No idea about the Döner, but their baked goods are amazing - just had a Pogaca I think and it was fabulous!

My german is pretty broken and the guy didn't speak English "Was gibt es in dies brötchen?" "Schnitzel" "Ok, gut, wie viel?" "€6" Best sandwich of my life, the guy was lovely as well

Salty and inedible, and ridiculously overpriced. Made my stomach hurt and I had to throw the pide in the trash.

Just really bad food unfortunately.

Completely unfriendly. I just asked about the price and was treated as if I had insulted the entire restaurant. Food was thrown on the counter and it was just very unpleasant in general. I didn't want to accept it because the whole situation was so unpleasant, but I wouldn't have gotten my money back. So the place really sucks. Also completely overpriced for what was offered.

The normal kebab wasn't a complete disaster, but it wasn't a gourmet experience either. The kebab pocket is briefly heated, which makes it crispy. The meat is mixed with the salad in a bowl, which I personally think is good. Cleanliness, including the displays, was okay. Priced well in the upper segment for the quantity received. Doner man friendly, but unfortunately there is only chicken, and therefore not really a choice.

There is only one skewer of meat and it is not seared properly. The bread goes into the oven instead of the normal machine and is therefore dry and tasteless. The portions are very small and everything is saved. The employee was nice, but that was about it. Whether my stomach pain a few hours later is a result of this, I assume.

The service was very nice and efficient, the food was good but not delicious. Overall, I recommend it

Today I ate at SoulKebab at the ZOB for the first time. I got myself a kebab or a rotisserie bag. The only meat they had was chicken. Since I once had bad experiences with chicken in a kebab, I preferred a vegetarian one. The lettuce and cheese were ok, but the sauces weren't good at all. The hot sauce ran through like water, so the bread was completely soaked and the salad fell through. That was the first and last visit to SoulKebab at the ZOB.

2 x kebab, 2 x gastrointestinal attacks!! Due to lack of time we decided on this kebab shop. That was really bad!!!!

One star is still too many. I just had a rip-off experience. Ordered double espresso and he wanted 5 euros. I saw it on the notice board and spoke to him. No answer is also an answer. Who gave a concession to this person? Tourist fright... Just don't go there. The cleanliness was also a mess.

The behavior of staff was a bit unfriendly, plus the prices for the food products were way too high; they asked 6,60 euros for a bottle of water and a single cappucino. The quality of latter was rather poor to be honest. Have a nice day

I bought today morning only one double espresso and small water bottle . They charged me 62 euros instead of 6,20 euro … I used Apple Pay and I did’t recognise that they charged 55,80 euro extra how can I get my money back? Terrible cafe, dirty, the staff is rude, discriminates visitors, yells, the equipment is dirty, they fall on the floor, they are not washed, terrible attitude towards people, calling people rude names. Where are the sanitary and police looking? I don't recommend this terrible cafe.

Practically located right at the bus station, you can grab a kebab here shortly before departure. The bread was cut a little awkwardly, so it was a little difficult to eat and a little too thick at the bottom. The meat was deliciously seasoned, but the sauces could have been a little more seasoning, the vegetables were ok.

I had a delicious kebob here while waiting for a bus. All the food and drink looked excellent. In my country I cannot remember a restaurant at a bus station I would eat at other than a bag of chips. I would go out of my way to come back here .

So apparently a whole lahmacun here is actually just a half. (In size but not in price). When my colleague ordered a kebab, there was only chicken to choose from. It's not that reprehensible, but when I saw that the chicken wasn't freshly cut from the spit, but rather what had already been sitting there warmed up in the oven (who knows how long), I became skeptical. When I asked why it was warmed up and not freshly cut, I got the following answer: Yes, that just has to go and you either eat it or you don't. When I asked for my money back, the lady at the counter became even cheekier than before. Thrown it away after the first bite. I wouldn't even want to give that to someone who is starving. Flesh gristly and sticky. Zero taste. Sauces were almost completely as liquid as water and the bread was barely crispy. I now understand why this shop is so empty right at the ZOB Hamburg, even at lunchtime. All in all, no comparison to the other Soul Kebap shops. So if I don't come out of the toilet tomorrow, I'll know what's wrong. I would actually like to give zero stars but unfortunately that doesn't work here. Definitely not a recommendation.

