I don't usually like giving bad reviews, but this is too much for me… raw meat. You can't serve that kind of food… Rice and bread were good, but I couldn't eat any meat at all… what a pity.
We stayed at the hotel across the street during our travel. Woke up late thinking what to eat, we decided to walk and saw this little place and decided to try. The owner is the best 😊 we wanted something vegetarian and got the mushroom pizza. It was delicious. Easily 10 out of 10 pizza.
Popular with the fire brigade, police and garbage collectors, it is always busy. A little waiting time must be expected. Everything is freshly prepared.
The quality of the food is high and there is nothing to complain about when it comes to hygiene. It is cleaned every now and then and the fat is also changed almost daily. Because compared to some other snack bars, there is no smell of old grease here and the fries always taste great. Portions are always plentiful and the price/performance ratio is absolutely right. Inside you can eat standing up, outside there is a covered "summer garden" that is even slightly heated. You can sit there. You still have to order inside, but the food is brought out. All in all, the best snack bar far and wide
At peak times (6 p.m.-8 p.m., you have to expect 30-45 minutes to get your food.
We ordered soup and pita. The pita that came with the soup was leftover from the day before, and we reported it to the waiters when we found a piece of plastic in the soup. They didn't seem to be very sorry. Then my wife's pita tasted like coal in the middle and edges. We took it back to the restaurant where it was being cooked and asked for it to be replaced, but they practically attacked us, asking what was wrong and where it was burnt. We've never seen such a disgraceful establishment. We drove 100 km for this. What a shame.
I live near this grill and only went there today for the first time.
I was immediately struck by their good humor and willingness to help me understand the menu.
The food was delicious, freshly grilled. As per tradition, lemon juice and olive oil are always available on the tables. The sumac, which you can drizzle on your dishes as you like, is fantastic.
Highly recommended!!!!
