Es erinnerte mich an die freundlichen, traditionellen türkischen Restaurants in Türkiye. Der Service und die Preise sind sehr gut. Ein großes Lahmacun (türkisches Fladenbrot mit Fleischbelag) kostet 7,90 €. Der Geschmack entsprach allerdings nicht ganz meinen Erwartungen. Für deutsche Verhältnisse ist es aber akzeptabel.

Ich esse hier seitdem der Laden eröffnet hat und freue mich bereits auf meinen nächsten Besuch heute abend! Die Pide sind sehr gut und Lammfleisch aus der Steinschale ist auch sehr, sehr lecker! Die Preise haben über die letzten zehn Jahre natürlich bisschen angezogen aber das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist immer noch top! Es gibt nur noch wenige Orte von man für 10 Euro satt und glücklich wird. Das Lokal ist sehr familienfreundlich. Einige Leute in den Kommentaren sind unzufrienden mit dem Service. Es ist kein typisch deutscher Service. Also man muss manchmal selbst Initiative ergreifen, zB in der Schlange beim Bestellen nach vorne gehen oder laut rufen. Die Inhaber sind allerdings sehr herzlich und man wird immer freudig empfangen als Stammkundin. Habe ich mal kein Bargeld dabei, kann ich sogar am nächsten Tag zahlen.

Ich oder wir kommen extra aus KA um hier zu Speisen. Warum! Ganz einfach weil es schmeckt, Lahmacun und Mercimek und das frische Brot👌 lassen auch noch zum mitnehmen einpacken. Die Preise € absolut gerechtfertigt und toll an die Region angepasst für Menschen die sich es auch leisten können!! Keine Wucherpreise wie auf der anderen Seite vom Neckar! Marktplatz.......die Mitarbeiter sehr Nett und immer für ein Plauderchen bereit, besonders der Mitarbeiter Fatih cooler Typ immer locker drauf 👉 Der Laden läuft definitiv MA erste Anlaufstelle 🍽

Ihr Pitabrot ist sehr lecker. Es schmeckt wie zu Hause.

Geht bloß nicht hin! Wenn ihr wie ich auf Diät seid und Gebäck meiden wollt, dann lasst es lieber sein! Zur Suppe gab es Pitabrot, und es war so frisch und lecker, dass ich mehr davon gegessen habe als in den letzten Wochen. Ich hatte eigentlich nur eine Lahmacun (türkische Pizza) bestellt, um die Portion etwas kleiner zu machen, aber es kam eine riesige Portion. Die habe ich dann auch noch knusprig gegessen. Ich würde sie sofort wieder essen, wenn ich die Gelegenheit dazu hätte; ich bereue nichts.

Leckeres Essen, Hygienisch. Die Menschen sind immer höflich und respektvoll. Preise sind super!

Beste Linsensuppe die ich je gegessen habe ehrliches Essen wirklich lange nicht so gut gegessen und von Freundlichkeit nicht zu überbieten

Er gehört zu denen, die es wirklich verdient haben… An den Freund, der eine negative Bewertung abgegeben hat: Mach dir ruhig deine eigene Meinung. Ich kenne Fatih seit 2015, und er hat nie Kompromisse bei Qualität oder Geschmack gemacht. Als Kunde bin ich rundum zufrieden. Ich wünsche ihm viel Erfolg für seine Arbeit und seine zukünftigen Vorhaben. Er ist ein wahrer Gentleman.

Der Service war gut, aber die Linsensuppe war verdorben. Wir waren zu dritt dort und haben uns von der Suppe vergiftet. Wir hatten eine Woche lang Magenschmerzen. Es wäre besser, wenn Sie etwas vorsichtiger wären.

Meiner Meinung gibt es hier einfach die besten Pide in Mannheim. Jedes Mal super lecker, knusprig frische Pide direkt aus dem Steinofen!

Super Lecker, Super Freundlich, Super Preise.

