UPDATE 10/01/21 Went there again recently because we were on the corner and there wasn't anything else open in the area. Unfortunately nothing has changed... The taste was quite good, but the hygiene and friendliness was catastrophic! I waited 10 minutes for my order. Meanwhile, the guy prepared several orders of kebab plates. He licked his index finger and thumb several times to be able to grip the plastic bags better and then immediately distributed the fries between the kebab plates with his fingers. Next to it was the cleaning rag, which clearly touched the salad several times... in between it also took a hit. Then I was insulted as to why I wanted more than one sauce for my kebab box and asked him if he would pack it to take away. You can probably only eat the kebab box straight away... Conclusion: I'm looking for a new rotisserie shop.

Ordered via Lieferando.de. The food was, without a lie, the nastiest thing I've ever been served. One bite and everything else ended up in the trash! Several fake reviews of 'Vicenzo' that are more than noticeable. Twice a day, always five stars every two days. I was told on the phone that I would only get my money back if I didn't leave a bad review. I won't allow myself to be blackmailed and you will see whether this was worth it for you. We live here in Germany and you definitely won't last much longer. (own fault)

Outrageously expensive, unfriendly and unhygienic

I just ordered a kebab and a portion of fries. The delivery was quite quick, but unfortunately the fries weren't cooked through and I had problems with my stomach and diarrhea shortly after eating them. Not so nice 👎🏻

I often order here because the Dürüm is really delicious. The meat is of good quality and the bread is also excellent. However, my dears, why do the tomatoes have to be cut into such huge pieces? This makes the Dürüm very thick, and it simply doesn't taste good if a huge piece of tomato ends up in your mouth with every bite or if the Dürüm falls apart because of the tomatoes. Either you get the tomatoes so cheaply that you are so generous, or you lack the understanding of how to cut tomatoes properly. After all, the eyes eat too!

Well, it's not disgusting, but the reviews do put you off

Bad food, bad service! Unfriendly service, charged extra for things without saying so (e.g. bread on the kebab plate), the fries weren't cooked through, the veal was dry and hard and had a neutral taste! Bread so toasted that it was basically raw. It doesn't have to happen again!

The food arrived home warm and quickly. The lentil soup didn't taste fresh at all, had a strange aftertaste. The Dürüm chicken skewer was not edible, the chicken meat was bad and also smelled bad, so much so that I almost vomited. I let my husband try the food, he was of the same opinion as me. It's a shame for the money, it's the first and last time I'll order here.

I ordered a Lahmacun for delivery, 500m as the crow flies. After 2 hours they said it would be there soon. After 3 hours they said the order had been lost and they were sending it out again, after 4 hours no one answered the phone. Thanks for nothing.

The Dönergrillhaus is very close to the Lutterothstrasse subway station and has very long opening hours. There is a counter with offers of the day and half a chicken 🍗 There is a TV where football is sometimes shown. There is also seating outside.

I ordered by appointment. The driver was there on time. The salad he brought me was very tasty. Unfortunately the cola I ordered was forgotten. The driver said he would be back in 5 minutes. Today I had an order and I waited a lot and the driver came to the yard 3 times and went out and called that he couldn't find the address! It's interesting that you couldn't even speak German, not even a single word! I canceled the order !!!! Already ordered twice via Lieferando. 2 Disappointed twice. Delivery was unpunctual. Called: only the stupid excuse came: "we have so many orders" other delivery services also manage to deliver on time despite high orders! Additionally, the food arrived cold! Never again!

I had two half chicken with fries and two kebabs delivered to me for a total of €42.36, but when I started to eat the chicken I saw a few beetles in the food as if the beetles had simply been grilled and the fries also looked the same as if they had already expired and tasted bitter. I will never order anything from this store. This just sucks.

This place is also shown as for the loco chicken eimsbuttel but in fact it's döner grillhaus, but in fact they said we are the loco chicken also but for that we only deliver order online via lieferando and you can't place order here.

I'll keep it short: My order: Vegi kebab without red cabbage & without onions (no other special requests & everything would have been vegan) I got: A vegetarian kebab with goat cheese and red cabbage. So it's not even vegan anymore. You could ignore the red cabbage. Other defects: The bread was crumbly and the delivery was very late. Unfortunately I don't think more than one star is appropriate.

