Top rooms and service. Everyone is super friendly, the food is very tasty and my friends and acquaintances are happy to visit us and everyone has been thrilled with Hotel Meyerhoff so far.

My mother and I stayed from September 6th. Spent two nights at the Hotel Meyerhoff until September 8th, 2024 as we attended a festival in nearby Papenburg. We were thrilled from start to finish! What impressed us most was the commitment and willingness to sacrifice of the owner and his entire family. It seems as if every wish is read directly from your eyes and implemented. We have never experienced such loving, attentive and, above all, perfect service anywhere! Cheers! The rooms are very clean, well equipped and really comfortable. The breakfast is more than sufficient and has something to offer for every taste. If something at the buffet is empty, replenishment will be taken care of immediately. (Once when we arrived a little late, the owner's very caring and friendly mother even went to the stove and fried fresh fried eggs for us - as I said, the service is exceptional! :)) The entire atmosphere creates an excellent mood and a wonderful holiday feeling! You have a consistently good, comfortable and familiar feeling. We would always come back and highly recommend the hotel to anyone who wants to go to this region. We also wish the operator Reiner and his family only the best and much success. You more than deserve it. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the perfect stay and your fantastic hospitality!

We particularly liked how warmly we were welcomed. Even though it was our first time here, we felt like we had known each other for a long time. Service is a priority here and the owner is passionate about his cause. The room is simple but functionally equipped. Everything was clean and in order. The breakfast offered something for every taste. Overall, it is a beautiful hotel that is run with passion. Keep it up!

I was traveling for work and my colleague and I stayed here for 3 nights 🌃. We received such a ❤️-like reception😀😃👌👍 really great. Great food and great value for money. There is always a soup and dessert.🤭😊😋😋😋 Breakfast has everything you need and everyone's eggs are freshly made the way they like. The rooms are super clean, everything you need. Yes, it is on a main road but the traffic is more than limited. Full ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️!!!! And thank you very much for our evening drink 😆😃🙂

Very friendly staff were welcomed very nicely and in a very good mood by the hotelier at 1:30 a.m. and were also given something for a dry throat. Our two dogs that we had with us were welcomed with open hands and everything was already put in the room. We are also thrilled by the receptionist in the morning (the mother), who is 75 years old and puts her heart and soul into it. We say thank you and wow for the great room and the warm greeting.

I have rarely received such a genuinely warm welcome as I did here. Family-run, warm, down-to-earth. I can only recommend and compliment the Meyerhoff family and wish them all the best for the future.

It’s a beautiful place where you can sleep, eat and drink. The rooms are clean and well prepared for all costumers. I have no words for the food, the food is really delicious!

In Ostrhauderfehn we booked a 5-day Hoopers seminar with HoopDog and chose the Hotel Meyerhoff because of its proximity. We felt very comfortable in the hotel. When we arrived we were warmly welcomed by Mrs. Meyerhoff senior. We welcomed our dog with a bowl of water and we with a drink, absolutely magical! Mr. Meyerhoff personally showed us our table in the breakfast room, in a corner that was especially quiet for the dog, great! He showed us our beautiful double room in the adjacent building, extra quiet for the dog with parking right in front of the door, simply wonderful! Our personal highlight was the breakfast; we felt excellently looked after. Ms. Meyerhoff Sr. Conjured up the most delicious fried eggs according to our wishes, simply perfect! The stay was very nice for us and we would therefore like to recommend the Hotel Meyerhoff to others. We would like to thank Mr. Meyerhoff and his mother very much for their wonderful hospitality and wish them both continued enjoyment with their guests.

We have been here for several weeks now and Rainer does everything to make you feel comfortable. The rooms are very clean and what's great is that you can leave your cell phone charger at home, there is a charging cable for every device at almost every socket, even in the restaurant the cables and cell phone holder are available. I was a guest at the Hotel Meyerhoff with a few people who were very dear to me. HAMMER! The owner Reiner and his very sweet and joyful 75-year-old mother thrilled us all! Attention to detail and full attention to the guest is their goal. Cleanliness of the rooms: Top. Breakfast: Top. Humor: Top. It was just great, keep it up! Greetings from the tea drinker!

On May 31st We stayed in the hotel with the shanty choir from Velbert until June 2nd, 2024, it was a wonderful stay, the service was super good, the food served by the chef on site was an experience, simply delicious for the palate and the eye and the room service everything fresh and new every day, simply great. The hotel again at any time, go there and see for yourself, I wasn't exaggerating.

Totally lovely hosts, super delicious food and clean rooms. Enough parking spaces available. Gladly again!

