Renas in Ostrhauderfehn

Very friendly, clean and the food tastes very good here. Have already tried many other delivery services and pizzerias in the area. Renas beats them all.

11.8 ordered. Instead of 45 minutes, the food arrived after 30 minutes. Instead of €39 I should pay €43.50. The pizza was bought ready-made, so raw - you can taste it. The noodles subtly sneaked past the salt. We have been ordering there for 4 years, but unfortunately not anymore. We are very disappointed

You used to be able to eat the absolute best pizza at Renas. Unfortunately, that has changed. The pizzas were undercooked in the middle and the toppings were a little sparse. They were too expensive for that.

The better other restaurant in Ostrhauderfehn.... Unfortunately, it is always wrongly described as “just” a delivery service! But you can also sit and dine in a bright and friendly dining room. Large selection of dishes that are freshly prepared. Great portions and super tasty!! Nice and friendly staff who are happy to respond to special requests ensure the service. Reasonable prices, generous portions that fill you up! Be sure to take a look or use the great delivery service!

Were on a visit, ordered food and was told about three quarters of an hour, it was about an hour and a half and it was noisy, never warm again, and when I read 4 euros for a fries I feel sick, there's definitely a gold leaf on it and I didn't even look at what was on it, unbelievable

Repeatedly had wilted lettuce in the kebab, lettuce often tastes sour. Also quite often soggy bread. Quality seems to depend on the day of the week. It's up to everyone whether they eat there or not.

Food was always very tasty, but delivery time was said to be 30 minutes. After 1.5 hours the food still wasn't there. Next time I'll get it myself.

No comparison to the others We can only recommend Renas 10/10

I find 3 family pizzas for €73 a bit steep. The margherita pizza was very tasty. When it comes to the kebab pizza, I have to say that the meat is, to put it bluntly, simply not tasty. In addition, it was absolutely not crispy, but felt raw.

We have often had something from Renas that we either picked up or had delivered. Most commonly kebabs and hamburgers. It always tasted great and for me it is the best kebab I know. The deliveries were always fresh and hot. Top...quality and service great!

Once again we ordered two kebabs with extra meat and paid extra because we are now simply saving on the ingredients. And again there was almost no meat in the kebab. That was the last time we ordered food there!

I just got an email from Google saying I was a bot and never a customer, etc. :D Wow, people are trying to delete bad reviews here. -------------------------------------- Food was generally ok. We ordered online which annoyed me the most - various extras were not included. Nowadays you pay stupidly and stupidly and then something like that. So I called and the lady wanted to have it delivered - 10 minutes later the driver was at the door again and simply paid me the difference. Wow what bad service!

We ordered two kebabs and a hamburger. After 65min it would be delivered cold! After a short phone call, someone told me that a new delivery was coming that I didn't have to pay for. After 80 minutes it arrived, but cold again! The driver insisted on paying again even though he was informed that the food was cold again!

Ich hatte heute arbeitsmäßig und durch ein Sportevent erst spät Zeit zum Essen. Um kurz vor 22 Uhr rief ich schlechten Gewissens bei Renas an um was zu bestellen. Ich wurde sehr höflich begrüßt und meine Bestellung wurde sehr gut und freundlich aufgenommen. Dort angekommen wurde ich ebenfalls herzlich und freundlich begrüßt, sowohl vom Empfang, als auch von der Küche! Das Essen schmeckte hervorragend, die Knoblauchsauce kann ich nur empfehlen! Alles hat wunderbar geklappt, trotz der ungünstigen Zeit meinerseits an einem Wochenende. Vielen Dank! Sehr gerne wieder.

Haben dort zweimal Essen bestellt und einmal vor Ort gegessen - wir sind sehr zufrieden! Die Pizzen sind sehr gut belegt, der Teig ist luftig und knusprig und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist auch einwandfrei. Außerdem ein superschneller Lieferdienst!!! Ganz klare Empfehlung!

Wir haben nie schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht auch am alten Standort nicht. Lieferanten, Inhaber und Angestellte waren immer sehr nett, essen war super und man fühlte sich immer willkommen. Wir haben heute, wie schon öfter, online bestellt und gezahlt. Wir haben danach bestimmt 20 Minuten auf die Bestätigung gewartet bis wir angerufen haben, warum es diesmal so lang dauert. Nach ein paar Minuten wurde das problem gelöst, Bestellung konnte angeholt werden. Zuhause angekommen war eine Bestellung falsch, was noch nie vorkam. Direkt angerufen, Bestellung wurde nochmal durchgegangen und erneut zubereitet wurde. Hingefahren und abgeholt. Alles gut, Essen war am Ende sehr lecker. Nach meiner vorherigen Bewertung, wurden wir nocheinmal angerufen, es wurde sich entschuldigt und man hat sehr nett und respektvoll miteinander geredet. Sehr Stark und vielen Dank dafür 👍👌🤜🤛 Deshalb Bewertung nochmals überarbeitet und unserer Meinung angepasst. Bestes Bistro in unserer Nähe. Immer wieder gerne.

Alles stimmt bei euch !!! Man kann bei euch super essen in Resturant weil es sehr bequem ist und das Essen fantastisch ist!! Aber nicht nur das Essen und die Ambiente stimmen , sondern auch der gute Service! Mittlerweile sind wir Stammgäste und auch der Lieferservice funktioniert einwandfrei! Schnelle Lieferung und Top Qualität was das Essen betrifft. Wenn mal eine Bestellung nicht richtig umgenommen wurde bekommt man ich gleich neues Essen nach Hause , sehr kulant ! Ich kann nur jedem da empfehlen essen zu gehen es lohnt sich. :)

Wir waren mit vier Erwachsenen und vier Kindern dort essen. Service war super freundlich und das Essen sehr gut. Die Pizzen waren extrem gut belegt. Wir werden dort öfter einkehren.

Essen bestellt mit Lieferung, zwei Stunden drauf gewartet! Nach einer Stunde wurden wir kontaktiert, dass sie uns nicht vergessen haben und der Fahrer unterwegs ist. Eine weitere halbe Stunde später haben wir angerufen, Fahrer sei unterwegs und sie wären voll! Jedoch konnten wir dann noch eine halbe Stunde warten, bis wir endlich die Lieferung bekommen haben. Fazit: alles war noch warm, Brot und Pommes weich! Merke: keine Lieferung mehr am Sonntagabend mehr!!

Immer wieder lecker. Wenn mal keine Lust zum kochen herrscht, dann gibt es etwas von Renas.

Sehr gute Pizza Hawaii mit viel Ananas, leckerer gem. Salat, alles schön frisch und schmackhaft. Leider keine Tische draußen, obwohl der Platz dazu da wäre. Das Ambiente innen nicht sonderlich gemütlich und einladend, Italo-Rap aus dem Lautsprecher. Bedienung höflich, fast freundlich.

Bestellen dort regelmäßig und bislang war alles Top in Ordnung. Die Preise sind etwas hoch im Vergleich zu anderen aber die Qualität ist wirklich gut. Auch die Lieferzeiten am Wochenende sind annehmbar.