There was a maggot in the salad, the sauce had green spots (mold). Card payment is not possible during these times, and there was a mouse in the red cabbage.

Was hungry and looking forward to a Döner, but realized to late that this place is serving one of the lesser quality Döners. More salad than meat. Sauce was not great. Taste in general was inadequate. Service feels rushed, rude and doesn’t give it the time of day. Definitely not going back.

There is no sauce to the fries. We didn’t get noticed that we have to pay extra for ketchup or mayonnaise and payments are only possible by card from 5€ going on. That sucks very hard

I've looked at the reviews but I can't really agree with them. Ordered via Lieferando and after about 35 minutes everything arrived as desired. The meat was juicy and not too little, the salad was crunchy, the fries were crispy and the wishes, e.g. without onions, etc., were also fulfilled. The driver was also super friendly. Me and two other people are happy and would be happy to order from you again.

My impressions on site? A small shop for five to ten people. I usually order home. The new packaging for the kebab plate is super cool. Salad and sauce have their own place, yes it is made of plastic mimimi, but the fries should be on top or extra. Mega wobbly. Please change, please, hahaha

The meat of my recently ordered Adana Dürüm was a disappointment. Dry, tasteless and lacking the characteristic spice – it completely lacked the quality you would expect from an authentic Adana. A disappointment that lacked the enjoyment of a traditional Adanas.

Ich habe Dort über Lieferando bestellt und es kann nach 1.5 Stunden an der Fahrer konnte mein Geld nicht wechseln. Dann verlangte er das Essen zurück und ich konnte nicht mehr bestellen da alles zu hatte . Als ich anrufte sagte der Mitarbeiter das es Normal wäre. Größte Schande!!!

I feel a strong need to post a "balancing" review. I can judge a single dish on the menu and all I can say is wow. Admittedly, I'm a meat lover, so I eat a pretty meat-heavy diet, and I know exactly what I'm talking about when I tell you, you can't taste the difference with this VÖNER! No rubbery feeling in the mouth, as is often the case with meat alternatives. If desired, more sauce and more salad at no extra charge, including red cabbage and carrot sticks (unfortunately not the case everywhere). Today's order was delivered in 20 minutes!!! However, there is a 1 star deduction for previous orders. Waited about 1.5 to 2 hours (at a distance of 2.5 km) with no information, no accessibility, no weekend. That was annoying. If necessary, just go there and don't rely on a punctual delivery. Treat yourself to the Vöner urgently, trust me.

Ich weiß, dass Freitag Abend anstrengend sein kann (selbst für Döner Laden…) aber wenn es mir gesagt wird: Lieferung 30-50 Minuten, dann rechne ich mit maximal 1 Stunde. Ich hab auf einen Döner 2 Stunden gewartet und finde es nicht okay. Auf die telefonische Nachfrage „wie lange es noch dauert“, kommt die Antwort „wir sind überfordert“. Okay, ich verstehe aber wenn man überfordert ist, dann sperrt man die Bestellungen wenn es geht! Nach dieser Erfahrung mit 2 Stunden Wartezeit bestelle ich da nie wieder was und dann irgendwann sind die Mitarbeiter nicht überfordert…

Geschmacklich gut! Leider ist das Brot seit Monaten sehr schlecht, es bricht auseinander. Selbst beim auspacken, wo ich es noch nicht in der Hand hatte waren schon Risse im Brot, sodass man den Inhalt komplett sehen konnte. Bitte wechselt das Brot, dann komm ich auch wieder!