We arrived with a dog and were immediately greeted with a glass of water and the dog was also given something to drink. The reception was exceptional, we were shown the dining room and so that we could have breakfast in peace with the dog, we were given an extra place. We were also taken to the room on the ground floor, which was specially for the dog. We got an extra table again for dinner so that the dog could come with us. The hotel is outside but you can be in Papenburg or Leer in 20 minutes and in Emden on the water in 35 minutes. Our conclusion, we will come back and in points 110.

Wonderful! We haven't been so positively surprised in a long time. A very friendly and courteous boss, extremely nice and cheerful employees, not artificial in any way. The food, fantastic! Including salad, appetizer, starter, main course and dessert. Excellent quality at low prices. We can't comment on the hotel, we were "only" in the restaurant. When we're here again, we'll see each other again. Thanks for the entertaining evening!

I can highly recommend the hotel - for both leisure and business travelers. The rooms are very well maintained and clean, the kitchen offers a lot of pleasure even to a discerning palate. I am very pleased with the excellent “treatment” of the guests I regularly accommodate there. Everyone is very satisfied! And the cuisine that I could get to know there also convinced me!

The hotel is located at an intersection that is not very busy, but it can get a little louder. There are parking spaces next to the hotel, including for vans. The nice and friendly welcome was accompanied by a bottle of beer.

We wanted real German food. We found this location via Google maps. I called and we were received hospitably. The menu is well varied. My wife had a fried plaice and I had a delicious piece of pork tenderloin wrapped in bacon. Baked potatoes. Fresh vegetables, salad in advance, together with a tasty onion broth. We were no longer used to both the service and the extensiveness. Very good! The beer was poured correctly, my wife was satisfied with the wine. We will definitely go back again! It was striking that they even have a vegan and vegetarian menu!

Great and warm service. We were greeted with an ice-cold beer. Rooms renovated to perfection. Unfortunately a bit noisy. If that doesn't bother you, you won't find anything to complain about here. Breakfast 10/10 I will gladly come again!

It wasn't good to eat, it was cold 3 times in 2 days.

I was received very nicely. The large and delicious burger I ate had lots of fresh vegetables and several different sauces. I also had jumbo fries and a fresh salad. There was delicious soup for starters and delicious fruit yoghurt for dessert. There is a cell phone holder on every table in the restaurant.

Wir waren dort, um im kleinen Kreise Geburtstag zu feiern. Wir bekamen unseren eigenen Raum. Essen gab es aus der Karte. Vorweg zu jedem Gericht einen Salat und eine Suppe. Dieses Mal wurde eher Fleischgerichte ausgesucht. Denn nach langem Suchen sind wir auf gute Hausmannskost gestoßen. Und wir wurden tatsächlich nicht enttäuscht. Jedes Gericht war genau auf dem Punkt und der Geschmack einwandfrei. Die Portionen war mehr als genug das man wirklich satt war. Somit können wir sagen...der Koch kann sein Handwerk. Die Bedienung und der Chef waren Klasse. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Aufmerksam und jeder Wunsch ist erfüllt worden. Die Räume waren sauber und ordentlich. Preislich gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Für das was man bekommen hat, müssen wir ehrlich sagen....nimmt ein Euro mehr. Das ist es wert! Wir kommen wieder, bis bald.

Ich würde sehr gerne ****** 6 Sterne abgeben. Wir sind das ganze Jahr über auf Montage und haben schon vieles gesehen und erlebt aber Hotel & Restaurant Meyerhoff TOP ALLES. Hier ist alles wirklich super, das Essen ist der reine Wahnsinn, zu jedem Gericht wurde eine Vorsuppe gereicht, dazu gab es noch ein gemischten Salat, Hauptgang und Nachtisch, einfach klasse. Die Zimmer sind genau so super, es wurde an alles gedacht, man hat verschiedene Ladegeräte Anschlüsse fals man mal das Ladegerät vergessen hat.... Beim Einchecken wurde man mit einem leckeren Bierchen begrüßt, ich war so aus dem Häuschen, hier komme ich immer immer wieder gerne her. Ein ganz großes Dankeschön an Reiner und sein Team, D A N K E

Hallo Hotel Meyerhoff.Wir kommen jetzt seit ca 20 Jahren mit der Dortmunder Angeltruppe ein mal jährliche zu euch.Auch in diesem Jahr wieder alles perfekt.Euer Haus ist an Service, Freundlichkeit und Wohlbefinden kaum zu toppen! Auch in diesem Jahr wurden wir mit besten Speisen und Getränken verwöhnt und haben in den behaglichen Zimmern hervorragend geschlafen.Danke, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ein Familienbetrieb, in dem der Gast sich besonders gut aufgehoben fühlt🙂. Wir wurden bestens umsorgt!

