Prices are too expensive for what they offer. Too little sauce, meat is gristly and customer requests are not taken into account! Among other things, we ordered a kebab that was only supposed to have sauce and meat in it, opened it at home and had salad with it. Went there to complain about it and then got an answer: “No, we can't change that, you either eat it or not “Thank you for nothing!

The boss is very unfriendly and questions about the content are only answered half-heartedly. The employees look as if they want to be left alone. But the kebab tastes good

We got kebab here again after a long time because they used to be good. Strong disillusionment followed. Very bland and very little kebab meat, garlic sauce without garlic, herb sauce without herbs and hot sauce without heat...at least you couldn't taste any of it. Those weren't kebabs...that was absolutely NIXXX!!!

There are more disgusting things - in the garbage dump. Cold, indefinable ingredients, brrrr. When I complained about the super expensive kebab, I was threatened with a beating. Stay away from there.

Doner meat doesn't taste good at all, fries are way too wobbly and there's hardly any sauce. It was the first and last time I order from Hayri.

My assessment is solely based on the food, as I only order online based on the distance. Personally, I can't complain about the food. The temperature, at least so far, has always been in the normal range. The pizzas look good, there were always herbs on the salad on the kebab plate and there was nothing I could complain about with the burger either. There are only two courts from which I will stay away. The pide number 23 is suitable for me as a starter and looks good, but for the current price of €9.50, the mass/price ratio is not right for me. And the 95, the noodle kebab casserole, I always enjoyed eating it, I've been getting heartburn from it for the last 6 months. What was it about? I have no idea, but the menu offers enough choice. The delivery time has always been around an hour, which is completely within the tolerance range considering that I live on the other side of the city, the pizza also needs a certain baking time. So as long as you can order online there, I will continue to do so.

First a little back story, I come from the Palatinate and am currently on holiday here with my girlfriend. Yesterday evening we were hungry and we wanted to get a kebab quickly, since the selection here is really limited at half past ten, we decided to go to the kebab shop/bistro in question. The first impression was good, there was a lot to choose from, including the sauces I ordered a kebab plate with french fries salad when asked and I answered yes to everything, including cheese + 2 kebab bread + 2 drinks. I used to work in the catering industry myself, so I know very well how annoying it can be when a customer orders something in advance 20-30 minutes before closing time. The price was 20.50€ as a gesture of my goodwill I gave 22 and said it was true. When the kebab plate was ready, I noticed that there was no cheese on it. So I asked the gentleman who prepared the kebab plate for me to put cheese on it. He replied: costs extra My answer was that I gave more money (it would have been 50 cents more) and assumed that the whole thing wasn't a problem. He: Yes, that was a tip. It has nothing to do with it. I was absolutely annoyed because there was simply a misunderstanding and despite the fact that I had theoretically paid for 3 slices of cheese, I had to pay extra again. I then went out and wanted to enjoy my meal with my girlfriend when I noticed that the bread was missing. So I went back again because I was only 2 minutes away and asked for my bread back. The boss himself seemed annoyed by the employee in question. The employee replied, no matter how stupidly, he said there were 2 cans Long story short, the kebab was good but the one unfriendly and, in my opinion, disrespectful employee ruined the kebab for me. It's a shame about the rest because it was good, but you can see how an idiot can ruin your rating. I'll never come back because I live 900km away, but hopefully this will encourage a change and then I'm sure the reviews will generally get better. Nice greetings from the Palatinate

We have been waiting for our food for over 2 hours. Far too little meat. Price performance is simply a disaster.

We've been waiting for 2 hours and 5 minutes now. I called 25 minutes ago and was told the food had been sent out but I'm still waiting. Then it was sorted out again.

Doner kebab is okay, but the pizza is really awesome! Juicy, well topped and plenty of cheese. And unbeatably cheap! Ordering for delivery is always easy and fast delivery too! There's really nothing you can say against it! You can also sit and eat relaxed on site.

Absolutely unfriendly on the phone, we ordered 2 kebabs over the phone and then picked them up straight away. The answer was next time we should just come over, otherwise he would have to hire another person just for the phone. Arrived 5 minutes later (store empty) no one before or after us. And greeted with the words, "You're the caller." Conclusion = Never again!!!

We pretty much always order 81a...but why the hell is it driver dependent??? The smaller gentleman is very nice and the food that was ordered is delivered in full. However, the taller gentleman always misses the salad??? 🤷🏻‍♀️

You come in and everything is clean and looks good, which is all well and good to begin with, but the service, customer friendliness and quality of the food leave something to be desired. You look at the menu above and ask for a cheeseburger as it wasn't listed there , answer yes we have, no information that it was supposed to be an xxl burger and it cost 9 euros, had no side dishes and simply tasted bland, all I can say is that I can't recommend it Price performance is bottomless

It wasn't really good. Me and my boys ordered a kebab and despite there being few customers, it took forever until we were served. Unfortunately, the meat for the kebab was quite burnt and dry. And there were quite a few thick, lumpy pieces of meat in the kebab. Overall, the store didn't impress us at all. The staff themselves were relatively friendly.

