Gutes Personal immer nett und essen ist sehr frisch und lecker

Sehr lecker und absolut empfehlenswert! Der Döner war frisch zubereitet, das Fleisch saftig und gut gewürzt. Der Salat war knackig und reichlich – Tomaten, Gurken, Kraut und Rotkohl frisch geschnitten. Auch die Soßen haben gut gepasst und waren genau richtig dosiert. Das Brot frisch und knusprig. Freundliche Bedienung und gemütliches Ambiente. Gerne wieder!

Meine Beurteilung, liegt lediglich auf das Essen, da von mir auf Grundlage der Entfernung nur online bestellt wird. Persönlich, kann Ich mich was das Essen betrifft nicht beschweren. Die Temperatur, war zumindest bisher immer im Normalbereich. Die Pizzen sehen gut aus, auf der Salatbeilage vom Dönerteller war immer Kräuter und auch beim Burger gab es nichts, wo Ich mich beschweren konnte. Es gibt nur Zwei Gerichte, von denen Ich mich fernhalten werde. Das Pide Nummer 23, ist für mich als Vorspeise geeignet und sieht gut aus, allerdings für den aktuellen Preis von 9,50€, stimmt für mich das Masse/ Preis Verhältnis nicht. Und die 95, Der Nudel-Döner Auflauf, habe den immer gerne gegessen, bekomme davon seid 6 Monaten Sodbrennen. Woran es lag? keine Ahnung, allerdings biete die Karte genügend Auswahl. Die Lieferzeit betrug bisher immer ca. Eine Stunde, was wenn man bedenkt das Ich am anderen Ende der Stadt wohne völlig im Toleranzbereich liegt, die Pizza brauch ja auch eine gewisse Backzeit. So lang man also dort online bestellen kann, werde Ich es auch weiterhin tun.

Unfreundliche Bedienung. Unverschämte Preise. Ein Kinderdöner mit Käse 9 € ? Der Laden sieht auch sehr schmuddelig aus. Dazu kam noch das ich 5 € zu wenig wieder bekommen habe. Was ja mal passieren kann...Für mich ist es wohl aber eher eine Masche wenn man die anderen Bewertungen liest.

Der Döner verdient bessere Bewertungen! Bisher immer sehr lecker, super freundliche Bedienung und angenehmer Sitzbereich.

Habe um 17.15 Uhr online bestellt nach ca 30 Minuten war das Essen da.habe ein Dönerteller und eine Schale Salat bestellt es war sehr gut.

Früher mochte ich den Laden, er war zwar Verhältnismäßig teuer aber nicht übertrieben. Heute zahle ich 9€ für einen normalen Hamburger und 2€ Zusatz für gemischtes Fleisch bei einem Döner. Zudem dauert die Zubereitung ewig. Schade was aus dem Laden geworden ist

Guter solider Döner. Mit Kalbhackfleisch nichts auszusetzen. Könnte etwas größer sein.

Wir haben an einem Dienstag um 19.30 uhr 2 Döner und 1 Dönerteller bestellt. 1 stunde Wartezeit wurde angekündigt. Nach einen weiteren Anruf wurde gesagt:"ist unterwegs" ohne auch nach Namen oder Bestellung zu fragen. Essen kam nach 2 Stunden, kalt und für 32 Euro an. Also nochmal Ofen an, zum aufwärmen. Lieferant und telefondienst mehr als unfreundlich - am stöhnen usw. Nicht nochmal!!!

Wir bestellen ziemlich oft Pizza und sind zufrieden. Von den Pizzerien in Neustrelitz ist hier die leckerste.

Also wir haben den mal bestellt nach einen langen anstrengenden Arbeitstag wo man keine Lust hat zu kochen 🧑‍🍳 wir haben es liefern lassen der Fahrer war sehr nett und zu vorkommen. Wir haben zwei Döner Teller bestellt einmal ohne Salat und einmal mit. Wir waren sehr unzufrieden Pommes kalt und labbrig Fleisch war sehr trocken und hat uns garnicht geschmeckt leider haben wir es so wie es war in den Müll geworfen schade ☹️ wegen dem Essen & Geld aber was soll man sagen mein Bauch dreht sich und werden dort nicht mehr bestellen Lg

Hab mir hier ein Döner geholt. Erstmal mit 8 Euro finde ich zu teuer,das Brot war auch nicht so toll könnte knuspriger sein. Der döner war dann wenigstens groß aber wenig Fleisch drin und viel Kraut. Nicht so meins.