The bread is warmed up briefly and this makes the kebab very fluffy. Meat and sauces were tasty. I was asked how I would like the kebab and the extra feta didn't cost anything. Can be done well.

I ordered a cappuccino. very terrible and tasteless. They didn't try to make it pleasant and palatable for customers. I don't recommend it

Ordered a chicken sandwich menu, and the fries were cold in the middle even tho they came directly from the fryer. The chicken had no flavour whatsoever. Afterwards, I asked politely if they could fill my water bottle since they had tap water right in front of me. But, one of them answered in german and pointed to the fridge, meaning I had to pay for a bottle, like seriously... I then asked if I could pay for them to fill it up, but no, I still had to pay for a bottle of water, which I declined. Don't expect to get greeted kindly if you speak English.

Worst kebab I've ever eaten. I couldn't even finish it. A shame.

It feels like staff there is high on something. I speak German and told them 2 times that we will be sitting inside to drink our coffee but she still prepared the coffee in to go cups. I should have given that coffee back to her as it felt like she needs to wake up more than me.

Sweet mice, but ketchup tastes a bit too homemade.

This is a very nice place to have breakfast or lunch. So many tasty options to choose from. People are super friendly!

Inspiriert durch das Soulkebab in Barmbek, wollte ich dieses Soulkebab in Arbeitsstättennähe für einen guten Döner nutzen. Zunächst gibt es hier kein echtes Dönerfleisch, nur Fleisch vom Drehspieß. Auch wenn Hühnchen und Kalb angeboten werden, gibt es nur einen Drehspieß mit Hühnchen. Das Fleisch darauf war bei meinem Besuch an vielen Stellen bereits schwarz (verkohlt) und sah insgesamt nicht mehr lecker aus. Ähnlich war es mit dem Salat, der stellenweise bereits welk wirkte. In der Auslage lagen auch gekochte Eier ohne Trennung im Schafskäsekübel und beides war etwas mit Soße bekleckert. Als ein Gast sein Geschirr zurückbrachte, fiel dessen benutzte Gabel mit den Zinken auf die vorbereiteten Hähnchenschenkel - ohne Konsequenzen, lecker. Nachdem ich mehrmals sagen musste, dass ich den "Fleischwrap" mitnehmen und nicht vor Ort verzehren möchte, würde er schließlich mehr oder weniger gut eingerollt. Anschließend bekam ich die Tüte und sah eine kleine blutende Wunde an der Hand des Zubereiten den, angeblich an der Rolle mit dem Alupapier zugezogen. Handschuhe wurden während des gesamten Prozesses nicht getragen. Wie viel Schweiß zudem im Spiel war, wer weiß. Immerhin, meinem Wunsch nach etwas mehr Fleisch wurde (gegen Aufpreis) entsprochen, dafür gab es homöopathische Dosen an Salat, Soße und Schafskäse - für insgesamt 10,00 Euro (Ausgangsprodukt: "Lahmacun mit Fleisch"). Nach allem, was ich hier erlebte, drehte sich mir der Magen um und ich konnte die Speise nicht essen. Absolut keine Empfehlung, unterste Qualität zu hohem Preis.

Leider kein Kalbfleisch und die Mitarbeiter fassen alles mit ihren Händen an… sich selber im Gesicht, das Fleisch und das Brot. Ekelhaft

Hatte eine Art Pinsa mit Fleisch. Der Teig war fluffig, aber knusprig. Der Belag reichhaltig, sehr gut gewürzt! Habe noch zwei mitgenommen:) Der Cappuccino top Immer wieder! Leider zu weit weg(Bielefeld)

Also die zwei sterne bekommt die Dame hinterm Tresen war sehr freundlich, das war’s auch schon. Das döner brot könnte echt knuspriger sein und fleisach hat auch leider net geschmeckt. Würde ich nicht weiterempfehlen

3 Tage in Hamburg gewesen, 3 mal Döner gegessen. Super lecker, hat nich mit soße oder Fleisch gespart, total freundlich. Werde jedesmal wieder hingehen wenn ich in der Gegend bin.