When entering the store, there was no greeting, very unfriendly staff, you could tell the two of them didn't feel like working. 2 curries and 2 fries with mayonnaise 19 euros. That's what I call juicy, especially since the sausage doesn't deserve the name curry sausage. The fries were also a joke, the two salads were missing for 19 euros, an absolute joke. We cannot recommend this store and will not use it again.😱

Absolut nicht zu empfehlen!!! Nicht nur das wir zwei Stunden auf unser Essen ( 4 Gerichte ) gewartet haben wo 60 Minuten angegeben worden sind,das Essen wir kalt und zu dem nicht fertig gegart!!! Einfach nicht zu genießen!

I ordered a kebab with meat and onions. And I think meat would somehow be forgotten...almost only onions.....unfortunately I removed a large portion of onions before I took the picture...I was looking for meat... ..

It couldn't be worse. Unfriendly and totally slow are even the lesser evil. Completely overpriced and wrongly so. We stood for at least 10 minutes to order a Doner plate, a Doner and fries. When asked whether you could only make 5 of the nuggets and fries instead of 10, i.e. half for a 2-year-old child, they not only looked stupid, but also immediately said that that wouldn't work. Apart from Kinderdoener, there is nothing for smaller children and no exceptions are made. We then ordered fries, I shouted that the fries should not be soaked in ketchup, the answer was that it was too late and then the food was put down. The ketchup was spoiled and tasted completely fertile and putrid! But my son had already eaten some of it. I then went and said that the ketchup was bad. At first I was labeled as paranoid, after all he had just put the ketchup in it, it can't be bad at all. At my insistence, he tried it himself and stood there perplexed and then took the fries back and asked if he should make new ones. We gave up on that. A short time later it was claimed that the ketchup wasn't bad at all; other colleagues had also tasted it. There was a half-hearted apology and that was it. We paid €23 for a doner with double meat and a doner plate and weren't even full. Total disaster of the store. They probably only last because they deliver.

We had to wait 1 hour and 30 minutes for our food, the delivery person was very unfriendly. When we opened the food it was cold and tasted like cardboard (hardly any spices or anything like that). We had a salad with it, but it didn't have any dressing, and there wasn't enough meat on the kebab

I have to thoroughly correct my review from a few days ago! Since I initially left a bad review here due to a stupid misunderstanding on my part, I had a conversation with an employee who fortunately set everything straight.

Für mich war es das letzte mal das ich in diesem Laden bestellt habe. Wenn man schon soviel Geld bezahlt dann sollte das Essen auch warm zuhause ankommen.

The store is bad, unbelievable! No greeting, subterranean facial expression...service completely overwhelmed. After waiting 5 minutes without being allowed to place an order, I left the store. The salad bar for the kebab is simply a visual disaster. Prices completely excessive.

I don't recommend this place, the service is at the lowest level. I placed the order in English and the gentleman didn't tell me doesn't understand. I asked which salads I wanted to choose and I answered. The kebab was ready in 5 minutes, but I got it after 20 minutes because it was on its side. When I said that the kebab was different from the one I ordered, the man got angry and said I shouldn't have ordered it in English because he didn't understand it. When I told him he could ask again, he looked at me like he wanted to kill me. Situations like this shouldn't happen in any restaurant. If someone doesn't understand someone, they should say so immediately, and the gentleman taking the order should not engage with customers because it will only scare him away from that place.

Prices have increased and quality has declined significantly. A few years ago they were the best, unfortunately there is nothing left of them and they are unfriendly. It's better to drive a few meters further

Sehr lecker . Gute Größe Döner zum fairen Preis und sehr nettes Personal. Macht weiter so.

Katastrophal, nachdem wir uns über eine falsch gelieferte Bestellung beschwert hatten und diese trotz Zusage bis heute nicht erstattet wurde, gaben wir dem Dönerladen eine weitere Chance. Nach der Onlinebestellung wurde mein Freund angerufen und mitgeteilt: "Chef hat verboten zu liefern an dich.." Ganz schwach vom Inhaber, schafft es nicht mal sich zu entschuldigen, dann sowas.

Der Lieferdienst überzeugt uns durch seine gute Qualität der Zutaten und die Lieferung erfolgte zügig. Die frischen Zutaten und der gut gewürzte Geschmack von Fleisch und Soßen haben uns überzeugt. Top! Der Service ist zuvorkommend, und die Portionen sind großzügig. Insgesamt eine empfehlenswerte Wahl für alle Döner und Pizzaliebhaber!

da kann ich mich nur einigen anderen anschließen. unfreundliche bedienung und überteuert. bei mir um die ecke bezahle ich für einen dönerteller 9,50€ und nicht wie hier über 12,-€. noch dazu, dass ich den salat nicht dazu genommen habe.

