The food is delicious, but the Iskender meat is cut too thick. The service is good, but there may be problems due to the crowd. It is a nice place with a nice atmosphere.

We were out with family, I really enjoyed the atmosphere, the top service, the staff, and the dish which was a Bursa Iskender the meat was good.

We received a very warm and prompt welcome and were seated right away – I really liked that, as you feel like you're being noticed right away. The service was quick and attentive. One small downside, however, was that the dishes were served at staggered times for our group of five. This meant we couldn't eat together, as everyone else's food would have gotten cold. We really enjoyed the taste, though, and the value for money was good. The spiciness could be adjusted a bit, though that's a matter of taste and perception, of course. Overall, we found the food delicious, everyone was full, and a visit is definitely worth it.

The food took forever. It wasn't delivered at the same time. My companions were already finished, and then the food arrived at some point. Other guests arrived later and were served earlier! Don't eat here! PS: The food was mediocre.

My girlfriend and I ordered Inegöl Köfte today. The köfte smelled really bad, like expired meat, and had a disgusting taste. We couldn't eat it because we felt sick. After telling the waiter, they just said it would be better next time and then told us we had to pay for the food we didn't even finish. I think it's really outrageous to bring something like that to customers' tables just because they couldn't sell it, to simply serve expired food without any thought for our health, and then to make us pay for something that's expired without an apology. You should think twice about eating there.

Best kebab in the Rhine-Neckar region 🚀🚀🚀 We were here on Sunday and, to put it bluntly, were more than satisfied in every respect 😀 The service was not only friendly but also courteous and competent, something I'd often expect in German restaurants. Although the restaurant was very busy both inside and outside, we were immediately served delicious bread with various dips as soon as we were seated. I then ordered Bursa Kebab, an incredibly delicious veal sliced ​​wafer-thin from the veal shoulder, a heavenly taste. The dessert, a dessert encrusted with cheese and angel hair, was also to die for. On the way home, we told friends about it and plan to come back for dinner with a group soon. We visited Bursa Kebap Evi, a favorite spot every time we visit Mannheim, again on the evening of August 30th. Despite the large crowd, we were fortunate enough to find a table for two. Since we were full, we ordered the tripe soup, which we always enjoy. However, this time, we were sorely disappointed. The soup was far from our usual consistency; it was served quite watery. Perhaps due to the high demand, we assumed the soup had been diluted rather than declared finished. We hope this was just a one-time occurrence.

Well, I have to be completely honest. I found it very disappointing. I ordered an Adana Dürüm and an Ayran (the closed ones). And I specifically said that I didn't like the fresh ones. I wanted garlic sauce with my dürüm. Then they said they didn't have any garlic sauce. Later, he brought me fresh ayran and said they didn't have any closed ones anymore. I declined with thanks. Then, before my dürüm arrived, another member of staff came to our table and asked us what sauce we wanted because of another order and he said it was GARLIC SAUCE. When I told the colleague there was no garlic sauce, he said yes and they make my dürüm with garlic. And last but not least, I got my dürüm without any sauce.

Thank you for ruining my mood and my evening. I was passing through and really wanted to eat. The Durun was rubbery and very cold, the meat inside was cold, and you couldn't even taste the sauce. None of the waiters asked. At first, they smile at you hypocritically, but if something's wrong, they turn away. A terrible place. The praise is undeserved; there are many flaws.

I hope this level of quality will be maintained. - Unfortunately, the burgers didn't look like they did on Instagram. The bun was bigger than the burger itself.

The portions were quite small, and the kebab was unfortunately very greasy and lacked any real flavor. I would have expected more for the price.

It's gone down considerably. The bread wasn't fresh, the meze had probably been sitting around for a while, as it was rather warm and watery. The ayran wasn't refrigerated. On top of that, I ate the worst iskender of my life. It was full of fat, and the meat wasn't particularly tasty. Considering iskender is supposed to be the house specialty, it was truly disappointing.

We wanted to change a Coke because a bee had gotten in it, but the gentleman looked and left, saying we'd told someone else. "Unfortunately, we can't do anything about these kinds of things." So, like everyone else, turn on your air conditioning and keep the windows closed. You know, this isn't the first time, and this isn't the last, and you don't have to treat customers like this. If you don't want to work, don't work in restaurants like this. We've been waiting for 1:30, mine arrived. 15 minutes later, my mom's meal, and 30 minutes later, my husband's meal is still on the way, I guess. Shouldn't everyone eat at the same time? 🤨

Food: The doner kebab and kebab dishes are on a whole other level – fresh, juicy, perfectly seasoned, and served with bread that's still warm and crispy. The portions are generous, and the quality is consistently high. Service: Very friendly and attentive staff, who serve quickly despite the restaurant being busy. You immediately feel welcome. Atmosphere: Modern, clean, and cozy. Even when it's busy, everything seems well organized. The aroma from the kitchen makes you hungry as soon as you walk in. Conclusion: For me, this is one of the best kebab shops I've ever visited – it was worth the trip from France! Highly recommended for anyone looking for authentic, top-quality Turkish kebab.

The chicken and doner in the mixed kebab came raw, they offered to re-cook it instead of changing it, but it came raw again... Although the ambiance was very nice, unfortunately the food was generally very tasteless and bad. The soup and lemonade were only good... The waiter who took care of us was very nice, and I had already forwarded the change request to someone else. When I told him that the food was still raw when I was paying the bill, he got very upset... In conclusion, I have never paid this much money and left this dissatisfied at any other place.

A few times, the iskender kebabs were cold, and when I mentioned it, there was no problem. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful.

We ate there in the evening and ordered Beyti and Iskender – the latter was recommended to us by locals. Unfortunately, both dishes didn't taste great, which we found very disappointing. The doner meat didn't live up to our expectations – we were expecting a Yaprak doner, but instead got a different version that we didn't like. The Adana at Beyti also didn't taste good to our liking. Both dishes were visually appealing, but unfortunately, the flavors didn't suit our taste buds. On the other hand, we really liked the ambiance – stylish and inviting. We were all the more disappointed that the food didn't meet our taste.

I'm pleasantly surprised. This is my first time coming here, and it certainly won't be the last. The waiter gave us a warm welcome and immediately showed us to the table. The starter arrived after a few minutes and was also delicious. This made the wait for the main course, which was also incredibly delicious, seem less long. 5 stars just for the waiter with the gray beard!

Breakfast was okay, the atmosphere was okay, but I think the head waiter took a toothpick in his mouth while talking on the phone and doing his oral hygiene in front of everyone for almost 20 minutes. Adana is okay, it gets a 6 out of 10. The business needs to improve itself and its staff on the courtesy front.

The soups were rather mediocre; the Adana kebab was very salty and tasted more like köfte, but it was still okay. The Inegöl köfte was banished and had hardly any flavor. The Iskender were among the best, but not really very good. They had far too much salca, and the portions were rather small overall. There was little rice and few fries. Not worth the price. And the service wasn't as good as at other Turkish restaurants.

The place was packed, but we were still served very quickly. A free appetizer was served right away. The food arrived after 10 minutes and was delicious; we had the Bursa kebab. At the end, we even got a free tea. 10/10 experience!

Anything above 4 stars is incomprehensible! Restaurant seems overrated, not owner-run but a chain, which isn't a bad thing at first (the store may have been highly rated by bots). The food (especially the meat) that really matters tastes fibrous with a high fat-minced meat content. Vegetables were okay. The bread dough tastes simply baked (not fluffy). Don't say anything 🤷🏿‍♂️. Service was fine!
