A rip-off. An employee tried to scam me. I paid over €10 for fries and a Coke. I got my money back when I asked. Still, it was incredibly cheeky; it's easy to try and scam your customers out of significantly more money without them noticing.

Great selection of food all day. We had great breakfast sandwiches and lunch too. To-go or eat in - very convenient and good prices. Desserts and coffee too 😍.

Clean shop, the staff was very friendly and relaxed. We had kebab and durum. They made a durum "Hawaii" especially for us at no extra charge—and it tasted really good, too.

Very bad kebab. Everything was thrown in without care, and the sauce was just on top.

Absolute rip-off! The kebab was a disaster, tasted of nothing, the meat was half-raw, and inedible. For the price of €9.50, it's an absolute disgrace. This should really be reported. Never again!

We were really ripped off. It was very expensive. The meat isn't ready yet and the thunders are small, so there's nothing in them.

We were really ripped off! Twice, when paying, we were told that the card payment hadn't worked and we'd have to use the card again. In retrospect, we saw that it had worked the first time. So we overpaid by €36. When we went back the next day, we were simply told that nothing could be done and that we were just out of luck. It's nice that this is how people earn their money.

Beware, this is a rip-off! We had to pay several times because the card payment supposedly failed. The money was debited each time. When we returned the next day and raised the issue, we were fobbed off and didn't get our money back.

Good location, ok ambiance, good service, tasty and plentiful food! There were two of us and we had lahmacun. They were homemade flatbreads, well-filled with crisp salad and meat. The price isn't a "special offer," but it's reasonable for the location and quality of the food.

Incredibly bad kebab shop. They really rip you off here. A Falafel Dürüm for €10. It was too expensive for me, so I got the Salar Dürum for €7.50. Honestly, it really only contained green lettuce leaves and a maximum of two small tomato quarters. It was supposed to have feta cheese in it, but they "forgot" it. Ridiculous

The staff was unfriendly when I ordered, and when I pointed out that the kebab was thin (there's really barely anything in it for €8-9), I was turned away with a shrug. So, minus points for service, but the kebab itself was more than below average. Classic DD - a shitty kebab... a complete tourist rip-off, in my opinion.

Not a very friendly service, the Dürüm wasn't good and my stomach was dead after I ate. I also got a food poisoning.

Clean shop and ambience, the employees are courteous and very friendly. The food was delicious, only if you order kebab box and eat in the store, then it is all served on one plate, unfortunately without bread. Thank you.

By far the worst kebab in Hamburg. Service was rude, portion was literally the smallest I've ever seen and the taste wasn't good. Bread was too fried, meat was too raw and the vegetables were very poor. The kebab shop uses the location to deceive customers. Absolute scum when it comes to the simple, delicious dish of a kebab. Very sad.

The food arrived very quickly. Unfortunately, the falafel spread had no flavor, just tasted like salad and yogurt. I was very disappointed.

Completely overpriced and then a really small portion. So doubly fooled. Döner plate without bread for 16 euros. Unfriendly service. It's better to look for a new job if you don't feel like dealing with customers.

I quickly ordered a kebab on the way to the hotel at night... Unfortunately I can't recommend this shop. Very unfriendly boss who charges 1 euro for using the toilet despite ordering in the restaurant. The amount of meat in the kebab is a joke, the taste is so-so. For me, the store is only interested in making a quick buck. Doner kebab price 8 euros. RIP-OFF!!

Nice and friendly service. They did try to prepare our individual orders; the way we wanted. But falafel wraps were not so good. It is just fine; something not very out of the box. They do have a neat and clean seating arrangement.

Staff annoyed even though we were the only guests in the afternoon. The kebab itself was just baked bread and the sauces tasted incredibly sour (finished product?) The place itself is very shabby and simply overpriced, you don't feel welcome there, you're just a passerby. Sure it's Kietz, but even drunk, probably borderline. Not recommended and no trace of hospitality.

