We have enjoyed going to Cervus for many years! The food is of the best quality, the compositions are well thought out and the service is friendly and professional. The price-performance ratio is really fair. Absolutely deserved 5 stars!

Beware of rip-offs! My parents were there for coffee and were happy so far. We like to support local restaurants and bars. When they were in the parking lot a few days later, the new, poorly visible parking fee signs were overlooked. With a note riddled with grammatical errors, we were given a notice of an administrative offense, which required us to pay a cash fine of €15 (which we obviously didn't, as the notice didn't look official). In this note (it was nothing more than that), we were addressed informally and after 3.5 months, we received a contractual penalty of €90. This is also disproportionately high. Anyone who treats their guests like that shouldn't have one. Never again! Never again….

Hier ist die Adresse Programm "Kehrwieder 1" Vorab.. diese Rezension ist eine Selbsterfahrung, die komplett selbst bezahlt wurde und soll lediglich dazu beitragen, eine Auswahl bei der Restaurantsuche zu treffen. Als wir das palette54 in Kappeln betraten, fühlten wir uns sofort wie bei Oma im Wohnzimmer, aber mit modernen Akzenten. Die gemütliche Atmosphäre und die liebevolle Einrichtung schaffen ein heimeliges Ambiente, das zum Verweilen einlädt. Wir saßen auf einer Empore, wo auch ein Klavier stand und anscheinend auch zeitweise Livemusik angeboten wird. Die Küche ist einfach herausragend. Jedes Gericht wird weitgehend mit frischen Zutaten zubereitet und mit viel Liebe zum Detail angerichtet. Besonders empfehlen kann ich die saisonalen Spezialitäten, die nicht nur geschmacklich überzeugen, sondern auch optisch ein Highlight sind. Wir hatten: - Matjes “Tartar” - Rauchfischteller - Wechselnder Fisch (Rotbarsch) - Wechselnder Fisch (Knurrhahn) - Geschmorte Ochsenbacke - Schokoladen Crème brûlée Die Vorspeisen waren grandios. Der Fisch im Hauptgang war on point gebraten. Da nur zwei Fische zur Auswahl waren und der Rotbarsch der letzte war (ein Zeugnis der Frische) wurde uns angeboten beide Fische auf zwei Personen zu verteilen. Daumen hoch für den Service. Die Bratklöße waren sehr knusprig und schmackhaft. Die Symbiose der Zutaten war absolut stimmig. Die Ochsenbäckchen würde ich zarter erwarten und das Kartoffelgratin traf nicht den Geschmack des Konsumenten. Der Service ist herzlich und aufmerksam. Man merkt, dass das Team mit Leidenschaft bei der Sache ist und den Gästen einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt bereiten möchte. Ich kann zusammenfassend sagen, dass wir mit allem, was aus dem #meer kam, zu 100% zufrieden waren. Der Rauchfisch kommt laut Beschreibung auch von der @fischraucherei_foeh_ Das alleine ist schon ein Zeichen von Qualität. Für alle, die in Kappeln ein Restaurant mit hervorragender Küche und einer Atmosphäre wie bei Oma zu Hause suchen, ist das palette54 die perfekte Wahl.

Christmas party with the company. Very friendly, courteous and attentive service, a very good price/performance ratio and a small, interesting menu. The food was very tasty! It wasn't the last time we were there, a greeting to the kitchen.

The "Grüner Baum" in Linx is a real insider tip in our area. This family-run business – a father in the kitchen, mother and son serving – does a truly excellent job. All the dishes on the menu are freshly prepared and taste delicious. The service is outstanding. Guests feel very welcome, and we always have great conversations. They really take the time to listen to their guests and are very attentive to their requests. The selection and value for money are absolutely excellent. We enjoy going there often. Advance reservations are recommended. Tables are only booked once per evening, so guests can enjoy the evening without any time pressure.

Snacks paired with a cozy restaurant and an extraordinary price/performance ratio. Gladly again !