Dün erken öğle yemeği için buraya geldik ve gerçekten çok otantik ve keyifli bir deneyim yaşadık. Burası pide üzerine uzmanlaşmış gerçek bir Türk lokantası ve içeri girer girmez sıcak ve samimi bir ortam hissediyorsunuz. Mekân, farklı yaşlardan birkaç kişi tarafından işletiliyor ve oldukça yerel bir havası var, turistten çok yerel müşteriler geliyor. Etli pide (kuzu/dana) ve mercimek çorbası sipariş ettik, ikisi de çok lezzetliydi. Hamur ince ve güzel pişmişti, et ise çok iyi baharatlanmış ve aromatikti. Çorba ve pide için yaklaşık 12 € ödemek gerçekten çok iyi bir fiyat. Mekân daha sakin bir bölgede ama şehir merkezi ve Hauptbahnhof’tan tramvay ile kolayca ulaşılabiliyor. Lüks bir yer beklemeyin, daha çok ev yemeği tarzında, samimi bir deneyim sunuyor. Çalışanlar çok nazikti, benimle biraz Türkçe konuştular ve hatta beni arkadaki fırını görmem için davet ettiler — bu da deneyimi daha da özel ve içten hale getirdi. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Wir waren gestern zum frühen Mittagessen hier und hatten eine sehr authentische und angenehme Erfahrung. Es handelt sich um ein echtes türkisches Lokal, das sich auf Pide (türkisches Fladenbrot) spezialisiert hat. Schon beim Betreten fühlt man sich sofort wohl und willkommen. Der Laden wird von mehreren freundlichen Männern geführt und wirkt sehr lokal, kaum touristisch. Wir haben eine Fleisch-Pide (Lamm/Rind) sowie eine Linsensuppe bestellt, und beides war hervorragend. Der Teig war dünn und perfekt gebacken, das Fleisch sehr gut gewürzt und geschmackvoll. Für etwa 12 € für Suppe und Pide ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis unschlagbar. Die Lage ist in einer ruhigeren Gegend, aber sehr gut mit der Straßenbahn vom Stadtzentrum und Hauptbahnhof erreichbar. Man sollte kein schickes Restaurant erwarten, sondern eher hausgemachte, ehrliche Küche. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, hat sogar ein wenig Türkisch mit mir gesprochen und mich eingeladen, den Ofen im Hinterbereich zu sehen — eine sehr persönliche und herzliche Erfahrung. This is a proper local Turkish spot specializing in pide (Turkish-style flatbread), and from the moment we walked in, it felt very homey. The place is run by a group of friendly guys, and you can immediately tell it’s more of a local favorite than a touristy place. We ordered a meat pide (lamb/beef) and lentil soup, and both were excellent. The dough was thin and perfectly baked, and the meat was very well-seasoned and flavorful. For around €12 for both soup and pide, the value is incredible. It’s located in a quieter neighborhood but is still very well connected by tram from the city center and Hauptbahnhof. Don’t expect anything fancy — this is more like a comforting, homemade-style meal. The staff were very kind, even spoke a bit of Turkish with me, and kindly invited me to see the oven in the back, which made the whole experience feel very personal and heartwarming. Ihr Lahmacun (türkisches Fladenbrot mit Hackfleisch), im Steinofen gebacken, ist fantastisch. Obwohl das Lokal einfach ist, hat es uns gefallen.

Wenn ich das nächste Mal nach Mannheim fahre, werde ich definitiv hier wieder essen. Die Linsen Suppe mit frischem warmen Brot ist der Knaller. Auch das Lamachun ist zu empfehlen.

