The service is fast. Döner was delicious but very burnt. The staff is friendly. Hot sauce is very very hot, beware of those who will eat it!! Unfortunately, all family members experienced abdominal pain after the meal.

Best lamb's head soup in Monnem. Generous portion, delicious bread still warm, onions, peppers (very hot) and parsley on the side. Simply delicious!!!

Yesterday I ate a lentil soup and kebab plate. Soup came about 15 minutes later and the wrong kebab plate was delivered instead of rice with fries and not according to the price list. They collected €19 from me. I find outrageously expensive never to be recommended.

I don't understand the good reviews because it's the best kebab in Mannheim. The bread is not baked in-house and falls apart when eaten. In terms of taste, the taste of the meat didn't come into its own at all The kebab skewer was from the day before because there was nothing going on in the shop and the skewer was still almost ready. The second skewer was preheated first. All in all, in a city where there is one kebab shop next to another, you don't have to eat here because they don't try to sell you something great. I won't be eating here anymore, sorry

We drank soup with mixed head and tripe. It was delicious. They served tea after the soup. Those who want to feel like they are in the Homeland should visit. Thanks for the service and taste. I definitely recommend it. (Next time, I will eat kebab and edit the comment.)

Worst vegan Seitan kebab I've ever eaten. Seitan was rock hard, bread too, very little filling, which primarily consisted of fries, and my friend even got yogurt sauce on the “vegan” kebab.

We actually enjoyed eating here. But today we noticed that this restaurant no longer makes an effort to serve good food. The meat we got was or is 80% raw and not edible. Pity about the money and meat. Personally, I would advise against anyone spending their money here. In addition, raw kebab meat is bad for your health.

We had a Seitan Dürum and a Seitan Doner. The Seitan was perfectly seasoned, not dry and there were 2 vegan sauces with it. And both bread and flat cakes were homemade. Really great. The most delicious vegan kebab we have eaten in Mannheim so far. The service was very attentive and the food was brought to us. It's more in the direction of a restaurant than a kebab shop. Highly recommended.

I wonder if I haven't eaten cat meat and frankly the people who like their kebabs I see it as Dobermans

Excellent food and very good atmosphere

The shop is very inviting and cozy. The kebab was very good, I especially liked the bread, which was crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The meat was also juicy and there was no skimping on sauce etc. We were also offered tea, which I found very warm.

Mannheim has many kebab shops but Alibaba makes the best kebab. Many greetings to Ali

I’ve had a lot of Döner all over Germany. This was the best. Great sauce. Fresh vegetables. Fair prices. Really nice dining atmosphere. Can’t beat it. Also a free bathroom, lol. Will come again!

Seitan kebab SUPER DELICIOUS!! Everything prepared fresh and delicious! Çay dört dörtlük !😍 Finally a kebab shop that isn't run down and has a nice atmosphere! Lots of seating and beautifully decorated. Very nice employees. If you want to drink good Turkish tea, you should come here! ALL restaurants can get involved with the tea! It's fresh and tastes great, just like home! This is what Çay must taste like. Tables are constantly cleaned. The toilets are also clean and nicely decorated.

It was perfect, I couldn't eat it just because the bread was milky, but everything was delicious, thank you ❤️

Ordered food to the hotel via Uber Eats. Cutlery was missing even though it was ordered. They didn't understand anything on the phone and didn't have their own drivers either, so they couldn't help us. Just from the fact of hotel delivery it should be clear that you need cutlery. You can't do more than order and note again in the notes. Not recommendable! Eating rice without cutlery is great!

The food is really good, unfortunately as a German you get ripped off and as a Turk you get discounts, so I recommend only visiting the shop with Turkish friends. I can recommend Pide, Döner and Iskender. The ambience is also nice for a kebab shop, but upon closer inspection you notice that it only looks “good” but is no good.

Not the best kebab and also very economical with the meat. He puts a lot of sauce in the kebab. Too much! Prices are also incredibly expensive. Taste wise in the upper middle range. The atmosphere is nice and you sit comfortably.

I can only recommend the lentil soup and the baked pepperoni!

Decided to check out this spot while visiting Mannheim and I have to say it was a good pick! The food was good, portions big, and the prices are fair. I enjoyed the soup the most (Kuttelsuppe) - it was so hearty and flavourful, and nothing like I’ve had before. I think it was worth every penny. Can definitely recommend this dish!

It's bad enough to receive dry leftover meat that has probably been kept warm, but to then charge such prices for it is simply bottomless

10/10 Amazing turkish food!!!! We tried the chicken shish plate and Falafel Doner. Both were amazing! The portions were huge and worth the price.

The best kle trotter I have eaten in Germany. Four friends and I were looking for soup on a Saturday morning. By coincidence, we entered Alli Bab and Master Ekrem from Urfa gave us a nice memory with his service and cheerfulness. We didn't have the opportunity to try other dishes, but the kelle trotters are top notch. We will definitely come again.

Ich hatte einen wirklich guten Falafel-Döner! Die Soße ist total lecker (schmeckt als wäre sie selbstgemacht) und das Brot ist richtig knusprig. Auch das Ambiente ist schön und der Service schnell und freundlich!

Ein stabiler Döner in Mannheim. Qualität war bisher immer sehr gut. Das Brot ist glaube ich selbst gemacht und schmeckt richtig gut. Das Kalbfleisch iat auch sehr gut. Hatte in meinem Döner aber Paprika, was ich nicht so geil fand. Daher ein Punkt abzug, weil es überhaupt nicht gepasst hat meiner Meinung nach. Muss ich beim nächsten Mal einfach mitteilen, dann gibts nichts mehr zu beanstanden. Der Laden ist sehr sauber und Service auch Maschine. Update: Dönerpizza würde ich hier nicht nochmal bestellen. Da ist so ein cremiger Käse, der überhaupt nicht schmeckt. Am nächsten Tag war der Käse noch immer weich, wie eine Art Kochkäse. Keine Ahnung was das war, aber auf jeden Fall nicht gut. Döner ist aber top.

Iskender reine Enttäuschung. Fleisch labrig, Joghurt ranzig, Brot ohne Röstaroma und Zuviel Butter drüber gekippt. Bisher der beste Iskender in Mannhei, Fehlanzeige! Der ist in Hirschberg im Fermo Döner!!!!

Der Döner Kebab war lecker! Gute Portion, frisches Brot und frische Zutaten. Mit 7,50 Euro war er aber auch mein bisher teuerster Döner.