Six months ago, they charged my card twice, then they said they miscalculated €2, and today is October 26, 2025. They charged me €1 for paying by card and didn't inform me. Only when I asked why they charged me €19 instead of €18 did the person show me a sign—a piece of paper stuck to the plastic—that card payments cost €1. I was there last month. Be careful, they're scamming you. It's disgusting.

Wir essen regelmäßig hier und sind zufrieden. Uns schmeckt das Essen gut. Der Döner und die Pizzen sind frisch zubereitet, und es gibt eine gute Auswahl an warmen Gerichten. Das Personal war freundlich und es gab keine langen Wartezeiten.

One star for the taste of the kebab. Zero stars for the rip-off... minimal meat is offset by maximum salad, and all for a price of €9... salad in a pastry case. The icing on the cake is the fee for card payments. Stay away... never again.

Service war zwar etwas genervt, aber dennoch höflich und hat mir sogar kurz vor Feierabend (21:40 Uhr) noch Extrawünsche erfüllt. Besonders positiv: Das Essen wurde trotz nur noch 20 Minuten bis Feierabend frisch, warm und sehr lecker geliefert! 🍕🍔 Geschmacklich waren Pizza und Burger top 👍🏻. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt: Auf der Pizza war etwas wenig Soße, dadurch etwas trocken. Insgesamt aber sehr lecker!

Waited over an hour for two doner kebabs, despite asking several times. The taste was okay, but the portions were too small for the price.

Never again! We waited two hours for our food, and when it finally arrived, everything was already cold, with barely any sauce on it. The delivery guy was totally unfriendly, and the employee was even unfriendly on the phone when we were placing our order.

Used to be top-notch, now it's just the lowest drawer. The last time we were there, an order was forgotten, and it arrived 15 minutes later. Today we went again. Four orders after us were brought to the table first or left for pickup. When we asked if we had been forgotten, the German waitress simply replied with a very unfriendly "Nope." We then left and ordered a pizza from Duo Fratelli by phone. It was ready for pickup seven minutes later. A Turkish pizza with cheese now costs €12, while you can get significantly better quality at an Italian restaurant for almost the same price. I expressed my displeasure there, but no one cared. For us, that was the last time.

Baba's shop. The food tastes absolutely delicious. And is practically perfect. Even Rainer Winkler would trade his baked cheese for this kebab.

A very nice shop. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere in the shop was great. My personal recommendation would be the chicken doner kebab. The doner kebab plate and regular doner kebab are also highly recommended. It's also worth ordering a delivery. Whether it's a single order or a large order, we ordered at the end of the day, it was very accommodating and delicious. The pizza dough was very fluffy and crispy at the same time. The pizza selection was very extensive. All in all, it was a very nice and delicious experience, and the chicken doner kebab delighted my taste buds. I will definitely order again.

We've had nothing but positive experiences. The entrance area was clean, and the order-taking area was also very clean. A look behind the counter was also very positive; everything was clean, tidy, and organized. After a brief consideration, we decided on two pizzas, including a special request, which was accommodated and implemented without any problems. When ordering, we were asked if we wanted our pizzas with hollandaise sauce. This was very unusual for us, so we both simply said yes. We were both very surprised; the hollandaise sauce really makes the pizza special and we highly recommend it, hence the 5 stars. We'll definitely stop by again on our next vacation.

I ordered a doner meat pizza with only square pieces from the previous day's skewer. I called and complained, and the "boss" replied that he's allowed to sell yesterday's meat. 🤣 He doesn't know the minced meat regulations. Then he just put it on top.

During the week, I waited almost an hour and 45 minutes for two doner kebabs and a doner kebab plate. The children's doner kebab came with a different sauce than ordered. When I called, I was told the driver would bring a new doner kebab after his other deliveries, but that was too late for me. Then I was told he'd get the doner kebab tomorrow, which wasn't an option because he wanted a doner kebab now, so after 20 minutes, the doner kebab was replaced. A while ago, I received an incorrect delivery with the wrong topping on the pizza. They said the driver would come in two hours to replace it. I then said I didn't need any more pizza and wanted my money back. Suddenly, the replacement was done in 45 minutes. Once, it was pretty cheeky that if you wanted the sauce in a cup and not on the doner kebab, you had to pay €2 for the cup, which, of course, you weren't told about until delivery. Minimum order value for delivery is too high. If they didn't serve chicken kebabs, it would be a reason not to order there anymore.

