I actually like going there, but I should clean the salt and pepper shakers more often, or at least at least once...they get sticky. Otherwise, it's pretty good.

Super delicious pide, with parsley, lemon, pepperoni, and onions on a separate plate. Definitely try it! The price/performance ratio is right.

The food was truly delicious! The lahmacun was crispy and perfectly seasoned—with a fresh topping of minced meat, bell peppers, and onions. The lentil soup was beautifully creamy and aromatic, just the right start. The fresh salad with lemon and pomegranate vinegar complemented the whole meal wonderfully. The fresh herbs and chili peppers were also a great accompaniment. Highly recommended—I'd love to come back!

Like in Türkiye, the shop Soup and a piece of pide, you don't need anything else. Very tasty, always worth a visit. Whenever I'm passing through, I stop here.

As authentic as you'd find in Türkiye. Lahmacun is generous and filling. The onion and parsley served on the side are a perfect match. The price is reasonable.

The cozy, authentic atmosphere with the impressive wood-fired stone oven creates a real Anatolian feel. Here you'll find the best Turkish pasta you can find in Mannheim, and perhaps in all of Baden-Württemberg. ALL the staff put incredible effort into the food, and you simply enjoy eating it. You always get top-quality parsley and lemon, and sometimes you get a delicious snack while you wait. Anyone who gives this place less than 4 stars is begrudgering the brothers and sisters who work here their success! Haters gonna hate👎🏻

The soups as starters were very tasty. Pide was a bit greasy/oily, but still very tasty thanks to the homemade dough. I can highly recommend pide with butter cheese. I can only partially recommend the Friday menu, Chicken in the Stone. In my opinion, something was missing in terms of taste and a side dish would have been desirable. The atmosphere was quite busy (which is usually a good thing), but with the conversations and children and everything, it felt like a friendly Turkish wedding and I didn't really need children running around between the chairs while eating. I'm happy to take away for a pide in between, but I don't have to sit down again.

A piece of Konya in the middle of Germany – Ustalar Tafsirın Lahmacun What a discovery! At Ustalar Tafsirın Lahmacun I felt like I was sitting in Konya again for the first time in a long time. The Etli Ekmek was simply incredible – thin, crispy, perfectly seasoned and topped with a generosity that you only know from back home.

Food was yummy. It's not that costly. .

Pide and Simit are really very tasty definitely 5/5 stars. Unfortunately, they still sell Coca-Cola products and therefore support genocide, which is why they only get 2 stars.

Of course I recommend, I'm very happy with everything, I ordered the food and picked it up, but I haven't had it delivered yet.

We came to eat etliekmek. When we stubbornly said "etliekmek", we were stubbornly told "minced meat pita". It wasn't bad, but it was delicious inside. I don't think I'll come back again, there are places that make etliekmek better. However, the overall food tastes were good. Lahmacun does not come in a round shape, they make it long and cut it like etliekmek. For this reason, 1 lahmacun can be satisfying.

Craftsmanship, courtesy, taste are all 10 out of 10. It was more than worth it to come here from Wiesloch. I am definitely a subscriber now.

The food is really tasty and freshly prepared. I would particularly like to highlight the tripe soup – absolutely delicious! The pides are also wonderfully crispy and have a hearty taste. The atmosphere has hardly changed in the last twenty years, which creates a pleasant nostalgia and fits the neighborhood perfectly. Due to the small space in the restaurant, the background noise can be a little louder, which contributes to the lively atmosphere. The service is friendly and always helpful. When it's busier, it can sometimes take a little longer for the food to arrive - but it's worth the wait!

Turkish restaurant. There's always something going on here. The food comes quickly, is fresh and very tasty. I like to come here and fortify myself before a visit to the Capitol. Visited regularly because it's simply good.

Oh yes: you have the option of mixing the topping yourself at home, for example from Lahmacun, and having it baked there. Will be billed based on the number of pieces. FAIR PRICES. A nice hometown tradesman. It's even nice that they answer the phone saying "yes, sir". We enjoy eating lahmacun and pita bread. Especially the empty pita they bring out reminds me of Ramadan pita. Nice details for Germany.

I discovered the restaurant on YouTube and drove an extra 85km to try the food. I was thrilled with the Lahmacun, Pide and the soup that I ate there - like in Turkey, it was very tasty. There are enough seats and the service was also very good. The Usta's understand their craft. It is definitely worth visiting Ustalar Taşfırın. The only thing that bothered me was most of the drinks that we were all supposed to boycott together.

The food from the stone oven is delicious. The staff doesn't seem well trained, you get the feeling you're not welcome there. The staff should definitely be trained better. Unfortunately there was only cold bread with the soups, the two tables next to us got warm bread. That doesn't work either. You can only pay in cash, which isn't that cool either. It's definitely good to take away, but I wouldn't eat there again for now.

A real insider tip in Mannheim. I became aware of Ustalar Tasfirin through the food tour videos from Taste of Halal (be sure to check it out on YouTube!). I've driven past it many times but never eaten there. That just changed and I got a Lahmacun. The staff was very friendly and after less than 5 minutes I had the gem in front of me. Fresh from the stone oven - through the open kitchen you can watch the many men at their craft - really exciting and the smell makes you hungry. The lahmacun comes with fresh parsley, onions, lemon and small peppers. The taste is incredibly authentic, delicious and cannot be compared with a lahmacun at a “normal kebab shop”. I'm excited to try the rest of the menu and am very happy with my visit. I'll be back! :)♥️