Habe früher öfter dort was bestellt, wenn sonst niemand mehr geöffnet hatte. Das Essen war nie herausragend, aber wenigstens war es günstig und genießbar. Habe dann ca. 2 Jahre lang nicht mehr dort bestellt, da ich nach den letzten paar Bestellungen stets umgehend die Toilette aufsuchen musste. Das mit der Genießbarkeit hatte sich dann also auch erledigt. Meine Erfahrung deckte sich ebenfalls mit diversen Bewertung auf Lieferando zu dem damaligen Zeitpunkt. Habe dem Laden dann heute doch noch eine letzte Chance gegeben, weil ich Lust auf Döner hatte und zu meinem Ärgernis kein anderer Döner Lieferdienst in meiner Gegend mehr Bargeld annehmen möchte. Ich habe das Essen um 21:06 Uhr bestellt und um 22:30 Uhr erhalten. Das war ganze 40 Minuten später als vereinbart. Ans Telefon ging dort übrigens niemand, als ich mich nach meiner Bestellung erkundigen wollte. Dazu kam dann noch, dass der Döner direkt auseinanderfiel, da das Dönerbrot komplett aufgeweicht war. Der Döner bestand gefühlt aus 80% Fleisch und 20% Zwiebeln und war platt wie ne Flunder, sprich hatte kaum Inhalt. Das Fleisch (Geflügel) hatte trotz Marinade kaum Geschmack. Einziger Lichtblick momentan ist die Tatsache, dass sich das Essen 30 Min nach dem Verzehr immer noch in meinem Magen befindet. Den anderen Bewertungen nach zu urteilen, hatte ich aber vermutlich einfach nur Glück. Fazit: Zu spät, zu teuer und eine Essensqualität, die BESTENFALLS mittelmäßig ist.

Ich habe über Uber 2 Döner bestellt. Beide sehr kalt, nahezu geschmacklos und irgendwie haben die säuerlich geschmeckt. Immerhin netter Fahrer und nichts vergessen.

Das Essen war in Ordnung. Hat auf jedenfalls satt gemacht. Die Sauce war nicht gut verteilt, so dass zum Schluss nur trocken Brot Bier blieb. Es fehlt das gewisse etwas.

Veganen Dönerteller bestellt... kam lauwarm an, das Döner"fleisch" war steinhart (wie Chips), die Pommes nicht lecker. Sehr schade!

Habe dort in den letzten 2 Jahren 3x gegessen, immer abends, immer Döner. Vorletztes Mal schmeckte die Soße seltsam. Beim letzten mal war augenscheinlich erstmal alles okay. ALLE 3 MAL bin ich dann nachts aufgewacht, weil mir richtig schlecht war und ich mich fast übergeben habe. Normalerweise hab ich sowas nie, aber jedes mal nachdem ich dort war. Beweist nichts, aber reicht, dass ich nicht mehr dort hin gehen werde. Meist ging es mir am nächsten Morgen besser. Schade.

Absolut solider Döner, das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis stimmt. Die Portionsgröße ist optimal. Und der Fakt, dass man hier auch noch zu später Stunde was bekommt, ist Gold wert. Wirkt manchmal alles etwas hektisch, aber alles in allem zufriedenstellend.

Verstehe die relativ schlechte Gesamtbewertung nicht. Hab hier schon oft etwas geholt und es war immer alles super.

I ordered mix Grill Donner teller. But it was just waste of money. Meats are not well cooked, no variety of grill.

Besuch abends. Freundlicher Mann, hinter dem Tresen empfängt mich höflich, es könnte ein kleines bisschen sauberer sein, ansonsten die Qualität des Essens ist top! Der Mann könnte etwas mehr an sich glauben, er wirkte sehr niedergeschlagen, wäre cool, wenn du das hier ließt ein kleiner Appell: Seid doch mal besonders nett, dann bekommt man auch ein bisschen Petersilie in den Döner(kleiner Geheimtipp ;-)

Das Fleisch auf dem Döner war nahezu verbrannt und alt und hart. Das Brot war matschig und nicht frisch und knackig. War definitiv nicht der beste Döner den ich gekauft habe.

Tolles Konzept, qualitativ gute und leckere Speisen zu moderaten Preisen. Im Set oder einzeln bestellbar. Einen Punkt Abzug für den recht langsamen Service. Der Kellner hatte seinen ersten Tag, was charmant war und somit Verständnis verdient. Auch die Bezahlung an der Kasse verlief schleppend. Fazit: Service ausbaufähig, Essen lecker...komme auf jeden Fall wieder...

Döner war okay, aber es gibt bessere für weniger Geld.

Habe extra für 3€ Aufpreis mit extra Fleisch bestellt,habe aber nur eine normale Fleischportion bekommen. Die Qualität des Fleisches ist zudem auch nicht überzeugend.Im Interesse des Besitzers,sollten hier ein paar Dinge verbessert werden.