My pizza was delivered piping hot and with all my special requests. It was absolutely delicious and certainly won't be the last time I order from there.

Be careful! These scammers charged me €38.80 even though I only ordered €25. The Coke was missing and a doner kebab box was simply delivered separately. Even with the extra doner kebab box delivered separately, the cost would only be €30. I'm going to the police tomorrow and file a report. To top it all off, my wife had a fly in her doner kebab. Simply disgusting. We're taking it to the health department tomorrow. NEVER AGAIN!

Arrived cold, cheese was hard, and the vegetables were mushy. They said they'd be there at 12:00 PM, but after several calls, they arrived at 2:00 PM.

The taste is okay. It's nice that they also offer chicken. Card payments are accepted, even for delivery. All in all, Hayri is highly recommended, but most of the food is of the snack-bar standard.

My favorite kebab shop in Neustrelitz. I really enjoy the kebabs and kebab plates. 2025: No longer my favorite kebab shop. Service and taste have declined, and the price/performance ratio is no longer justifiable for me. (€11 for a Turkish pizza with meat and cheese to go).

I had ordered 2 kebab plates...I asked if it was possible to get the sauce extra. Yes, no problem, costs €1 per portion. The kebab plate now costs 14€ and then I have to pay another n euros for the cup (costs 0.10€ when purchasing) of sauce? No thanks. Rip-offs. And the food is nothing special. Just an old minced meat kebab.

Hygiene leaves much to be desired. At the back of the entrance the dirty mobs dry for the floor. It's all getting a little messy. When paying as it is. 2 kebabs were not entered into the cash register, the drawer was open. Change was just given out like that. Then we know where the journey leads

Admittedly, I don't know the menu by heart. I order a simple kebab and when I put the topping on it I'm asked "also with cheese?" I think nothing of it and say yes. When you pay you get a surprise: of course cheese costs extra. And when my mistake comes out, I get a cheeky grin. I don't make a fuss about cheese or an extra 1.50. But this way is shitty and just plain outrageous. If extras are offered, the customer must be made aware of the additional charge. Otherwise, please just do what the customer ordered. In any case, we'll get kebab somewhere else from now on.

We got kebab here again after a long time because they used to be good. Strong disillusionment followed. Very bland and very little kebab meat, garlic sauce without garlic, herb sauce without herbs and hot sauce without heat...at least you couldn't taste any of it. Those weren't kebabs...that was absolutely NIXXX!!!

First a little back story, I come from the Palatinate and am currently on holiday here with my girlfriend. Yesterday evening we were hungry and we wanted to get a kebab quickly, since the selection here is really limited at half past ten, we decided to go to the kebab shop/bistro in question. The first impression was good, there was a lot to choose from, including the sauces I ordered a kebab plate with french fries salad when asked and I answered yes to everything, including cheese + 2 kebab bread + 2 drinks. I used to work in the catering industry myself, so I know very well how annoying it can be when a customer orders something in advance 20-30 minutes before closing time. The price was 20.50€ as a gesture of my goodwill I gave 22 and said it was true. When the kebab plate was ready, I noticed that there was no cheese on it. So I asked the gentleman who prepared the kebab plate for me to put cheese on it. He replied: costs extra My answer was that I gave more money (it would have been 50 cents more) and assumed that the whole thing wasn't a problem. He: Yes, that was a tip. It has nothing to do with it. I was absolutely annoyed because there was simply a misunderstanding and despite the fact that I had theoretically paid for 3 slices of cheese, I had to pay extra again. I then went out and wanted to enjoy my meal with my girlfriend when I noticed that the bread was missing. So I went back again because I was only 2 minutes away and asked for my bread back. The boss himself seemed annoyed by the employee in question. The employee replied, no matter how stupidly, he said there were 2 cans Long story short, the kebab was good but the one unfriendly and, in my opinion, disrespectful employee ruined the kebab for me. It's a shame about the rest because it was good, but you can see how an idiot can ruin your rating. Doner kebab is okay, but the pizza is really awesome! Juicy, well topped and plenty of cheese. And unbeatably cheap! Ordering for delivery is always easy and fast delivery too! There's really nothing you can say against it! You can also sit and eat relaxed on site.

