In my opinion, it's not worth the wait. - The staff are very friendly and cooperative and cater to the guests' wishes. Great, authentic Turkish food. Although it's usually very crowded, you can still get a seat quickly. The service is attentive, you're served promptly, and the food arrives at the table quickly. The quality is very good, and everything tastes excellent. The only downside: It's quite noisy due to the close proximity of the tables. We'll still gladly come back.

We were served fresh, warm flatbread and three delicious dips on the house right from the start. It was good value for money. Because of the number of guests, it was a bit noisy, but acceptable. My husband had an ayran, which was very tasty and not as runny as in some other places. My daughter's beef fillet was cooked to perfection – juicy and tender pink. I highly recommend the mixed grill. You'll definitely leave feeling pleasantly full.

It's a place we love coming to and eating at; the food is good, but there was an unpleasant incident. We came as three women, and these two men, one short and the other tall and dark-haired, kept staring at our table. It wasn't pleasant at all. As we were leaving, under the pretext of offering us tea, they asked about our Instagram!!!

Yesterday, on a recommendation, we went to Bursa Kebab House with friends around 8 PM. We were a group of 18 people. The owner told us the food would be ready in no more than 10 minutes, and it really was! Even though it was full, the waiters said they were from Türkiye and were very kind and helpful. We were all very pleased. The food was just like in Türkiye, delicious, and the owner even offered us tea. I can say right now that if there's one restaurant in Mannheim, it's Bursa Kebab House. The Iskender kebab was the same as the ready-made kebabs you find in supermarkets. We waited 25 minutes at the door in that cold, it was absolutely not worth the wait. The meatballs, chicken, and kebab were all bad. Except for the appetizers and the pita bread, it was a waste of money.

It was 10/10. There could be more space. Waiting times on weekends are very long. The food was very tasty. I can recommend it.

The restaurant's interior design is quite beautiful. The Bursa Special comes with fewer meatballs than shown on the menu. The yogurt served with the Iskender kebab was delicious. The tırnak pide (a type of Turkish flatbread) was good.

We were here on a Tuesday around 5 pm. The restaurant was completely full, but the staff was very attentive: we were noticed immediately and had a table after only a 10-minute wait. It was great that we received complimentary bread and three sauces even before ordering. Since my companion is vegetarian, she was recommended the mixed vegetarian platter. For a starter, we ordered the grilled eggplant cream. Unfortunately, this exact cream (plus another one) was already on the vegetarian main course. I would have appreciated a quick heads-up from the server that we were essentially ordering it twice. I had the Iskender kebab with a side of fries. The food arrived surprisingly quickly considering how busy it was. The taste was good, but nothing special. It was a shame that the fries didn't seem freshly fried – they were just warm and barely crispy. In conclusion: The absolute highlight here is the friendly and efficient staff. There's room for improvement with the food (especially the side dishes and the service).

I ate lamb skewers with Ali Nazik. The moment the plate arrived, a burnt and smoky smell hit my nose. The yogurt in the Ali Nazik was cooked, curdled, and sour. The eggplants weren't completely pureed and had pieces left in between. The lamb skewers were overcooked and tough. And to top it all off, every bite was burnt. All this happened on a weekday evening, with half the tables occupied. I, a person with a strong stomach, had upset intestines after the meal and barely made it home. The porcelain plate I was served belonged to another restaurant called Lezzetci? The waiters were shouting at each other. There was a lack of elegance and politeness. No one even asked, "Did you enjoy your meal?" or anything similar. Club music was playing in the restaurant. For such a centrally located, famous restaurant that advertises itself as "the best, we've formed a chain," this was a disappointing experience.

If you miss Turkish food, this is definitely a place you should visit. We kindly request that the authorities open a branch in Darmstadt.

Today, at 2:30 PM, my friend and I had İskender kebab. It was fantastic. But the soup wasn't fully cooked. 😁 A female employee took care of us. We were so pleased with her attention and lack of ego! Iskender is really like in Turkey

There is no better! I claim the best İskender is here. You can find many meat products and local delicacies, but my advice is to try the 1.5 İskender (with eggplant)! 👌😄

We got the Istanbul mixed grill. The döner was good, the meatballs were rubbery, the Adana was okay, and the chicken shish kebab was undercooked. A 23€ portion was small.

I came here from Freiburg just to eat the iskender kebab. But I regretted it. The iskender kebab was cold when it arrived and didn't taste very good. The place is nice, but I think the ventilation system is inadequate, and the smell lingered. The restrooms were inadequate and cramped, and there was only that one soap dispenser full of dish soap.

I can't understand the reviews. I ordered Karisik Istanbul twice with my son. One-third of the doner meat was offcuts, and the Adana was bland and almost raw. For €24 a plate, I would have expected a bit more. One time, and that was it.

We also had Adana. The spices were nice, but it wasn't Adana. It's a different kind of meatball. My brother also ordered Adana kebab, and they came with lavash. Are we supposed to eat Adana with pita bread? The bulgur pilaf was dry. It should have a little more onion, oil, and vegetables. This place isn't worth the price. The attention and care are excellent. But the music is too loud. It's already crowded. My head hurts.
