely comfortable. For me, this restaurant is clearly one of the best in Mannheim. Absolutely recommended!

Excessive prices. There were six of us, an Ayran 0.2 l €3.50 rice, inedible atmosphere, dark lunchtime, you couldn't even read the menu. Map confusing without pictures. Service was okay. Wouldn't recommend anyone to have the experience.

The kebab shop offers an excellent dining experience. The meat was juicy and flavorful while the vegetables were fresh and crunchy. The portions are generous and filling. The staff was friendly and the service was quick. The shop was clean and cozy, which made the atmosphere very pleasant. Although the prices are slightly higher, the quality of the food completely justifies it. Definitely a place I would visit again

The prices have increased significantly, the portions have become smaller and the quality of the food has unfortunately become worse. Service unmotivated, not attentive and could have been a bit friendlier. The tables are so close to each other, everything was just so tight, even though we are physically fit, we had problems sitting/standing up.

Food is a 10/10! Very tasty, meat is of good quality and very tender, portions are large enough and the prices are right. However, the waitresses speak almost exclusively Turkish.

Very unfriendly staff, no emphasis is placed on distance rules. Strangers have never been seated next to us in a restaurant. The meat was very good, but these were by far the worst fries I've had. No mayo/ketchup, not even seasoned with salt or anything and were very limp. Even McDonald's fries are better if you leave them for an extra long time.

Just look at the pictures of the food. We were there at lunchtime with 12 people without a reservation. Phenomenal. TIP: Even if the bread is great, don't eat too much of it. Otherwise it will be a fight later. The portions are not small. You don't have to fill yourself up with bread.

The food was great and the portions were more than enough. It also came to the table quickly and we were asked about any allergies. However, the menus took a long time, not because the waitress didn't come, but because he talked to us for what felt like 10 minutes before giving them to us.
