The food here is really good. Very tasty and absolutely authentic! The special thing is that it is prepared in a stone oven, which gives the whole thing a unique taste. The lahmacun and pide were very crispy. The facility has now been recently renovated, everything looks modern and very inviting.

We went on recommendation. It was very delicious and there was plenty of variety.

A really good pita in German conditions can be compared to the Konya meat bread style. I didn't like that the salad that came alone had only parsley; some tomatoes and cucumbers could also be added. But the balance of price and taste is good, it is a must-try place in Mannheim.

Reservation via the website is quick and uncomplicated, but doesn't seem to play a role on site. The restaurant extends over 2 separate rooms: the bakery with the long stone oven and a few seats, and a restaurant right next door where you only eat. The dishes are between 9 and 11 euros. The service is efficient, but since everything is freshly prepared, you should be patient. I choose "Sucuklu Pide (Pide with Garlic Sausage and Butter Cheese)". The dough is fluffy and crispy at the same time, and the aroma is delicious. Fresh parsley, lemon and pickled peppers are served with it. Payment is then made next door in the bakery. I was there recently and it was a great taste experience. I ate lahmacun. I have never eaten such high-quality and deliciously processed Lahmacun dough outside of Türkiye. This dough is not common in Germany and really seduced me and brought me to Turkey for a while. Service was OK. The ambience is warm and inviting. Unfortunately, I deducted a point for the following reason: there was no salad with the lahmacun, only pickled peppers, lemon and parsley. Especially with such a perfect lahmacun, I was missing the onion salad processed with sumac and some tomato and green salad. We had to wait very little to get a seat. In terms of taste, I can say that it is the best Lahmacun I have eaten in Germany so far and would definitely recommend it!

I have rarely experienced a restaurant that offers pide and lahmacun at this level. This offers an authentic taste like in Turkey, which for me is unique in Germany. The long stone oven used for preparation contributes significantly to the excellent taste. Each order, be it the pide with butter cheese or the crispy lahmacun, is prepared to perfection and accompanied by fresh garnishes such as parsley and hot peppers. The lentil soup is also highly recommended. The restaurant has recently expanded, meaning there is now more space both inside and outside. Nevertheless, it is almost always full - a clear sign of the outstanding quality and popularity. The entire team handles the operation with professionalism, is always friendly and takes time for a personal conversation or questions. For pide and lahmacun lovers, this restaurant is an absolute must. I've been here many times and will definitely come back again and again. A culinary experience that is second to none!

The dough is sufficiently crispy and the use of bran flour in the base also increases the taste. Since it was a Saturday, we waited at the door for a short time for an empty table. Everything is fine, but you should leave knowing that you have to eat and clear the table quickly. The bill with drinks was 32.20 Euros, but the manager charged us 30 Euros. I found this very neat, thanks again.

We ate minced meat pita and cubed pita. We didn't like the minced meat pita very much, but the cubed pita was very good and we liked it very much. If I go again, I might eat the cubed pita. As far as I understand, it is a very well-known place, so it is very crowded inside, it is impossible to pass between the tables, the place cannot handle the capacity, I think they should switch to a bigger place. Since it was very crowded, the waiting time was very long. While we were waiting, we wanted to drink (AZ) soup, but they did not give us (AZ) soup, they said we did not have (AZ) soup. In fact, in such places, since the waiting for pita bread takes a long time, you drink soup. Not everyone can eat pita after eating a big plate of soup. You drink some soup and in the meantime, the pita is cooked and you eat it, you don't have to wait, you won't be bored. These should also be said along with the good things. Next time I come, I'll ask for LESS soup again, let's see if they'll give it to me.

I'm an business man from US. I stumbled across this restaurant while walking around and back to my hotel. On a cool, cold, night the soup was awesome , and bread, cheese, meat rolls are perfect. It's like a small rolled pizza. I totally recommend. I did not know Turkish.....Google translator helped a lot reading menu.

Since the renovation/expansion you can almost always find a place here. Simply great! Fresh pide with lemon, pepperoni and parsley. Insane price/performance ratio. Very tasty and very fresh! The food always comes quickly and the staff is very friendly. A classic in Mannheim! If you come once, you will come again. No matter if you are a meat eater, vegetarian or vegan. Highly recommended! The lentil soup (see photo) is also legendary! (if you wish you can also get parsley with more lemon + ultra-hot, delicious pepperoni)

While paying the bill, I saw that there was Tandoori Kebab on the menu on the wall, and I regretted not eating it. We purposely made our way there 2 days ago. The taste was good, the prices were good, but the meat of the kusbasi pita was very small, it was like a pita with minced meat. The cubed pitas I have eaten in many different regions in Turkey were not like this.

All dishes center around the MASSIVE traditional wood fired oven. Breads, slow roasted iron skillet lamb and more. If you look in and think the seating is full, look to the building on the left. They have 2x buildings for seating because it's well worth the visit! Lamb was succulent, bread perfectly baked, lentil soup golden and service great!

Food tastes like in Turkey, the Lahmacun is simply great. Please don't let up on quality.
