It is enough! Turned away for a pizza for the fourth time - because it was full. We would also have had patience and understanding, the main thing was food. We now order from our friendly competitor. Too bad
The four of us went to the restaurant for dinner for the first time. Nice decor/ambience, good food, but not outstanding in our opinion. When paying the bill we were informed that EC card payments were not possible - only cash.... Sorry, that's no longer up to date! For one person's pasta dish, we asked if we could have some parmesan cheese with it; A small bowl was served. It was only when we looked at the invoice that we saw that this was billed separately/additionally. When the employee (junior manager?) asked us that we hadn't had to pay extra for it in a single restaurant, he basically said that the dishes were cheap and had to be economical. As the conversation continued for a short time, we all found the employee's reaction increasingly and overall to be "very mushy" and left it at that. That's why we leave it at a one-time visit.
PS: Due to the owner's outrageous and insulting response - which ultimately confirmed the reaction already shown on site - we have reduced the rating again
Simply fabulous! Our love for the Piatto Ricco began outdoors last summer. Since then we have been drawn back there several times. From the very beginning we were impressed by the delicious dishes at extremely fair prices. These are prepared in the cozy dining room for you to watch; and very quickly. We tried lamb, steak, pasta in several variations and pizza, all without comparison for us.
The at least as nice thing about the restaurant is the authenticity and the warmth of the entire staff.
After just a few visits you will receive very good individual attention from the two charming waitresses. We always look forward to our next visit with the family from Sicily!
Since the beginning, I've had a hard time letting go of any dish other than spaghetti carbonara, Italian-style without cream. An absolute dream and my recommendation :-)

After some parents didn't show up for the regulars' table, they no longer wanted to serve us.
So we happily went to another pizzeria where we were treated kindly and warmly.
Very good restaurant/pizzeria. Abundant and quality dishes. Even the dessert was very good. The owners are kind and friendly people. I had a great time and will definitely return. Thank you very much
Kurzfristig telefonisch noch einen Tisch bekommen, freundlicher Empfang, sehr gut.
Aioli-Dipp und Oliven standen bereits auf dem Tisch, Pizzabrötchen dazu mussten wir mehrfach bestellen, Service, insbesondere der jüngere Herr etwas unbeholfen und chaotisch unterwegs. Auch Getränke-Nachbestellungen wurden teils vergessen.
Fleisch-Qualität vom Tagliata dieses Mal nicht gut, relativ viel Fett-Anteil, das war bei vorangegangenen Besuchen besser.
I Frati Lugana leider aus.
Titamisu von der Konsistenz leider (noch) zu flüssig, geschmacklich war das bei richtiger Konsistenz hier immer sehr gut.
Für 4 Sterne reicht es diese Mal leider nicht.

An unforgettable evening in the Enotria
We went to the Enotria in Hagen for a wine tasting with a five-course menu – and what can we say? It was simply fantastic. The best Italian I've ever experienced! A great host, a gifted chef, a lovingly put together menu and perfectly matched wines – every detail was just right. Thank you so much for this wonderful evening, which we will remember for a long time.

We came to the Christmas party with 40 people. Unfortunately, the meal was overshadowed by rude, rude service. You had the feeling you were not a guest here, but a troublemaker.
It's best to pay, remain silent and have no wishes. You can't work like that as a restaurateur. Of course some people would have come back, but certainly not after this service.
Not recommended!
