Bursa Kebap Evi in Mannheim

Today we decided on a normal kebab with my wife. We were very disappointed. - The bread was tough and dry like it was from the day before - The kebab was completely poorly topped. At the beginning just salad and sauce and towards the end just meat and bread. So everything you can do with a simple kebab is done wrong. The bread alone had made the kebab inedible, which is why we reported the problem to the staff and nothing was done. A shop like this should do a much better job of making a simple kebab and everything that doesn't have a toaster on site...

We had breakfast and dinner on the same day. Breakfast 25 euros for 2 people was rich and OK. Bread is freshly baked and served. A little too few service staff in the morning. In the evening you have to queue as early as 4 p.m. An appetizer will be served until the food is provided. Enough service staff and the service is perfect!

Two women, one child, but you forced us and insisted on asking us to comment officially, as you wanted, I wish I could write nice things here and I don't know who the employee or owner is, a tall dark-skinned gentleman, unfortunately, we were not at all comfortable at all because of the way he looked at the table, until we reached Kalkan. He didn't take his eyes off the table. This bothered us a lot. We wanted to come and sit, saying it was a family place. That's all my wishes were.

Two days ago, we came to Bursa Kebab house for dinner as a group of 4 ladies upon recommendation. The food was delicious and fresh. The waitress was very attentive to us, but a tall dark-skinned Eastern man in a brown jacket always had disturbing looks. Don't these people have mothers and sisters?!!!

Iskender soup was not good but what I want to write about here is not the food but the disrespect. The disrespect for money. As soon as we finished our meal, there were people waiting to come to us and tell us that you need to get up without ordering tea, of course they took their words, but what was done was literally disrespectful, I would never recommend it.

We went in the evening after a theater. Orders arrive very late. They call it density. But I don't agree with this. Then why are there so many tables? Or, considering the number of tables, why are there no waiters and a kitchen? In terms of price and performance, I think it's 7/10.

Unfortunately a disappointment. There were four of us who ate and paid €140 - completely overpriced for the quality on offer. The pide with minced meat and the lahmacun were okay (3.5/5 stars), but everything else was poor: (dish no. 36) The grilled chicken breast was extremely dry and tasteless, the kofta had a good taste, but was unfortunately raw , and the kebab meat had a rubbery consistency and tasted bland. Overall a disappointing experience. 2 out of 5 stars.

We visited the restaurant because of the many positive reviews, but unfortunately our expectations were disappointed. The starters, lahmacun and pide, were okay, but the mixed grill plate was a bitter disappointment: the lamb was completely dry, the Adana kebap was tasteless, the kofta was undercooked, and the kebab meat, which we expected to be yaprak kebab, had the consistency of rubber and tasted like mechanically separated meat. There were four of us there and no one could finish their plate - not even someone who usually never leaves anything left over. That speaks volumes. In addition, the price-performance ratio was completely inadequate: at around 35 euros per person, the price was grossly excessive for the quality offered. We question whether the positive reviews are authentic. Overall it was an extremely disappointing experience!

However, the soups leave a lot to be desired, they taste a bit bland. There is a lack of spice in the soup that the garlic and chili oil couldn't save. The atmosphere is quite tight, the goal here is to have as many guests as possible, but you also have to say that the shop is well attended. Depending on when you come, take some time to wait.

The background noise is accordingly and unfortunately it also ruins the beautifully arranged room with the plants. :( For a more pleasant atmosphere, perhaps forgo the mass of tables.