Sehr lecker dort gewesen. Der Döner war frisch und die Soßen waren verdammt lecker.

Mir hat es sehr gut geschmeckt. Alles frisch zubereitet. Große Portion, schön angerichtet.

Am Essen ist einfach nichts auszusetzen und ich würde mich sogar weit aus dem Fenster legen und behaupten dass es der beste Lieferdienst in NZ ist. Einen Stern Anzug weil es keine online Bezahlfunktion gibt. Also sollte Paypal oder Lieferando bald auch hier funktionieren vergebe ich mach jeder Bestellung 5 Sterne

Grund Solider Döner Imbiss. Die Küche und der Restaurantbereich sahen sauber aus, die Angestellten vor Ort waren sehr freundlich und das Essen (Döner & Pizza) war sehr gut. Die Preise waren auch human.

Tuna salad is mainly lettuce and some vegetables, very little tuna, tasty pizza, but modest in ingredients. On average.

Nachdem ich fälschlicherweise Pommes statt Kroketten zu meinem Gyros hatte, hat sich der Chef von selber telefonisch gemeldet und um Entschuldigung gebeten. Sehr guter Service!

Geschmacklich super und es ging auch echt fix. Döner ist etwas teurer als in den ganzen anderen Buden aber dafür war der Salat sehr frisch und insgesamt war er auch sehr lecker. Ich komme wieder

Hat ganz schön nachgelassen.. Damals (vor 6 Jahren hatte ich meine letzte Rezension) war Hayri der BESTE Dönergrill in Neustrelitz. Aktuell: Essen ist ok.. aber es gibt bessere in Neustrelitz. Preise sind sehr hoch. Kundenfreundlichkeit war auch mal besser. Vielleicht wird ja hier und da nachgebessert, sodass ich meine Rezension auch wieder nachbessern kann!

Essen schmeckt, aber man muss einfach zu lange warten. Pizza 1 1/2 ist einfach zu viel.

Die Pizzen von denen sind lecker, der Preis war okay, über den Döner kann ich leider nichts sagen. Zur Not, wenn man auf der Durchreise ist kann man auch vor Ort essen, Sitzgelegenheiten drinnen wie draußen sind vorhanden, ein WC gibt es auch, nur darf man natürlich nicht das Ambiente eines Restaurants erwarten, denn es ist ja ein Lieferservice. Trotzdem ist alles sehr sauber, ich kann es empfehlen.

Hallo Wir haben mal nach langen wieder bei Hayri bestellt . Das Essen war sehr lecker und die Portion war reichlich . Was ich leider bemängeln muss das das Essen nur lauwarm bei uns angekommen ist oder sogar kalt. Das muss er noch ändern wenn man da bestellt hat das Essen warm zu sein und nicht lauwarm.

Schmeckt dort immer Lecker. Pizza ist dort sehr zu empfehlen. Die Preise sind etwas überzogen, wäre es dort nicht so teuer, würde ich tatsächlich auch öfter dort hinfahren 🤷‍♂️

Ich bin seit Jahren Stammkunde bei Hayri. Das Essen schmeckt immer gut (Ich Liebe die Pizza) und wenn man bestellt wartet man nicht ewig auf sein Essen wie bei anderen.

Wir holen uns öfter mal etwas von hier zum Essen. Heute gab es mal Dönerteller. Die Preise haben ordentlich angezogen. Aber das ist ja überall so. Der Teller war ansprechend angerichtet und hat sehr lecker geschmeckt. 👍

Sehr schlecht ,nicht zu empfehlen,Pizza war kalt und die Burger 🍔 verbrannt,wir bestellen dort oft ,aber dieses Mal waren wir sehr enttäuscht,und den versprochenen Wein gab es auch nicht!!

Leider gibt es in Neustrelitz fast keine Lieferdienste ... habe telefonisch Döner bestellt, da er bei Hayri eigentlich recht gut schmeckt, bei der Bestellung nachgefragt, wie lange das mit der Lieferung dauert. Die Lieferung sollte in 30 bis 45 Minuten erfolgen. Nach 75 Minuten habe ich nochmal angerufen mit der Auskunft: (schon erwas unfreundlich) Döner kommt in 2-3 Minuten ... nach weiteren 20 Minuten kam er tatsächlich... also die doppelte Lieferzeit als die anfangs angegebene. (so lange Lieferzeiten hatten wir schon häufiger) Habe mich diesmal beim Chef beschwert über die lange Lieferzeit, der war völlig unfreundlich und überheblich., es kam weder eine Entschuldigung, ein Preisnachlass, nicht mal eine Ausrede ... so gut ist der Döner dort dann auch nicht Dann kann man auch gut auf eine Lieferung und damit auf Döner von Hayri verzichten
