Great kebab, great Ayran (homemade!) and fair prices. Ambiance is also really nice.

Doner kebab is ok, you can eat it, but there have been better kebab shops in terms of service and taste

Had ultra delicious Yafka chicken, the sauce was super tasty and there were extras on the tables. The guy behind the counter was very personable and the homemade Ayran was great. I just took some chocolate baklava with me, I'm excited to see how they turn out.

Everything is right here. Mega nice staff, an ungodly good kebab for 6.50/7.00 euros. Perfect meat/vegetable ratio. Falafel options from very stable. Always my pleasure.

Extremely friendly staff, you are greeted warmly and with a smile. My son and his best friend are regular customers there. The kebab is addictive :). Crunchy bread meets crispy meat, vegetables and fries, all with the delicious sauces, it's an absolute pleasure. Beware of the hot sauce) not for sensitive stomachs;) for us, however, a good portion of it belongs in the kebab. Dear Ali's team, you're doing a good job, keep it up!!!!!!!

The kebab is one of the best kebabs from Mannheim! The bread is very good, especially large. The vegetables are fresh, I really like the meat and especially the sauces are amazing! I recommend the chicken kebab with garlic sauce and the homemade hot sauce (be careful, it's really spicy) Value for money definitely a 10/10

Delicious, fresh and quick. There are several similar establishments in the area and I haven't tried them all, but you can't go wrong with Ali's vegetable kebab.

We had a really disgusting Yufka - something was broken. We both had stomach problems afterwards!! Unfortunately not the first time :/ the last kebab wasn't of the usual quality either.

We were looking for a quick, tasty and vegetarian kebab before we wanted to go to the exhibitions in the Kunsthalle. We discovered this kebab shop. The kebab (one veggie and one with meat) was sooo well filled with pickled eggplant and peppers and of course salad and delicious sauce. The veggie also came with cheese. It was just so so so delicious. The waitresses were also very friendly. I also liked the fact that a woman prepared the dishes and the two seemed like a good team. Everything seemed very clean too. Unfortunately the shop is in Tatersallbiege, which is why the location is not particularly pretty, but it is practically at the bus stop. Definitely go.

Friendly service and the kebab is really well filled and very tasty for €6.50.

We ordered there for the second time yesterday and unfortunately it was the same again. We had to wait 1.5 hours for our food instead of an hour. When I called after more than an hour, a friendly employee was on the phone and said the order should come at any moment (which unfortunately wasn't the case) and he was also aware that the delivery was significantly delayed. Unfortunately, when the food arrived much later, it was slightly burnt and cold. Good service includes either offering a bonus in the event of a late delivery, informing the customer or at least delivering the food warm.

I had a VEGAN today around 7:30 p.m.! Yufka ordered. Which is what I emphasized. But it was handed to me with yogurt sauce, which I only noticed after leaving the bistro. Unfortunately, I absolutely cannot tolerate this sauce because I am allergic to animal proteins! In addition, the dish wasn't even lukewarm, the dough wasn't cooked and the fallafel was almost cold. Very, very sad after the good experiences so far!!!

Just a few steps from the train station, choice between veal and chicken is a plus, as is the delicious hot sauce. The pickled vegetables are great and the fries from the kebab plate were crispy. Döner plate has a good ratio of meat: salad: fries approx. 40:32:28 and fills you up for €12.

Good kebab for a fair price. Unfortunately the seating bothers me a bit.

Döner schmeckt super, leider sieht man nicht, was für Gemüse er raufpackt. Muss immer extra fragen, was es gibt, damit ich ihm sagen kann, was ich nicht möchte. Sonst einer der wenigen Döner im Umkreis wo es Kalbfleisch gibt

Hebt sich ab von der Masse. Ich kam ohne Erwartungen in den Laden, Gemüse-Döner allgemein ist immer häufiger hier in der Gegend anzutreffen, in Berlin schon lange Standard, was schonmal gut ist. Ich wurde nicht enttäuscht, das Fleisch (Kalb) war sehr intensiv und perfekt angebraten, kein latschiges Hackfleisch. Gemüse war gut gebraten und gab dem Döner eine angenehme Frische, und die Pommes passten irgendwie auch sehr gut in die Mischung. Keine falsche Entscheidung!

Super freundlich und sympathisch

Leider hatte ich vor kurzem eine extrem frustrierende Erfahrung in diesem Laden. Nachdem ich meine Bestellung aufgegeben hatte, wartete ich über eine halbe Stunde auf mein Essen. Es stellte sich heraus, dass sie mich vergessen hatten. Dies ist inakzeptabel, und ich war äußerst enttäuscht von ihrem Kundenservice. Ich hoffe, dass solche Fehler in Zukunft vermieden werden.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die Döner/Yufka sind unter den Besten in der Region. Das Grillgemüse ist eine gute Erweiterung und auch das Fleisch ist hochwertiger, wie bei Anderen. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen!

Egal was alle anderen hypen - das war wirklich der beste Döner, den ich bisher in Mannheim hatte! Super lecker, prall gefüllt und extrem nettes Personal.

War bereits oft immer in Ali's Gemüse Döner 1,und muss sagen der zweite laden ist nochmal deutlich besser. Klar wenn der Inhaber selbst da ist schmeckt es nochmal besser weil man die Liebe zum Essen da spürt. Aber auch sonst ist das Essen und der Service top. Nur zu empfehlen.

Yufka gibt es wenige gute. Was macht einen guten Yufka aus? Man wird satt, er ist handlich und man kann ihn unfallfrei ohne weiteres Werkzeug essen. Wenn die Soße zu flüssig ist und aus der Alufolie tropft, der Teig schlabberig wird und man das Teil nicht ohne weiteres zu Ende essen kann, ist etwas schief gelaufen. Genau das ist leider passiert. Geschmacklich ist der Gemüse yufka schon echt gut. Nur weiß ich nicht genau warum man den in den Ofen legt,wenn er außen dann trotzdem nicht einmal lauwarm wird. Der Service ist sehr freundlich und es ging schnell. Die Toiletten sind sauber. Draußen kann man Sitzen, ist aber nicht ganz so gemütlich, es ist recht laut und im Sommer stickig. Unterm Strich kann man da gut hingehen und was essen. Aber macht bitte was an der Soßenkonsistenz. ;-)

Der Döner an sich etwas klein ,Füllmenge in Ordnung.Das Fleisch war ganz ok,besser als Durchnitt, Brot und das Gemüse auch ok , die Soße könnte für meinen Geschmack etwas intensiver / würziger sein , ansonsten ein solider döner, den man sich gönnen kann !

Der Hähnchen-Döner ist voll lecker und da sind sogar Pommes dabei!!! 🤩 Dafür gibt es auf jeden Fall 6 Sterne 👍 Allerdings hat Google Maps da anscheinend einen Bug, das System lässt mich nicht mehr als fünf Sterne auswählen 🙃