Can only be recommended👍 Everything was clean, the staff was very friendly, the ingredients were all very fresh and tasty. If you're on the Reeperbahn you just have to stop by here, you won't be disappointed. Would love to come back

Yesterday we had a currywurst with fries. The fries were greasy and very salty. The currywurst was lukewarm and for us it wasn't a real currywurst but more of a kind of bockwurst. We cannot recommend this snack bar.

Expensive, barely cooked meat, mixing chicken meat into the beef thinking you don't see it, can't hold a basic conversation, bad Turkish music (Turkish music can be beautiful, but this was pop-garbage). Could not finish it

Tourist shop. Dürüm kebab veal was very greasy to oily, I ate it on an empty stomach around 5-6 p.m. (previously only had breakfast). Now, 6:42 p.m. Diarrhea. I didn't even eat it and it was really heavy in my stomach. Interior is worn, all chairs have torn faux leather on the seats.

Were in Hamburg for a weekend and spontaneously went out for dinner in the evening. The staff is super friendly and has easy-going sayings. They also responded to my special requests immediately. Everything was fresh and everything from the salad to the kebab meat was very tasty. We come from the Ruhr region and have rarely eaten such good kebab

Very unfriendly and uncomfortable there. I wanted a kebab with everything, but the kebab man told me I could only choose two sauces. I've never experienced that before... the kebab was anything but juicy and not worth €8.

The roll was quite good but the meat didn't taste like anything. For the price, the kebab wasn't a good deal. Positive mention: Card payment was possible.

Bingöl is a highlight for traditional Turkish grill cuisine. I love both eating there and grabbing something tasty on the way home.

Never had such a bad lahmacun. €9.10 for a tasteless flatbread, a few bits of meat, a bit of salad and sauce. Something tasted burnt. After 3 bites I threw the thing away. Shame about the money! Just plain nasty.....

My favorite is the Lahmacun. Their sauces are also good, some seem home made. The guys are super friendly, fun and they recognize you after only one time which makes it personal. Ok, maybe the “wearing gloves but touching money and food with the same” could improve. Everything else is top!

So worst kebab I've eaten. For 10 euros (Schlagermove prices) I expect more than cold, bland meat. Crew was friendly, but it doesn't taste good. I threw away the kebab despite being hungry.

Please, even though you're hungry, don't go there. I'm home now after being there for the second time and everything hurts. The quality of the food is very low. And afterwards I couldn't sleep well because the food was so bad.

Went there one night after celebrating for a kebab. I only give it two stars because the salad was crunchy. The meat was gristly and had hardly any taste, the sauce & bread were tasteless and probably 0% homemade. The place itself was a little dirty and the trash cans were overflowing. Plus 8€ for the kebab 🤷🏻‍♂️ all in all unfortunately not recommended

The food is very tasty and the staff prepares the food quickly, the shop is clean and tidy. Of course everything on the Reeperbahn is expensive, including the kebab here for €9 We like to go there when we are in Hamburg because at least you don't have a stomach ache afterwards.

If it's expensive, then it seems like it shouldn't be too expensive. Yesterday I ate a kebab for €8, which tasted good, but still left a lot of space unused for ingredients.

We really enjoyed the kebab and the pizza with kebab meat. Price/performance is completely ok for me, a clear recommendation from us 👍🏼

Good morning, I ate a Dürüm there. It went very quickly, the staff is friendly and I was called boss 🤷🏼‍♂️. First of all everything is fine. The reason I actually deduct stars is the taste experience in the end. The dough tasted a lot like a finished product and was also rather mushy. Unfortunately, I also missed the seasoning in the end product. So the essential things that a Dürüm should provide. I would give it a 3.5, unfortunately that's not possible. So unfortunately I have to deduct 2 because 4 is unfortunately too many. In addition, the Dürüm is already very expensive at €9. I'm happy to spend €9 if the quality is good, but unfortunately that wasn't the case here. Greetings

Unfortunately nothing is right here. Completely overpriced and very economical in terms of size and ingredients. My Dürüm consisted almost entirely of salad. Not recommendable. 9 euros for a Dürüm is an absolute rip-off, considering the quantity.

The best kebab shop in Hamburg! Totally delicious and rich! I always eat here when I'm in Hamburg! But €17.50 for a kebab plate with a soft drink is a tough number! But plentiful and delicious!