Absolutely unfriendly on the phone, we ordered 2 kebabs over the phone and then picked them up straight away. We pretty much always order 81a...but why the hell is it driver dependent??? The smaller gentleman is very nice and the food that was ordered is delivered in full. However, the taller gentleman always misses the salad??? 🤷🏻‍♀️

You come in and everything is clean and looks good, which is all well and good to begin with, but the service, customer friendliness and quality of the food leave something to be desired. You look at the menu above and ask for a cheeseburger as it wasn't listed there , answer yes we have, no information that it was supposed to be an xxl burger and it cost 9 euros, had no side dishes and simply tasted bland, all I can say is that I can't recommend it Price performance is bottomless

It wasn't really good. Me and my boys ordered a kebab and despite there being few customers, it took forever until we were served. Unfortunately, the meat for the kebab was quite burnt and dry. And there were quite a few thick, lumpy pieces of meat in the kebab. Overall, the store didn't impress us at all. The staff themselves were relatively friendly.

I ordered a kebab with meat and onions. And I think meat would somehow be forgotten...almost only onions.....unfortunately I removed a large portion of onions before I took the picture...I was looking for meat... ..

It couldn't be worse. Unfriendly and totally slow are even the lesser evil. Completely overpriced and wrongly so. We stood for at least 10 minutes to order a Doner plate, a Doner and fries. When asked whether you could only make 5 of the nuggets and fries instead of 10, i.e. half for a 2-year-old child, they not only looked stupid, but also immediately said that that wouldn't work. Apart from Kinderdoener, there is nothing for smaller children and no exceptions are made. We then ordered fries, I shouted that the fries should not be soaked in ketchup, the answer was that it was too late and then the food was put down. The ketchup was spoiled and tasted completely fertile and putrid! But my son had already eaten some of it. I then went and said that the ketchup was bad. At first I was labeled as paranoid, after all he had just put the ketchup in it, it can't be bad at all. At my insistence, he tried it himself and stood there perplexed and then took the fries back and asked if he should make new ones. We gave up on that. Für mich war es das letzte mal das ich in diesem Laden bestellt habe. Wenn man schon soviel Geld bezahlt dann sollte das Essen auch warm zuhause ankommen.

The store is bad, unbelievable! No greeting, subterranean facial expression...service completely overwhelmed. After waiting 5 minutes without being allowed to place an order, I left the store. The salad bar for the kebab is simply a visual disaster. Prices completely excessive.

I don't recommend this place, the service is at the lowest level. I placed the order in English and the gentleman didn't tell me doesn't understand. I asked which salads I wanted to choose and I answered. The kebab was ready in 5 minutes, but I got it after 20 minutes because it was on its side. When I said that the kebab was different from the one I ordered, the man got angry and said I shouldn't have ordered it in English because he didn't understand it. When I told him he could ask again, he looked at me like he wanted to kill me. Situations like this shouldn't happen in any restaurant. If someone doesn't understand someone, they should say so immediately, and the gentleman taking the order should not engage with customers because it will only scare him away from that place.

Prices have increased and quality has declined significantly. A few years ago they were the best, unfortunately there is nothing left of them and they are unfriendly. It's better to drive a few meters further

Katastrophal, nachdem wir uns über eine falsch gelieferte Bestellung beschwert hatten und diese trotz Zusage bis heute nicht erstattet wurde, gaben wir dem Dönerladen eine weitere Chance. Nach der Onlinebestellung wurde mein Freund angerufen und mitgeteilt: "Chef hat verboten zu liefern an dich.." Ganz schwach vom Inhaber, schafft es nicht mal sich zu entschuldigen, dann sowas.

Der Lieferdienst überzeugt uns durch seine gute Qualität der Zutaten und die Lieferung erfolgte zügig. Die frischen Zutaten und der gut gewürzte Geschmack von Fleisch und Soßen haben uns überzeugt. Top! Der Service ist zuvorkommend, und die Portionen sind großzügig. Insgesamt eine empfehlenswerte Wahl für alle Döner und Pizzaliebhaber!