Okay, ich muss wirklich sagen das ich baff bin, denn Kundenservice wird hier definitiv groß geschrieben. Als ich ankam, kam mir direkt ein Mitarbeiter entgegen, begrüßte mich direkt mit einer Freundlichkeit die Ansteckt und so verlief auch der weitere Aufenthalt. Von Anfang an hat mann eher das Gefühl in ein stammlokal zu gehen an dem mann seinen monatlichen Stammtisch abhält, da stört es auch weniger sas die zimmer nichts besonderes sind, zum schlafen gut aber eben keine 5 Sterne Ausrüstung aber für alles nötige ist gesorgt. Das Personal holt hier alles raus, danke für die positive Erfahrung!

Äußerst freundlicher Empfang, hervorragendes Essen. Wir haben uns gleich sehr wohl gefühlt. Nur zu empfehlen!

Durch Empfehlung eines Kollegen auf dieses Hotel aufmerksam geworden. Schönes Hotel in Familienbesitz, das mit Herz geführt wird. Ich hab mich sofort zu Hause gefühlt.

Wir waren dieses Wochenende mit 5 Personen im Hotel Meyerhoff. Betten, Sauberkeit, Reichhaltigkeit des Frühstücks und auch die Organisation, Professionalität und Flexibilität sind erstklassig. Man merkt überall in den Räumlichkeiten, dass hier auch über die „kleinen“ Dinge des Alltags nachgedacht wird. Was aber definitiv über 5 Sterne hinausgeht, ist die Freundlichkeit und Fröhlichkeit des Personals und der Familie, die das Hotel betreibt. Schon die herzlich lockere und respektvolle Art des Empfangs gibt einem das Gefühl absolut willkommen zu sein. Und so bleibt es. Man fühlt sich zu Gast bei Freunden, perfekt umsorgt und verwöhnt. Wir freuen uns darauf wiederzukommen.

Ein, stets gutgelaunter Chef, der einen beim Einchecken mit einem Willkommensbier begrüßt. Auf dessen Speisenvorschläge man vertrauen kann (auch als Bayer). Der einem als Service noch ein zusätzliches Glas Wein aufs Zimmerstellt. Hier ist einfach einer am Werk, der seinen Job liebt. Und das merkt man speziell in diesen Zeiten, die für Hotel und Gastro manch negative Überraschung hatte. Hier gibt es einfach nix zum Aussetzen. Aber die Freundlichkeit, Herzlichkeit und der Spaß an der Arbeit spürt man überall. Komme gerne wieder von Bayern hierher.

Moin Allerseits, von uns gibt es volle 5 Sterne! Einen solch netten und liebenswerten Umgang mit seinen Gästen müsste man eigentlich noch höher bewerten. Zudem war das Zimmer völlig zufriedenstellend und penibelst sauber. Hut ab, toll und weiter so. Außerdem ist das Essen einsame Spitze. Beste Grüße von den Jungs aus Dortmund.

Absolut empfehlenswert... Ich war 2 Nächte im Hotel Meyerhoff.. Als erstes möchte ich erwähnen, das ich in noch keinem Hotel so herzlich und ehrlich empfangen wurde...Die Zimmer sind sehr sehr sauber, die Matratzen ebenfalls sehr bequem..Das Frühstück ist auch mehr als ausreichend und frisch...Jederzeit würde ich dieses Hotel wieder buchen...Toller Familienbetrieb....

Wer in dieser Region eine Unterkunft sucht kommt an diesem wunderbaren Hotel nicht vorbei. Der Eigentümer begrüßt seine Gäste in einer so ausnehmend herzlichen Art, dasd es eine Freude ist. Die Zimmer sind modern und sauber. Sauberer geht nicht! Die Speisen im Restaurant wie auch beim Frühstück sind ausgezeichnet. Parken am Hotel völlig problemlos. Ein Liebevoll geführtes Hotel mit gutem Frühstück und geräumigen Zimmern. Meine beiden Hunde wurden auch sehr freundlich empfangen, weshalb ich bei weiteren Geschäftsreisen nach Ostrauderfehn immer wieder gerne hier übernachten werde.

Es ist schon eine Weile her das ich hier eingekehrt bin, im Zuge einer Schulung durfte ich mich hier über zwei Nächte aufhalten. Was soll ich sagen, super Team, toller Umgang, klasse Essen. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und da wir dieses Jahr womöglich noch einen Hund aus der Umgebung abholen werden, könnte es geschehen das ich hier wieder ein Zimmer nehmen werde, zumindest wenn mit dem Hundel alles so klappt wie wir uns das vorstellen :)

Nach all den Jahren weder an Freundlichkeit, Qualität, Geschmack oder Ambiente verloren. Top Betrieb. Immer wieder gerne. 😀