10€ for a pizza margarita that wasn't even really "finished"...

The prices there are extortionate and the food tasted like dog food. I also had a brutal stomach ache afterwards and my four letters looked completely brown after the deal.

The food was weak. The fries were undercooked, soggy and tasteless. The portions are quite small, for a hefty price of €8.50 for falafel. This is bottomless.

Doner kebab too small for the price, extremely greasy and absolutely tasteless, there was a hint of sauce on it. The staff obviously didn't care about guests, we didn't know whether they were talking about the guests behind the counter, but the suspicion was there, so I immediately felt uncomfortable. Ambience okay, not dirty, but that's the only positive thing you can say about the store.

Das Essen und Bedienung am Tisch waren ganz in Ordnung. Jedoch beim kalten Wetter würde man empfehlen die Tür zuzumachen. Es war sehr kalt und ungemütlich. Zumindest zusätzliche Heizung wäre sehr empfehlenswert.

Hab seit Jahren keinen so knorpeligen Drecksdönerspiess gekostet!!! Dafür wurde ein infamer Preis von 7,50€ verlangt...dieses Land geht so zugrunde...

Bester Döner auf der Reeperbahn

Gestern sehr leckeren Dürüm gegessen. Gutes Verhältnis von Fleisch und Salat und eine leckere Soße.

Wir waren schon mehrfach dort essen und waren immer zufrieden. Lediglich wenn man versucht sein Flaschenpfand einzulösen sind die Herren seeehr beschäftigt.

Ambiente muss man mögen, für die Reeperbahn sehr sauber. Wir kommen seit Jahren und das Essen ist immer super. Dönerbox ist reichlich und wirklich gut. Empfehlen kann ich die Currysauce und den Granatapfelsirup. Wir kommen wieder.

Will nicht wissen wie die Pita nüchtern schmeckt.

Das Essen war sehr salzig. Aber sonst habe ich nicht lange gewartet.

Essen war ok, obwohl nicht so, wie wir es geordered hatten. Das große Manko ist, wenn ein Laden keine Kartenzahlung akzeptiert. Das öffnet Tür und Tor für Schwarzgeldhandel und kundenfern, besonders in einer Gegend wo viele Ausländer verkehren. Peinlich.

Moin Leute ich war gestern Abend bei bingöl und muss echt sagen ich habe sowas in meinem Leben nicht gegessen es ist sowas von ekelig nach meinen essen ging es mir so schlecht und habe gekotzt heute morgen als ich aufstand habe ich gekotzt und hatte extremen Durchfall haltet euch bitte fern von da ……🤮🤮🤮

Ausgezeichnetes türkisches Essen am Anfang der Reeperbahn. Obwohl nicht die billigste unser Teller kam auf 15€ für 2, aber das Essen ist über dem Durchschnitt.

Ich finde das essen richtig gut, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, Preise sind zwar ein bischen hoch aber trotzdem noch fair Die Döner Box ist echt gut gemacht

Leider täuscht die Bewertung nicht … nicht genussvoll!

Strassenbistro am anfang der Reeperbahn mit leckeren türkischen gerichten, immer frisch, top Qualität, ebenfalls süssgebäck auswahl.

War mit einer Freundin da und wir wollten vor dem Musical eine Kleinigkeit essen. Es war ein Selbstbedienungsrestaurant, was uns aber nicht störte. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und bedient. Ich hatte einen Döner, der sehr lecker war. Preis/Leistungsverhältnis passte.

Leider nur 2 bis 3 Punkte hier. Die Inhaltsstoffe beim Essen lassen sich sehen, leider nicht positiv, da sehr reichlich von dem was man nicht braucht. Geschmacklich hilft das auch nicht viel. Und da die Preise dann zu den kleinen Mengen auch nicht passen, ist das hier nicht wirklich empfehlenswert. Positiv ist aber für die Gegend der Zustand des Imbiss. Warum man auch immer den Döner hier nicht Döner nennt möchte ich gar nicht so genau wissen. Auch egal.
