The food was okay, but nothing more. I have no idea where the "premium" label came from.
The service was very friendly and the food arrived very quickly.
The ambiance, or rather the hall itself, offers a multitude of uncomfortable seating options and loud, tinny-sounding music.
It's fine for a quick snack, but nothing more.
A review from my 2024 visit and a return visit in 2025!
You should definitely go!
The chashu, which was a problem a year ago, has been replaced with real meat instead of bacon. And the noodles no longer smell like flour. The broth is delicious, and the service is top-notch!!
=====================================
The service and atmosphere are very good.
However, the taste was disappointing.
The broth was decent, but the noodles ruined everything. The noodles smelled so strongly of flour that they were difficult to eat. Perhaps it was the overcooking of the noodles, but the texture felt like raw noodles. I also ordered the chashu ramen, but the taste and texture were disappointing, closer to bacon than chashu.
I love Japanese ramen and never leave noodles behind, but I just couldn't eat them. ***Yeokika 왱 이뤠햔 뼝쪔 뽣chwi 이뽈뫄솀...뜌뼌까취먀쐠...****
A very pleasant and relaxing evening!
The whole team is very friendly and attentive. We thoroughly enjoyed the food (great cuisine at fair prices; unfortunately, that's rare to find in Hamburg these days...) and will gladly come back again!
I'm quite disappointed with my experience at this restaurant, and even though it was a month ago, I still have to leave a review. The price-performance ratio is completely off; it's really overpriced for Turkish cuisine. As the evening wore on, the service became increasingly unfriendly, and the bill was simply slammed down on the table. The female server, in particular, seemed very stressed and annoyed. I'm also used to being asked if I'd like more tea while the table is being cleared; there was a lot of tea gone, and then I didn't want any more tea after seeing how unfriendly the server was. Overall, I missed the Turkish hospitality; I've even had better meals in Berlin with truly wonderful staff.
Dining at the Genuss-Atelier was a truly exceptional experience. We opted for a four-course surprise menu with wine pairings. Each course offered creative combinations of predominantly regional ingredients, resulting in seasonally appropriate dishes. The wine selection was excellent and also very regionally focused. The incredibly relaxed atmosphere at the Genuss-Atelier and the exceptionally attentive and friendly service deserve special mention.
A dreamlike hotel in a tranquil setting, nestled close to nature. The surroundings exude serenity, ideal for relaxation and special moments. The rooms are spacious, modernly designed, and radiate a clean, high-quality aesthetic.
The staff is always friendly and helpful. From reception to restaurant service and the wellness specialists, every employee greets you with a smile and personalized attention.
The breakfast buffet offers a diverse selection of fresh, regional products. Lunch also features a wide variety of freshly prepared, delicious dishes; there's something for everyone. The evening menu impresses with its variety, creativity, and the highest culinary standards. The dishes are diverse, beautifully presented, and exceptionally tasty, accompanied by perfectly paired wines and attentive service.
The wellness area is spacious and modernly equipped. It offers a wide range of treatments and therapies, as well as comfortable relaxation areas. The atmosphere is relaxed, peaceful, and restorative – perfect for switching off from everyday life.
We stopped by for coffee; the extensive selection of cakes is overwhelming, even for seasoned cake lovers.
The ambiance is great, and the covered terrace, thanks to its patio heaters, is also recommended during the colder months.
You should definitely reserve a table, even during the week!
There is plenty of parking nearby.
We would love to come back and try the excellent food.
There are several well-signposted hiking trails.