Hab‘ da kürzlich mit ner Freundin auf ne Tasse Kaffee gesessen. Wir hatten intensive 1 1/2 Stunden, bevor sie dann mit dem Flixbus gen Kiel startete. Sitze immer wieder gern auf n Kaffee vorm Soul Kebab👌

Sehr gutes Essen- am Burger ist alles selber gemacht und das schmeckt man! Das Personal ist sehr nett und ein Lichtblick am ZOB. Immer wieder gern! Man macht sich Gedanken wie man was verbessern kann!

Ich wurde freundlich bedient, die Kommunikation war flüssig und klar. Heute war ich zum zweiten Mal hier und mir wurde ein "Soul Burger" empfohlen. Das Fleisch frisch und Lecker. Top Leistung, top Service. Meine empfehlung.

Ich war letzte Woche abends vor Ort. Der Ladenbesitzer hat mir ihren Burger empfohlen. Der Burger war sehr lecker. Der Ladenbesitzer war sehr freundlich und ich habe rasch meine Bestellung erhalten. Ich komme gerne wieder :)

Ich habe gerade einen der leckersten Bürger meines Lebens gegessen. Habe sowas auch nach nie gesehen das ein Dönerladen solche großen Bürger anbietet und so leckere Soßen auch noch dazu. Nur empfehlenswert kann ich sagen.

Sehr guter Döner laden. Personal ist immer freundlich und gut gelaunt. Die Getränke und Essens Auswahl ist sehr gut es gibt alles was man für die Bus Reise benötigt. Auch die Preise sind für einen Bahnhof ok. Klare weiter Empfehlung.

Einige Rezensionen kann ich hier nicht nachvollziehen. Wurde freundlich empfangen und mein Eindruck von den Laden ist sehr sauber die Mitarbeiter bemühen sich sehr um schnell die Wünsche der Kunden zu erfüllen. Das Kaffee war sehr lecker und den Mandelkuchen kann ich jeden empfehlen. Bin beim nächsten mal wieder da.

Glauben Sie nicht den Lügengeschichten in den Rezensionen! Wir waren skeptisch als wir ankamen, wurden allerdings von einem sehr netten und sympathischen Personal empfangen. Das Essen ist gut, der beste Dönerteller den ich je gegessen habe! Am liebsten 6/5 Sternen, würde ich jedem empfehlen!

Waren im September 2019 dort. Der Döner war sehr lecker und das Personal freundlich.

Das einzig Gute ist, dass der Imbiss am ZOB recht gut gelegen ist. Meine Falafel für das "Falaffel-sandwich" wurde in der Mikrowelle warm gemacht. Desweiteren gab es Tzatziki, scharfe Soße und Senfsoße, normalerweise bin ich vier Soßen gewöhnt. Die Soßen wurden nur oben auf dem Sandwich platziert, unten war es leider trocken. Mit 4,20 ‎€ ein happiger Preis, zusätzlicher Schafskäse kostet einen ganzen, stattlichen Euro. Hätte ich die Rezensionen im Vorfeld gesehen, wäre ich hier nicht hingegangen. Ich hoffe die dort arbeitenden Personen nehmen sich die Rezensionen zu herzen.

Sehr freundliche Bedienung. Sehr sauberer Laden. Auch Nachts ein schöner Platz um etwas zu Essen und Tee zu trinken während man auf seinen Bus wartet. Falafel haben gut geschmeckt. Der Salat war knackig.

Soul Kebab am Busbahnhof. Nicht gerade billig aber Kebab ist gut gefüllt. Sauberkeit des Gastronomie ok Personal wirkt etwas demotiviert. Ausreichende Auswahl an Speisen und Kleingebäck. Bedingt empfehlenswert