Ich startete in Bremen und verschlang Kilometer um Kilometer… Der Grund? Nur eins: Lahmacun. Und endlich begriff ich: Das ist nicht einfach nur Essen, das ist ein Kunstwerk. Dünner Teig, dieses knusprige Geräusch aus dem Steinofen, die legendäre Hackfleischfüllung obendrauf… Serviert mit Rucola, Zwiebeln und Paprika. Man presst eine Zitrone aus, rollt es zusammen und nimmt den ersten Bissen… Und dann sagt man: „Das ist der Gipfel des Lahmacun in Deutschland.“ Ich bin extra aus Bremen gekommen, hat es sich gelohnt? Absolut. Um es klar zu sagen: Es ist aktuell die Nummer 1 in Deutschland. 🔥🌯

Sehr respektlos, keine bitte keine danke, ich passe voll nich in das Bild rhein und spreche nicht der gleichen Sprache! Musste ich ziemlich lange warten um überhaupt bedient zur werden, ist das weil ich eine Frau bin, oder weil ich anders aussehen. Ich erlebe in Mannheim immer wieder dieser unfreundlichen behandeln. Das finde ich sehr schade..Jeder Mensch möchte freundliche und gleichen behandeln werden!

Einfach nur lecker! Auch wenn es in der Regel recht voll ist, werden wir immer mit einem Lächeln und einer netten Begrüßung empfangen. Wir haben schon fast alle Pidevarianten gegessen. Auch unser Sohn isst hier sehr gerne und das hat manchmal schon was zu heißen :) wer Lust auf eine leckere mercimek Suppe hat und dazu köstliche teigspezialitäten, wie lahmacun oder pide möchte , ist hier genau richtig! Und wenn man mal keine Lust auf Trubel hat, kann man ganz bequem bestellen und abholen! Klare Empfehlung!!!

Ich war heute zum ersten Mal hier und bin absolut begeistert! Der Lahmacun wird hier noch traditionell und mit viel Liebe zubereitet – der Teig ist hauchdünn und knusprig, das Hackfleisch perfekt gewürzt. Man schmeckt, dass nur frische Zutaten verwendet werden. Das Lahmacun schmeckt köstlich nach anatolischer Art und der Teig hat die perfekte Konsistenz. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam. Ich empfehle es unbedingt bei einem Besuch in Mannheim.

Love it! Das Essen ist eine 10/10. Ganz klar, alles frisch und einfach nur lecker. Aber ganz klar hervorzuheben sind die tollen Mitarbeiter. Auch wenn es mal stressig wird, verlieren sie nicht ihre Lächeln. Man fühlt sich wie ein Stammkunde, auch wenn man zum ersten Mal den Laden betritt. Klare Empfehlung!

Ustalar Taşfırın ist für mich einer dieser Läden, zu denen man immer wieder zurückkommt, ohne lange überlegen zu müssen. Ich esse hier regelmäßig und bestelle fast immer das Gleiche: Pide und Linsensuppe. Und ganz ehrlich – beides ist jedes Mal einfach richtig gut. Die Pide ist frisch, perfekt gebacken und geschmacklich genau so, wie ich sie mir wünsche. Die Linsensuppe ist schön herzhaft, cremig und wärmt sofort – für mich ein absoluter Wohlfühlklassiker. Mein Kollege bestellt hier fast immer den Tavuk Kebab, und auch der überzeugt konstant. Saftig, gut gewürzt und ohne unnötigen Schnickschnack. Man merkt, dass hier der Fokus klar auf gutem Essen liegt und nicht darauf, irgendetwas fancy zu präsentieren. Was ich an Ustalar besonders liebe, ist genau diese nüchterne Art des Ladens. Die Einrichtung ist schlicht, funktional und bodenständig – nichts Ablenkendes, nichts Überladenes. Alles wirkt so, als hätte man sich bewusst entschieden, die Energie in das Kochen zu stecken und nicht in Dekoration. Genau das macht den Laden für mich so authentisch. Hier geht es nicht um Show, sondern um ehrliche Küche, Geschmack und Beständigkeit. Man bekommt genau das, was man erwartet – und das in richtig guter Qualität. Der Service ist freundlich und unkompliziert, man fühlt sich willkommen, auch wenn alles eher sachlich als gemütlich ist. Für mich ist Ustalar Taşfırın ein Ort für Leute, die gutes türkisches Essen schätzen und keinen Wert auf Design oder Instagram‑Optik legen. Wer Pide, Suppe oder Kebab liebt und ein Restaurant sucht, das sich auf das Wesentliche konzentriert, wird hier absolut glücklich. Ich komme immer wieder gerne her.

Absolutely delicious! You definitely have to try it if you get the chance. The food is incredibly authentic, and the staff is very friendly. Everything is freshly prepared for each customer. I highly recommend the lentil soup, the lahmacun, and the pide, which is finished with a generous swirl of butter – simply divine. A small bowl of lentil soup with freshly baked flatbread costs only €3.50 and, in my opinion, is the best lentil soup in all of Mannheim!

The food is always excellent; we've been coming here regularly with our family since it opened and have never been disappointed. Without any unnecessary frills, it's a pure explosion of flavor. If you want to eat "real lahmacun" or various types of pide, this is the place to go. The staff is always very friendly, and everything is always freshly prepared. I also appreciate being able to see how the food is prepared. I would say the price-performance ratio is very reasonable for the quality delivered.

Here you'll find the best Turkish pasta you can find in Mannheim, and perhaps in all of Baden-Württemberg. ALL the staff put incredible effort into the food, and you simply enjoy eating it. You always get top-quality parsley and lemon, and sometimes you get a delicious snack while you wait. Anyone who gives this place less than 4 stars is begrudgering the brothers and sisters who work here their success! Haters gonna hate👎🏻

The soups as starters were very tasty. Pide was a bit greasy/oily, but still very tasty thanks to the homemade dough. I can highly recommend pide with butter cheese. I can only partially recommend the Friday menu, Chicken in the Stone. In my opinion, something was missing in terms of taste and a side dish would have been desirable. The atmosphere was quite busy (which is usually a good thing), but with the conversations and children and everything, it felt like a friendly Turkish wedding and I didn't really need children running around between the chairs while eating. I'm happy to take away for a pide in between, but I don't have to sit down again.

A piece of Konya in the middle of Germany – Ustalar Tafsirın Lahmacun What a discovery! At Ustalar Tafsirın Lahmacun I felt like I was sitting in Konya again for the first time in a long time. The Etli Ekmek was simply incredible – thin, crispy, perfectly seasoned and topped with a generosity that you only know from back home.

Food was yummy. It's not that costly. .

Pide and Simit are really very tasty definitely 5/5 stars. Unfortunately, they still sell Coca-Cola products and therefore support genocide, which is why they only get 2 stars.

We came to eat etliekmek. When we stubbornly said "etliekmek", we were stubbornly told "minced meat pita". It wasn't bad, but it was delicious inside. I don't think I'll come back again, there are places that make etliekmek better. However, the overall food tastes were good. Lahmacun does not come in a round shape, they make it long and cut it like etliekmek. For this reason, 1 lahmacun can be satisfying.

Number 10, 5 stars. You should definitely try it.

The food is really tasty and freshly prepared. I would particularly like to highlight the tripe soup – absolutely delicious! The pides are also wonderfully crispy and have a hearty taste. The atmosphere has hardly changed in the last twenty years, which creates a pleasant nostalgia and fits the neighborhood perfectly. Due to the small space in the restaurant, the background noise can be a little louder, which contributes to the lively atmosphere. The service is friendly and always helpful. When it's busier, it can sometimes take a little longer for the food to arrive - but it's worth the wait!

Turkish restaurant. There's always something going on here. The food comes quickly, is fresh and very tasty. I like to come here and fortify myself before a visit to the Capitol. Visited regularly because it's simply good.

Pides are perfectly baked with lots of cheese or (with) spinach in plenty. Not like in other stores where they are stingy with the contents! Be sure to try the lentil soup there too. Seats available. Oh yes: you have the option of mixing the topping yourself at home, for example from Lahmacun, and having it baked there. Will be billed based on the number of pieces. FAIR PRICES. We come here at least once a month, we love it as a family, with its friendly service approach and sincere people. The food is great, the price is affordable for everyone, what more could you ask for? We recommend it to everyone. We brought many friends and relatives here.

A nice hometown tradesman. It's even nice that they answer the phone saying "yes, sir". We enjoy eating lahmacun and pita bread. Especially the empty pita they bring out reminds me of Ramadan pita. Nice details for Germany.
